If the perk isn't actively setting the servers on fire or something then they don't killswitch it. I like how they used the Breakdown bug as an example of something the killswitch could be used for, but I doubt they'd actually killswitch Breakdown if the bug happened today.
they kill switched inter strength when it had the inf healing bug.

There's a thud which is very easy to hear. You can use that to your advantage tho if you see that a survivor is running from your locker in the direction of another locker and just teleport to that one. Not super common but it's fun to do
-
bad game design. Literally a built in tunnel mechanic

Such a small detail to leave a comment for lmao, but thanks for the correction ig
oh wew i completely forgot to add the rest of my comment lol that was just meant to be a side thing.
I like most of the changes. The only thing i don't like is the lodged spear stuff, other than that i think that your ideas are good
-
these are not QOL changes these are balance changes
QOL change would be like removing the stupid sensitivity modifier when you ads
-
You don't think that mdr is broke? Surely your opinion is unbiased @ProudRinMain
😌
-
No, anti face camping mechanics are for new killers only lmao
-
Dredge - Haddie's Calendar
the addon lets you actually use your power in a fun way without being extremely punished because a meghead locked a locker 2 minutes ago
-
Very much depends on the killer to decide if SB or DH was better. SB is better against more killers than DH is but DH is better against the truly oppressive killers like nurse/blight
-
ideally blocked gens shouldn't be effected by literally anything but that's prolly just spaghetti code
-
literally just stop cleansing plaything and boom pent gets no value.
-
it was already overrated af imo, I have no idea why they nerfed it. it was only problematic due to being able to camp with it.
-
he's boring in chase.
you hold m2
they leave the loop, if they can't you get a hit
-
i won't be using it again outside of mettle builds that's for sure lol
-
it's rough for new players for both sides. Any game that is this filled with knowledge checks will be harsh for newer players
-
A mix of no real rewards for getting good at the game, game elements that reduce(or even outright remove) your ability to apply your skill, and just plain old burn out imo
-
It's over and misused like most terms in dbd.

Can I ask why?
I've never really seen a good argument for it beyond a general curiosity or explicit desire to be mad at perceived mismatches, neither of which are really compelling. However, that doesn't mean no such arguments exist!
Are you really against letting people see their own skill level in game?
-
bhvr intended this as a "buff" like how they "buffed" mettle of man

Nobody runs tinkerer at 5 procs per game. The effect is weak for such a low number of uses
it needs to be limited in someway. Having blight/nurse insta push you off of a gen everytime it gets near finished was extremely oppressive. Tho i would have personally just given tink a decent cd instead of once per gen.
-
one of the worse maps in the game. Only out done by the first RPD
-
Very true, despite how OP i thought COH was, i was very happy that the perk single handedly killed off hit and run
-
im like 95% sure that only the info part of it lasts 60 seconds while the regression increase lasts forever.
-
If youre on top of them they'll still blind you
-
i hope they'll boost the healing % instead of giving the selfcare back imo

And Wraith is already bad enough without lightburn.
if you let yourself get light burnt by a flashlight then you're bad lmao. flashburn got nerfed extremely hard
-
flashlights are already bad enough lmao
-
"predatory FOMO" lmao
literally just don't buy it, It's really that simple
-
yea there's been a huge uptick in players who play like this for me too. It's gotten to the point where i just play killer now since at least then i much more control over the experience of the match
-
genuinely good against solo/duo survivors on indoor maps but very meh to bad in most other situations
-
Because boons simply aren't powerful enough for sh to be basekit or to be limited. Every boon set up is a free pain res proc worth of gen time.

What about 99% of other teams? Casual and without BNP?
we only talk about extremes in these forums buddy. Every survivor match is against comp wannabe blight/nurse with broke addons and every killer match is against seal team 6 swf who communicate with each other via hivemind
-
I am struggling to understand the point of this change. Survivors are already forced to move to other areas once the resources are used up. All this would seem to do is punish you heavily for playing already unsafe loops
-
The price of bringing a toolbox is that you can't bring a medkit, so they have better be good when i can just bring 2-3 heals every match. Toolboxes will do nothing if the killer has snowballed and gotten massive pressure they're honestly a win more kinda item imo.

Y'know, if you're losing to an entire team running only 3 perks, your problem is not Adrenaline.

"BHVR has done a pretty good job of almost out-right deleting Billy from the game. I'll keep this post short and simple, but rest assured, I could absolutely write many paragraphs about BHVR's incompetence when it comes to how they've handled Billy."
I would be willing to read any and all rants about billy.
-
PE takes too long, is too risky, and requires your soloq teammates to not do safe gens and prevent you from getting PE stacks. The numbers on the perk are just bad. We've been in a 3 gen meta since the knight and no one uses it, if that's not a sign idk what is.
Also its an empty perk slot if the killer isn't actually 3 genning
-
one day they will understand that once a match goes over 30 minutes idc who wins or loses i just want out of the match. IDC how powerful 3 gening as long as you can actively waste 40 minutes of my time by doing it i will hate it.
-
i keep returning to blight and billy. There aren't that many mechanically hard killers in this game and these killers probably have the most skill expression than any other in the game.

Yeah, the composer (I forget his name) has been really good with new chase music ever since they started that with Oni, but it seems like he's been sort of... losing his touch? I suppose it's the result of having to make songs for years every... what, 4 months..? but... it's becoming a noticeable pattern. Hag, Nurse, Knight, and now Skull Merchant... there's others I'm forgetting, I'm sure.
I was actually going to make this exact comment lmao. DBDs recent love with 2 second music loops for chase music overstayed it's welcome since clowns music

I threw up in my mouth looking at your build. Gross.
Nothing but three gens alll game for you.
real, dude came into the match with the goal of wasting 40 minutes of everyone's time.

by all the threads currently i dont think that is the case
you're 100% right i really didn't think people would be this willing to do nothing but walk around a 3 gen for 50 minutes THANK GOD eruption got nerfed before this killer came out
-
honestly it's kinda like the ringu situation where they're not good killers expect for 1 degenerate strat that everyone hates so if you nerf that strat the character becomes utter garbage
-
haha i did the same during the eruption meta. I have used less than 5 BNP in my entire 1k hours in dbd but oh man did i start digging into my stash to deal with minute 1 3 gen campers
-
it's not about how strong it is i rather not waste 40 minutes of my time slowly picking away at a 3 gen
-
im pretty ok with myc getting nerfed cringe perk used in a cringe way by cringe killers
Im very biased
-
incap should stay on killer powers where it belongs
-
in the lobby? basically never unless i think one of them are for some reason is a hacker. I'll dodge the match if i see a map offering i don't like
-
they tried making the hit val not biased and killers were not happy from having to deal with something that survivor had to deal with for straight years
-
bait so good bhvr bit down
Good work!
