As other said here third zombie and maybe little bit faster zombies too. I am also been saying would be nice to give the zombies a lunge attack that can happen randomly sometimes instead of their normal swipe. This would make it at least more risky run next to them on loops. To balance it I would make it stagger the zombie so they fall over when doing so they need to get up again.

Solving one problem and creating another one isn't my idea of developing a game, but sure. I can live without it, I guess. 🙂
There is no problem really its just something that you don't like.

Idk if people being left to die/go second on hook is a great solution. It happens in a lot of my matches. People who want to go-next still can through luck offerings, and I have people trying to get me to kill them quicker every time I play killer. I wouldn't call that "fixed".
I don't know where or what mmr you play but I played 28 survivor matches today and had no survivor to go from 1st hook to dead on one hook. Few ones that went to two hook stages on one hook usually because of situation not because survivors left them there. Its not common and just to point out even if they would have that 4% chance to try unhook themselves is still totally unlikely to be able to unhook yourself with it. Still you always have a way to get that chance to try just bring a luck offering that effects everyone and there you have it.
-
This is how its staying and have to admit matches been way better with less people "go-nexting". I would say its mostly fixed it well done behavior.
-
I think they were on one of the surveys devs asking what franchises/characters players would want to see in the game.
They just don't release the information what got voted most but I would like to see Dean and Sam in the game.
-
There is two hook spawns to my knowledge in the school basement of that map but they don't quite often spawn. One is the room the gen usually is and another is on the boiler room where basement stairs can be. The gen one is there sometimes but have to admit have not seen the other for a while but if the basement is in the main then those hooks don't spawn.
Could of course be that they were in one of the variations but the original map does not have them.

Check if EAC is running using the task manager even if you have closed it and the game. Sometimes programs stay "on" and you have to close them from the task manager to get it launch correctly as its not "on" anymore.

BHVR has no public “match replay” system they can just pull up like a video and watch your game back. What they have is telemetry/logs (states, timestamps, values changing), not a clean replay that shows movement, POV, pathing, etc. That’s exactly why evidence matters: a short clip shows context instantly, while logs alone often won’t.
Also: in-game reports by themselves rarely lead to anything you can rely on. If you actually want a high chance that scum gets a ban, you need to open a support ticket and attach video proof. The in-game report is still worth doing, but more as a bonus reference, not the main step. And if you ever got a “report feedback” popup in the past, odds are someone else submitted a proper ticket with evidence and you just happened to report the same player too.
In game report is needed to them to easily find the match in question. Video proof is the easiest way to get cheaters banned as logs don't always show what really happened in the match as you said.
-
Nightlight is unreliable as it only counts those that have registered themselves into it so if you are not your stats are not tracked. So in short most of the player base stats are not even recorded or taken into account. So you have to take that sites values as grain of salt. They can be quite correct but in the end they are missing tons of data that Behavior themselves have.
-
Played two matches as killer just now nothing in the end game chat people just moved on. Its still nice to have a conversation and be able to say gg so there is no reason to remove it. Toxicity is not really that common in the end if not people taking gg as toxic nowadays don't know.
-
Just to point out that removing this would just make it easier to find and rat somebody out. Now you have to try open the locker but if you would not be able to even get the prompt it would just make it easy to see if someone is in the locker by just running past it.
-
Maybe you should just play the game how you want and let the other play how they want. Having Decisive Strike/Will to Live does not stop people from complaining about tunneling.

I love the improvement on the new bug reports. I am on console and I report ALL the time but sadly, we can't do Log Files.
I try to help that as I do test bugs sometimes so if I manage to reproduce it I usually add logs to those but as I said many of them are really rare to see or unique bugs to consoles that its not that easy.
-
No they don't need it and this is your daily reminder of that.
-
In my opinion there needs to be about 10 second grace period before the abandoning option becomes available to remove the unneeded end game abandonings when the survivor is going to die in few seconds anyway when killer moris. It also would give survivors time to contemplate if the abandoning is needed as some people seem to have it be auto leave when available even when there was not real need to do it.
There so far has not been good argument to add anymore abandoning options anyway and this is not a good one either.

These are the same devs that claims nurse isnt overpowered and that trapper is in a good place.
To my knowledge Trapper is the next to get a rework so your statement is not the reality.
-
Not even him as his stats state that he is middle of the ground in stats even if there is vocal minority claiming otherwise. He might not be fun to face but he is not op.
-
No killer in this game has been ever balance for SWF teams in mind.
-
Only funny one that comes into mind was last 2v8. Was the last survivor in the match in Lery's dying on the ground while the other killer was waiting for his teammate so they can mori me together. Well recovered to the level to be able to pick myself up but before I did I crawled close to a window while the one that downed me was standing on top of me. Picked myself up, vaulted the window and the killer grabbed me off it causing me to get hooked and not moried. I was laughing just because was not expecting the grab but the thing that got me laugh even harder was the killer who grabbed me to go in end game chat "sorry but he vaulted a window!!!" explaining to the other killer why I ended up on the hook and not got moried. I told the dude I am sorry was not expecting that to happen was thinking more that I try last ditch effort to get some distance to try a hatch escape but as I said that did not happen.
There was other interaction to watch killers deciding who moris me too but those are more like swinging arguments between killers and its sometimes really funny looking when witnessing them as a survivor.
Oh just remembered another one. I play sometimes with a friend he is decent in the game but he has some odd memory issues with this game that he has with no other games. I had looped a killer a while and ended up downed on a pallet that my friend was near. I told him that I am on the pallet and I see him moving to be perfect spot to come from behind the killer to use the pallet to save me. Killer picks up and he just stands there behind the rock. I am godsmacked and go like what are you doing and he goes oh I totally planked out I was coming to save you but some reason did not do what he planned. This is nothing new but it really was me yelling at him while the killer carries me to the hook and I just see his aura and the character head follow me while I get carried away.
-
Would make it ridiculously powerful so yes would be used more indeed.
-
Played yesterday got maybe one or two gg's in the chat for seven matches. Most of the time everyone left right after the match ended or before that if they died before the end. Most of the time there is no interaction at all in the end game chat. Still I would go with the claim in my case that positive or neutral interactions are more common than toxic ones. I sometimes feel that at least some of those people who get toxic end game chats might have done somethings in the matches to get those more frequently.
Last one I remember was in 2v8 when I went after full health survivor that was in a deadzone corner over a hurt survivor that managed to get to the ormond maps main building so made the calculated decision that I am more likely to get the full healthy survivor. Well got him he died and he raged in the end game chat to me and I explain to him that as he was in the deadzone area I saw it more likely to get him than the hurt survivor who was in the main building that can be looped quite well if you know how to do it. I was also playing Deathslinger so to me open area is better than trying to get someone in a building. Some people just think everyone is out to get them so they take everything that happens in the game too seriously.
-
You should contact Behavior's customer support and explain what you explained here. There is a rule to not talk about bans on the forum so this is a wrong place to you to be. Hopefully you get it fixed if its genuine mistake or at least get it taken off your accounts history

no im expecting any recent stats at all. ive been maining yunjin for years and so i have alan wake (rose marigold) since her release but this data is not nearly updated at all.
It like it only took data from a few months then just stopped.
i should have way different data.
i used to spam for the people the perk when it first released but i havent run it in frickin forever and it still saying its my number one used perk rn
why does it only have data near when they started not any data of recent
Its then most likely bugged for you then as it keep updating for me all the time. Have all the recent matches listed that I played yesterday. Might be good idea to send a ticket to their customer support so they can check if there is some odd communication error or something going on your stats.

Punctuation and paragraphs please! I beg you.

-
Are you expecting them to have data of the matches from the release of the game? That 700 hours is from the time they started collecting the data everything before that of course are not going to be there.
-
Well just to point out that this is time commitment of waiting to get match or get to play matches problem. If they would never let the system to queue you in different MMR lobby some people would end up waiting very long time. Thats is a problem in every online game that uses MMR system and most handle it the same way.

BHVR previously said they would increase the spawn rate of popular maps, and they probably implemented it quietly.
If I remember correctly, the candidates included maps like R.P.D. East and West, as well as several indoor maps.
Since the voting involves all kinds of DBD players, the roughly 80% of the playerbase that consists of casual players likely voted for those maps.
Most casual players don’t understand map balance or strength at all, so terrible maps end up being selected.
BHVR clearly doesn’t care much about competitiveness—they just want casual players to be happy when they see how faithfully R.P.D. was recreated, which is why they don’t listen to our feedback.
Well just to state here that not all people most likely want to play in the maps that are so called "balanced". They want to play in the maps they enjoy. I for example like RPD and Underground Complex both are the top two of my favorite maps never had a problem with them.
-
You don't seem to get that devs get all the data. So they get the data if they crawled out so they know how they escaped. If you really think the main reason why some killers would let people go is to fudge the stats then its quite sad way of thinking. People play how they want. There is tons of players in this game and if some killers let some survivors go is just drop in the ocean of data they get. It will not effect anything if you would think it would effect it everyone would have to be doing it intentionally and thats where the word conspiracy comes in and should wake you up on the fact that your thoughts are not the reality.

The writer is quite a control freak so don't know if it would be worth the time and effort to make it work.

But DBD is the only team game I can think of that has zero text or voice chat in-game aside from before and after the match. And even then, people on console can't see what you type or say anything to you, so you can't communicate what perks you have half the time. I'm honestly shocked you wouldn't want this if you play solo but more power to you I guess ✌️.
I already can tell whats going on in the match without seeing the auras the info they added already is enough. You can't even fix SWF problem but making the game have everything handed to you does not make it better either.

I think the game has evolved past that a long time ago. When you play killer against a good coordinated SWF with comms, it's a lot different than playing against 1 or 2 SWFS or worse, all Solo Queue players. There's nothing they can add to the game to stop people from being in a voice call to make comms, so why not just make that gap for people playing without it smaller? It'd make all the games more consistent for both sides. It just levels the playing field for people who aren't playing with anyone else, and the killer aura reading from Kindred would still be a good enough effect to be worth running on it's own if you wanted to.
Its so in every game you play that has teams. I play solo queue and don't want this in the game if you want to have that info run Kindred.

@TheResidentEvil said:

why should you be punished for playing Solo Queue by having to give up one of four perk slots to get something people in SWF get for free? All this change would do is give info to people, not all in the same party which is a good thing right?
You aren't punished you are playing the game normally.

We need an actual 2nd resident evil map.
I would rather see a variation of RPD in its destroyed ash filled state would make nice contrast to the pristine one. They could change the layout a little block some hallways bust new holes to the walls.

They can use the perks to get the info.
-
I don't know if it needs third they could just add most of the new characters as skins.

Not comparable at all, I dont care about milestones you barely even need them to finish the rift, they are practically optional as you'll progress them enough just playing to finish while doing dailies. But you need to do ALL the rift challenge to unlock all the rewards, so i have to do this one. So now i specifically have to play in an unhealthy way to improve my odds.
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/4062600#Comment_4062600
I barely ever naturally get into a hatch race, so yeah i basically have to try and engineer my chance to go for it, at the expense of others. I'll have to also sacrifice gate escapes to look for it too (proving escape rates are artifically lowered) because id rather get this done than care about escaping. It's awful design, i don't have time to sit here and try and farm a conditional and stupid challenge while playing my least prefered role to boot.
Escape challenges are fine, i escape often enough, just never through hatch. So rat key build it is i guess.
False. You only need to finish 36 challenges get the rewards from the quests. Those don't include the "Complete 3 Quest(s) This Week" ones but does seem to count the Rift Pass Completion Quests that award the reward. Now if you count that all Rift Pass - Part you have 48 quests to do to make those 36 challenges.
Then if you think you need to finish them for the rift itself is also false as you gain rift fragments from playing matches as 500 exp equals 5 Rift Fragment so there is no magical cap how many of those you can earn anyway. So you can get the whole rift even if you would not do any quests as the quests are bonus to make it easier and even I who have not played for several weeks am already on Rift level 63 and there is still over half of the rift quests yet to be released. I have never had any problem of finishing a rift and I play this game quite casually nowadays anyway and as I said hatch escapes happen and you don't need to be a rat for them. Stressing over some quest that is not that important in the end is just pointless.
-
This is on the same level as complaining about milestones taking long time to do. This is just one task that you get done eventually while playing and even if you don't you are not most likely even going to need 100% done to get the reward quests done.
-
Those offerings only give you 1-3% better chance to unhook yourself and the base chance is only 4%. Its not meant to be used as guaranteed self-unhook its just for situations where you have to try last chance self-unhook before you go to second stage or if the situation is that bad that its your only choice. It was changed to only be possible with the luck offerings or with few perks that either give luck or effect the self-unhooking chances as it was abused by people to kill themselves fast to get to queue in the next match for any petty reason they had. You are getting the warning because you die too fast so you are just putting your teammates in situation where they have to play 1v3.
-
Maybe you should report this in the games betahub bug reports so it might get fixed some point.
-
They need to add some information into the game like what status effects do. The perk description changes is good but as they reference status effects that are not explained it still leaves a hole to information of new players. Like several people has stated in the other thread on the general discussion side that their most common mistake when they started playing the game was that they thought "Exposed" meant killer would see the survivors aura. That already shows how easy its not understand the status effects in this game. Not to mention "Endurance" that has its own rules how you can lose it that is not specified anywhere.
-
The killer choices were all those that I voted for so I am happy. Main reason why I did not chose the flail is that there is already killer with chain weapon (Plague). The staff also fits better for a character that is angelic in design if the flail would have been a whip I might have voted for that as that is often the weapon of choice to people who want to atone. I would also see the staff fit better with the killers power as its a beam of light that he can use the staff to channel anyway. Flail would not be that good for that in my opinion.
-
Killer has always been able to body block a side if he picks up on that side its nothing new.
-
I don't remember anything stupid I did when I first started as I had watched streamers and knew the gameplay loop already. Still I had some odd brain fart like few years back getting annoyed that I did not catch a survivor while playing Nurse while normal chasing some reason totally forgetting that Nurse is the slowest killer in base movement speed. Like it did not even register when the guy told me it in the end game chat. Then little bit later I went like what in the world was I even thinking of course I will not catch the guy with Nurse moving normally. I think I even facepalmed quite hard too when the realization came. This was not new information either.
Still I do enjoy playing Nurse with the movement add-on as its fun to surprise survivors when they don't realize how fast you are while using it. :P
-
5-10 seconds wait time before you get the abandon option would be better in my opinion.
-
I play the game because its fun for me. Yes sometimes its not fun but you can say that of all the games you can play. I don't really play the game to win the matches yes its one of the goals but in the end if I manage to get good loops, mind games, close calls, interesting plays, help my teammates, save the last survivor etc. Same goes for killer side if I can find any enjoyment out of the match I call that good usage of my time. The end result of the match is not the thing that matters to me the most but its also rewarding to get that 4k as killer when it was a close match.
-
I have to admit I rather see crosshairs or other aim assisting things to be add-ons. Might be minority here but that is just my opinion.
I like the fact that there is no crosshair as a feature and even if it makes me miss sometimes it brings its own flavor to the game.

Some Nemesis zombies should be removed. 99% of the community agrees.
Having 0 terror radius or chainsaw noise on billy or wesker is a problem for survivors and leads to unfair gameplay.
Oni needs to be removed until a solution is found because he is a problem in this mode.
Remove dashes per my reasoning.
Increase exhaustion time so other survivors can't chain sprint bursts.
Pallet density is an issue.
Update my estimated queue time during a wait.
Where is this 99% have seen maybe few people complain about them so my experience does not support your claim. They also are just a hindrance and can be easily lured away and dealt with. Also using that statement makes your point less believable as its always what people claim to back their own belief and usually is not true at all.
Other points are just you stating the same thing you already did and those are not good reasons to do those things as I stated earlier. Also you can't chain sprint bursts if you are in chase anyway as exhaustion does not go down if you are running. The reason why its better to increase the power charge time than the exhaustion is the reason so the same person can't spam the sprint burst power to others during the chase where they already used it on themselves.
