It’s weird, since so many people play Legion, who is much weaker than Plague who is much stronger at the keeping survivors injured playstyle.

Maybe you should check people’s post history before making idiotic claims. I have advocated buffs for Pig, Trapper, Legion, Clown, Ghostface, Hillbilly, Trickster, Myers who are all weaker than Nemesis. If you knew how to use him you wouldn’t be on here complaining

Tinkerer should have a small cooldown, as much weaker perks have cooldowns. NOED needs a complete rework.

I do agree that Blood Favor is the worst of the lot, though. A trivial bonus on a hit with a super short duration and a super long cooldown? Pointless. It's extra funny in that it forces survivors to use their speed boost to go find a different tile to loop around, which is the actual thing they ought to do if you caught them in the first place! It's a killer hex perk that helps train survivors to play the game better!
I think crowd control is underrated honestly, if it lasts it’s a lot better than bamboozle.

Just had yet another awful ######### game. I was doing a gen at the start, then a Leon comes right next to me and sabotages a hook without the add on that keeps it from having a notification. Shocker, killer comes right for me and eventually I go down. I reach struggle stage on my first hook **WITH KINDRED**. Once again, the same Leon brings the killer right back to me by sabotaging a hook, and despite having a really good chase, I eventually go down and there’s no hook sabotages in sight to save me.
I’m literally going between rank 5 and 4 for days because of this constant dcing/######### teammates, when I usually play at rank 1. Whenever I go against a purple rank killer that isn’t tunnelling and nobody dcs, it’s an easy escape. This is so obnoxious, rank reset is such a pain.

The best point you made here is that many killers aren’t happy with 2k, when it’s a very good outcome, especially at higher ranks.
