We need to nerf Pig first.
-
He does not need any buffs, he’s fine the way he is.
-
Merry Christmas, may you all have an amazing time with your family and friends today!
-
Lightweight is severely underrated, I love running it.
-
I feel like they should mix the happy ones with the evil ones! ☃️
-
He just wants to be your friend. ☺️
-
Head on apply directly to the forehead. -
This is an amazing change, I can finally run these a lot more now than before!
-
The No one left behind changes are really good because I love using this perk in unhooking builds!
The rest of the perk changes are very welcomed but I don’t understand the point of removing the bloodpoint bonuses at all.
-
Absolutely not.
If anyone attempts to leave a perfectly winnable match, you best bet I’m going out of my way to make sure they don’t kill themselves on hook, if you want to leave you can take the penalty instead.
I’d rather take a bot than have a match ruined, so be my guest and DC instead. You took the time to queue up for the match, you stay and play! :)
-
I’m 23 and will play video games for many more years to come, your never too old to enjoy playing any video games in my opinion, just relax and have fun! :)
-
We have to nerf pig now.
-
I actually really like the perk, I managed to get use out of it already, basically after healing a survivor, you can instead use the perk to passively heal you and do generators instead of wasting time by letting them finish healing you.
It definitely won’t be meta but I will for sure run it, if it were to ever get a buff, buff the healing timer to maybe 45 seconds.
-
I hope it’s today.. I need a sneak peek at something atleast!
-
Thalita
-
Spirit for sure because her backstory shows that she was never even a bad person or a killer, just a normal school girl, the only time she ever really “harmed” someone was when she attacked her bullies because they were harassing her.

Unfortunately it has been confirmed, yes.
Maybe there is a chance one or two aspects of his old power will return, but we are definitely not getting a full revert. This isn't how I wanted my campaign to end, but I did the best I could. I swear to you I did.
As for the post here, @fixblitzskin , I think Freddy has a chance to get more substantial changes simply because and it has already been done to him, and very few players like his current power. Number adjustments and tweaks to his existing power, even if they are significant, will not fix the problem of Freddy being boring to play. Nor will they restore his unique identity.
But we will have to wait and see what will be done to my favorite killer this time.
As long as they add back the “pull survivors into the dream world” type power back in a way I’ll be happy. His old power suited him very well, the rework made zero sense, all he ever needed was just some good buffs, not a rework.
-
Call of Brine shouldn’t be buffed back to 200% but I think a better middleground would be 175%, it will be a decent regression speed while providing good information if survivors are hitting skillchecks on the generator you kicked. Also increase the duration to 80 seconds from 60.
The nerf destroyed the perk, it deserves some love.
-
I always forget so this helps a lot, thank you. Also 500k bloodpoints is amazing. 🤩

So, back when I started playing the game, around Halloween 2018, many killers ran Hex: Ruin (to slow the game down, just a lil' bit). Looking back at that got me thinking about recent discussions on the forums, talking about hook incentives. What better perk to incentivice hooking than a new take on Hex: Ruin
Hex: Ruin (Hag):
Full rework: Now works off of a token system, similar to Devour Hope. A random totem will light up when the first token is gained. For every unique survivor hooked, gain a token (up to 4 maximum)
- 1 token: Generators will automatically regress at 50/75/100% speed if not being worked on.
- 2 tokens: Regression speed is increased to 75/100/125%
- 3 tokens: Regression speed is increased to 100/125/150%
- 4 tokens: Regression speed is increased to 130/165/200%, and the skill checks turn red **
** Red skill-checks will regress the generator by 1/2/3% for a good skill check (it won't pause the general progression though), and does not give any progression bonus for hitting a great skill check.
** This Hex trumps all survivor perks that gives additional bonus progression to great skillchecks.
** The success zone for great skill-checks is increased by 50% - This will make it slightly easier to push on through for newer players.
Note: This change awards players for doing well, and it does discourage tunneling if the player want the full effect of this perk. - This perk gets disabled for the remainder of the trial when a survivor gets sacrificed or killed.
Let me know if this would have been a good idea? And while we are at it, wouldn't the BP bonus for BBQ & Chili be a good idea to reinstate?
((Monto was my go-to youtuber at the time so I appreciate the reference lol.
The Old Ruin in my opinion wasn't very strong, especially if players knew how to hit greats, it mainly destroyed newer players, which is why I always will prefer current ruin.
-
Here is mine!
-
I like the change, it's current state is literally just Weave Attunement 2.0 but worse.

Except you’re wrong because the devs say so. And I don’t know what to tell you but Otzdarava missed all seven hatchets a couple of times recently 😂 Have you played her ever? Or are you survivor only?
Your talking about stats, I'm talking about actual gameplay when it comes down to maps and how strong Huntress actually is. I know I'm not wrong, but you can continue to believe your wrong opinion.

Now you’re just being disingenuous. If the goal is 60% and the killer is not at that goal what do you do? She’s a good killer already by a small Qol change would be nice for a killer who is at a heavy disadvantage on a lot of maps because poor collision and indoor maps and so on.
Do you think it’s fair that a killer who is often stated to have a low kill rate because she has high skill expression, can’t actually express 75% of her skill because certain maps? Indoor maps means no snipes, no orbitals, and being forced to zone.
If you look at it objectively, something is wrong. And Shiny Pin basekit wouldn’t be overpowered. It honestly probably would only boost her kill rate by a point or two at most.
Re-read this.
"Do you think it’s fair that a killer who is often stated to have a low kill rate because she has high skill expression, can’t actually express 75% of her skill because certain maps? Indoor maps means no snipes, no orbitals, and being forced to zone."
The issue isn't Huntress herself, it's the indoor maps. If we buff her just because of them, then picture how even more miserable she'll be to deal with, outdoor maps are already good enough for her, especially if the player is skilled at playing her. Besides, map offerings exists, and there's so many outdoor maps compared to indoor ones.
Also, If you don't manage to get a down while you have 7 hatchets, I don't know what to tell you, we don't need to be buffing her any further, she's fine where she is.

Welp you’re not a dev. They want 60% kill rates for all killers and hers is 56% and dropping. Ifsofacto she needs a buff! 👍
Welp, we might as well give her 600 hatchets and Iri Head base kit to make her kill rate go up to 100% since the people who refuse to learn how to master her can't even win.
But what do I know since "I'm not a dev." Huntress is totally weak and should receive even more buffs even though shes an A tier killer. We might as well nerf Pig while were at it also.

It doesn’t even feel like it’s been that long but time really does fly lol.
These past four years in general when I think about it have flown by so fast but doesn’t seem that long ago for me either.
Four years on here is awesome! Congrats. 🥳

The perk changes are proof that the developers do as they please without listening to the community, literally nobody asked for those changes, especially Inner Focus and Machine Learning, like why were those perks nerfed?
Make it make sense.
-
Make the exit speed 35% and anytime you are opening an exit it reveals all other survivors auras to you for as long as you are opening it. It will work well with the other survivors being able to see your aura while your opening it.
Maybe also add in whenever you start opening an exit for the first time, the killers aura is also revealed to you for 5 seconds.
Also add an indicator to other survivors that you have Wake Up on while opening an exit, so the others can be on the look out for your aura.
I originally wanted it to wake you up from the dream world, but it was agreed that it was unfair.
-
Hoping Red Herring gets some love, @AhoyWolf came up with an amazing idea for the perk, here is the link:

It was removed from adrenaline because they do not want killer specific balancing on perks so it should not be brought back
Fair!

I like the simplification of text.
Though you’ll still need to have a tier 1/2/3 setup somehow just given the way the perk system is setup.
But no killer specific Perks. Perks are not meant to directly impact Powers. I would remove the Wake-Up effect for the dream world.
I edited it to include all tiers.
The wake up from everytime a generator is completed I feel like belongs to this perk considering it originally was on Adrenaline. But we will debate if it is healthy or not! :)

We certainly will, my friend!
It will be amazing!
You've given some great ideas for Freddy, I hope the developers listen to you because you're the best person when it comes to knowing what he truly needs. Plus, I know how much you miss old freddy, and to be honest I do as well!

IT IS FINALLY HAPPENING!
Ha, I'm really excited right now. Honestly I was beginning to think we would get GTA 6 before the Freddy rework, but thankfully we got an ETA, and it is January. January! That isn't far.
Please, BHVR, you know what to do with him. Give me my killer back.
I'm very happy for you, when he comes back we must celebrate.
-
Blood Rush and Sprint Burst has saved me so many times from tunneling, give it a try.
-
Make generator times take 45 seconds if there's 2 remaining survivors first.
-
I think they need buffs.
All it needs in my opinion is a range increase, since Xeno can use it's tail to destroy them, I see zero problems in increasing the turret fire range.
-
Yeah, slugging has become more frequent. I'm starting to run Unbreakable a lot more because of this.
-
Don't remove it entirely, but maybe increase it to something like 4 or 5 tokens.
-
All Things Wicked for me also.
Sable became the most popular survivor, she has great cosmetics, and really solid perks. The Unknown is probably the definition of a balanced but strong killer, he is very fun to verse, and even scary sometimes also. Also RIP to the Unknown's voice actress. 💔
The Greenville Square map is solid, and I enjoy playing on it, plus it has some gorgeous visuals and little fun additions like the arcade room pallet that activates the pinball machine, it shows how hard the developers put into making it!
I hope there will be more Invocation perks added, Weaving Spiders in my opinion is quite strong in the right hands, I'm curious what other ones they will create in the future.
-
For killer, Knock Out, or Pentimento + Plaything.
For survivor, 100% Finesse.

I thought that interaction was removed, maybe get in a custom game and record footage to sumit a ticket? Moris been buggy this update and such an obnoxious interaction just adds to it.
Getting onto that now!
-
@Akumakaji said:
Yeah well, what can you say about this other that this is extremely ######### and mean spirited?!
At one or two occasions I might have started the mori animation and then remembered why I wanted to spare this survivor and broke it off, but thats quite extraordinary; 99.999% of the time, if you start the mori animation, you want to kill the survivor! Maybe give it a hard limit, like 2 failed attempts and the third automatically follows through with the mori.
That you even have to think of such failsafe mechanisms is a testament of the degeneracy of some parts of this community.
I guess that this something that you could bring to bear against that player? But normally you would have video proof of this … if you streamed it, thats awesome, attach the link in your ticket and voila. Otherwise: tough luck, but maybe install OBS or something similar and be ready at a moments notice.
It was extremely petty and it was only wasting their time also, not just mine.
I sadly didn't record it as I didn't even think that it was reportable, but I wish I did now that I know that it's a potential bug that they were abusing. Next time though I will be recording it.

then i would assume its a bug and not intentional. They changed it at some point so that you couldnt spam the Mori for the reason that you just described
If that's the case then I hope it gets patched and anyone who abuses it gets banned for abusing bugs/exploits at this point.

I was under the impression this hasn’t been a thing since like 2016
I never knew killers could do that in the first place until it happened to me.
-
Absolutely not. Whenever there is a map offering like Eyrie when I'm playing killer or Haddonfield when I'm playing survivor, theres zero chance of me playing that match.
We don't need penalties for everything, do you really want this game to become more miserable for both sides?
-
I want this as a perk really bad. For an example, repair 40% of a generator and enter a locker to get the smoke bomb, like Flashbang.
-
He is stronger than Pyramid Head for this exact reason, his camera turn rate isn’t affected, you move decently quick while holding Hellfire, you can zone survivors so that they are in a lose-lose situation, he has no counterplay in those types of situations unless the player misses. A 7 second cooldown is nothing considering he has two other abilites to help catch up or also down, aka Bat or Wolf form.
Bat form is just Spirit, your audio in game when playing on Bat mode is increased for better hearing, you move incredibly fast, you can teleport to windows for map traversal, you can still see scratch marks and hear survivors, good players will not have an issue with not being able to see survivors. The only thing is that he has to switch between modes to return to his Wolf or Vampire form, but I don’t find that too much of an issue when I play him.
Wolf form is also strong, even with hugtech being patched, it allows you to close the distance between another survivor when in chase if you don’t want to use Bat form, and since you don’t get slowed much to the point it’s difficult to use when charging your ability, players who are patient can also use this to zone players, plus it gives you better tracking and a little bit of more speed all together. Plus he can M1 and still be short, allowing for some confusing mindgames.
He’s a horribly designed killer, he has very short cooldowns while having way too much in his kit that can guarantee downs if the player is patient and knows what they’re doing. He takes powers from other killers pretty much and it feels like he his better then Pyramid Head or even Spirit depending on the circumstances.
Sorry for the long post, but I played this killer a lot and wanted to share my personal thoughts!! :)

So this is a bug? I don't know a single game where bugs like this exists. The spaghetti code is truly real. Unbelievable.
I agree. Certain bugs here and there will happen but the ones that straight up change the maps by adding breakable walls that could even trap and hold survivors hostage is really bad.
This should’ve never happened.

The team is aware of breakable walls appearing on some maps that are not intended and are investigating.
This is good news, thank you!
