Honestly still feel scammed that nemesis can't yeet meg onto a car in game.
-
Um... anyway.
-
speaking of dc's. I'm finding that a lot of people really hate Plague.
-
All that needs to be done is make survivors intangible while under the endurance affect. But sadly, the technology isn't here yet.
-
I just got the masks and that's really it. Though, the more I think about it.. I'm not going to use these cosmetics over the ones I already have save for the deathslinger one. That's ones pretty awesome.
-
I haven't even got it once yet. I do however, get back to back rounds of the The Game, Lery's, and Corn.
-
How dare you not take the obvious bait and follow me as I run early to the most pallet dense place on the map.
-
As opposed to running ds and bt for two?

There's always floods of rage
I was thinking that too, but then I remembered it's only on scourge hooks.
-
That assumes that bhvr has that kind forethought.
One that was missing when COH came in.
-
I can understand that sometimes having terrible games back to back can drive someone to pull the plug, but you never know how the game will go until it's fully done.
I had a game as trickster on mother's dwelling, a jeff dc'd on first hook at 5 gens. However, the remaining team did really well and completed 4 gens. Had he stayed, easily a 1 - 2 k.

Dbd x fortnite confirmed

I think it's still up in the air about the window thing.
If the animation works like dead hard now, where it locks you out of interactions for the duration, that won't happen.
-
Yeah.. but from watching his streams, I appreciate how straight forward he is even if I don't agree with it.

*spits on grave*

Fixed an issue with Coal Tower being a little too balanced.

NO IT OWRUFA[FBOSHGTY8SJIOWT90SHGHSUGOSGHSHGS9HGSHFOHAHF omg
pls
pls.
just listen.
If a noise cannot actually be heard, then it wouldn't be indicated by a subtitle.
think critically about that for a minute...
that means if a quiet sound is being masked by a loud one (i.e. generator repairs) it's not going to show up on the subtitles???????????
you're arguing against something that I've addressed like four times now. pls
It's just that we are talking about perception and that is going to vary from person to person whether or not they are hard of hearing. Information is big in dbd, killer or survivor. I'm not saying that we outright shouldn't have accessibility but making information easier and more consistent to have, even if truly for the better (especially with audio occlusion being what it is. I still have games where the upstairs gen sound in preschool just cuts in and out), might require some balance overview.
For the quiet vs loud sounds, they both still play and some players will be able to separate them. so how do you make that fair for everyone and still make sense for both killers, survivors, in a chase, and out.
-
Idk about the subtitles.
Though, stealth killers do make a bit of noise, it's usually really subtle and drowned out by generators
Rather than having subtitles that can scream "THE KILLER IS RIGHT HERE", why not equalize the field by outright removing those noises.
-
It's probably just easier for bhvr to buff killers a little than it is to rework maps while still keeping the rng aspect to them.
-
I miss the visuals and nothing else.
-
For similar reasons surge/jolt didn't become meta.
-
Dbd is always "not an esport" until someone wants "counterplay"

Actually is 50 seconds because its 10 seconds to all generators, i think m1 killers will be more viable and less stressful to play with these changes
50 if they do gens 1 by 1, I wouldn't be surprised if on average, it's more like 20-30 overall.
Which might not sound like a lot but thats also missing things like the other minor basebuffs.
-
I'd be more inclined to believe they got disconnected or timed out then rage quit if I was the survivor.

The reward for p3ing early was the bloody cosmetics.
You know that was the reward when you went for it.
They didn't have to give anything. It's not like you lose anything
Not to mention the irridencent shards that passively come from the grinding.
-
Bhvr should just delete spine chill, make it basekit but it lights up when you're in the killer's terror radius ... well at least until they make some proper visual indicators.
-
I did that when I was farming for masks. I don't want to slug the last survivor, I dont want some hostage build to search every where with.
Other then that, I don't know why someone would except for the personal challenge.
-
I'm just wondering if it will have an animation that plays out or not.

They're nerfing Spine Chill? How?
During our 6th Anniversary Broadcast, we announced a new progression system and a meta-shifting perk overhaul. We’re thrilled to say that both initiatives will headline the upcoming Mid-Chapter. From the onset, it was important for us to release these changes as a package. Our objective is to shake up the current meta,…"Spine Chill will now only activate if the Killer has a clear line of sight to the Survivor. This will remove the awkward counterplay where the Killer must look away to ensure a stealthy approach.
Next, we’ll be adding a short (0.5 seconds) lingering effect to Spine Chill. This will prevent the perk icon from flickering when the Killer looks around and make the action speed boosts more consistent.
Finally, we’ll be removing the vault speed bonus entirely, as it does not suit the perk’s nature. "

Why is there such a huge gap between each of your sentences.
Obviously gatekeeping them from each other
-
At least oblivious and undetectable perks and addons aren't made useless by one single perk.
-
I feel like spine chill had to change for the sake shifting the meta because of what it does.
It single handedly countered stealth killers, and undetectable/oblivious add on/ perks while having a 100% uptime.
That being said, It absolutely does leave a gaping hole in accessibility. Something that bhvr actually should give proper support and focus instead of throwing out a bandaid perk that ends stifling perk selection.
-
I get the thinking behind it, but more often then not, it's popping way before anyone is dying.
Though it does alleviate (even if it's barely anything) situations where a survivor immediately drops themselves on first hook and now 3 have to power through 5 or so gens.
Overall, if the changes and killer buffs show as truly meaningful, ruin can stay dead for all I care.
-
No thank you. I rather keep the ability to dodge fresh accounts with no other games but dbd.
-
Managing expectations 101.
-
I don't know if we are able to handle the hehzzah beam, but it would be interesting to add flashlight beam or item changes with higher tier skins.

Perks try the whole game lol im sure jrm and ayrun and anyone who loops is gonna be done with this game. Gens cannot get done without loopers.
You make it sound like its hard when both of them have said before how bored they are of this game already. Like pre-nerf and they want to stream other games.
-
It might still have some use in chase, maybe low enough that the chase music drowns it out completely but minimal out of chase.
-
Ruin. Too many drawbacks while still being a hex perk now that surge/Jolt has been justly buffed.
-
Probably going to see if a no gens allowed build will feel as stupid as I think it might.
Tremors, Deadman, deadlock, lethal pursuer
-
Yeah, when I was reading overzealous doubling when a hex totem is broken, it felt like a pointless addition after reading ruin.
But there's always Deadman's and deadlock. Maybe even together.
-
If you want a real slap, imagine paying a fortune for gold Feng and then BHVR gives to everyone for free.
-
I'm honestly fine with it, thrilling tremors was a better value imo, than bbq.

Premonition.
For real though, while it, certainly does what spine chill used to if the change goes through, the perk's activation at even a short glance then going into a massive cool down wouldn't be any more help than saying "just look better 4head."
Thank you for having fun with me though.
I understand, what I don't get is that they have a solution in the mobile version with visual indication. Like terror radius has a visual heart beating faster, and audio cues also have a visual indicator roughly showing the direction. With this, no one is getting any kind of informational advantage. It just tags audio you're supposed to able to discern ( and dynamically points to it if it's directional audio) and at the distances you're supposed to hear them.
-
Yo, Karen is relentless. Do not underestimate her, she will do nearly anything to be a nuisance.
-
I mean, is it really going to kill stealth anymore then spine chill did? instead of a 36 meter warning, they are somewhere within 24 meters.
-
there's always premonition, I guess.
-
I'm sure the tried and tested, stay separated and work on different gens will destroy a legion all the same.
-
Stealth killers rejoice.
