Good knowledge can beat any killer that’s not Blight or Nurse, that’s how this game is. Unless you’re super lucky or running a 4 stack SWF, Twins are really good. One mistake and they can snowball the whole game super fast. Twins are insanely good at high level, check out Swish’s tournament on Ohtofu’s channel, Twins were by far the best performing killer.
It doesn’t matter what people consider fun, fair or enjoyable play style wise, looking at a it from proficiency at killing, Twins are high up there at high skill levels.
So they performed good in comp dbd, lets think about that. In that tourney teams could have only 1 DS DH UB. Need I say more? Not to mention every killer had certain survivor perks banned against them.
-
People still dont understand this but they are gonna do whats best for making money. If survivor isnt fun they will lose more money compared to killer not being fun. Its about money always will be. Thats why they straight said theyre not gonna buff killers against swf and they wont nerf swf instead they will buff SoloQ to match SWF. Thus buffing swf and making killer more miserable. Why bother?

Bait title + a picture with no context.
Typical.
You can't prove you didn't play toxic nor can you argue that a single survivor from a total of four means that killers are being bullied.
Spin it however you want, but this just looks like a typical game to me. Nothing new.
Youre forgetting that there is no way to play toxic in game per BHVR. The only toxic thing to them is end game chat insults. Just because you tunnel or camp doesnt mean you should be insulted after the game.

I say just limit the number of times you can use dead hard. Put it on a token system. If you limit the number of times you can use it that makes it more skill based since the survivors have to think of when it's appropriate to use dead hard or not. Have the survivors question "should I use it now and risk a time in which I can use it later or should I save it and take a down?"
What makes me hesitant to this idea is that it sounds good on paper but It could be really bad in practice. You don't really want to destroy the perk. It needs some experimenting and testing to be approved.
Although I would prefer they fix dead hard so that people aren't exhausted on the ground when using it for its exact purpose. Do this first then change it.
This would work, test it out in a PTB. If its bad scrap it and if its good, live servers here we come. Its just the amount of tokens you get per match? Maybe have it like a token for every gen completed?

Why are you mentioning all of the old, broken stuff? At no point did I imply that old dbd wasn't broken. It's actually way more broken than current dbd. My point was new dbd has problems that old dbd didn't have. Not to claim that the latter was perfect.
As for your counter-argument against power creep, I need only mention BBQ&Chilli, Ruin, Devour Hope, Undying, Bamboozle, Dead Hard, WGLF, Decisive Strike, Borrowed Time and unbreakable. You technically don't need to buy the characters associated with these perks to help you win games. But they're part of the meta for a reason: every other alternative isn't as good, if not outright terrible, and players who want to improve their chances of winning games will get these perks.
Youre truly wasting your time trying to explain this, nobody is gonna listen. KILLER BAD SURVIVOR GOOD HAHA GG EZ.

Ok so seriously we need to discuss survivors popping gens when a fellow survivor has a trap on thier head. If the killer has ruin or its the last gen then I get it pop it. BUT majority of the time you are killing that team member. Especially if pig put add ons so you can't even be stealthy you have to bolt it to boxes but then you get found and then have no time to get the trap off.
I know some will make the sarcastic comment saying "just don't get downed" but hey ho ######### goes down.
More people need to think about this especially when the killer has add ons. Even if you give the survivor 20 seconds just to get a head start on the boxes before you pop the gen it helps.
GEN GO POP WEEEEEEEEEE

Whenever I play a match (Especially killer) most of the time when I am facing with purple-greens even if they destroy me I will say gg and they usually responds back like gg and etc... I even play with them as survivor team later on. When it comes to red ranks it does not matter. If they get me I am EZ Baby-Noob Killer, if I get them they will talk about map is killer sided, they have stupid teammates and etc.. or they dont even respond(which at least is better they prefer to silence) . Same applies for killers as well. I guess people forget that is just a game that you enter and chill. If I am facing a red rank I will know at the end there will be insults and etc... Is it same for all or my region of the game contains more stupid?
Most likely because they are playing to win and are uber competitive. Lest we forget how easy it is to actually get to red ranks on the survivor side, so a lot of them are boosted.

Everything I do seems to be wrong, so what would you like me to do?
Make sure all 4 Survivors are injured before I can start downing anyone?
Make sure everyone's hook counts get evenly spread?
Make sure I don't chase for more than 10 seconds?
Make sure to run away in a straight 200 meter line after hooking someone?
Make sure to spend my time looking for the hatch while you guys do the gens, that way by the time you're ready, I'll be able to point it out to everyone and we can all escape in time for tea & crumpets on the bayside?
Really. Tell me what would make you happy & satisfied with your gaming experience. I'm the Killer; I'm here for you.
Help me...
Help you.
If you could walk around the map holding my hand while I do gens that would be great, thanks for asking. Finally a fair and nice killer in this game.

I can see that it is a part of the problem and explains a lot of the losses but what I can't understand is how I got so much worse in chases vs killers, especially against brand new killers, many of them just started playing the game.
I do much better vs players who played the game for some time then vs new players for some reason.
Shouldn't experienced players do better than new players?
You are better vs more experience because you know what to expect. You can somewhat predict whats gonna happen. Newer players arent predictable at all. Their pathing is all sorts of cracked. That might just be the issue here.

Is it because "muh points"?
If I am the one hooked and I see everyone sitting in the gates, sure Ill pack it in. Some people do it for the points others hope to be unhooked. Its not incredibly hard to go unhook someone from basement if everyone is still alive. The amount of times I left the exit gates to go get someone only to have them "give up" and then I died before the new mechanic SHEESH. Situaution dictates what happens i guess.

Its not embarrassing I block hatch and walk away. If youre gonna hide in a locker and wait for hatch with 3 or 4 gens left you can get bent. I had a swf try it the other day. One of them DCed so the hatch would spawn and he could escape. It spawned next to me and I blocked it. It was glorious watching youtube while he didnt do ANY of the 4 gens that were left. Standing on hatch for several minutes clearly indicates the 4k mentality.
I couldn't care less if someone escaped via a key as I play the G-A-M-E for F-U-N and not to boost my virtual ego.
Who cares if someone escapes via the hatch?
Just play the next match and stop acting like you had to stand on the hatch for several minutes because anything less than a 4k shortens your lifespan.
Ill stand on hatch and block hatch if thats what youre playing for. Finish them gens and walk out idc, youre not getting hatch. (petty AF i know)

So using perks and add-ons in a game is toxic? Weird.
Bodyblocking taking protection hits is toxic too? Even more weird.
The real TOXIC thing is DBDs matchmaking. Using perks and tea-bagging is not. We should learn the difference between toxic behavior and non-toxic.
Is there any positive notes you can take away from this game? Maybe something learned while chasing them?

Well, you haven't, because you and I have pretty different definitions of bullying. I can't cite that because your entire argument is that none of this behavior is actually bad to do. But I could cite any of your posts on how survivors being rude or dragging out the game isn't bad because they get points out of it, and all the ones telling me it's my own fault for not wanting to deal with people griefing me.
If this is all for BP, then explain to me all the bloodpoints people get from spam-vaulting the killer over so they can open the hatch in their face, or waiting at the gates until the killer shows up so they can tbag before they leave. You don't need maxed BP to bully people... I'd also ask you to explain why it's so hard to show some basic empathy for fellow players, but that might be overreaching. Like, for example, for a red rank squad to show a bit of compassion for the rank 15 killer that's plainly given up and just wants to ######### move on to the next game, and isn't even trying to chase them anymore, but they won't let them because it's too funny watching them flail and because they can still extract some bloodpoints by running around just out of reach, but apparently this is all okay and you don't have to act like there's a human being behind the screen as long as there is a material benefit to screwing with some poor sod that's trying to play a game, and I know when to pick my battles. I will however call bullshit on the material gain being the impetus for this kind of behavior, because no. It might be a factor, but I call bullshit on it being the reason. Occasionally, yes. Some people are just mercenary with no psychological strings attached. Maybe that's you. But if most people were in it for the bloodpoints, they wouldn't be tbagging after every whiffed hit and they wouldn't be laughing in the endgame chat calling the killer names and telling them to play Civ 5 because they're ######### at the game. (Or screaming about crutch perks and undeserved kills when it turns out the killer as NOED and he actually takes some of them out when they finally stop screwing around.)
Because doing that is nasty. It doesn't matter if you're getting something out of it or not. It's being a dick at someone else's expense and there's no moral high ground to be had here.
You're cherrypicking my posts and grabbing whatever points are convenient to you, and you're making just as many assumptions about me as I have about you. Me not having fun does not equate to bullying. I play many perfectly by-the-book games where I don't have fun due to misplays, bad luck, map offerings, et cetera. Players that follow me around clicking, I ignore, because they're just trying to get me to chase them and that means I probably shouldn't spend time on them unless I have no idea where anyone else is. But I do understand their intent, while annoying, is purposeful. But players behaving in ways that have zero benefit to them, or would require a taxing routine of mental gymnastics to pretend were done for any other reason than to piss me off, is... bullying isn't typically the word I'd use for anything other than dragging a game out when the other side clearly cannot keep up with you, or doing crap like slugging people and refusing to hook them for four minutes, but definitely rude and pretty draining to encounter.
The whole post this took off on involved me conceding that certain things have functions beyond griefing the killer, but saying I didn't encounter them as much as I encountered players being rude for the hell of it, when there was no other reasonable explanation for their behavior - and that they were still frustrating to encounter. Which you did too, but you've been acting like that's all I'm talking about and ignoring everything else. My last few posts have been centered around that area, purely spiteful gestures with no gain attached, and you keep dodging the point. I don't see a reason to continue debating this with you as long as you continue to fixate on analogies instead of actually addressing the meat of the argument.
Also, thank you for confirming my belief that yes, you do take part in this behavior after all, you just don't think anyone has the right to have a problem with it because you achieve a result from it and therefore there's nothing wrong with trying to piss someone off as a strategy. Like I said, people don't defend these things unless they identify with them. I'm going to be extremely generous and take you at face value - as in, you don't actually find these things fun to do and you'd be just as happy playing DBD without an in-game language to piss people off with. It's just useful to you, nothing more.
I'm curious. What are your thoughts when the killer facecamps you or tunnels you out of the game in response to the tactical BMing? Is that fair turnabout, or are they at fault for taking your very logical strategy personally? And is it the killer's fault for thinking you were a nasty person who was making fun of them when you were trying to make them mad, but strategically?
Because I'm pretty sure if the target can't tell the difference, it's still functionally bullying. Just because you got something from it doesn't make it not mean.
I pick the parts out that I dont agree with, everything else I do.
When I get facecamped after looping the killer for a long time, I laugh. Their facecamp is my champagne. Even if I die I still won because I wasted the killers time that much during chase and after. When I get the basement bubba treatment I laugh because its a game. They are most likely just trolling to get me mad.
If you dont allow them to troll you with the teabags at the gates 9/10 they leave. When Im playing killer and people click at me and teabag I know whats happening. I DONT ENGAGE.
As for SWFs showing compassion, PEOPLE MEME. They will literally play like a noob all game until the last gen is done and then slaughter them. It goes the same for both sides. I dont play a game and expect people to show compassion. I play to have MY fun. I dont play to make others feel warm inside.
Im also a killer main BTW. L OH L

You're the one who came in here to rant about how bully behavior isn't bullying and it's everyone else's fault for being oversensitive on a thread complaining about how new players are being driven away by highly experienced players being dicks, and then proceeded to drop the laundry list of the usual reasons why it's their own fault for not enjoying other people being rude to them and wanting to be able to play the game without being subjected to it.
You can't get all surprised Pikachu when people assume that you're a part of the behavior you're very explicitly condoning. People generally don't defend bad things unless they identify with them.
And for the record, since one of your posts came in delayed - how is it not sadistic to derive enjoyment from making someone else feel bad? That's douchey no matter how you slice it. Forget the themes of the game. They're window dressing, and an excuse. 'It's a game about killers so you should expect me to be nasty' is as dumb as 'it's a game about killers so you should expect me to actually be violent and kill you.' It's a game. People play games about racing cars and slaying dragons. Games do not fundamentally change who we are as people and the only people that genuinely believe that are the middle-aged busybodies who think Pac-Man is corrupting the youths.
My idea of a good time involves not having random people go out of their way to be asses to me for the express purpose of provoking me into an angry reaction. This extremely discerning standard applies to most people, so I'm not exactly the one demanding something unusual - it's the people who want to ######### on everyone else's parade and think they have the god-given right to do that that are the aberrations and the ones who generally mess things up for the majority. I'm not talking about players who get tilted and play nasty in response, or the players who use unfun tactics because it's the best way to win and they like winning. I'm talking about the ones who start up a session of DBD to see how many ragequits they can cause in one day, or how many angry comments they can fish out.
I'm gonna be honest, the whole 'you're the entitled one if you think people don't have the right to treat you like ######### for their own amusement - think of their amusement' is... pretty damn entitled.
Please enlighten me when I said it was ok to bully people? PLEASE DO. I said if it is getting them BP then no it is not. Its not the players fault they are trying to maximize the points they can get. Anything after that, ok. Until your BP is maxed youre not bullying. I have ran around looking for totems after the gate was opened to get more points. If I knew I was a much better player and can loop to get more bold points, I am gonna do it. I am not doing it to "bully" I am trying to get BP.
You tried comparing gameplay in DBD to playing twister and physically hitting someone. The whole topic ended there as you reached so far and dropped the straws. Bullying and talking nonsense has no place in the game but that doesnt make everything toxic because you have a bad game. That idea is absolute nonsense. Teabagging at an exit game celebrating the fact you won is now bullying? Really? Taking the entire time is another deal, that shouldnt happen.
I will teabag at pallets mid-chase and click my flashlight to tilt the killer and make them keep chase. Its not bullying, some of what youre saying is but not all. Youre blanketing everything into 1 and thats not how this works. Its like expecting the killer to be nice and let you get away. Its an entitled state of mind. Oh no I am not having fun or I dont think this is fun so its automatically bullying.

Yeah, I'm unsurprised at anything you're saying here. This is the standard spiel - it's your own fault for being bothered that I'm rude to you, it's your fault your skin isn't thick enough to put up with online games and you should get off the internet for a while to get over it, it's your fault for not liking that my idea of playing Dead By Daylight is to annoy you and I have the right to treat you however I want as long as I'm not calling you slurs you so you're the one who's wrong for expecting anything else when you bought the game.
Using the guise of 'it's a party game' to justify any behavior is ridiculous. That's like claiming I could join in a game of Twister and spend the game 'accidentally' knocking everyone else over, because it's technically within the gameplay, it's a game, and I am having fun screwing over and hurting the other players. A game is not a game when all the players involved don't agree to the same standards.
But the worst thing is, your kind of player is so comfortable in the environment you've created that you don't even care how many people are driven away by it. Once everything boils away, you're the dominant strain that remains in the petri dish.
At least you didn't try to defend exit gate shenanigans. I can't win this argument because you don't care about the consequences of your actions, but if nothing else, you aren't pretending anymore that it's anything other than what it is.
I actually DONT play like that but its nice to assume things on the internet. just because someone gives you a counter doesnt mean they are that. I was quoting you with the party game line either way. i never said anything that you are saying. If the survivor is doing things that gets them BP then your arguement is not valid. So it wasnt fun that you got looped to the extreme, IT HAPPENS TO EVERYONE.
If we are being honest if a simple teabag gets you so tilted you need to go on the forums to rant about it being bullying, dude you probably should take a break.
You should not assume things about someone who doesnt agree with you. THAT IS RUDE. Good-day Sir

Anyone who genuinely believes survivor BMing is done for some tactical advantage has either never played this game or has critical knowledge missing from their understanding of human interaction.
Or do you get something out of tbagging the killer at the exit gates? No? How about fast vaulting at the hatch and refusing to leave until the killer shows up so you can click your flashlight at them and then leave once they're close enough to take a swing? Refusing to leave until the endgame collapse timer runs out? Leaving the exit gates to run the killer at a nearby tile and then go back to the gates because they're so much worse than you that you can? I've heard arguments that click spamming when the killer whiffs is trying to anger them and make them play poorly (which, nice job resorting to that kind of tactic in a party game), and I can accept fast vaulting to bait a chase gets bloodpoints even if the killer wasn't occupied (though of course, the impetus is that the player is baiting because they're not at all worried about the killer) but most of the BMing I experience from survivors is at a point in the match where nothing they do will have an outcome; the match has already been decided. They just want to rub it in.
I don't differentiate between somebody telling me I suck and to uninstall in the endgame chat and someone pointing at me, shaking their head, and tbagging at the gates/after I close the hatch they were running to. They're both being rude and were not fun to play with because they couldn't win or lose like a good sport. Toxic, nasty, BMing, I don't care what the word is - I don't like them and they negatively impact my enjoyment of the game.
Players do things to be dicks to each other because it's funny. Clicking/fast vaulting to take attention off another player is the minority and, while still annoying, pretty easily discerned from people who are just clicking to mock you. And for the most part, the players doing it to be tactical do like tilting the killer; they've just come up with a fancy justification why it's okay.
If they are able to leave and get more BP for themselves, why not? Its kind of ironic that you bring up the fact its a party game yet youre complaining about how others decide to play the game.

Entertainment at the expense of other people is self-centered at best, sadistic at worst. It actively makes this game worse by shrinking the playerbase and poisoning the players that remain.
The people who want to play to have a good time should not have to be saddled with the people who want to play to torment other players because that's what constitutes 'fun' for them.
So saying if someone doesnt play a game YOUR way is self-centered is literally the pot calling the kettle black. Fun is how you perceive it and in no way should anyone be forced to play how you want them to because youre not having fun. PERIOD. THE END.

Not talking about that. Get your gens, use flashlights to rescue teammates, get off of hooks. Those are all objectives. Teabag dancing in the exit isn’t. It’s just BM.
If tea-bagging at an exit game tilts you that bad you might want to take a break from the game my dude. You can use that time to clean up pallets or you could simply just pull up a youtube video.

-
A majority of the replies to this is talking about in game objectives being toxic? How? It is your job as a survivor to finish gens and not let the killer get kills. If a killer gets a down and you body block them long enough and make him drop your TEAMMATE you did one of your jobs. The toxicity is messages during/after the game. In game objectives that give you BP are not toxic. Tea-bagging at a pallet is not toxic, you are trying to get to the killer to make him chase you and waste more of his/her time.
Is it frustrating? HELL. YEAH. That does not make it toxic. We as a community need to stop saying everything is toxic.
SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESH.
END RANT

@Laluzi said:
You've got three types of players. When confronted with a killer that is clearly below their skill level, survivors will:
1.) Humor the killer, playing badly enough to give them a chance to get some downs and do some of their objectives. This can unfortunately backfire and end up with the survivor getting camped to death, which new players and frustrated players are both likely to do.
2.) Do the objectives, get out, and queue up for the next game.
3.) Use their near-invulnerability from the killer's ineptitude to make fun of them for as long as possible, dragging out the match to farm them for points, baiting them, going out of their way to deny any hooks or downs the killer does manage to make, and mocking pretty much every move they make every step of the way.
People like feeling powerful. Combine it with an unwillingness to recognize the player on the other side is a real person trying to have fun and not a bot that exists for their amusement, or the kind of sociopathy that actively takes enjoyment in rubbing someone else's face in the dirt, and you see a lot of #3.
Games are for entertainment though...

I dont dodge at all, however my slugging/tunneling/camping goes up based on things.

That's the thing though. Even if the devs wished to remove the comms part, how in the blue hell could they enforce it?
I dunno about the other platforms, but in Xbox the party chat is entirely separate from any game being played. Heck there could be 7 of us playing all different games in the same party. I believe Microsoft mandated any game they accept cannot interfere with the party chats in any way. I bet PS is similar, and how would they detect Doscord on a PC?
Idk how they would enforce it tbh, thats the only thing I can think of that would buff solo and nerf SWF.

Most SWF teams aren't overly altruistic, they're just the most obvious. The majority of SWF's are indistinguishable from solo's except they're more co-ordinated, which is something sorely needed against any decent killer player. Even someone playing Trapper or Pig.
If we could see numbers about SWFs altruism it would help. In my experience solo is much more selfish play vs SWF. You rarely see a member of a SWF killing themselves on first hook too. The stats that BHVR has released makes it seem like killers are this OP thing running around and thats just absurd.
I play SWF sometimes and most of the times we die is because altruism. Balancing this game is just a nightmare all around, nobody will ever be happy with where its at.
-
@Rivyn said:
SWF itself isn't the issue, how it's implemented is.

@MadLordJack said:
SWF is fine. It highlights some severe issues with the game when you put good players against good players, but generally speaking SWF does far more good than harm due to the seriously underpowered nature of solo survivor.
Only reason why "SWFs" are fine is because they play overly altruistic. If they didnt SWFs would pub stomp through the game. It clouds the stats against SWFs. At high level play survivors are coordinated enough if they have common frickin sense. Solo isnt as underpowered as people like to claim.
@Friendly_Blendette said:
SWF is a good thing. The power advantage it gives over Solo and Killers is not.
This is straight facts. All they have to do to "buff" solo is add in a VOIP. Imagine that nightmare....I feel Friday the 13th had it right with the finding a walkie talkie to communicate. Somehow disable party chat and make a perk that needs to be equipped to have comms.

No, something basic like that should have been in the game already
Since its not in the game but should be makes it not cheating? It should be an add-on but its not and until it is it will be cheating.

I play Killer frequently but I almost never even see keys in lobbies, and even when I do I just put on slightly better addons and end up winning anyways. I'm 99% sure everyone is overexaggerating to the extreme on how often they see keys and how strong they are.
Yeah everyone is just exaggerating but the killer base seems to be dwindling more and more....weird. Add in the recent chest glitch that was just fixed keys all the F-ING time.

I agree. Just don't make them cost 3 times as much as a character ffs...
I dont have an issue shelling out the money if the content is good. Maybe it enables them to get better ones in the future?

The devs should realize that the new Crypt TV legendary skins, that being the Mordeo and Look-See, shouldn't actually be legendary due to one thing. The skins aren't as unique as the Krampus or the Minotaur skins, because the skins in question could genuinely be mixed with other skins and still work.
However what I believe they should do to make the Mordeo and Look-See skins worthy of being Legendary Skins is change the Audio for them. Change the Doctor's laughs to the Look-See's low clicking sounds, and change the Huntress song into the Mordeos ghastly howls. It might be hard, depending on the coding and their skill, but it would make it so that those particular skins can actually work as Legendary skins.
If they don't change it, well then make the Birch Lady a Legendary skin, she has a full series going for her and they make her just a regular "Very Rare" skin as if she isn't special. In my eyes it just doesn't make enough sense for the Look-See and Mordeo Skins to be legendary if they don't offer anything new/different to earn the rarity of Legendary.
So youre complaining about the rarity? You wont even buy them anyway. I dont see no issue with the new huntress skin it looks amazing. Its a skin, relax.

There are some unnecessary things that deactivate Decisive Strike. Like healing yourself or others. If you don't want to get tunneled you have to wait 60 seconds to heal yourself. You have to be useless for 60 seconds and that's just rediculous
I understand what the devs were going for and I like the idea, but I don't like the way they executed it.
Here is my idea:
When you do these actions the timer goes down by...
- Cleanse a totem (5 seconds for a dull totem, 15 seconds for a hex totem)
- Repair a generator (10 seconds) (Goes down by 5 EXTRA seconds for every 5 seconds on the gen)
- Unhook a teammate (15 seconds)
(Healing yourself doesn't affect the timer but healing others reduces it by 5 seconds)
No, because as everyone else said if youre doing any of those things youre not being tunneled. Survivors just want their 60 seconds of immunity back so they can abuse it. There was nothing like going after the rescuer then downing them and hooking and seeing the person who was rescued just sitting on a gen near that hook. You down them then are punished for their mistake? Nah fam you can pound sand with that #########.

Just because 1 streamer said it doesn’t make it true. And if the spirit is running stridor then what?
Clearly you haven’t played any solo survivor
Rank 1 Solo Survivor bud
That 1 streamer has I believe 20k escapes but yes lets downplay his experience because hes a streamer. LOL
This is gonna go in a circle and we will never agree. Im moving on.

That is a faulty point you are making here, lad. Each and every single killer, with no exception, should have the possibility to counter them even WITHOUT a single perk equipped. You don't have to have Iron Will equipped in order to counter a killer, Spirit in this case. You can counter Hag by crouching or with a flashlight, you can counter Plague by not cleansing, you can counter Trapper by disarming or avoiding traps. You can counter Ghostface by revealing him, you can counter Wraith by being highly aware of the surrounding you are actually able to SEE and with a flashlight, you can counter Twins by moving unpredicatbly, same as with Nurse. You can counter PH by crouching on his Trail, you can counter Doctor by healing your madness and hiding in lockers, you can counter Billy and Bubba by looping well and predropping pallets.
I could go on, but I figure you got the point. Spirit and live-server Freddy, instead, CANNOT be properly countered. Freddy will be countered by waking up through an alarm clock, now that mid-chapter goes live. But Spirit? She screams "play me, I'm super easy".
So live server Freddy cant be countered by waking up? ######### Wild.

So I have to run iron will every game? Got it
Spirit moves at 176% move speed assuming no add ons. Running away ain’t gonna do anything when she can move that fast
I enjoy killers who are strong but have counterplay. Blight, oni, billy, bubba, doctor, PH are all examples of strong killers who don’t need no counterplay to be strong.
Also if you’re calling survivors easy how is spirit not?
Survivor is 100x easier than killer. Survivor mains lord and savior even said it. Again, if youre not running iron will every game youre wrong. Easily one of the best survivor perks in the game.

Spirit isn’t hard to learn though. She’s just behind Freddy in terms of difficulty
Not hard to learn? Alright go give a person with 50 hours of killer gameplay and put them against a 4 stack and see how they fair. Im not even talking a 4 man death squad, just a average survivors on comms. Who wins? ######### they dont even need comms. 4 stack wins every time.
If you think you need to be able to loop a killer to win, wrong. So what shes fast? Every killers counterplay is break line of sight. Im sorry it is so difficult to grasp that. Oh the killer isnt moving? Let me sit here at this loop and not move. I should be able to do that, killer shouldnt. She stops moving you know what you do? RUN. THE. #########. AWAY. Dont sit at the loop at the pallet hoping for a stun.
Claudette 3:16 If I cant loop the killer thou is OP and shall be nerfed. :)

How do I know she's phasing? Forcing her to use the phase. Running from the loop, breaking line of sight (when possible) and not being predictive. At the worst of situations, I am making her to waste her power. If she messes up (believe me, it's not difficult), it's more 20 seconds of chase. Don't forget she is a 4.4 killer.
I thought just saying run away would be good enough but this is legit. *golf clap*
The way spirit is talked about youd think anyone could pick up spirit and 4k because sPiRiT iS Op

What is said counterplay assuming you don’t have iron will?
First off, if youre not running iron will youre wrong.
Second, when she stops moving just run away. Thats the simplest move. She gets punished for "not moving"
Are we gonna nerf all killers into the ground who give survivors a hard time? I swear people just want an easy game. When do we start nerfing the plethora of issues with survivors? You have arguably one of the greatest survivor mains (AngryPug) saying the game is not balanced and is survivor sided. FoH with all these "much needed" killer nerfs
Go play Dead by Roblox. Its rated E for easy, just how survivor mains like it. (Not talking about you just ranting now)

Play Spirit and you will find out that there is A LOT of counterplay.
Shhh it is written in the book of David 2:5 "Thou shall not play Spirit but just complain about being mind gamed"
It is also written in Claudette 3:16 "If I cant loop the killer thou is OP and shall be nerfed"

I was on a DBD break because of the pallet bug, but hearing about this breakdown bug makes come back and bust out my taxi build. :P
I havent played killer when playing DBD either nothing but survivor since this bug. Its a breeze when playing now, no stress. I should just put in my application to become a Entitled Survivor main.
-
Want it fixed? Stop playing Killer. If nobody is playing killer there is no game thus forcing the fix much faster. Personally Ive been on a DBD break while playing outriders. :D

The Third Seal's blindness effect lasts for 180 seconds for each survivor. Timer resets once the survivor is hit again.
When The Third Seal's totem is cleansed, the killer is given a 5% movement speed bonus for each survivor affected by The Third Seal for 120 seconds.
######### it, Hoarder. Show me what you've got! (If this one is too hard, I can change it.)
Hoarder: Keys will not spawn in chest, you still recieve a noise notification when survivors interact with chest however range is cut in half 16/24/32

Ive noticed an increase in survivors whining since the DS change. (its not a nerf, you just cant abuse it anymore boo hoo)

I'm not sure if it's a good design overall. Hex perks display a notification when active, so this perk would probably notify the survivor about its activity. It would only encourage the start of the EGC earlier. What's the advantage to allocate a perk slot for that instead of let's say NOED?
It would pair nicely with blood warden, forcing them to open the gate. Then NOED would rely put in work. haha
