Whenever the killer is within 10 meters of a hooked survivor, the hook timer is paused.
Wouldn't work, it's too abuseable.
A Survivor that is the dying state when another Survivor is put in the dying state has the ability to finish recovering himself.
When getting up, the Survivor has the Endurance status effect for 10 seconds.
I don't think there needs to be any base-kit countermeasures to slugging, as getting slugged is fully in the Survivors' control

At least Dredge and Artist are there.
Yeah, but still not far up
-
Demogorgon is the only fun Killer in the game
-
I'm glad she's being ignored, imagine how much hate she'd get if she was more popular

Artist: A
Sadako: C
Dredge: B

Yes

I think his main problem is that once wesker comes out, he's literally a worse wesker. His tentacle should either do damage even when not infected, or they need to make the zombies actually useful.
Or rework Nemesis from the ground up to be more accurate
-
God forbid a Killer Perk counters a Survivor Perk.
Also, Adrenaline isn't the only good Survivor Perk, Dead Hard, Off The Record, and Boon: Circle Of Healing are better
-
I don't think you can compare DbD to ED. They might both be asymmetrical games, but ED is the polar opposite of DbD
-
Botany and MoM got a net-buff though
-
Spirit is the most annoying Killer to go against from these 10
-
I got a PS5 because of the last RE Chapter. Let's hope it will suffice

But his cool-down had ended.. because obviously he was able to hit again…
Again, you got bound, then M1'd. That's normal.
You got Victor'd, then M1'd. Same thing.
You got chained, then M1'd. Same thing.
You see how you're just complaining about not escaping after missplaying?

No- I’m pretty sure it’s a bug. The animation had ended. But the wall was still up. I think you’re just being defensive. You get rid of the chain the warden goes. You get rid of victor the warden goes. This didn’t .
It's not a bug, the wall was still up because Wesker goes on a longer cooldown than Pinhead or Twins

so get hit in the exit= Certain death? Kinda op.
You could just leave before he hits you.
Is Pinhead OP, are Twins OP? Or are you just saying that because you're salty?

But the killer was able to hit me again whilst it was still blocked for me… so was like a free blood warden
Yes, that's the point
-
That also happens with Victor and Pinhead's chains. It's to stop Survivors from getting free escapes during the Killer's cooldown animation
-
Demogorgon with I'm All Ears and Lethal Pursuer is pretty fun
-
37.
I haven't been playing all that much DbD lately
-
I buy every Killer, even though I know I won't play any of them because Demogorgon exists
-
I'm "excited" for Wesker.
I want to see how janky the throw will look like
-
I'm not going to watch the videos, but based on the screenshot you posted, I can tell the Survivors you're facing aren't good by any means

I've probably made the most amount of Alien concepts on the Forums

Meh.
Consistent value on a few Maps, and usually inconsistent/useless on a lot more Maps.
Also, Darkness Revealed? Dictep, we all know you aren't the brightest, but to stoop this low?

Wonder what game-breaking bug the PTB will contain

And yeah, I want neither nerfed as well. Both are fine
Aside from range Add-Ons, those can bite the dust

Here is the latest stats that were released by BHVR:
https://i.ibb.co/VS3VByW/killstats2022.jpg
Now, this data is from 2021-2022. We can probably safely assume that kill rates dropped somewhere significantly across the board, which is why they buffed killers as a whole in the last recent update.
However, as you can see here, nurse has the lowest kill rate in the game. So it stands to reason, one of the following statements must be true:
- We can't balance around the top level players, and should instead balance around the 95% of other players. Nurse is fine, because she is really hard to play, and is extremely rare to come across a good one. Also, SWF are fine and should not be nerfed, because SWF kill squads are rare.
- We can and should balance around the top level players, Nurse is too powerful in the hands of top level players and should be nerfed. SWF and survivors in general at the highest level play are far too powerful and gens go too fast in relation to how long chases can last and survivors as a whole need to be nerfed and/or remove SWF. Nor should survivors be able to do something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtENJZ_z0zw&t=1s
One of those 2 statements must be true. Either we balance around high level players, which means one thing, or we don't, which means another. If you attempt to merge pieces of 2 of the statements together, or to only hold one part of the statement true for either side of the argument, then you are simply BIASED.
I want neither nerfed
-
So you want to make it reintroduce the free Escape DS granted, along with extending the Stun duration to be longer than it was pre-nerf? What are you smoking that makes you think this is a good idea in any way, shape or form?
-
2 slowdown Perks? Are we complaining about 2 now?
-
Old Rat Tail
-
So you're mad a Hit N Run Killer... Hit N Run'd, and then played efficiently?

They're two different sentences and the Iridescent clapper and All seeing blood is OP since you won't be hearing anything until they're fully uncloaked meanwhile they can see you behind walls and floors, and that's how experience survivors get gen grabbed, Heck, i even see unhooking grabs against SWF.
Silent Bell Clapper can be countered by eyes and ears.
All-Seeing Blood is what, 8 Meters? You can probably see and hear Wraith from that distance, so again, countered by ears and eyes

Context error, i said i've seen experienced survivor get gen grabbed by semi decent wraiths using OP addons, and baby wraiths get 4k's more often in low mmr.
Wraith doesn't have any OP Add-Ons, and if a Survivor is in low MMR, they probably aren't experienced

MDR/DCB Spirit. Had one of these a few days ago, and I never want to go against a Spirit ever again

Coh is still overpowered without any other perks regardless. That’s not a perk combo issue, that’s a coh issue
I don't think CoH on its own is an issue

You can easily go on a nurse streak without addons and get multiple wins.
Again, I'm talking about good Survivors, not your average can't-look-behind-themselves kind of Survivors you find in pubs
-
If you like the movies, maybe.
If you want to win, no
-
If you're downing Survivors that quickly, you don't need DMS
-
@WesCravenFan said:

So would it stop being overpowered at 17 seconds? Or is there some magical number you have arbitrarily decided where using a fundamental mechanic of the game like "healing" is okay?
21.3 seconds was fine for a heal that everyone could use with a 14 second time investment that also only required 1 person to bring the Perk.
Anything under 20 seconds and CoH/whatever Perk reduces the self-heal speed needs a nerf
-
@WesCravenFan said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3118449#Comment_3118449
Why? Why is a 16 second heal that takes 50% of your loadout that only works in one section of the map overpowered?
Because it nullifies multiple Killer strategies with almost no time investment that can also be used by all 4 Survivors
-
Devs have never coddled Killers? 6.1.0 is one of few Killer-sided patches, most usually coddle Survivors, the most recent one (6.1.3) also coddled Survivors
-
16 second CoH is overpowered
-
@WesCravenFan said:

They are not "always" there. You cannot sit there and try to cite 16 seconds and then casually ignore everything else padding that time to heal that is taking you out of the game.
Everything was always there. You always to set up the Boon, you had to run to it, you then had to actually heal. Nothing is changed except it now takes 2 Perk slots
-

Right, so 6 different people, randomly met from different lfg groups are all the problem, and suspiciously at a time when the game updated to increase generator time etc. I'm supposed to think all of these completely different, separated people are all just garbage individuals? Um, no, I think the problem is with the game
Yes, your 6 friends are bad at the game. They probably got boosted to a higher MMR than they actually deserved due to overpowered Perks (probably DH, maybe DS/UB).
If you continue on blaming the game, you'll never actually get good, tho I doubt you'd get good even if you stopped complaining
-
@WesCravenFan said:

16 seconds PLUS the time spent looking for the totem PLUS the totem spent putting up the totem PLUS the time spent heading over there once injured PLUS this took two perk slots...
.... or you can just use a medkit.
All those things (except the 2 Perks slots) were always there. 16 second heals with CoH are overpowered, simple as. Just because you use a total of 5 Perks slots at most to bring that back doesn't nullify its strength.
Med-Kits are overpowered, your point?
-

Are you even reading? People are DC'ing because the game has become too difficult for survivors, and generator length is boring now. Why should i blame them when BHVR is the clear cause of these issues?
You should blame them, because they're looking for reasons to DC, that aren't even correct.
Survivor is still the power-role, Survivors still have the advantage over every non-Nurse/Blight Killer. Generators are 10 seconds longer. If they're boring now, they were boring before the time increase.
Your friends are just bad and pathetic and should uninstall
-
Demogorgon is the most fun Killer in the game imo
