I would have to assume then that either the other player's connection is poor or there is something else going on. I am a PC player and only have that issue when another players ping is extremely high. Most of the time though they don't disconnect, they just rubberband around.

    hmm weird

then every killer would be way too difficult to go against even as a killer main myself (shape/pig) i really dont feel every survivor main should have to suffer the game should be fun for both sides and hillbilly on Ps4 Just tips the scales.

You still haven't told me a reason why he should be nerfed. Unless that reason literally is "he wins matches based on his on skills instead  of survivor mistakes". If that is the reason then it is a bad reason.

Hillbilly's nickname is Skillbilly for a reason.

You have to have more than " he wins when used by skilled players ".

Nerfs should only come when something is so strong that it is skill less. The only two things that fit that description are Decisive Strike and NOED.

However even with DS and NOED. DS should be nerfed first. As it's overpowered AND uneeded. As it's completely easy to escape without it.

But NOED is needed due to his fast gamed go. Once the game is slowed down NOED can go. But as of right now it is needed to help at higher ranks where gens are done by 3 or 4 minutes in.

sorry if it was confusing im only suggesting a Nerf in terms of how you play him maybe on PC he takes skill but on ps4 he is ridiculously easy to play either im a god with him which cant be true or hes too easy to play which is much more likely. make him harder to learn and maybe things will return to that way things were..

I disagree it took me several months to get good at timing and controlling his saw.

Shenanigans or just some "lag spike". The ping was good and steady before the match. The game after the infinite tier 3 Myers saw someone in his sights is when things get suspicious. The "lag" had the 3rd survivor die on the hook. He did an infinite dab on me. I played over 20hrs in the last 4 days and have never seen anything like that. @DarkWo1f997 @TheDarkLycan @lyric @chemical_reject @Michiko @Doc_W__HOLLIDAY @Might_Oakk @deadwolfwalking @PinkEricka what do you think. If anyone wants his gamertag to "avoid" the lag let me know and i will message you it.

4:30 is when it gets fun, he blinks better than the Nurse, hits me never wipes the blade and immediately can grab me. A few times early he blinks when the second person got downed. As i stated in the video BHVR won't do #########.

it is truly the worst killer perk in the game right now. It is like the killer version of the old Deja Vu. Maybe make the regressing aura permanent until someone touches it again?

agreed make it like a nerfed version of the wraiths addon that allows him to see generators like maybe instead of 4 surveilance can only see 3

So all killers should suck besides the nurse?

Nurse also needs a heavy rework tbh don't @ me. She completely ignores the core concepts of this game. In a game based entirely around running around map props her power is to ignore map props: what?

On topic: Hillbilly could honestly be 110% MS and no one would bat an eye (except for the salty killer mains.) He has the best mobility ability in the game and an instadown; moving slightly slower when not using the Chainsaw wouldn't be that bad.
When you compare it to Spirit (she can move slightly faster after standing still for 3 seconds! Oooooh!) Billy is way more powerful. Yet Spirit is 110% and Billy is 115%.

the reason the nurse hasn't been touched is because on ps4 the skill cap is Way too high I think a ps4 Nerf for hillbilly would greatly improve everyone's enjoyment and rid the high ranks of undeserving chainsaw chasers who spent an hour learning how to expertly play him.

no they're are still many viable candidates but from my personal experience hillbilly is just too easy to reach high ranks and on ps4 surviving will always put you against a hillbilly not even kidding 98% hillbilly match he is too easy to play completely effectively

  • @se05239 said:
I haven't reached rank 1 as Killer yet, even after 700 hours.. Mainly because the playerbase's toxicity levels skyrocket the closer you get there.

It’s way easier than it used to be. SWF still makes it way easy for a lot of people to hit high rank but before they updated the emblem system to make it easier for survivors to level up, hitting rank 1 was a pain in the butt for solo players.

But now it’s not hard for anyone to pip as survivor, so as a killer, you run into a lot more players at high rank that aren’t that good.

true my highest rank was 3 and games ranged from easiest 4 k to most frustrating 2-3k and ultimatley stunned every single oppurtunity no kills

Hmmm every single person says that they are rank one is it that easy to get or do i just suck and will remain in rank 7 forever

It's hard to leave purple ranks because purple has the biggest mix of survivors. There are potatos in purple and look masters in purple. Getting out of purple as killer or survivor really depends on luck. Red ranks are actually easier for me than purple ranks. As in purple I will often mind game myself as killer believing the survivors are better than they are. In red I usually know where they will run, when they will drop a pallet ect. In purple the survivor skill level is so mixed that prediction is harder.
As survivor in purple you will STILL find survivors who duck waddle around the map afraid to touch a gen. Leaving you to do 3-4 gens alone.

    Purple ranks are super frustrating.

yeah they really are tea bagging Claudettes with self care flash lights and decisive strike really just pure cancer.

Nothing is more unsatisfying when you trap a survivor and 20 seconds later they pull it off :(

Sometimes you have to look on the positive side: like because you've been tunneling protecting them, you get to down them straight away and put another trap on.

@friendlykillermain I know, right! One of the main reasons I don't like higher ranked play on survivor. It's just Billy or Nurse, all the time. Even if they were my favourites to play against, I think I'd still get bored after the 50th game against the same damn killer.

exactly their are more killers for a reason i cant even remember the last time i went against a clown or Freddy.

yeah i wish instead of being rng it was more so based ona survivors skill like if they fail a skill check then they enter a injured state or dying state depending on an addon and the key inside the box becomes inaccesible for a couple of seconds and survivors cant see where jig saw boxes are until a trap is put on them kinda like a nerfed rule set number 2 with the add on being changed 2 survivors cant see all outlines only one at a time.

  • @Fibijean said:
I have no idea if she's fun to play as because I don't own her (I wish I did) but she's my favourite killer to play against. Not because she's easy - she's not, and besides easy wins aren't that fun - but because she's really good at upping the tension and also the time-based puzzle mechanic (which box has the key? Will I find the right one in time? Which ones can I search safely?). The fact that she makes doing generators dangerous is IMO a really interesting mechanic, although the amount of teammates I get who either don't know how the Pig works or don't care and just pop gens like no man's business is astounding.

I can see why the devs say her base kit is the strongest - she has a built-in mechanic for slowing down gen progress (so she doesn't need ruin or something similar) and if she still has traps left she's probably the strongest in the endgame. If you have a trap on your head when the gates are powered, the idea that you have to either get it off or find the hatch adds an extra layer to the usual open-the-doors-and-get-out-quick routine and makes it infinitely more interesting and dangerous.

I wish more people played Pig. Even when I lose to her I feel like I won.

same pig is one of the few killers fun to play against one of the reasons i stopped playing survivor i because on ps4 the rank s and 5s only play hillbilly and hillbilly just sucks to play against because lets just be honest he needs a bit of a Nerf in terms of speed. people need to play a bigger variety of killers because the staleness is just boring.

  • @Goldengeartwo said:
A tier is such a big stretch. Her traps are RNG (usually getting removed immediately) and her Ambush isn't much good for anything other than a mild mindgame around pallets. Aside from a select few her Add-Ons aren't very useful (Combat Straps should be on by default, honestly).

I've gotten to Rank 1 with her but it's mostly down to her basic attack and mechanics. Basically I'd be better off with any other Killer.

thats a bit harsh yeah the traps are rng but if thats the case then dont let the person with a trap on out of your sight. you basically bear trap a survivor hook them wait for them to be rescued immediately down the rescuer bear trap them hook them head off to the nearest jigsaw boxes if you have crate or bag of gear they should still be working on it you down them hook them and repeat beartraps are diversions not killing devices the timer is way too long to make them only effective at killing.

unfortunately ive noticed even in prestige 3 the rate of this add on appearing is unfortunately quite low but still when used correctly she is unstoppable. if they ever buff her she will absolutely become s tier.

^^Don't use any of these add-ons/perks ^^. Other than BBQ/We're Gonna live forever. You'll just lose and won't net any BPs.

If you're a killer, I'd probably suggest Wraith or Leatherface with the BBQ perk equipped. They are both really easy to play and can wrack in the points pretty fast.

You should be earning 20-30k score a trial, with BBQ 4 hooks that will bring your net gain up to about 40-60k BP a trial. With pudding that will be 60-90k BPs a trial.

so the add ons dont stack what about wreaths?

Barbecue and Chili - 100% maximum for all blood point gains
Beast of Prey - 50% maximum for all actions in the Hunter category
Distressing - 100% maximum for all actions in the Deviousness category
Hex: Thrill of the Hunt - 50% maximum for all actions in the Hunter category

    Killer Add-On
(Trapper) Padded Jaws - 100% bonus for trapping survivors

(Wraith) "The Beast" - Soot - 100% bonus for stalking and surprise attacks

Any survivor with We're Gonna Live Forever at Tier 3. No One Left Behind depends on how often you can make it to the end game.
Michael Myers with Vanity Mirror and Scratched Mirror (says they can stack), with BBQ and Chili, Beast of Prey, and Hex: Thrill of the Hunt. That's bonuses in the Brutality, Deviousness, and Hunter categories as well as an overall bonus.

thank you i m glad haven't prestiged to 3 yet i still have like 12 of each mirror although wouldn't distressing eliminate the stealth aspect for scratched mirror?

Amanda was one of the reasons I watched SAW. She's super sexy.

As for the game, she's not that great. I consider her a low tier Killer. But it's possible to make any Killer work with good enough mechanics.

shes a a tier at least yeah she doesnt have tools for the chase but her stopping power is unlike anything in the game pair that with a few addons and you have a destructive beast capable of making hour long games driving survivors to despair. and slow release toxin is just the solution survivors suffer from exhaustion which means the chase will be severely cut short as they cannot risk a pallet or even go trough windows this add on really makes the pig viable in even rank one gameplay unfortunately ive noticed even in prestige 3 the rate of this add on appearing is unfortunately quite low but still when used correctly she is unstoppable. if they ever buff her she will absolutely become s tier.

Now... I suck with this fake-faced spud. No doubt. So a lot of these games have gone to the end game with no one dead. Sad times. One thing I have noticed, is that those teabagging morons in the gates tend to GTFO pretty sharpish when a killer turns up who can down all four of them in one go.

Yeah, you still get the odd few who run off into the map instead of leaving, but maybe we need a similar mechanism so that all killers can down the entire group inside the gates.
