no the nerf would be bigger than you thought.
because the charge recover too slow.
so you would need to sacrifice your mobility and walk around to make your charge recover.
or sacrifice your one shot ability cause when you use M2 to find survivor, you have a big chance that your dont have enough charge to M2 the survivor.

give bubba some buff to his m2 can really help him a lot.
And what's your goal to the killer?
nerf billy would only cause billy down to bubba's level which mean most of people don't play them.
It does not help anything to Killer's diversity.

hold M2 no longer to make you move slower
let him has his MAX speed right after he use his m2.

Also bubba actually loses distance for a second after starting his chainsaw which by the way there's no reason for.
Billy is just a better bubba in every regard except against potatoes that save right in front of your face when you have a multidown chainsaw.

so bubba (who is one of the weakest killer) need a buff not billy (one of fun to play and against killer) need a nerf

Myers needs to stalk ppl first and guess what, he can't even do it as much as he wants, he has a permanent cooldown for each survivor.
They are totally different kind of killer.
billy can not charge his saw from 15M away or hide his heartbeat and then one shoot you.

because he need to use almost 1/3 of charge bar for his each dash.
And the charge come back so slow like a sprint with out add-on.
further more such a slow charge back time are already a faster vision ,if you are not overload the charge would come back even more slower.

They fixed the bug that sucked you back to the window when you vaulted. They didnt buff anything. So your gonna quit because you cant get bs hits anymore?
no i quit again because i don't see any different about gens speed.
And even more the most different i can feel after playing 5 games is a survivor buff.
SO why do i not quit again when nothing change to what cause me quit but also more survivor buff?

hey I am a survivor main now and I get red rank yesterday with my friends who dont even know what loop mean.

if mmr really pair the same skill level player to each other.the queue time for survivor would only be longer.Because right now they pair low rank killer to high rank survivor to make the queue time shorter.

About the map change,we need to see the new map to know how good it is.
About the gen speed it still punish so little for 2 people(44->46)but punish so much for 4 people,and because of that it would still not help killer for slow down the early gems but make 3 gen more stronger.

It sounds like you just don't have to have to hit people twice, ever. That's never going to be a thing. You absolutely can insta-down a potato more than once...after you stalk their teammates. Killers already have quite a bit of advantage. Especially against a random squad, which is most matches. You'll be fine. ;)
I don't know if you play MM or not, but you will almost reach the stalk limit if you stalk a survivor form teir1 to teir3.
