The first part is a problem, but the second feels intended because it comes up with interactions in general. You can't kick a gen while a survivor is on it either.
-
For some reason survivors keep dcing
Thats just the traditional dbd experience regardless of who you play.
-
Deathslinger has a quickscope? Doesn't feel like it to me, Imo.

Don't be fooled, look closely at the video the middle one has already started the breaking animation before the other two did, you can tell because his arm is a bit higher up.
Yeah, I didn't notice at first that they are slightly misaligned. But in their defense, we're talking about fractions of seconds saved.

There's plenty of stakes, either the killer wins or the survivors win depending on if the survivors escape before the killer gathers enough Ritual tokens. The gameplay loop would be mostly the same in the process in terms of chases, avoiding downs, and so on.
I mainly say that because the game state would feel frozen for the killer. While survivors still have game progress feedback in terms of generators getting completed and escaping, killers don't. You are playing a game, as a killer, that can't actually kill. You chase survivors around, chew through pallets, perks, and gens getting cranked out. You throw them on the hook and what do you get? A token... it's just not very impactful, it doesn't feel good.

Well, revert buffs from pastt patches at least? It's not my job.
Those buffs didn't really do a whole lot. Legion pre-patch still plays largely the same as legion post-patch. It's still legion, with barely a power if survivors spread out and split once they hear the terror radius.
-
Stylish but underwhelming.
-
Personally, I feel like it would be boring. An asym horror with absolutely zero stakes.
-
Always. From their 110% days to now.
-
Jolt. I love it on Nurse, now I want to try it on on Huntress.
-
Nurse is always going to be a weird subject.
To me, It reminds me of deathgarden in that bothsides had some painfully unfun options that felt strangely balanced in a "mutually assured destruction" kind of way.
-
You got your fancy portrait. No need to gate keep perks.
-
Can't really mindgame someone that just runs from pallet to pallet.
-
Rework? You're about 3 years late to the party.
-
I wouldn't surprised if it got nerfed for a similar reason to overcharge.
Stacking.
-
It would be too powerful otherwise. I feel like the correct play would then be to purposely get hit, or a killer going mach 1000 could quickly delete all the pallets on the map.
-
okay... so. Uh. I have always left my killers at P0 lvl 50. Now:
If I prestige them all, when the update hits, this leaves me at P3 lvl 0 and with their tier 3 perks unlocked for all of them , right?
Actually, what is the prestige rewards order now? Is it first three perks, next three cosmetics, last three charms?
-
The Goliath from Evolve.

RRrrrreeeeaaahhh!
-
Flashbacks of when I became a demomain primarily so I could portal out the black holes at the foot of hills.
Astral project to when you would randomly get stuck in grass as a survivor because there was a slight dip in the terrain.
-
I switched to plague when COH came out. So yes. I. Am. Ready.
-
Might as well afk on indoor maps. 96% movespeed, can't blink through walls, still same fatigue timer.
Also, Suddenly countered by the rock loop.
I don't think nurse is a character you can really nerf. You'd have to rework her entirely.
-
Wow. I'm impressed that someone understands what qol is and isn't a list of flat buffs.
-
The game pretty much revolves around the 3 gen by gallows.

A lot of powers dont work on hawkins. Huntress, slinger, hillbilly(espicially now). You have zero indication how gens are progressing without being right next to them.
Yes stealth killer could be solid but otherwise it was a awful map because you could never effectively use 90% of the killers power rooster.

You forgot the new version of gideon meat plant. No the devs are absolutely awful at map design. Someone seriously needs to have a talk with them over these god pallet plagued maps. Then they make them giant so half of the low mobility killers have zero agency. No crap killers will camp there not gonna cross a map to arrive with the gen done and the hooked person unhooked and healed before the next chase even starts.
"A lot of powers dont work on hawkins. Huntress, slinger, hillbilly(espicially now)"
This is exactly why I hate lery's.

Legends.. or going by the 3 week pattern say the 19th ish or late july. But officially, there isn't a date yet.

In a weird way, atleast in memory, I kind of miss the ambiance of old mist.

That's the whole situation in a nutshell. It's like you're being promised something special for Christmas, but end up getting a pair of socks (and maybe I'm even too ungrateful for socks, because at least they're useful keeping my feet warm).
I think it's more like expecting a car, even when you're told "it's not a car".
They just said that so I'm surprised when I get it

LOL. Thanks, I don't own the Ringu chapter, so.
well, for a more serious answer.
She's mostly a hit and run killer. She doesn't have much tools in chase, but instead her power is shifted into getting from place to place really quickly. So Ideally, you'd pop out of tv, chase the survivor for a hit or pallet, break chase and teleport to another gen and do the same thing. Then you'd reach a point where multiple survivors are injured and there aren't as many resources left on the map. Survivors would be on high alert as you could come out of any corner.
On paper, it sounds really fun. This air of paranoia, as the killer could be any where and can even teleport into a tile you're heading for, could add some tense moments. In practice though, it doesn't work like that. Maps, perks, medkits and tile generation can make looping her really easy.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what Sadako is like?
Very angy, I guess.
Other then that, It's just her going around asking if anyone wants to listen to her mix tape and them going "No".
-
what exactly is fun about Sadako to versus?

@Dito175 said:
They should rework the og maps again, they have soo many deadzones. Newer maps have a nice mix.
A nice mix of God windows and safe loops.
-
I'm not really a fan of the Yui one. To me, it feels like a Nea skin hand-me-down
-
I don't think they would do that because of the unintended trolling potential. I actually like the perk, it's just spine chill on live exists the way it does. But it being changed is going to make it a bit better.
-
Uh... they can.
Survivors can camp a pallet, or camp for a save.
I assume by "camp with flashlight" meant a survivor just sitting there or hovering around for a flashlight save, sometimes despite being seen already.
-
@emetSdidnothingwrong said:
Well that's a shame, slower to break pallets during his power than a basic kick seems backwards.
It can already be faster depending on the situation. Like demo max lunging or using the demon dash is going to be faster because of the move speed.
-
React streamer Sadako skin. TVs now have an image of them mindlessly staring at you and every 60 seconds they go "...wow, that's crazy". .. and then they just pop out the tv.
-
I don't know...People already dc when I played plague and I don't even run those perks.
-
Only a few maps have a pallet number problem (or maybe just the one). The others are more about how close they are generated and what kind of tiles they are.

Because plague is a m1 (if prople are not throwing) and therefore she is easy af to loop, unlike other killers that can compete with good survivors and also apply btoken with forced penance.
Though I do think she can be a feast or famine killer, the 1 guaranteed corrupt purge pool from last buff really helped. And then there's the upcoming m1 killer buff.
Besides, if we are talking about good survivors, there's only like 2 killers that can compete and penance might as well be a meme perk on them.
-
Why use penance when you can summon the green goddess?
-
If they did do that, watch they compensate it by making hex totems reveal themselves to survivors like ptb noed.
-
Wrong thread
-
I feel like the gen rush complaints came more to the forefront as hold w became more staple. Lots more time doing nothing else but holding w. No loops or mind games.
But understandably became so, because more and more Anti loop killers were coming out. Anti loops killer who also had bad map pressure.
-
The progress is what ever you have on live by the time the patch drops to live servers.
Ptb progress doesnt hold any weight.
-
If my lobbies tell anything. Dbd streamers are a dime a dozen. You have to stand out some how.
-
One that changed the killer's power animation and fxs. Like a trickster that throws long rusted nails or needles. Puppet Viktor.
Or a huntress that just straight up throws a brick.
-
Hopefully the devs see how much of an advantage map offerings give and axe those too.
-
When you spear someone through a window and it homes onto the lip instead of the survivor
why do I play this killer?
