How can the player be sure the MMR work

My question is for the dev if the MMR is in the background how can we be sure the mmr work. This mmr thing sound sketchy and i feel its only an excuse for the player who complain about the matchmaking.

    no you can't

    that's the point about why they made mmr systems.

    Not really i never won a match in ormond and mother dwelling is a nightmare for me
