I was chasing a survivor when has I was hitting the survivor someone cleanse haunted ground and they got down.
Has I was carrying them to a hook 2 other came trying to bodyblock (haunted ground still active) I instantly down them both and hook the first person.
Has I pick up the second I spot Claudette running to the hooked survivor (haunted ground is still active) so I drop the second person and succesfully grab her.
Then they all dc.
I was playing has the Hag and it all happened so early in the game I didn't even have time to set up my traps properly. I was around purple ranks at the time.

Buffs for Plague! Buffs for Plague!
I definetly agree!
-
Myers is already the strongest killer vs immersed players. So no.
-
Maybe they could remove mori but make it so if you reach the end game and down someone you can kill them instead of hooking them.

Plague’s is actually really nice I think. I might be a little biased as someone who loves her design but I think her blight skin is her best one by far. It’s both elegant and oozy goopy at the same time and it looks great in the title menu.
Imo clown only has the face going for him. The Santa skin is far superior.
Wait the Priestess also got a new skin ? That's cool! Just sad she's not that great. :-/

Yes and so be it.
I've been through matches where it took 5 hits to down a survivor due to insta heals and old MoM. I know how it is very well.
I don't think either of the three should be touched.
That's just not logical.
-
@Mochan said:
Vigil should let you ignore the effects of the status effects while in the vigil radius. So for instance if you heal someone with sloppy butcher it's normal speed.
Pharmacy should be upgraded to a ranger medkit, since they nerfed the green medkit.
Wakeup should allow faster gate opening. I don't know why they don't make this a thing? It's an endgame perk anyway and it would give a little hope to survivors who are 1v1 the killer after he kicked the hatch close.
Your mistake is to try to find the hatch in the first place.
When the last survivor die, wait near one if the exit gates until the killer find and close the hatch. You should then have enough time to open the gate even without wake up 90% of the time.
Although I understand your point.

Technically they have to hook you first. Not as instant as it once was.
Unpopular opinion, I don't think keys or mori's should change and I don't thing medkits should of been touched.
You realize 4 survivors running instaheals add-ons can go through 12 health states before 1 is even hooked.
-
Come on she has her gutts hanging out clearly it's a "shantay you stay"
-
My ideas;
Vigil: Allow exhaustion to be recharge even when running but at 30%/40%/50% of the regular recharge speed.
Wake up: Open the gates 30% quicker, awake other survivors 50% quicker and unlock the ability to wake yourself up.
Pharmacy: Start the trial with a yellow/green/purple medkit.

Anyone remember when wake up was used to make ppl awake faster from Freddy sleeping status ? It was almost when released and got changed real quick.

Has a red rank I can tell you it doesn't matter much. Mainly bc usually you teleport to your traps when triggered. You aren't trying to stalk around like the Pig or Ghostface.
-
Definetly not saying he's a strong killer.
Simply that since he is now in a stable spot we should focus on other killers which haven't been consistent in awhile.
Sure I'm definetly for a buff but tbh some other killers needs more attention rn.
-
Hag (red rank)
-Ruin
-Thrill of the hunt
-Haunted ground
-Huntress lullaby
If they are still cleansing your totems to quickly, it's your own fault.
Like I see a lot of ppl complain about totem cleansing but they never use Toth.

His power was always easy to use. The change just made him an M1 Killer with a mostly useless power.
Useless M1 Killer with a useless power ? I though this was about Legion not the Priestess...

you gotta be joking right? LOL if not you are an entitled survivor main if ever I have seen one
first of all insta heals WHERE BROKEN, you could INSTANTLY stop a killers map pressure by pressing M2 + Space
besides you still got broken keys that you can no skill abuse
also if you think the game devs are favoring killers more than survivors then what about the MAJOR NURSE NERF to her basekit that was NOT NEEDED
also another reason why it may seem like "the devs are favoring killers" is because THIS USED TO BE DBD
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1fkX3H84SE&t=319s
so yeah it may seem like they are nerfing survivors and buffing killers a lot but when THIS USED TO BE THE BASELINE then it is VERY understandable, if this how DBD was today? NO SURVIVOR WILL EVER DIE, EVER. there is still major unbalance like large maps, Haddonfield, and god loops like ironworks of BS. if you can look at that video and say THAT was balanced then you are the biggest fool in the world
All that and the fact if 4 survivors brought an instaheal they could go through 12 health state before downing a single one.

Ikr !
I main the Hag and was 1 so surprise to see a new skin for her and 2 such an awesome skin!

They shouldn't be removed unless you always give the ability to kill the survivors on their last hooks or at least the last survivor of the trial.

No. He was sidegraded
Wtv you want to call it.
His main attack and power got easier to use and more ppl are playing/winning has him medium rank.
Obviously it's another story higher ups but then again it's mostly always the same 3/4 Killers.
-
*praise the Sun*
-
Didn't he was JUST buffed a few months back ?
Could we buff and rework Killers that haven't been touched in YEARS...like Nurse, Hag, Myers, etc ?
-
I'm not sure of the name but I think I remember it's a purple one.

Doctor Ultra Rare - You go the same speed in treatment mode as the same for punishment mode. Moderately increase time to shock. Tremendously increase shock skillchecks that appear. Tremendously increase amount of skillchecks that appear.
Huntress Ultra Rare - Lockers auras are revealed to you within a 64 meter radius. See the aura of survivors in lockers within 12 meters.
Key Ultra Rare - Shows the aura of the hatch within 32 meters.
Map Ultra Rare - Unlocks map marker ability. When reading the map all other survivors can see the auras as well.
I believe there's already an add-on that does that for the map.

Mangled - The Survivor is heavily injured and requires more time to be fully healed.
Legion and Borrowed Time trigger Deep Wound - The Survivor is on a bleed-out timer until healed or mended.
Oh ok I'll correct the name status
-
@Karaage said:
You wrote 'mangled' and it is a status effect that makes You heal slower, I think? That's not how Borrowed Time works. As the perk is described now, if You get hit during vault, You not only get downed but also debuffed with mangled. So it gives absolutely no advantages and only hinders user?
But since You mentioned Borrowed Time, I'll assume You meant You get BT effect instead of mangled. I'll also assume You meant the BT before it was changed into applying Deep Wounds. I made up some description using old BT that should be ok:
Brat: Start the trial with 2 tokens. While vaulting any damage taken that would put you into the Dying State from the Injured State will instead trigger a 10/20/30 seconds bleed-out timer and consume 1 Token. Taking any damage during or reaching the end of the bleed-out timer will put you into the Dying State.
That said, it'd still be a free hit protection, but maybe reducing bleed-out timer can help balance it.
Mangled isn't the status Legion put ppl in from which they have to heal or they go down ?
And no basically the perk to trigger would require you to be already injured when vaulting.
Then instead of going down you would get the same status has when Legion hit you or you get unhooked and hit whilst under BT.
-
@Karaage said:
Brat is too overpowered and won't make it into the game. Remember Mettle of Man on release? There was already big backlash against gaining just single protection from getting hit, and Brat not only grants You multiple protections, it also is much easier to activate.
I changed it so it essentially work has a sort of borrowed time. It also cannot be recharged anymore.
-

I somewhat agree. I could probably modify it a bit.

Imagine pairing it up with Hope for 115% movement speed :) Killer would never catch You in chase (unless it's Nurse, Spirit, Billy, Trapper, Hag, Clown, Huntress, Freddy, Demogorgon, Plague).
Doesn't hope have a timer ?
-
I think 8m/12m/16m is enough.
Would show you if a survivor is hidding around your immediate vicinity whilst allowing for more careful survivors to still remain undetected.
-
"Last minute repairs" or "Desperate escape" would sound better. It would be a little weird if David King was the "Final girl"...and I say that has a gay man...

This used to be something about how fair your concept was and if I didn't like it. I responded by saying I like it but it needs to be fair.
Also, what do you mean it's irrelevant. Do you know how many matches I have saved by having noed in my pocket. Do you know how many toxic swfs have been crushed after an easy match for them?
Well my red rank opinion is that it's irrelevant if you play the game good. I never use it and won countless times.
-
Noed: Require to reach end game, have at least one totem left and can be cleanse.
Instaheal: if everyone equip it you can heal through 12 health states with simply 4 taps. No requirement.
...

Typical hypocrisy from DbD. I don't argue that IHs were not powerful, but to claim those to be unbalanced and to leave EMs in the game is quite hypocritical. Sorry, but neither take much of any skill to use, and both create near game-breaking issues. Nerf one, you need to nerf the other.
You could literally heal through 12 health state with just 4 taps...that's why it was removed.
-
Idk but thnk God for the instaheal nerf. They could heal through 12 health state if everyone brought one!
-
@beatddb said:
If these Nurses changes go through, all people will see at red ranks will be Spirit, which means she will eventually get a """slight change""". SWF will dominate red ranks and killers playing something else instead of Spirit will get destroyed.
If this happens but Spirit does not get her """slight change""" like the nurse, people will start using the anti spirit build (Iron will, spine chill, etc) making her a little girl with a shiny stick.
And thats how you nerf the two reliable killers in one change. Good luck killing someone at red ranks
######### you talking about ?
I'm red rank and all I see is: Huntress, Hillbilly and Spirit.
The red Nurse is an occasional kid wonder once in a blue moon.

@StupidButTru said:
Insta heals got nerfed because of whiny killers but the Nurse update is bad huh? How about this READ THE ADDONS THEY ARE RIDICULOUS WITH CERTAIN BUILDS. Those complaining about Nurses being "nerfed" are usually the trash players and Nurse mains are dancing in Joy because they got some serious add-ons now that they can use to destroy a four man team. Yet Insta heals got nerfed and not a single thread on that huh? In that case get rid of Noed get rid of insta downs, get rid of anything that insta downs a survivors since we can't have our medkits. If that's the case that's more of this fanbase gone already. Pathetic.
First off Noed requires you to be end game, have at least 1 totem left to even just activate and can be cleanse. Especially easily if you use the perk to track totems and traps.
Second, all you had to do to pull off your instaheal was a tap on your teammates. That's ######### ridiculously OP ffs you could deny Noed even when it was active!
Finally, I'm not a Noed user or a fan but comparing it to instaheal is just completly wrong. Ffs if 4 survivors equipped it you had the power to heal through 12 life states!
-
Depends who.
If you main the Spirit idc but if you main Hillbilly...yes you suck.

Vigo did a lot for survivors,
Vigo owned the first Engineer's Toolbox
Vigo made the hatch
Vigo even made the Pustula Nectar formula.
However, due to all of the above feats it's likely that the Entity got tired of his tinkering with her realm and captured him.
He didn't made the hatcht. He was simply the first to notice it.
Wether he did creat it by sheer strenght of will and his knowledge of the fog is still unclear.

(Buffy the vampire slayer)
Killer: Glory/The master/Angel
Survivor 1: Buffy Summers
-super strenght
-able to resist fatal wound

-very intuitive

Downing and hooking 2 different survivors then finding the DS user again is rare to say the least, yes. But having the DS user come off hook, downing and hooking another survivor across the map, then being hit by the DS user again is extremely common.
But since we're on the subject of "rarity", it's much more uncommon for a survivor with a working spacebar to miss DS in red ranks.
Oh no I'm on PS4 I don't have super easy skillchecks like you guys. (Yes don't even debate it just look at any vids. Skillchecks are gigantic on pc idk if it's to compensate for the kb but it's ridiculous)
Maybe that's why I never have problems with that perk has a killer and never use it has a survivor.

No, you wrote something else about NOED being unfair and I disputed it and then you changed it to be about something else, making my post irrelevant
I never said that.
Idc about NOED has I said on many post about it here, it is an hex for baby killers.
If you want to use it idc most of the time it's completly irrelevant even once activated.
You were the one saying me perk idea would empower noed too much. I don't care about NOED enough to make sure a perk counter it.

It blows my mind that people still try to use this argument.
I've hooked a DS user, downed and hooked TWO other survivors, then found+downed the DS user again only to be hit by DS. And that was tunneling, how?
Not to mention all of the times DS users will play like complete idiots (running straight at you, doing a generator in your face, hopping in a locker, etc, etc) just because they know that they have DS.
It's not an anti-tunnel perk, it's a full minute of killer immunity that punishes the killer for downing the survivors too fast.
It should de-activate if A) another survivor is hooked B) the DS user is full healed or C) the DS user begins working on a generator/exit gate because clearly safety isn't his priority at that point.
First off it isn't even a sure thing.
I'm red rank (3-4) and still can NEVER hit the skillcheck which is why I never use it.
Second, this kind of situation literally never happened to me in two years. So if it is possible it must be incredibly rare.

Couldn't you just go for the unhooker instead of tunneling the unhooked survivor ?
Wouldn't that prevent both BT and DS to even work ?

Hillbilly is free
Still it's the easiest killer to win with. Even counting the paid killers.
-
Thing is;
Tunneling: Doesn't always happen on purpose. Sometimes we just follow the first scratchmarks we find and sadly it was you.
Camping : Often mistaken with "Patrolling" which is completly fine.
Face camping: Even tho you can unhook from the sides, the killer can grab you. Which means this is a reprehensible act imo.
-
You made a typo. It's written "Hillbilly" not "Myers".

It might make it too powerful though, to the point where there's no good reason to choose spine chill over it other than vault speed, or any other killer detection perk for that matter.
It wouldn't be that powerful. It would still trigger at 36m and then goes into a long cooldown.
If anything this would just make it a choice of "do I prefer precision or reliability"
