Ruin and Pop rely on the killer doing well, can also be countered.
Tinkerer can be countered.
NOED can be countered.
Dead hard is a free second chance without counter in Loops.
I also do not like Noed, but please stop the sluzzy like baiting. Its embaressing.
Tinkerer cannot be countered, it actives at 70% no matter what, period. Also, dead hard isn’t going to do much if the survivor is injured two seconds into the chase. Most survivors use dead hard proactively, not reactively, extending loops, as using it for avoiding hits often ends up in being exhausted on the ground. I’m not even a dead hard user, but it sounds like you’re the one baiting.
-
it would just make spine chill even more meta
-
Ghostface. Since he’s mostly BHVR’s creation, they have a lot of creative freedom with him.
-
Okay, so? Ruin, pop, tinkerer, NOED are also crutch perks. Are you complaining about them?

I agree with ASB, but the Coxcombed Clapper is perfectly balanced. If you are not looking around you, that's your fault, doubly so if you already know it's a stealth killer. Silent bell only helps if you use tall obstacles to hide your uncloak, which is only really possible in jungle gym gens and main buildings, and those have always been vulnerable to Undetectable killers making sneak attacks. Plus his snarl still gives him away compared to a Ghostface or a 115 with Tinkerer taking the same route.
Anyway, I kind of guess Wraith could be the new Freddy? Buffed from bad to fairly good and became common to see as a result, extremely easy to play, solid returns for low skill, kind of a map mobility for dummies killer.
Unfortunately the problem is that many gens are surrounded by walls, so without spine chill, the wraith can easily get a hit.
-
Reworked from the ground up, there’s no other way.
-
Anyway, as already pointed out, making gens take longer would make solo queue even worse than it is.

Healing is also pretty fast, though Sloppy helps a bit, but for me it feels like survivors are still speeding by
2 survivors x 16 seconds is really not that fast.

If you used your eyes and read my post you'd see its not just about corrupt you moron
Classic DBD forums of resorting to insults when someone discredits what you say. Maybe if you had 1 of 100,000 tracking perks, this wouldn’t be an issue.

Oh im so GLAD it hasn't happened to you yet, lets not discredit my struggle
Your struggle of survivors outplaying a perk you can take off at anytime? Oh, must be sooo hard for you.
-
Sounds like they’re just playing efficiently waiting out corrupt, nothing wrong here as there’s perks that could’ve helped you find them.
This really doesn’t happen much at all

I really don't think they can do anything else with showstopper in my opinion. It's this or they replace his power entirely
That would be great :)
-
No, but all seeing blood and the bell silencer seriously need to go. He doesn’t need busted add ons like these anymore that he’s a good killer.
-
Kindred base kit, and having icons on the HUD to tell you what each survivor is doing.
-
This is what happens when they simply buff a killer’s numbers instead of putting an effort into improving them. Look at how much better the Doctor rework was.
-
Using lithe is toxic now? lol

Depends. What Sluzzy did was pretty harmless though.
Yeah, I’ve seen much worse trolls on here. Sluzzy wasn’t low bait, they put a lot of effort into their posts.

It's possible that the mods finally discovered that they were a troll (took them long enough), not sure tho.
Should trolling really be bannable?
-
Sluzzy was banned? That sucks, they were the most hilarious poster on here

hacking is based

It’s cute, but hard to justify
-
Having 6 traps ready to place in the basement, making rescuing literally impossible. Just drop the picking up traps, and have them recharge over time after they’re placed. Much better change than allowing scummy plays.
-
Yes. Improve recharge rate as part of base kit, nerf his recharge add ons to compensate, and buff/rework his other add ons. After this, you could leave him untouched.
-
She’s usually the first survivor people pick up (her or Claudette), so most of them typically aren’t great and screw their team over.
-
Should have a couple ways to earn more tokens imo, so that you need to take a risk in order to have more tokens.

Did he have NoEd? Some like to afk and hope to get everyone when it procs. If you cleansed it, his plan failed. It can work really well for him with how fast he can move.
it’s also possible something happened irl and he had to afk and when he got back, it was too late to salvage the match.
Nah, he wasn’t a NOED gamer. We waited quite a long time for him, and I hoped we could at least farm some points, so that he might not depip, but he never came back.

You really ignored the point of the thread just to post something so trivial like that?
They asked if anyone else was mentally exhausted, I am by the constant camping. I’m entitled to my own feelings, I literally answered the title of the thread.
-
I’m tired of the massive increase in camping since the event started.

If wraith stands still for a while he will be completely invisible until he moves again
Ah, didn’t know that! Still, not sure why someone would go afk in a corner in a game with 5 cakes :(
-
There was this Wraith who stayed in the corner all game. We ran around trying to find the killer for ages, until spine chill went off for me. The strange was, he was clocked but you couldn’t see the outline, even when right next to him. Someone had a flashlight and burned him out of it, but he still didn’t move.
-
The WGLF and BBQ BP gains should be basekit!
-
It’s an average though. SWFs will pull this up, the kill rate against solos will be much higher.
-
I’m fine with a stealth killer, since spine chill is my crutch perk lol
-
I’ve never even gotten to play the map. I’d say thankfully, but I got shelter woods 3 times today while using balanced, so I don’t feel lucky.

Tunneller killers are reason of i playing killer more. Early or late, if killer wanna be sure me dead, nothing can stop them.
And thank you :)
Yeah I’ve started using DS again because tunnelling has gone up since the nerf

I saw 5 - 6 of them this week. One of them was hard tunneller. He killed me for 5 gens & 3 escapes.
Sorry king :( if I was swf with you I’d 1 for 1 and sacrifice myself

'badly'. Playing the game in such a way to secure a win. Yes it does usually make the game less fun; for both sides even. But if survivors are playing to win, they can. If killers are playing to win, they can. it's definitely annoying, but it's by no means toxic. It becomes toxic when it is personal; Like people going out of their way to annoy with no real reason (tunnelling a survivor who has a key isn't personal; tunneling one who has nothing and has played in a normal way is)
That’s literally the whole premise of the post. Nobody had a key, there was no genrushing, this was near the start of a game in solo queue. Killers who purposely come into the game with the goal of basement of camping as their entire gameplay are toxic. Same as a 4 man SWF with 4 BNP are toxic.

That is literally my whole point. Catch up :))
Your point is that we should encourage both sides to treat the others badly? Okay, weird hill to die on
-
Some of y’all really need to work on how you talk to others, so much talking down, aggression, and insults over a forum post!

He was just pointing out the truth 😂, killers don't have to give a ######### how the survivors feel
That’s fine if you think that. The game would be much better if both sides gave the tiniest thought to the other, but we can just keep having toxic games over and over. By using this argument, you can never complain about genrushing though, as survivors don’t have to give a ######### how the killers feel :)))

Lateral distance is what matters most, you're just splitting hairs. It's a problem for the killer because of the distance he has to cover from gen to gen, and if he camps basement that gives you a gen and a half of time as an individual, not counting the other 2 individuals that aren't hooked.
Shelter Woods is so huge that a killer frequently has to choose which gen to give up. When he knows 2 survivors are working on 2 different gens, he rarely has time to get to both of them. Stack the idea of camping on top of this, and you have a very hard-pressed killer with time rapidly running out.
Quite frankly, this is all just noise. You’re trying to make a counter for what I was saying, when it’s literally a Bubba with Insidious, Iron Grasp, and Agitation. I will not accept any argument for how it’s okay for this to be in the game, it really doesn’t matter. You shouldn’t queue up for 10 minutes, only to be stuck on the hook for the entire game. It’s the same as all the gens popping in five minutes, it’s unhealthy.

I'm literally not angry- you seem to mistake sarcasm for anger; and use that as a pointless reason to condescend. My point is that; Killers ultimately don't need to give a fraction of a damn about the enjoyment survivors take out of the game; as many survivors make it clear they don't care too much for the killer's enjoyment. But aside from that; I support the notion that if one side sweats, it's only fair that the other one does. I say sweats and not 'acts toxically' because playing a game a non confrontational way isn't toxic. Playing a game to win is not toxic. Playing a game to annoy is.
Genrushing is a tactic used in order to win as efficiently as possible; camping is a tactic used to guarantee a kill/kills as efficiently as possible; hence the comparison.
Also; It's truly toxic to say particular things in the end game chat; none of the things listed in this post are toxic.
If you take sarcasm/criticism as rudeness; I have no idea how you've survived in life. being condescending; is rude. See the point i'm making here?
You definitely were angry, it’s clear as day. Sounds like you’re trying to justify to yourself that being toxic is okay.
Thanks for the totally unnecessary comment at the end. I’ve lived my life as a minority, I can tolerate much worse. The point is, I don’t want to, or need to engage with people who have an aggressive tone, it’s not fun when my post was as lighthearted as it gets. Literally all I was asking for was a hill on shelter woods

Shelter Woods is the second biggest map, and Bubbles used 2 perk slots to put you there. If he wants to camp on a massive map, he can. Against a good team, that's an L.
Empty space doesn’t really count as room for looping, which is what most of the map is, especially against a Bubba. It’s also completely flat, so is certainly not the second biggest in reality.
-
@Snowbawlzzz said:
What if you didn't loop by the basement against Bubbles
I didn’t. Shelter woods is small enough to get taken there with Agitation + Iron Grasp from most of the map
