That still doesn't solve the problem of I'm too lazy to kick a generator.
It does you now have more of an incentive to kick the gen. Who knows it might actually work.

I mean not in my experience. The games were extremely enjoyable because everybody was of relatively equal skill. Most games nowadays either end up with the survivors being stomped or the killer being stomped, not much in between. MMR was mostly perfect for me and ran that fine line of being balanced.
Your skill level wont matter because you will get to the well oiled nurse and spirits who will make you wish you were stuck in the old system. If you continue to play well then you will face a much smaller pool of killers that at the highest level will leave you no oppurtunity to express you survivor skill level.
Mmr is a terrible idea for dbd. If they did more patches and actually had an idea how to balance the game then yes but they dont have a clue.

You seem to have some kind of issue with your internet, you should try to fix that, you sadly are ruining others experiences.
For killers this wouldn't work, the survivors will just all leave the lobby
As survivor? This might give you an unfair advantage. "Oh the killer nearly got me, time to disconnect and reconnect so I'm safe!" even if you limit it to once per match, this would be unfair.
This doesn't work.
I will say that solid internet is actually a big ask for a lot of areas of the world. Credit to dbd the net code has gotten a lot better as time has gone in and server wise its probably one of the most stable games i have ever played.
My advice for op would be to examine other network options (if possible). A reconnect feature is very prone to abuse. But it could be done if the character stays in game stationery and hookable. It would just involve some work on the hit validation side to allow this.

Leon is probably the best choice considering as far as re characters go he probably got the most fans. I personally like ada more but when you stop and think about it only leon would be unlucky enough to get captured by the entity.

A solo queue survivor with a key is gonna ditch everyone regardless
I don't. Im sure plenty of others have stories of solo queue adventures where they stuck around and saved a rando.

Opening the hatch with a key should be interruptable and shouldn't be instant
Id much rather limit early hatch leaves then take away the instant open element. Again a survivor with a key under your changes is more likely to ditch your teamamates. If you have been on the recieving end of this you understand why its so frustrating. With my changes the survivor withput a key can still get the doors.

I reached level 70 a month ago, so no.
Have you played other battle passes. Im curious because dbd battle pass is imo the worst bar maybe some deliberately disgusting ea sudios style games.
Hours wise how much dbd do you play and for your average person who will likely be playing more games then dbd and will potentially be working longer hours is it fair to make the pass so grindy they will never reach the end bar unless they spend money on levels.
-
Say it with me people no way no how no ever no now. This idea is trash. If you want hatch fixed you need to give it the killer mori treatment. Hatch spawns when all 5 gens are done or during the egc. It does not spawn on 1 gen or 2 gens. The hatch functions as alternative escape for the door period and counters end game builds.
A 30 second timer does one thing it encourages survivors to ditch there freinds and leave immediatly when hatch spawns. There is far to many reasons already to encourage anti mate behaviour for survivor dont add more reasons.

Shock horror a high density of players with a culture of click bait threads is prone to featuring nonesense topics at the front page while well meaning actual nuance takes on feedback and improvements sink below.
I always find it baffling that people do not grasp that drama and us vs them posts gain more traction in general. We all know the saying don't feed the troll yet none of us do it. I challenge the community to actually give sensible feedback and advice for just one week.

They nerfed the twins in the worst way they could exposing viktor to be kicked even more. Lets be honest viktor being kickable whilst necessary is the main reason people hate playing the killer making that occur more frequently is jusy giving players even less of an incentive to play them.
Charlotte needs a purpose that more then m1 killer that deploys viktor. Because a 4.6 killer with no power is awful. Whikst viktors is down charllote is just awful to play and there should be some way for charllote to be empowered by viktor. An increase in speed upon hitting someone with viktor would go a long way to fix her map traversal issues and it would mean on loops she would pressure pallets drops sooner.
-
Dosent give health state is terrible tends to be the reaction of every survivor i hear an opinion on this. Which is really dumb. Perks like iron will and spine chill are absurdly powerful its just there playstyle runs counter to what a survivors tend to play. ie chase me I'll loop'em.
Misinformation or removing tracking indicators is a huge advantage. But it will requires a specific playstyle. Yes survivors perks have remained meta for survivor for a prolonged period. But OG MoM demonstrates that no matter how good the best survivor perks are a new perk can come along and change everything.
Lucky break imo will likely replace ds since it serves a similar function. It will mill be mandatory to pair with iron will. Build ideas like lithe or sprint burst post taking a hit will allow you to disappear and shake the killer on a majority of maps.

@AggressiveFTW said:
There was one person asking that in one of Mclean's stream. His answer was that the map doesn't have a lot of windows and because of that, they chose to put more pallets to sort of "compensate". That reason makes sense at least to me.
Why didn't they just add more T- L walls or add some kind of Ormond structure loop? it makes no sense to have survivor defenses be for the most part only pallets. There reworking the map maybe if they stopped focusing so much ascetic's and focused on mixing up tiles half of the m1 killer rooster wouldn't feel so awful on it.

Please learn how to use the enter key... For every ones sake.
That some mental gymnastics right there friend. I'm pretty sure a killer doesn't care if they lose they just want some respect. Losing is fine some mechanics might be infuriating to deal with and piss killers off yes same goes for survivors. But at the end screen you don't have 4 arrogant capital g gamers rubbing it in and dropping god damn racial slurs because the report system is so archaic they can get away with it.
Starting off, no one playing a video game owe's you respect. They honestly don't owe you anything. Now as you your point about people ######### talking in end game chat... That might just be their playstyle. I can play this game for 6 to 8 hours straight and get maybe 2-3 games where people ######### talk in end game chat. So maybe a lot of these killers who are bitching about this ######### are taking 2-3 games out of maybe 20. A Drop in the bucket.
Secondly, BHVR is trying to do something about their archaic report/chat system. In true BHVR fashion they way over corrected. So now you can't even say some killer/survivor names, social media sites and a ton of over things. Now to be clear, probably about 80% percent of the time when a survivor called me out for playing like a ######### in end game chat, I was playing like a #########. But in your defense, there have been more then enough games where someone called me out for something I didn't do, or was just being plain racist...
Lastly for this point... You can legit hide the chat and never see anything anyone says. It even stays like that once you reboot the game. So excluding racism, sexists, and homophobic remarks which should never be used, you also would have to see people calling you out for playing like an #########.
"Entitled" sorry what the hell is this nonsense. Go on ask a friend why they don't play killer I guarantee you they will cite that the role is stressful and a good portion of that stress is those sore winners being arrogant and rude rubbing it in that they whupped your friends ass. But other games have this issue of rude jackasses too, well yes but it isn't 4 people berating 1 player that entire chat system needs to be opt in by default.
Ummmm... I play killer... Mostly killer.... Probably about 2.2 - 2.5k hours worth of killer at this point. Been doing it for so many damn years. I don't need to ask them if the role is stressful. You are optional choosing to play chess 1v4... You would have to be stupid to think it would be the less stressful role. Yeah I get plenty of sore losers from survivors side. But you know what, besides when they are being racist, sexist or homophobic, I don't care what they have to say. ITS A GAME. People are going to get upset on both sides. And once again, you can hide chat permanently, just click the icon.
Now if you read my post before getting so freaking upset over it. I even said
"entitled" for lack of a better word
Because yes I can I agree that entitled is a strong word for this case, but currently didn't have a better word in mind. Most killers I talk to don't count anything less then a 4k as a win. And they will run such boring ass builds or playstyles to accomplish that task. And before anyone says anything, yes there are Survivor builds that are just as boring, but the topic was related to killer. This game is 1 vs 4 bots. Its 1 v 4. There are four other people you are playing this game with, that you have no idea what their day, week or life is like. They could have just gotten fired from their job and wanted to play a game and their first match is a Pop, Stridor Spirit that tunnels everyone off hook. In my opinion if you play pop stridor spirit, you're a boosted ######### and nothing anyone says is going to change my opinion of that. There are just unfun killer builds and playstyles to play against.
But he tunneled me so I get to call him a racial slur, a homophobic remark, well then your problem isn't with the player its with the damn game mechanics. I'm so sick of this community. The writing on the damn wall and you can't see the issue your inventing bogeymen or ridiculous conspiracy theories for why the killer role has queue issues.
Once again, the chat can be hidden, and I don't condone anyone using the chat system to be racist, sexists or homophobic.
Feel like im walking into the same competitive bm argumemt here but there is no competitve or reasonable reason to be a trash talker post game. T bag for aggro reasonable, calling the players mother an x not so much. (picked a ridiclous example but since any actual insults will get censored i picked something to get the idea across.)
I happen to think yes you are owed respect post game and while yes people get mad because you dont know what theyve been through the equal occurs where someone who hoped on for a round or two should not be getting abuse for playing a damn game to add there barrage of crap.
Its not some complex ethical conumdrum. Its basic mannners. You got nothing nice to say park it. Suck it up and move on to the next game or drop dbd. Again the issue with a playstyle reflects soley on the game designers. If it prone to exploitation its not the players fault its the game makers. Acting like a sore winner or loser is pathetic and is incredibly petty. (this is not a playstyle your just being a rude jerk).
I dont see chess grandmasters trash talking there rivals. Probably because they arent petty or maybe just maybe they practise just a little bit of self control. I have stated before that for killer chat should be disabled by default. Mute systems dont get used till the experiance of the game as a whole is already tainted.
Yes 3 out of 20 games you see the most aggregious examples but that dosent mean you ignore it. You and I can probably handle some degree of rude crap but that not the community as a whole. There are a real large number of players who just find killer unbearable largely because of the crap that gets thrown there way.
Its aggregious enough we get queue problems when the devs dont just let matchmaking go rainbow ranks matchmaking mode. (throw random ranks together without consideration for what level there playing at, yes rank dosent work past a certain point but sorting the 18 megs from the purple red nurses might be more sensible.)

Depends on what "one-hit down" you're referring to.
Iri Head? NOED? Sure, I can see why you're frustrated.
Bubba? Starstruck? There are obvious counters for these perks & killers that you could easily learn.
Lowkey starstruck looks extremly great on every killer that isnt nurse. On nurse with a dedicated build it seems kinda busted. Throw on distressing starstruck and infectious fright suddenly the nurse can create these giant slugfests.
Put on a delay perk of your choosing to fill out the build and by the entity you may have the most terrifying build in dbd. You could go with a more aggresive bbq option but having at least one form of delay might be important depending on your skill level.

As far as I remeber, Huntress has highest pick rate between all killers. Like 10% or something. So it's more than luck. She is really fun to play on PC.
Also after Trickster release most killers who tried him want to play some decent ranged killer for a change.
Darn was about to say the exact same thing. People hankering for a good ranged killer. Huntress and deathslinger always stood out to me as fun killers to play and play against because as killer there always exerting a ranged pressure thats really daunting and both killers reward being evasive and creating distance.
Nothing quite like juking mid range hatchets by swinging left the minute she makes that audio throw cue or forcing slinger to make predicitve shots because I keep putting distance between him and me.

Trickster is the only killer below B tier released since Legion. Between these two we haven't got a single weak killer and we even got Blight, a top tier killer on the levels of Nurse and Spirit.
Twins might not be below b tier but they are deeply unpleasant to play. They have so many mechanics that just frustrates the player and requires you to play in a specific way. There's no way to vary your playstyle without massively limiting your ability to make an impact on a game. Compare to myers or blight who can do a variety of builds. The last two chapters have been awful and its worth noting hopefully they break this streak of 2 straight terrible killer's in time for the anniversary killer whatever that might be. (Terrible in the sense of awful to play).

So here is two cents from a nobody with way to many hours and $$$ in this game who mostly plays killer
Killer is way easier then it ever used to be, but thats because people are comparing it to a time when hooks stayed broken, infinite windows, the inability to kick gens, old perks like OG DS and BT. They have changed and added a lot of features to make killer lives easier, however during those changes killers started get "entitled" for lack of a better word and think the deserve to 4k every game. And if this game was a match against bots, I would agree with them. But instead its a game that is played against 4 other people who most likely got of work and wanted to have some fun.
Now I honestly believe the game would have a healthier mindset if killers would aim for a tie of 2k and 2 escape and count anything over that as a win. However, most people I've met who play killer count anything less then a 4k as a loss. And if they don't get it, they get mad because they have this mindset that they are the "big bad scary" killer and they should get a 4k every game. So a lot of killers who are not getting that power role sensation filled, they leave...
That some mental gymnastics right there friend. I'm pretty sure a killer doesn't care if they lose they just want some respect. But he tunneled me so I get to call him a racial slur, a homophobic remark, well then your problem isn't with the player its with the damn game mechanics. I'm so sick of this community. Got a big brain massive fix for increasing the number of killer players. Make the chat system an opt in. By default mute chat for every person who plays killer. Its seems so stupid but in my time asking any survivor player why they don't play killer it usually a mix of stress and harassment. Muting the chat by default means players don't have to put up with it. Also stop making weak terrible killers. Going from twins to trickster has left us with no new meaningful content. I have no incentive to play those killers there so underwhelming and just awful to play.

He’s weak because the devs played it safe with him. Having a full auto ranged killer could quickly become brainless and way too strong.
I agree he is very weak right now but I’d rather they release a weak killer as opposed to an OP one
That is a terrible design philosophy. Its harder to add to a killer kit then nerf elements post launch. Do you know how long it took for them to finally fix freddy now its likely well be waiting a similar amount of time because of course behavior (tried) to sell us a weak poorly designed killer. They should have taken way more risks and pushed his power level.
a. this is his release first impressions matter do you think it wise for killer diversity to be hindered by awful, terrible, abysmal first impression. There going to be a lot of people who will skip this killer entirely now that they played it too safe or have heard the disastrous launch because the hypes gone and likely a lot of people will associate him with being a crap tier killer.
b. When a new chapter of dbd hits people should be seeing more of the new killer because that's what a lot of survivors and killer players are hoping on to see. If they come back to dbd and its the same crap people are going to be disappointed and bounce off the game.
c. Immediate buyers remorse imagine putting your faith in behavior buying the chapter and having you experience be utter trash. How is that healthy going forward. From a business perspective this is a disaster. They just eroded the loyalty of there customers and these customers are gonna take less chances on buying new content.
I went out of my way to support behavior before but this fiasco after the twins has made it clear they are more interested in pumping out low quality garbage then actually putting in any effort at all. Stop making awful killers. Actually take some feedback from the ptb and make some meaningful changes. There were dozens of ideas and they didn't try even one. Disgraceful!
-
Look at Warcraft remastered or overwatch's horrible balancing that actually makes behavior look good. You picked the worst company to compare bar maybe ea. Also in terms of bugs how do they compare to cyberpunks release or how about other game companies who servers keep going down so you cant even play the dang game. No behavior and game breaking issues is pretty low on the massive mess up departments when it compares to other companies. This pallet bug is an issue but its to be expected stop playing wait for it to be patched.

Basically this. People in this forum are always complaining about sweaty 4 men SWF, when that is less than 20% of the playerbase. Why are perks being nerfed because of less than 20%?
In solo play its was an issue as well. Ds was being weaponised by competent solos to push gens. Strategies as simple as move to a gen with a large amount of progression killer moves to stop them they hop in a locker killer grabs survivor from locker ds trigger prolonged stun period resets killers progress granting other survivor teamates time to heal or push gens. If you ignore them you let th get the gen and your still at a lose lose.
Frankly i always find the whole ds brings a uniqie experiance makes no sense. Stuning a killer and gaining more second chances isn't some next level example of skilled gameplay. Comparatively well time head ons, excellent use of pebble or maoe use of iron will to shake a killer is far more impressive. Even timeing dead hard to prolong chases is way more impressive. The hit skill check to gain extra hook state perk.
-
If i hit this map more then once a day i take it as sign i need to stop playing dbd.
-
Balanced queue incentives. Your an asymetrical game the concept of rewarding players with a bonus to rift ftagment grinding and a bp bonus would masively fix queue times as it would incentiveise people to fill undesireded roles. If total active player population for killer is less then 15% then killer rewards post game for bp increases by 10% and rift fragment progress is increased for that role by 25%.
Survivor same logic just the percentage should be around 65%-70%. I have found a way to alleviate your queues and hopefully improved your matchmaking.
-
I like a lot of these ideas aside from neas and fengs. Neas, bloodlust is supposed to help a killer catch up to a survivor in loops with extremly obnoxious issues of which there are still many. Making nea gain a rather large amount of speed against the mechanic is absurd. I would suggest reduced fall stun duration.
Fengs might need something less feast or famine since 10% repair progress is too strong but not getting it will feel awful.
Other then feng and nea's i like a large majority of these passives there not game changers but open up making more exciting build options and I'm a big advocate fir adding more depth for options of survivors.
-
Pretty reasonable smart changes. I like the plague comparisons as quite frankly its just so baffling how they made a killer thats just so fundamentally weaker then a majority of the killers base power elements. Main event being so awful to the oint actively using it hurts you is by and large the most aggregious awful mistake they could make.
100% expect that were gonna be waiting at least 6 months for even half of these changes being implemented. I hope I have to eat my words.

Oh no i can't get my 50 win streak anymore reeee
That's kind of foolish to assume that influencers aka a major driving point for dbds success should be discounted in favour of introducing an mmr system. I can't count the amount of time I see a cool build ohtofu or monto was showing off that I wanted to personally try. Look what influencers did to amoung us or phasmophobia.
Dbd is very lucly to have the streamer community it has and if behavior makes the game awful for them this game will lose a lot of momentum. Dbd is at this stage to big to fail but it can definatly lose momentum.
There so much wrong with the idea of mmr in dbd. It too unbalanced for mmr it needs balance fixes now before mmr is introduced. Games like valorant and league mmr works because they were built to be competitve dbd is most certainly not.

Rank means nothing in this game so dont play seriously for rank. Dying in this game is always an option and if people dont like that well then idk what to tell them, survivors aren't entitled to escape.
Every time you say rank means nothing your basically saying any matchmaking system that factors rank at all is a terrible idea and the rank 15 should be thrown against reds regardless. Its awful for judging the high tier players definitely but yellows should be separated from red ranks players.
-
Tunneling hasn't changed I literally spent the day before yesterday playing survivor around rank 2. Not once did I see tunneling. No one takes this tunneling bull seriously because you people exaggerated it (how the hell is it tunneling if I have 4 stacks at the point I death hook you ridiculous). Its like whining about gen rush. It not the survivors job to prolong the game just so the killer gets a better chance just like its not the killers job to ensure a survivor gets a fair chance post unhook. The owness is on you as a survivor to give the unhooked that chance soak aggro hide their tracks with your own. If a killer facecamps he will lose points and open every gen on the map to be freely pushed. The only difference now is you can't call tunnel after losing ds because you were contributing to the main objective instead of seeking out healing or avoiding the killer post 60 seconds of unhooking. Also how does saying we need to deal with this even help put a suggestion forward. Come up with a solution that encourages a killer to spread out there hooks.
-
Breakable walls usually often to blame for why I cant reach a hook specifically the game. The game map on at least 3 or 4 occasion has robbed me of a hook and saying just break the wall killer isn't great when I don't even know which god damn wall needs to be broken to reach a hook I shouldn't struggle to find.

Every killer player on here who thinks tapping means a survivor isn’t being tunneled doesn’t actually understand how tunneling works.
Let me repeat this for the 1000th time. You do not have to have just come off hook in order to be tunneled. You could have merely 10 seconds AGO been unhooked, that killer has already tracked you down and you’ve already lost your DS.
I don’t think you guys understand that there is always context to every single time a killer wants to tunnel someone out. It isn’t cookie cutter to every situation.
If tapping a gen takes away the 30 seconds you had left on your timer, that you spent trying to find a safe place, only for the killer to track you down then those 30 seconds should remain intact.
Just like you guys don’t have to worry about everyone having DS, because you want to camp at your leisure, we shouldn’t have to worry about tapping a gen at 1% ffs.
A killer has kicked this gen you have tapped it to stop regression. You are not progressing the objective thus are fair game. If your so concerned with being tunneled dont give your position away by tapping a gen.
Look for healing or focus on keeping your head down you can't both halt a gens regression and retain ds. That is actively advancing the game for your team. Playing like this is an aggresive use of ds.
I swear this kind of stuff legitimise killer tunneling. Think from the killers perspective I have two gens remaining i have kicked one gen and its currently regrressing theres another gen close to completion. A survivor close to a regressing generator is unhooked.
The killer is presented with two options return and tunnel the unhooked who is running across to the regressing gen or chase the unhooker whos going the opposite direction. If they stop the regression I'm in trouble as i know im effectively on one gen. You can't take an aggresive action and retain ds that is bs.
The minute you take a single action that progresses ds should turn off. Because it opens the perk to exploitation otherwise.

When Pyramid Head came out players screamed about how op he is.
When Blight came out it was obvious that he is clunky but he will be strong if you master him.
When Twins came out it seemed that they are weak in basic gameplay but able to do some insane gimmicky stuff, even though it wasn't obvious what it will be.
And now everyone is suddenly stupid and knows nothing. Ok. Maybe you are just listening to wrong people?
Where do I start? Pyramid head was op(at least in the 1v1) because you could threaten your power and switch to m1 if they didnt drop the pallet with no slow or consequence it created a no win situation. Now je slows down so you will not be able to go from your power to m1 without giving a survivor adaquate time to respond.
Blights issue and it still haunts him as a killer is just gradually getting fixed. Some map collision is all over the place. Theres a lot of things you slide off of and mastering him involved a lot of trial and error trying to figure out what is a collision when at a glance colidable objects should be easy to spot. Swamp is supposed to be better now so hopefully he feels a bit better.
Twins playstyle was discovered immediatly and even with its discovery did little to revive her abyssmal play rate because mechanically she was awful to play and very one note in her and viktors playstyle. This playstyle only developed because one of the issues raised that viktor would die close to a hooked survivor so this playstyle idnt and cpuldnt exist without feedback and moaning.
Killers and perks have a long story of changes soem terrible (billy, nurse) other for the better (freddy, ruin). The community isn't stupid it can be wrong but usually the person correcting the community at large has reasoning and logic to back there statements. Listing killers wh o recieved changes and either were worse/better for it is not an argument that tje trickster is strong/weak stating the mechanics that makes them weak or strong is what adds validaity to a point.

yeah sure, thats why suddenly every suddenly bubba adopted the same nemesis build, or why every single deathslinger runs monitor and abuse or every spirit stridor or every demogorgon (well for as far as they are played) Save the best for last....
lets see what happens when otz or ohtofu or what have you actually does give them a fair shot and suddenly comes up with builds or techniques that work....
far far faaaar too many players here make up their mind the second they hear of something and its always based on emotion, "billy was nerfed!?!!!? well thats it, this is outraaages, never playing him again, rip billy, pretty good job so far hurpaderpaderp" not even trying to see if perhaps the nerf does....absolutely nothing? orrr can be made to deal with? like a nurse not insta double blinking all the time..."wow wait so if you dont blink twice like a muppet the entire time...she is actually still extremely powerful? my world is coming apart"
Your examples are pretty bad considering both billy and nurse are still regarded as frustrating and awful to play. Now in there circumstances its very clear that nurse and billy are more frustrating to learn and there mechanics punishes players learning there power which is probably the worst way you could balance a killer.
The objective should have been to nerf the high end stuff (which they did) but not make the gameplay even more unwelcoming adding an overheat mechanic that actively punishes the player for exploring there power or a nurse blinks cd on top of the existing cd to further punish the people learning nurse.
Hell so many of what you mentioned above were discovered quickly deathslinger and M&A or were reacting to shifitng builds ie iron will appearing more frequently in comes stridor for spirit. Again a vast majority of the players like ohtofu, ardetha, odtz werent saying the killer changes for billy and nurse made them weaker. They were saying they were much clunkier to play and even more unforgiving. Which again isn't how you balance killers who are to strong. You should be trimming there top end power down.

because players of this game are stupid and think they understand the world after a glance.
Buddy you aittude reeks of arrogance. When a vast majority of the community is saying the gameplay reeks of awful sitting on the hold on theres a secret tech its ridiclous. Your not trying to justify a higher skill cap expectation because you and everyone else knows this killer is deliberatly made to be simpler to play and a has a lower skill ceilling.
His only depth of play is locked behind a purple add on (ricochet) or long range shots cease to matter as laceration will decay to fast to reward getting distant shots. The community for dbd is made up of some incredibly competitive players like fungoose and they can tell crack a killers strengths and weaknesses in the course of a day.
We have had the ptb and one day to test him its very clear he is is desperate need of buffs. A lot of complaints about broken perks like MoM, undying and weak killers like initial spirit release i.e. her directional phasing was an issue. Now you have two options dig in your heels and demand trickster remain as is or contribiting toaking the necessary changes to make him a solid killer without pushing his power level so much that he feels op to play against.
The community on dbd is not this nebulous mob of idiots there are all kinds of skilled excellent players and to say otherwise is arrogant and cynical.

It's called an opinion. People said blight was bad too and he wasn't.
He was because on ptb his collison was awful. They said later on an pld blight variation was released on ptb. Now blight currently is good on maps where power works you get hawkins or lerys its just awful swamp was also really bad but its supposed to be fixed now.

The uzi addition to his arsenal was a fantastic idea. 10/10 would stan for ji-woon-Hak any day.

You played Spirit, that's bad enough, nothing to do with your perks.
I had a Spirit match where the first survivor stupidly got on a gen right in front of me, so I phased up to him and yanked him right off it. Immediately the other three survivors were around me teabagging, begging for me to hook them, and two of them DC'd.
Next match of course was a sweat fest that I lost badly, so yeah, I'm not seeing how Spirit is so OP frankly.
Ya obviously you should play the crapper and stop playing op killers like freddy and spirit. Don't mind me just queueing up with my object swf with 4 toolboxes. GG ez btw. We don't know the level a survivor team is playing at. There no indication that we should bring our best mid tier or weakest. Its frankly dumb to complain about how awful spirit is when in some circumstances she's the only force bar nurse who can compete with the cream of the crop survivors. If your response is play fair killers and eat the L then your acting entitled.

So hear me out were gonna add a cooldown on billy saw so we can punish the players learning billy or for trying to experiment with it on different loops. Its not like some people play billy just whizz around the map. I mean who would derive enjoyment from navigating a map with a high speed chainsaw sprint? These changes should make billy way more exciting to play. We also should add a growl noise so survivors get a heads up on when the sprint begins because the big rev up isn't enough to allow survivors to be warned he's about to charge.(sarcasm) This is the ass backwards logic I'm seeing form the small minority of players who thinks these changes were sensible. The community has spoken that billy is an unpleasant awful killer to play in his current state. This talks nothing about the added debris and the ghost saw nonsense he has to deal with as well which likes to rear its ugly head every patch or two.
Suck up the arrogant tone drop the illusion of thinking billy is some elite killer only to be explored by the most dedicated players and acknowledge he needs less growl no overheat and better base turning. Because right now for the large majority of the community he is an unpleasant awful killer to play. For a vast majority of survivors he was a way more exciting opponent then the spirits, nurses and huntresses in dbd. But behavior has there own vision and that vision has no room for community feedback. I hope I'm proven wrong. I hope that there are changes coming down the line that helps billy because after the embarrassingly terrible changes I have yet to see a single healthy change for billy bar fixing the bugs like the saw overheat meter not reducing when its down or the ghost saws that again pop up every two patches.

So you know that guy you played a few rounds of tekken, street fighter etc. That guy who every time he won he just rubbed it in how amazing he was. T-bagging basically gets across the energy of ha suck it. But there I go talking about foreign concepts like manners and respect everyone knows that the way you get attention is through being rude and disrespecting everyone because those clips and videos need validation.
I get that your just hitting your control key what's the problem and tbh I know its a strat for pulling aggro one that works on a lot more killers then you think. But again that kind of eat ######### trash talk like playstyle is really ######### part of gaming as a whole. You wanna do it that's fine but I have seen many who embrace it also get annoyed by it. I'm not trying to make villains out of people who are out to have fun I just want to appeal to peoples honest competitive spirit to try to be a little more respectful in dbd. This goes for killers too.

Can't wait to try out the Wraith's new speed and Blight's new POV. Wraith's new speed will be fun, and Blight's new POV is finally higher than a baby's ankles so that will be interesting.
Then there is the DS nerf...
Oh yeah, and then there is Trickster if you like him. Eh, Imma get him for the perks.
Calling it now tricksters hex perks is gonna be way to strong. Locking a loop like shack or some structure loops is crazy strong and I can easily see it mess up a lot of survivors. Trickster looks terrible and considering the weak disappointing twin changes I have no hope behavior will get him to a meaningfully competitive level and before anyone says it no a fun killer does not mean its ok to punch out a weak killer. I have seen this said about the pig and her dash, The twins with viktor and the blight and her weird vomit nonsense. Eventually all these killers got discarded once there quirky charm wore off. (Though I admit the plague can be very strong with her purple addon's or her iridescent aura read)
Right now a lot of my swf and killer pals are saying the same thing they want to see new killers in higher levels of play. Going from twins to trickster is disappointing because we all know what will happen once a couple of days pass if the killer doesn't get some serious overhaul. Hopefully blight fov change will bring some variety and make him less frustrating to play. I still doubt wraith will make a meaningful impact in higher tiers of play but I respect that were getting a proper wraith buff.

Ruin is stronger now if the killer is playing well. Old ruin was strong against new players
I agree in some circumstances but for some killers ruin was nerfed for other it was buffed. Unfortunately the weaker killers who needed ruin more then the high tier killers suffered the most from the changes. I just wish the gen regression perks weren't so restrained half of them are just so bad. Surge percentage is abyssmal on top of an m1 hit requirement. Thanatophobia despite being ridiculously hard to apply outside of plague % reduction is terrible. Dying light does nothing in the early half of the game and pop got nerfed so its even worse on the slower killers. What the hell is going on with behavior and there decision to continously nerf the weaker killers. ya sure some targeted buffs are coming but how long has it taken them to get wraith to a good state. Look at all the restrained trapper buffs that do nothing to tackled his major issues.
Its really frustrating seeing balance changes for high tier killer come at the expense of hurting low tier killers. Hell pop didn't even need changes sense most of the high tier killer were running ruin and undying and imo its still better to run the two perks then pop. Meanwhile killers who actually benefited from pop are now having significantly less flexibility in its use. Why is is we can have phenomenal chase perks but absolutely awful stall perks. Imo corrupt and ruin are the only meaningful regression perks in dbd everything else is just straight trash or is hopelessly restrained by awkward condition's.

Playing other battle pass system dbd is easily the worst. Not even a contest. Maybe some ea ubisof trash might be more obnoxious but compare legends of runeterra, league, hunt showdown, genshin impact etc. Dbd is absolutley terrible battle pass wise. It takes way to long to accrue points and requires way more time then other passes.
Dbd benefits from being a game you want to spend an hour or two on. Prolonged gameplay makes the game misrable in my experiance. Why the battle pass encourage grinding baffles me. And yes you can fast track this pass in fact its so grindy i did it twice since then i refuse to buy the pass because its grindy obnoxious nonesense.
Its without a doubht one of the worst passes to grind. Prolonged dbd play session are terrible because it increases the chances of encountering awful matchmaking, frustrating setups or just plain terrible map rng (haddonfield).

What time are you playing at there is a sort of witching hour where a lot of people hop on with friends and let me tell you co-ordinated teams tend to massively increase the difficulty. Mainly around evening periods and weekends.

so you think surge should aply to hatchets also for example? im not agaisnt this idea, and if thats your point, well, im a billy main, so, I would kinda like to see surge in powers also, but its hard to balance perks like surge when the instadown hatchets also exist - Which would work really close to a ruin, but would not be a totem, except for the 200% regression - (you can see right away that my only issue with surge aplying to M2 are the instadowns). by the way, who cares if they blame you for running ruin, just run whatever you want, thats your game not theirs, survivor love to blame killers playstyle, perks and power for their own mistakes made.
I mean lets be real here no ones defending iri heads instadown hatchets are broken with anything discordance infectious fright etc. I don't much care for the whining of the survivor but it really got me thinking why is there so much chaff perks for huntress and how is this a healthy concept going forward. So many killers how even remotely down with there powers are extremely pushed to use non m1 basic atk conditions which is not helpful for killer playstyle diversity.

im rank 3 survivor i just doesnt think its fair to 99 and use the 99 5 minutes later
No play as the killer. How can you understand a killers balance if you don't play them not just play vs them. I don't thinks its fair that I get blood lodge as ghostface that doesn't mean I'm going to say they should disable blood lodge if ghostface is the killer. I can't strand posts that like nerf x without considering hey this b tier killer might need something to compensate for the fact that your making them significantly worse.

The only perk thats somewhat good is No way out.
Starstruck literally tells them theyre exposed so it will do nothing.
Another Hex totem? Yeah, dont get me started.
I get the whole hex totems bad but its a hex totem generating immediate value. Get into any chase and its already reducing the length of the chase and forcing survivors to move to other loops combine this with killers who can punish survivors who have to immeidatly vacate loops like blight, huntress or deathslinger and you have an insane perk.
Calling it now the hex crowd control perk is gonna be too powerful. Killers will run it with undying and it will force some awful lose lose scenarios for survivors. I will happily be called out as being wrong if it dosent work out. I said this about a lpt of the busted perk like MoM, undying ruin and im going to say this about hex crowd control.
I will say that your likely only going to be using those two hex perks. As hex perks get weaker the more you equip bar the haunted grounds retribution variants. Also corrupt has negative synergy with hexes in general so dont run it alongside what's mentioned above.

It's just my opnion, I find him horrendous to play. Stiff turns, bounces off every little bit of debris, and the "pinball" novelty wears off real fast.
You do need to be comfortable with faster mouse movement even though his turning is capped you might be working off a lower turning speeds. Theres some reflexs element where you need to correct your swing and movement sooner but sometimes you can play the hell out of a killer and still it just dosent fit your playstyle.

i mean if they added a way to see if he is around 99ed which you can do on gens, doors etc or maybe added a 1.5 sec stun when he uses it i mean for me a 1 sec stun would be enough
Again ghostface isnt strong he's very mid tier. You need experiance on gf because what your suggesting is nerf pig levels of terrible. Stun himself post exposure is an awful idea. Most people playing gf stick with just going invisible and attacking promoting that entirely and adding this stun you might as well throw out the stalk mechanic entirely.
I cannot stress how terrible gf would be if this was implemented and you need to experiance the killer (play about 20 games around purple ranks and up).
