19 dollar fortnite gift card?
MOBA games
Mobile Legends
League of Legends
DOTA2
When people see that skin they know you mean business. But the last thing I want in DBD is extra attention.
Plus the free cosmetics do nicely.
-
I've spent decent money for cosmetics, just not in DBD. Other games you may want the bad ass glow, but this one I rather be immersive. However, some of these killer skins are tempting.
I look at it as playtime value and a tip to the devs to keep on going. I think there's a good amount of spenders that look at it as a contribution to the company more than wanting the look. There's many types of people out there, and many ways people spend their money. I bought Ash, simply because I love Bruce Campbell, and also to contribute. But, I never play him.

I honestly would just look more forward to the queue times. If the queue times get any longer would you mind waiting 10 minutes to get into a more fair match? I don't think so. Most people don't like waiting in a game queue for that long. I'd rather take the 1-4 minute queue times with semi-unpredictable matchmaking.
Agreed, I wanted to play some killer tonight to knock out my rituals and some challenges.
I gave up after waiting 10 minutes to get into lobby and player disconnects during loading... twice in a row.
-
Yeah, I might have spent $50 total, and have plenty of hours to justify it.
In the 80s I spent $50 of bday money at an arcade for a few hours of play.
-
Oh I thought we were going to complain about nightfall on Dredge.
Also I played a game where I named myself PiggyBack Rides to complete a carry survivor challenge. I thought we had fun with me dropping them and carrying them around then go to next survivor and so on. They get 30k BP, I get 30k BP, My challenge is completed, and they all laughed when I said I hope you enjoyed the rides. Well, one person didn't laugh, soooo, sorry you didn't have fun. :)
-
Sadako killer, turned out surprising. Dwight forgot to rewind his tapes and got slapped with a hefty Blockbuster Fee. Claudette gets face camped.
Bill goes for the unhook with me, tag teamed to get Claudette off the hook.
Final Verdict: Sadako needs to be buffed
-
I don't see plague often (thankfully) so not many rookies understand the mechanics.
I run CoH, BtB and know it's useless against Plague, I'm like welp there goes two of my perks. But I don't cleanse, there is no point and it just buffs her puke. I figure I get so much value out of my perks in other matches, so it's a wash. (waka waka)
But yeah watching them cleanse and run to an infected (object) really grinds my gears.
-
I'm not arguing here but I can barely say Feng without it being censored in chat.

I cannot see in that house either. It is extra bad because I wear sunglasses while I play the game. And survivors wonder why we face camp...
The price of looking cool 😎

Next gen VR, where you can feel and be part of the game...
-
Some say, he launched so high, and that he is still up there, having a grand ol time.
-
As a hex totem destroyer and booner main, I will invoke my killer side.
I don't use hexes, as they don't gain value, since they get destroyed so quickly.
The Hex Totem Aura should pulsate when the totem is being destroyed/blessed.
As I was writing this I went into a match, got this screen shot to add salt to the wound.
-
I was playing on Ultra graphics, but turned it down to medium and now it's a tiny bit better. But yeah, some rooms are pitch black... and if it's Dredge, forget it.
-
I've seen the nubbiest P15+
Prestige means nothing. On my survivors they are all around P5 and I have a theme for each one. All it shows is the person probably has one layout and hasn't branched out to play around with other methods, meaning they have a limited scope and perception of the game.
But if it's a P0, then yeah, they are probably new, especially if a Jake, Claudette, or David.
Just my opinion though.
-
Final girl rule, I try to always let one escape. Unless the team really annoyed me.
-
I'm 40, the 80s was all about horror.
TV had anthology of horror shows, Monsters,Outer Limits, Tales From the Darkside, then Tales from the Crypt, good stuff.
News: Bermuda Triangle, Bigfoot, Witches, Aliens, this stuff was real back then.
Nowadays we are faced with real life dystopian horror.
-
Boop!
-
I'll wait until it goes on sale and all the nerfs are done.
-
I don't mind losing if the team played well.
It's when I get a bad team that it bugs me. Sometimes the bad team wins and we all survive, but I still feel irritated.
Short answer, no.
-
Points... I calculate to make sure I'm doing enough in each category.
Challenges and Rituals... Usually the priority.
Ethics... I'll run back and try to save a survivor at end game if I haven't been hooked. But it depends on how well they played.
Just had a game where a Feng was hooked on the otherside of the map with no gates. It's Endgame, 3 survivors left. I unhook Feng, we start the sprint towards the gate, Ghostface is on me, get hit, nice boost of speed, I was close to gate but knew I was going to go down, and boom survivor 3 comes in with a protection hit, and the three of us escaped. Sometimes it's best to do the right thing to have those kind of stories.
Sometimes, I'm just left on the hook. Ya never really know.

Boon Totems snuff themselves whenever the Survivor that blessed it leaves The Trial
Yup, so keep your Booners safe! Take a protection hit every once in while. :)
-
Having a long reach scythe would be rad, but to counter: it doesn't make contact if you are point blank on the person.
Special ability: Tension/Fear
When a survivor fast-actions in a chase, 30% chance they will stumble inflicting 3 second slowdown, exhaustion, and aura read.
I can go on, but BHVR should hire me. :p

If you lose to a Perma T3 Myers, you or your team MASSIVELY misplayed. It takes such a monumental amount of Evil to hit T3 that you should EASILY be able to finish all the gens and escape before he reaches it
Had a Perma T3 Mori Myers at Blackwater Swamp. We got down to 1 gen then he hit Tier 3. I ran into a locker on every chase and he waited for a bit before going to find another survivor... I was like, yup we screwed. And indeed, we were.

Only time I'm ever petty like that is if they try to 4% right in my face while im making the save. I'll usually save em anyway, but you just forfeit your heal and bodyblocks.
I had this today, right when I approached the hook she yeeted off. It was the Jane in my Whiteglyph challenge... she died:

i do impossible healing doc from time to time
Evil, pure evil

It depends if I'm Iri 1 yet or not. Once I am Iri 1, I play for other survivors. Otherwise I play it a bit more safe.

@Obelt said:
So killers who cant change there killer in lobbys anymore are just banned from queue bad idea
I often wondered why killers can't select their killer in the lobby. I'll research why that was removed:
Oh MMR is based on killer and not overall player... I guess that makes sense.
-
Self-care nerf got me into the boon game. After playing boons, it really doesn't need a nerf. Multi level is fine, as some levels are maybe 3 square meters.
Locating totems takes time.
Booning takes time.
Healing with the boon takes time.
Running back to the boon takes time.
The boon game is balanced.
-
There's been times that a survivor doesn't want my heal, even though I am medic themed. I understand if they have hemorrhage.
But I won't unhook them afterwards, I can be petty.

Sure.
But in return, when I play killer I get to veto 3 maps.
Fine?
Deal

Why do people keep parroting this obviously awful idea over and over this month? Did a social media/stream man talk about it or something?
Because it is very common in other games.

But, but, I have Bite the Bullet

@Ryuhi said:
Imagine pushing for this, yet killers still can't see if there is an swf present in 2022. Their reasoning is because "killers would shop lobbies and extend queue times" but this surely wouldn't have a similar issue, no sir.
Sarcasm aside, they should instead work on accessibility issues around specific killers. I know someone who refuses to play against Plague because they legitimately get ill from all the constant puking noises and vomit splashing around, which is a lot more valid than "I dont like how x killer plays" and I feel those types of considerations SHOULD be worked around. But that should be in the form of stuff like an option to locally mute (as in only on that player's side) for the vomiting noise. Other similar options could easily be made for a lot of the issues both as and against multiple killers, even something like an option to change the clown's outfit to something else for those coulraphobics out there.
I definitely think there should be color coded chainlink on top of their names to their respective SWF. They already have the advantage that they are in communication, and even if you tunnel them first, this slightly evens that advantage.

I'd ban Freddy, Legion, and Doctor
Freddy? Is it because it's a sleepy match? I get happy when I see a Freddy, plus he's the opposite of Dredge, as in while in dream state I can see everything and my eyes feel amazing.
-
@Aneurysm said:
I kind of wish you could pick one killer to have a reduced chance to encounter just for accessibility's sake. Like I do get survivors who quit on learning I'm a plague and although it's mostly not liking her a couple have apologised and said they just can't handle the vomiting. I can't even be mad in that scenario it would just be better to not be matched with them. Yes you'd have to manage how it works with SWF, and yes most people have no specific phobias and will just pick the one they dislike most but I don't see that as such a big deal, there's a lot of other killers out there.
3 is too much especially if there's no restrictions. 4-man squads carefully picking out the 12 strongest killers to avoid would not be healthy for the game at all.
Your idea also contradicts itself. You say it can show which killers are OP and then picked 3 which you don't find OP yourself.
Anyway to eventually answer the question I'd go for clown, bubba and pinhead
True,
Dredge- It's pitchblack on my screen, I have troubles on some maps that are simply too dark.
Doctor- Counters my playstyle of sneaky medic
Plague- SoloQ survivors are consistently drinking out of the fountain then go right back to an infected gen, it just irritates me sooo much.
Edit: SWF unable to ban
-
Doctor is my most disliked killer. Get him all the time, no like.
-
Chase and escape BP
A final farewell, sometimes I'll leave a gift (drop item)
Most of the time, waiting to ensure everyone exits, if someone is still in the field. In the event I need to unhook 'em.
Some people stay waaay too long though
-
-
Some games I get stomped, others we do the stomping. Overall it has been pretty balance in my soloq.
Nurse matches I escape, not sure why there is so much hate. She's easy to counter.
Dredge I hate, and same with doctor. but they counter my playstyle.
Every other killer is balanced, I even have a tough time with Sadako, been getting some good ones lately.
I miss having a dash, but now I'm running CoH, ShadowStep, Bite the bullet, and Lithe. This is a great SoloQ survival kit.
Boon placement is massive.
Knowing your loops and how to get back to your boon to lose the killer.
Knowing which teammates to stay away from.
Knowing when to leave a gen to hide while Killer does their patrol.
Knowing when to walk crouch and run, scratch mark awareness is a massive give away.
Knowing when to unhook a survivor, hde and wait for killer to gain distance... I've seen too many nubs go for the unhook right away, slow down, enjoy it, foreplay is very important.
Knowing when to jump in front of a killer that has been chasing teammate long enough to gain bloodlust.
There's soo many variables that I see way too many nubs skip over. I consistently get at least a pip every match (If I don't hook suicide). I escape 50/50, some days way more, some days way less. It would be much easier if all the teammates followed some basic survival rules. But they are either waaay too cowardly or way too rushed. Balance.

More clicky clicky, I like!

@Ghoste said:
I swear 3-gens are becoming more common, and it’s not always the Survivors’ fault. Sometimes a cluster spawns so close that the Killer would be stupid not to camp it.
3-gen is a big strat of mine with Freddy, so I would let them get 4 gens while holding down these 3. Not much fun, but if it works. The only counter strat would be trying to die on hooks around them, but then I would just slug. I wouldn't do this against a SoloQ PUG though, just SWF.
The Huntress was kind to us in this case, hook suicide in first 15 seconds, then another down, so she let us do gens while chucking hatchets at us and letting us heal up and keep on genning.

Hag is delighted
