The bottom level is extremely dark in certain corners.
Adjusting your visual settings will help, though I don’t think the Game map is too darkly unbearable, that’s jus imo.

I didn't get to play this event,they didn't announce it for console, this pretty much why that game is pretty much dead also ,because they only did event's for PC and Mobile. For some reason they don't care for console only rift packs to make money,I'll probably never play Pub G again.

I waited 5min after that canceled match (screenshot) to search for another match, so I wouldn’t be in his lobby, and I got him again! The same guy! It’s seriously starting to drive me crazy, tbh
There’s got to be more killers in the area playing on a weekend morning.
I’m going to have to turn on crossplay just so I can play against a different killer for a change, smh

Wether or not MMR is currently on (and I do believe it’s been tested under the radar a few times now), these mismatched games weren’t ever this consistently bad.
I have dozens of these every day; here’s the most recent via a cancelled match 5min ago:
This Solo match was going nowhere.
I know these players, and those are their usual ranks, so I know they’re back where they were after reset.
I also know this killer well, (too well) as I’ve been matched with him 19 times in the past 30 matches (how does that even happen??) many of which were consecutive (4 in a row!?) He’s a all-time tunneler who loves switching to Forever Freddy after he faces a team who gets the better of him.
I’m thankful he backed out of this one

Hypothetically speaking ,If I was devs I would probably go about it by building a level for Godzilla specifically, he couldn't travel to other realms, then add levels from the movie's and what not for variety.
That would be incredible!
Someone should jus make a man entire Godzilla game with all the monsters from the movies vs each other within the huge realms from the films.

Yeah I felt that every time I loaded it up with the intention of playing killer lol. I gave myself an out with "if I don't get alobby within 30 seconds on this killer I'm out" Obviously it took just deciding to never queue up for it any more since that didn't work out by the end of the year. The only anxiety I have about queueing up as survivor is whether or not it's gonna be a long ass queue that night. So I decide if it takes ten minutes on event he first lobby I'm out for the night. No stress about survivor in game though except after resets or if it's been at least amonth since I last played the game. And that's more about looking bad for the first match while getting back intot he feel of things or having horrible teammates. The first one I don't even care about any more.
Wish more players would be that honest about their situation. Too many act like everything’s fine when it’s really festering beneath the surface, eating them alive inside.

Let me be clear these are not even farm games, all I did was pull back when I had a CLEAR chance to tunnel someone, camp someone, and survivors just start having fun with stuff for a change.
Sure these are not the examples you obviously want always, but the point is it all goes around, and there ARE things we all accept as problematic and unfun, but mostly it's because no one can read your mind. They have been through a lot of BS so they assume everyone/thing is going to be that.

Not a super weak perk, but I’ve crawled to freedom via the hatch just in time, and have had last second escapes after being hit inside the opened exit gate before the killer could pick me up while using Tenacity.

That’s true. I guess I’m just hopeful more people will learn him or pick him back up again. It’s kinda sad imo, if he’s still underrated after these good changes😔

I heard from a Clown Main that it's there so he isn't overpowered in a chase. He can slow you down and deny pathing if played correctly, so they added this sound to give him at least some counterplay during a chase.
Silent vault Clown could surprise you, slow you down enough so that you can't even reach the next safe spot anymore.
Especially with the reduction in Tonic reload time, it’s hard to imagine the devs removing Clown’s vault grunt, now.

Exactly; the Antidote speed-ups, plus the accuracy of a decent Clown player completely trumps DH and reduces Balanced and Sprint Burst’s chase extension almost to the point of rendering them completely ineffective, regardless of the exhaustion add-ons.
Clown’s going to be fine, I feel people will warm up to playing him more than before the buff once they get familiar with the strategies of his new playstyle.

Devs have stated that they will never create or license any character as killer who in any way impersonates survivors.
The Thing, Mimic, and shape shifting types of characters would be considered too OP of a power.
It’s a really cool concept, though

If survivors did their due diligence and cleansed 5 totems before touching gens, Undying may actually have been buffed

I never bought Blight, so I never got to use Undying
I don’t really mind it as survivor
The only reason I may be mildly happy about it on the survivor’s side is because I’m almost always the designated totem cleanser of the solo team, as I’ve seen waay too many matches lost due to majority of players not checking the gen for Ruin before they start repairing and it never gets cleansed😔
With this nerf, when I play survivor I potentially won’t have totems occupying as much of my time in the matches, especially if more killers aren’t using Undying in their builds anymore.
Have to see how effective it will be tho, post nerf. Maybe it won’t be totally useless; idk

After I got saved I got tunnelled. As soon as I got half way through a box she downed me. After she tried carrying me to a corner I decided I'm just going to not let anyone heal me so I won't get killer by the trap and my teammates can escape. However I was soooooo wrong..
My teammates with one gen left decided to waste 3 MINUTES trying to heal me when I obviously didn't want healed. They even 90% a gen and still kept trying to heal me even though the killer was crouched right next to me. After waiting out the full bleed out timer the killer downed one of them and did the same thing. Long story short she killed 2 of them and the 3rd escaped.
They were a 3 man swf, all rank 5 and above and still didn't understand what was going on. My head is legitimately getting worse just typing this out lol
It says a lot when I didn't know after I died if I wanted the killer to 4k or everyone to escape. Oh btw i forgot to say the Pig also had Tampered Timer (30 seconds decreased on timer) and Jigaws Annotated Plan (extra jigsaw box).
I'm sorry if this is too long but I couldn't make it any shorter. It'll be a while before I consider touching solo survivor again.

In terms of reducing the grind, 1.5 BPs is still far off from healthily achieving the goal, nevertheless, it’s a good start.
Players who purchase DBD for the first time have 86 perks to level to tier 3 on 24 survivors, each. That’s upwards of 12,000,000 BPs per survivor, or over 288,000,000 BPs for all 24. Not to mention, prestiging each survivor 3 times if they choose. When you factor each killer into the math, that’s a insane grind ahead of new players.
Any amount of grind support is welcome, tbh

Many more players than will admit to it are both immensely frustrated with and by Dead by Daylight and simultaneously addicted to playing it.
Frustration: the feeling of being upset or annoyed, especially because of inability to change or achieve something; the prevention of the progress, success, or fulfillment of something
Addiction: the fact or condition of being addicted to a particular substance, thing, or activity; the long term inability to moderate or cease intake
Addict: an enthusiastic devotee of a specified thing or activity
According to these definitions, majority of players who play DBD everyday can be considered to have an addiction and are addicts, along with experiencing frustration.
I’ve personally experienced anxiety before playing DBD to the extent where I didn’t want to load the game.

No. I never stream snipe.
However, I have been in matches with friends while they’re streaming to Twitch/YouTube.
During those matches, there’s a delay between the live stream broadcast and the game I’m playing. Whenever they talked into coms, I’d hear it on my iPhone stream 5-7 seconds later.
I guess it could be effective to locate players, but the delay might spoil the tactic.
Also, stream sniping is a pretty low form of cheating, and I’m 100% against cheating.

Surprisingly ive had decent teammates recently but I always end up black pipping. It seems like the vens just go too fast when I loop. Like I always complained about bad teammates that donr help me escape so they all die when I try and do objectives but when I get teammates who are decent the gens are too fast and my loops are too long :(

Some people weren’t meant to play this game long term; there’s nothing wrong with that.
I enjoy playing DBD, though I will say that I feel much more serenity when I’m not playing.
New licenses are always a good reason to come back and have some fun.

Players get scared of the unlimited instadown too easily
*Not advocating for gen rushing, here... that’s the kryptonite for any killer, and it’s especially essential when eliminating the T3 fear of Myers from the trembling hearts of the survivors in the match.
If he can’t even get to T3, he isn’t as scary
If he reaches T3... start juking that knife!

Was in what I thought was a serious match vs Pig until I was at a jigsaw box, red timer ticking away towards Nea’s demise, focused on the skillchecks and wondering if that li’l snoot was gonna sneak around the corner and surprise me...
that’s when I heard the faint whimpering of Feng Min... and then Kate... and then David, with his grunts and moans.
I turned to see them all lined up behind me, single file like a buffet line, with traps on their heads, awaiting their turn for a chance at freedom.
Creeping up onto the scene was the culprit of this nonsensical calamity; and I know she was equally as amused as I was, both of us completely laughing hysterically at something we would probably never see again.

Smile comfortably in the confidence of knowing that there are other matches after that frustrating trial, and they won’t all be bully SWFs.
Do your best, playing on to the next, while not giving into the frustration.
Wether or not it seems to be so, you really are gaining good experience in those situations to help you in other trials.
