Is her 3 gen really that strong? Or are those just assumptions? I get that her 3 gen is probably one of the stronger ones, but I feel like her 3 gen shouldn't be as strong as that of Knight for example. And this 3 gen problem is arguably more a problem of the game itself than her design.
I haven't been 3 genning too much and still have had good results with her, though I do agree that she will probably still need some more buffs.
it's not strong it's just all she can do with his kit to actually win. Plague is the real queen of the 3 gen and knight is the king
-
there's an addon that makes you charge dredges power 4 seconds faster when not in nightfall that pretty much does this.
-
"DH is so op look at this comp game"
the oni 4k with 2 gens left lmao SB is the better perk
-
also the lower tiers of the perk will randomly give you more than 1 stack
-
the new killer once she's released
-
you can always play against bots if you don't wanna learn how to play against flashlights
-
If you play dbd for the horror element it may be fun but mirror mike doesn't chase and will camp every hook and try to get a grab. It's just boring.
-
while i agree the issue is that if you make knight not able to down people in a chase with his power, he becomes really bad. If he can use his power in a chase he's extremely unfun and uninteractive in chase.
He needed a full rework from the second he was released
-
why are we buffing nurse?
-
complains about slowdowns has always been about stacking them. Eruption was extremely unhealthy and needed to be changed.

That's hysterical that you think a game with millions of players had an organized group of players attempt to manipulate the stats and suceed.
Definitely funny, but unfortunately, also very sad.
also hook suicides do not count towards data in the first place from what bhvr said
-
Clowns pov with shadowborn clips into his belly when you look down
-
yea, i uninstalled a bit after the knight chapter but i do plan to come back at the mid chapter. People seem to be playing extremely boring for the pass month or so and due it to the game is just no longer fun. Just overwhelmingly safe and optimal play for both sides recently. Hopefully people will stop optimizing the fun out of the matches during the mid chapter
-
tunneling has always been the meta since 1v3 is an autowin for killer 95% of the time.
You don't need to tunnel to win consistently, saying so is simply and objectively wrong.
-
most of the time eating even a 30 minute dc pen against knight will result in less time wasted than if you were to actually play out the match. Also he's one of if not the most uninteractive killers in the game
-
depends on the map and tile rng, if you try to comp drop in shelter woods you're gonna have a bad time but if you really can just drop loads of pallets on something like badham
-
Deathslinger needed to be changed badly and like a lot of badly designed killers bhvr will just neuter them and rework them way down the line
-
just bhvr things where they'll randomly use or not use kill switch for bugs that give big advantages to those who abuse them. Oni wasn't kill switched for getting 3x the amount of blood as normal. Clown was killswitched for his yellow bottles lasting forever. Nurse was kill switched for having a bug that made her unplayable yet twins didn't get kill switched for the same thing.
genuinely no rhythm or reason from what i can tell.
-
mmr is a joke lmao stop obsessing over it
-
Yes. This trend of awful loop denial powers with the recent killers has been awful and they keep releasing more and more brain dead no interaction versions of it with knight being the apex of the "i press m2 now you have leave loop lol" powers. i'm begging bhvr to stop making zoners in a game when zoners fundamentally hard counter the fun part of playing survivor.
-
the plague is as powerful as your teammates make her by feeding her red pools

By any chance do you want an FOV slider?
pretty please?
☺️
👉️👈️
-
DS should just go back to 5 seconds and also be disabled if you enter a locker
-
shadowborn on all killers
-
this is a fun party game for most people tbh
-
killer fov slider. Lower TR of most killers who don't have movement abilities or overwhelmingly powerful chase tools, DS back to 5 seconds, iron will back to 100%, removal of bloodlust t2 and t3, remove aim dressing, make pop total % again, and add a large CD to nowhere to hide.
-
it's more a context thing in my eyes tbh. i don't blame people for playing to win but if you're unironically tunneling at match start you're cringe. If i would have to put a hard number on it tho i would probably say 4 hooks is probably where the line of tunneling is
-
i don't think it would be healthy for a perk to heavily counter a few killers while doing nothing to others.

it isn't that bad you say uh... try to play as a trapper aganist a well coordinated premade... it's impossible to get something done with your power unless you (how courious that everything will be reduced to the same 2 kind of gameplay in order to get something done) camp a hooked survivor and trap everything near the hook or tunnel to death someone (in this istance camping is a lot better since the trapper basekit is more suited for that kind of gameplay).
The gigachad tries to prove point by using extremes.
i went into a match as survivor with 2 yellow perks and i lost against a nurse on midwich ######### this game is LITERALLY unplayable for survivor i can't believe these killer biased devs would have done this
-
@HugTechLover said:
Like what? They literally took every single perk away from nurse that requires an M1. What perk are you talking about now?
aura perks mostly
-
no more perks that bait newer survivors into being completely useless 90% of the game please
-
yup, her entire gameplay loop will be to stall the game and hope you can snowball off of a few quick downs. Yet another killer where a 30 minute dc pen is less of a waste of time than actually playing against the killer

expressing skill with most killers that arent anti loop is punished because most non anti loop cant keep up against survivors that just stick to gens like leeches. They cant get downs fast enough on the modern maps because of how safe they are. With no way to force them away from a loop, they can just play ring around the rosie for 5 gens
Very untrue, what you said would apply if the true "anti loop" killers were actually that good. The only good zoner killer really is just the artist imo. See the blight, i think that the blight is downright the best designed killer they ever put in the game and he's one of the best killers. He can come at and play loops in a lot of different ways but he still has to actually play them. Your choices matter against and as the blight. They don't matter against zoner killers like dredge, knight, and the artist because they devolve gameplay into a single correct choice, which is to just hold W.
Killer powers should create new ways to approach and interact with tiles and loops not just outright delete them by pressing m2
-
if they make it so high ping isn't an advantage for killer sure
-
yea i feel you most of the recent killers powers just completely undermine what is fun for survivors and i really hope that bhvr will realize that zoning killers aren't healthy for gameplay. tho they clearly haven't learned from the knight since they just released yet another zoning killer.
It's really starting to turn me off from playing survivor when they keep making killers that remove your ability to express your personal skill as survivor
-
lucky break and bamsnoozle
Bamsnoozle devolves gameplay
Lucky break also devolves gamepaly
-
she's a good killer what? she's just not fun for most people to play and is extremely hated by survivors
-
Bond, not running the killer into your teammates working on gens is pretty huge

You'd still need T2 for 4.4 Killers, though, can't drop the idea entirely.
imma be real with you if you're stacking bloodlust on any 110% killer you're ether getting absolutely railed in chase or you need to actually learn how to use their power
-
bloodlust is only really problematic at t2 and t3 where killers just stack it to force hits at playable but unsafe pallets. It creates really boring gameplay where a killer can just keep you at an unsafeish pallet until they're fast enough to make it impossible to outplay them and guarantee a hit. It promotes and encourages bad habits as killer and punishes survivors for playing good.
I think bloodlust t1 should be kept as chase aid for the m1 killers but t2 and t3 should be removed
-
yea, it probably should count as a special attack but oh well
-
it's another survivor perk that ether does absolutely nothing or single handedly wins matches. As much as i like the perk i don't blame people for not using effectively an empty perk slot for most matches.
-
i doubt it'll be changed it's only situational super powerful now with the nerfs they did to it
-
The only valid reason to dodge a lobby is if you think someone is a cheater. If you're dodging people because you think they're good just play bots
-
My only issue with it is that some killer powers are too easy to DH. Dh are still be played around near pallets but it's just in the survivors favor instead of the killers when you're in the open
-
people abusing bugs in dbd? they would never!
why put in a killswitch if they're not gonna use it lmao
-
There's just not really anything new to talk about. Like i'm not going to waste my time having the same discussion about DH or whatever for the 17th time in a row.
-
not naming indoor maps since that's too easy
Prolly swamp? yea, there's worse maps balance wise but i really just dislike swamp

The killer can’t even touch them much less tunnel them with zero collision. IE as soon as he’s unhooked he could literally just stand there and the killer couldn’t do anything to them.
So by "no collision" you actually mean invincibility? I wouldn't go that far. You shouldn't be able to body block or be blocked but you should still have your hitbox active.
-
@Blueberry said:
Giving the unhooked survivor permanent zero collision until they perform a conspicuous action or until the killer hooks a different survivor would solve the tunneling issue. Not active after gens are powered of course.
However we can’t implement something like this until tunneling is no longer required.
Can you explain more on how making unhooked survivors not have collision will prevent tunneling? I do believe that unhooked survivors should have no collision during their BT timer but that idea isn't meant to prevent tunneling
