Maybe you mean when they crawl to a window so instead of picking the survivor up the killer vaults it? In that case just turn away from the window.
I have seen killers not being able to pick up a survivor that's under a hooked survivor though.

If they camp at the end I kinda uderstand, they want at least 1 kill.
But if they camp the first survivor they find is something I'll never understand. You won't even pip and you might even lose that 1 survivor, if the others play it smart. I guess they do it for the memes and to make others salty. I actually can't think of any other reason.

Dwight is my only p3 character with all perks.
Claudette is p2, I prestiged her twice before I even knew what prestige does. She's stuck on p2 for ages now :p
If they add better prestige rewards then I'll probably prestige more characters, for now, I don't think it's worth the grind, especially p3.
Takes a lot of time.

Both are high tier killers but spirit is much harder to learn.
With Billy you just need to learn how the chainsaw works, it's not that hard.
There's a lot of mindgaming with Spirit making her way more fun than Billy. I'd say go for Spirit.

Somewhere at the end of october someone told me the game was free for the current weekend, I decided to try it out.
I started the game and didn't know anything about it. Literally nothing. I started a game and thought we need to gather resources and build a shelter and make fire and stuff to survive.
I didn't bother checking it out on youtube cause I didn't think it would be good, but when I did, oh damn I fell in love!
The main concept was sooo fun to me, trying to escape the killer and repair gens. I was instantly hooked.
A month before I downloaded DBd I bought Overwatch and I actually quit it because of DBD. It was that fun for me!

I thought getting my main to p3 all perks was something, I just ended up wasting a month of grinding for nothing. I still rarely see BPS, escape cakes, BNP, insta heals and similar stuff in the bloodweb.
It's a waste.

Just had 3 infinite loading screens today, it's about time we get a respond on this.
It's come to a point where I don't want to start a match thinking It'll be a waste of time and bloodpoints.

Playing weaker Killers in High Rank is not really an argument. I mean, if you decide to play Trapper, you will have a hard time vs Solos as well in High Ranks.
Regarding High Rank Killers being sweaty:
The most sweaty players I have seen (before the change of the Pipping System) were in Purple Ranks. Red Ranks (which should be the aim for everyone) were okish, for both sides. But especially in Purples both sides were very sweaty.
Regarding the reason of Deranking:
Really, it is more to bully low rank Killers. And this should not happen, this will simply hurt the game in a longrun. If a rather unexperienced Killer needs to face people who deranked to bully them, he will not have much fun playing Killer and might even quit the game totally.

It's up to me if I want to play against 4man toxic flashlight swf or 4 blendettes.

I love coldwind farms as survivor, especially thompson house aka the pallet city. But I understand why killers don't.
You can see through jungle gyms and many walls making mindgames non existant. You can loop the killer for a long time.

I'm against this.
What this game needs is better rewards for... everything.
Add some rewards (actual rewards) for prestiging, devotion, reaching rank 1 etc.
There's just way too much grind in this game.

You could've ran in circles in front of the killer so it counts as being chased, not staying still. You could've maxed on boldness plus 2.5 gens, 3 dull totems would easily be a pip.
But that's not the answer, I know, there should be a mechanic where the game imidiatelly ends with everyone safe pipping except the killer in case he's afk for 1-2 minutes.

I mean it's a great perk but also you could do much better with a different one that helps you during the actual game or chase.
And you're wasting 2 perks just for healing.
Just pick self care.

"JuSt ClEaNse ThE tOtEmS" isn't a proper counter because first you have to find all 5 totems and cleanse them which does take time.
And I don't really want to waste my time finding and destroying them because the killer might not even use the perk.
Only bad killers will defend it and say it's balanced "just destroy the totems haha".
It's a crutch perk for bad killers. I've seen so many bad killers get undeserved 4k, it feels the worst when you loop the killer for a while, you outmindgame him, you're clearly better than him and then he literally sh*ts on you with his little crutch perk.
Just get rid of it, devs. Thx.

Start a survivor tutorial and just move around and practice. That's how I learned what exactly to press to 360, because in real matches I used to get scared and always messed up.

From my experience teabagging survivors aren't the best, they usually suck but think they're god tier. So it's always funny seeing them cry in the end chat.

I wouldn't camp anyone, but if a certain survivor tbaggs me and spams flashlight I'll make sure to tunnel him and get rid of him first.
Honestly it feels way better to kill that one as*hole than to get a 4k.

I don't understand how killers commit to 5 gen chases, like it's a guaranteed loss for them, I know it hurts their ego to just let you go but honestly if you're being looped for more than a minute you should just move on and put some pressure on gens.
I was just playing killer today against this one Meg who was just godlike in chases, she cut the corners so good that I couldn't ever catch up. She also just switched locations to one pallet to another. I just let her go. Her teammates were not so great though.
