I agree with @Lowbei on this one. I've been rank 1 enough times to see the difference. If anyone thinks rank doesn't matter or is trying to offend him on this then you're clearly too new at this game to have even hit rank 1. There's a reason why so many people derank and that's because higher rank usually means higher challenge. There needs to be rank rewards though so we can truely see who can get there and who is too bad at this game to reach it..

Well I think the only ones worth listening to are the ones who are willing to put in the effort to find out the facts about something. I had 3 Ebony Moris on 1 Bloodweb at one point.. I get that I'm level 50 but that seems like it's a bit too much. Especially when the character has 2 Ultra rare add ons as well.

Good job on these. Though I feel like Decay may need to be a Hex perk or have some other requirement to activate. Seems a bit too powerful. Overall though I'm a huge fan of Egyptian themed stuff so I would love a chapter like this to come out.

While I doubt a killer who can alter the map will ever be in the game I will admit this would be a very cool addition to the game. As for the perks..
Stone-Faced: While it does sound very useful I can't help but wonder why you'd take this over Enduring? Though I suppose to works with some actions which enduring does not so might work? I'm not sure.
Heavy Handed: sounds like it would give you a similar benefit to Save the best for last except you still have to wait for the attack cooldown. Stacking the 2 together might make for a powerful combo though.
Thunderous Steps: I think this would be alot better then it sounds. The increased distance they hear the footsteps would lead to alot of confusion and panic to people who can hear them. I do like this one a fair bit I'll be honest. -
This is interesting.. a blind killer? I thought it might be a bit weak but seems well thought through to me.

I had an idea for a Plague Doctor killer myself at one point actually though my idea was very different. Your one sounds like an interesting take on a stealth concept so might work. As for the perks..
Wait for Me has potential to help catch up to people after getting stunned without Enduring so I like that one.
Doctor's Instinct sounds a bit too strong in my opinion. I'd recommend limiting it to say 4 generators or something like that.
Final Treatment sounds amazing with Blood Warden which is my favourite perk so I like this one alot personally.
Overall I think the ideas pretty good with the killer and the perks. If you'd like to know what my Plague Doctor idea was I don't mind talking about it. -

Can't really comment on ear, I don't use it. It could be useful in a chase, but IMO heart is way better.

They used to be terrible. As they would make the traps stay active for hardly any time at all. With the downside removed they do seem alot better. I actually like all of Hag's add ons though. It will not activate unless one Haunted Grounds totem is cleansed before the last generator is powered. If it's cleaned after that NOED still won't trigger despite there now being a dull totem.
