Allow me to enlighten you, friend.
The main problem with this is how BEhavior put their update notes out. How everything had to be with the survivor's experience. How "frustrating" certain things were. Killers, including myself, saw this and immediately became enraged. This is no different than when a DS change was inbound, or balanced landing got changed. There was outrage, there was screaming, spamming, threats of leaving, blah blah blah. So yes, now it is our turn to vent our frustration. We paid the money, are paying customers, and are within our full rights to say what we please.
We have had bugged sounds for probably two months now, we've struggled with keeping up on gens and dealing with giant maps on killers that have ZERO ability to maneuver quickly. Spirit was "unfun" to play against, nurse was "frustrating", and... the doctor? THE DOCTOR. One of the WORST killers the game currently has, gets a nerf. Because it was "frustrating for survivors." Most survivors laugh hilariously when a doctor appears, as the loops are real with this one.
Sometimes, enough is enough.
I've seen the "we payed" argument a lot and allow me to enlighten you.
Just because you paid for it, doesn't mean you can tell what the devs to add, do, so, etc.. it's not your game, it's theirs.

Newer players. A lot of newer players don't know how to hit great skill checks, much less good ones.
Heck, even some red ranks can't do it, but it's not about Rank 1s. It's about the newer players.
New players may not know about all totem spans either, making the entire match unfair and downright impossible for the poor new survivor players.

How dare you tell us what we deserve? We PAYED to play this game. By default, we deserve a game that is fun to play on both sides. Giving constant nerfs out to killers recently, BHVR is showing to us that they don't understand their own game, and that they don't care.
They showed us with the Tomes. They showed us with the Legion changes. They show console players every day they play on 10-25 frames. They keep showing us that our feedback does not matter to them.
We deserve a game that is fun to play. This is another nail in the coffin.
How childish and entitled. Just because you payed for something doesn't mean it should be how you want it. Things change, get over it.

In fact, you don’t even deserve to be playing this game if you’re going to bash the devs for a needed change.
The perk isn’t even live yet, just wait it out. Inpatient people.

Despite the plethora of strategies to counter forever Freddy, the devs just decided "yeah we'll nerf this build even though it's 100% counterable". This just goes to show that the devs don't want the killer to be in control. Gens get done too quickly and killer has no fun? Screw the killer, leave gen speed alone. Gens get done too slow? Better see what's 'wrong' with what the killer is doing to slow gens down. Sorry for the mini-rant, but I'm just using history to predict what will happen to doctor. I'm guessing they'll limit the use of his power, maybe even give him a juicy nerf to his base speed, anything that'll make it easier for survivors to survive against him. All of this is coming from a survivor main, who just can't stand the injustice killers face: pointless nerfs to the few advantages killers have over survivors, advantages that can be countered by perks and play style.
Freddy got the biggest buff and smallest nerf.
Jeez, did you READ the patch notes? He only got small add-on nerfs.

The word can just be used metaphorically to refer to a woman who lures men to her, usually with sexual appeal, and then betrays their trust. So I don't think the killer will actually be a mythological creature, but rather a woman with that type of theme.

I’ve finished Claudette’s eighth birthday, which was pretty sweet, but then I just stopped doing challenges after that.

Since they’re the devs and they know what they’re doing. What if they just want to change one of their FIRST chapters to make it funner and better? They have the right to do so

The standard for reworks should be Freddy, powerful but not oppressive.
Legion and Nurse, while arguably more fair for Survivors, are absolutely miserable to play as.
Easy solution: don’t play Legion. He’s just bad
Nurse on the other hand it still very good, and very much the same. It just takes a little longer to down someone.

Well I’m not exactly a killer MAIN 🔪 but The Huntress 🐰🪓🎵 is my favorite. She’s not like Spirit 👻 where all you need are good headphones 🎧 . You need to be good at PREDICTING and using your brain 🧠 with your hatchets.
My favorite build is half basic and meta and half “unique”, but whatever:
-Pop Goes The Weasel 🎭
-Barbecue and Chili 🍜
-Bamboozle
-Iron Maiden 🚪
I use a majority of add-ons because she has so much unique and good ones.
-If I want to be a jerk 👿 to survivors then I’ll use Begrimed Head and/or that one that causes them exhaustion when hit
-If I want more hatchets I’ll use the Infantry Belt ♾ and the one that lets me see their aura when hit
-If I want to be speedy Huntress 🐇 then I’ll use a cool down before and after throw
