I don't mind Blight depending on the build, plus crouch tech still exists and makes versing him a lot more bearable to be fair, a thing I notice is how a ton of Blights play the exact same, so it's kind of easy to predict what they are going to do, that's how I ended up getting better at versing them, you just got to prepare your next move carefully.
I'd rather verse Blight 1,000 times than verse Ghoul at all, sure, a good blight is very annoying, but at least you got to put SOME effort into playing Blight, Ghoul = free kills with little effort required.
-
Vee, shes my next p100, theres many other great things that happened in 2025 but Vee was my favorite.
-
The fact he's still in his current state even after all these months is pretty absurd. He needs to be reworked or nerfed heavily.
-
I'd love for her recharge rate and phase speed to be buffed a little, and for them to tune some of her add-ons, including reworking Cherry Blossom all together, but otherwise she doesn't need much of anything else, she's still a top 10 killer.
-
Surge doesn't need any changes it's a perfectly healthy perk, making it based on terror radius will buff and nerf it depending on which killer you play.
-
There's a mixed response to Dustin and El being the survivors but personally I'm pretty excited to see what they do with them both.
-
No thanks. Having to deal with hook grabs was extremely annoying especially when the killer had high ping and made unhooking near them pretty much a death sentence even if you cancel the unhook action.
Hook grabs can stay a part of the past, killers should get something else that keeps the playing field even but at the same time nothing that will make things unfair.

I have seen non-stop complaint about the Krasue ever since she went live and I'm honestly tired of it. Everyone is saying "she doesn't have counterplay." She actually does, but it is far too early to find something concrete. We're adults, not entitled toddlers who need instant gratification without the effort. She isn't S-Tier, nor does she rival Nurse. No one has ever threatened Nurse in 9 years. She is mid to low A at best, high to mid B at worst.
If you're struggling against her, learn to loop better. Her head form is difficult to control and vaults much slower than survivors. Keep yourself un-Leeched, and you're golden. My SWF and I go against P100s and run circles around them, Krasue is no different. Play the game and get better before posting to the forums
So there's counterplay but it's too early to explain what it is? You make zero sense. You're practically telling us to get better against her without giving real tips on how, so your points are invalid.
Once you are leached your pretty much dead, she has a flight ability that lasts WAY too long, her lunge is ridiculously good, mushrooms take too long to be effective, if you attempt to dodge anything, her whip or leech attack, it's pointless due to her nonexistent attack cooldowns, what are we supposed to do? Playing against her is so miserable on every level, and when the teammates are dcing, coming from a solo player, it makes things so annoying. Plus she has a add-on that INSTANTLY leeches you, and the moment the match starts the killer flies to us with Lethal Pursuer and instantly gets free hits with her whip, it's super unfun.
I'm tired of the developers over buffing killers from the PTB, it's a pattern that's been happening, for an example Kaneki, and it's really getting out of hand at the moment, playing survivor feels like a chore.
-
Your funny.
-
When playing killer, Head On. It's not by any means that great compared to the other exhaustion perks, or very strong in general, but when used properly it's really annoying, especially when used in a SWF and paired with Vigil.
When playing survivor, Coulrophobia, and I'm surprised no one mentioned this one yet, it's not often used or that strong alone, but when used right with certain killers (Doctor) and builds + add-ons that affect your terror radius, it makes healing almost impossible especially paired with Sloppy Butcher, I've versed some killers where they made healing miserable with this perk equipped.

Jeez I didn't really see the stream but knew of it but really it was that bad? Like I know no game is safe from hacking and all that but a lot of games still try to make something where it's less frequent. But BHVR's response to this will probably be.
"We're gonna look into it. Oh also here's a few nerfs that weren't really needed. A really overpowered buff and oh a few outfits."
If I had to quote my opinion on the game now(even though I still play it because of the money I spent.)
"You know when I was a kid, I used to think you were cool."
I really feel like the chapter, bugs, and the stream were so disastrous to the point nothing will help even if they release more outfits or changes, unless they acknowledge their mistakes and actually try to improve the connection with themselves and the community, especially to their most loyal players and streamers. Because they had such an amazing opportunity recently with the Walking Dead Chapter, to make it amazing, and to have CHANDLER RIGGS play DEAD BY DAYLIGHT, like that's something you can't mess up, but the chapter was horribly rushed, and they have shown how disrespectful, out of touch they are, and pretty much humiliated themselves on stream, it's like they don't even care.
This is something they can't run away from by brushing it aside with cosmetics or changes, this is destroying their reputation all together, starting with the lack of using any feedback to make changes from the PTB, then the perk bugs, and the terrible stream, which was the cherry on top. They HAVE to do better!
-
There is no "looping" when he can catch up instantly when he spams his yellow bottles.
-
I love using Circle of Healing to be honest, it can really be helpful for any type of match if you all need a reset after being hit, it's good for solo queue or swfs in my experience.
I can't say the same for the other boons to be honest, the effects aren't worth the time setting it up, and like you said, the boon can be destroyed quickly and can be found easily due to how loud it is, but I will stand by that Circle of Healing is a very great perk, I run it every match.
-
The fact they actively went ahead with ignoring Otzdarva, and timing people out in the stream was so disrespectful, and incredibly disappointing, I especially feel terrible for Chandler, the fact that Otz is one of the game's biggest content creators, and supporters for the game as a whole and yet they still did that says so much to be honest.
We shouldn't be punished for giving ideas, that's what we as a community want to do, keeping OUR game healthy, but when the mods and developers actively don't listen and outright shuts down any ideas, it's hard to support them any further, and take them seriously.
The Walking Dead chapter was extremely rushed, and buggy, we gave feedback during the PTB for certain perks, the map, killer changes like Clown, and nothing was done, like I said before, why bother give any feedback or ideas at this point when nothing will be done about it. The Streetwise bug being brushed aside with them claiming "it's not kill switch worthy" until the whole community had to force them to kill switch it due to how much backlash they received is such a bad look for them also.
We are 9 years in, how about they appreciate the ideas they are given, and maybe even try them out, instead of punishing, and silencing their loyal players for simply giving ideas and CARING about fixing certain issues, like hackers, etc. I feel like they don't deserve us at points, they really don't to be honest…
The state of this game is embarassing.
-
I don't even bother trying when versing him, as there's no way to escape when he catches up, and making distance is extremely hard when he can just spam bottles, since theres no delay it's basically a pay to win killer when it comes to chases, 12% haste for free. It's not fun, especially when they also use the same perks like Blood Favor and Rapid Brutality.

No, see thats the thing.
I was perpelxed at first why in the world would they not make this map an event like they did with FNAF? That was a perfect solution to letting people learn new maps. It also addressed the fact that with each new DLC getting the newer maps becomes less and less likely.
Them not doing that, in my eyes its an admission. They KNOW the map is absolute trash. Just imagine if they did an event for……that LOL. Tiny little hospital intersection slice.
That’s what pains me is that is most likely the case, they probably knew the map was bad.
But the problem is why in the world did they not put much effort into the map, when the Walking Dead is such a huge deal for the game as a whole, I wouldn’t even care if the chapter came out later than it did, if the map is a million times better I wouldn’t even care. All the ridiculous bugs that were introduced (streetwise im looking at you) causing tons of problems is extremely embarrassing, 9 years this game is here for and were still having these problems.
Quality is much better than quantity. They need to focus on putting much more love into their important licensed chapters.
-
Yeah, it's pretty underwhelming and a waste of potential, and the fact it's pretty rare (for my case) to get the map at all is pretty disappointing to say the least.
-
Revelation
"The truth always finds a way to surface, even in the darkest corners."
After becoming unhooked for the first time, for the next 120 seconds, you suffer from the broken status effect, and you and the killer gain the following benefits whenever you are both are in a chase together:
- You both can see each other's aura.
- You both gain a 15% haste.
- Your vaults are 30% quicker.
- The killer vaults 30% quicker.
If the duration ends while you are unharmed, you become instantly healed, and you see the killer's aura for 10 seconds.
If the killer manages to down you while the perk is still active, you keep the broken status effect for the remainder of the trial.
"Pain peels back the veil. In that moment between agony and silence, I saw everything."
My idea is to make a really strong, risky, and fun type perk, my idea might not suit the game, but I certainly had fun coming up with it, let me know what you all think of it!
-
Here is mine. Feel free to ask questions!! 🫶
-
No.
Skull Merchant is receiving her rework this year, and if they buff her in the current state she is, she’ll be like her previous version where no one wants to verse her and people will complain, the current power she has is boring and uninspiring, she needs a total rework where they make her much more interactive and fun to verse, that is what she deserves, not buffs in the slightest.
-
I'm waiting a little while before I play survivor because I want the popularity of him to die down a little bit, I don't want to verse him every match, I'm sticking to Killer for now.
-

How do I put this delicately. Get better? Don't hit the button until you are actually at the window. I've been locker sucked many times and every single time it's been my own fault for hitting the button at the wrong time.
Poor locker spawns near windows shouldn’t be sonething we even have to worry about, were already 9 years in, this is something that should’ve been addressed a while ago.
-
Aesthetic wise it's pretty amazing, the roars, the cameras, the security office transition, the overall feel and look with the map and killer is something I really appreciate, but I do agree with the power being overall pretty basic and nothing unique.
I feel like Roots of Dread is still the worst anniversary chapter in my opinion.

I hope so too. Maybe they make it an exhaustion perk or remove all downsides from it.
I just want to be able to combo it with Iron Will and Light Weight for an easy to lose the killer type build while injured, I wanted that since the perks release haha, praying that happens!
-
LIGHTFOOTED BUFFS I'VE BEEN HOPING FOR THIS TO HAPPEN FOREVER!!
Praying they allow it to work while injured!
-
I don't see the problem with making perk filters that can revert it to the old version, or to the new ones, no one should have to deal with these types of changes by force as it can cause a lot of confusion.
-
I encountered this Claudette in multiple matches at one point, she was using Champion of Light to 'disguise' her cheats, although it was extremely obvious that she was speed hacking. When she was using her flashlight, she was literally faster than me, and she became uncatchable, according to her it was Champion of Light, but she really thinks I was that dumb to fall for it.
Reported her every time, got feedback saying they were banned a while after, hopefully I don't encounter her again.
-
Ill definitely give those perks a go.

I see a lot of Ghouls bringing Bamboozle, Sprit Fury, and the likes to counter some things, so these are more general tips from my experience so far.
If not in power, pre-run a day early and use LoS blockers, maybe even pre-throwing strong pallets very early when pathing to delay and deny him enrage mode as long as possible when able to.
Stick close to windows and tiles, bring map offerings (unironically as a counter) for indoor maps like Gideon with lots of windows and resources (had a Ghoul tell my friend this after one of our matches), Lery's or other Indoor maps can be hard for him to travel long distances how he wants, and don't get caught in the open like with Dracula.
Try to stick to a pallet and move to either side immediately to try and avoid the grab when he's enraged, but ymmv depending on the Ghoul player. Play loops tight and try to squeeze as much value as possible before throwing the pallet, or baiting for another loop around. Jungle Gym tile with the strong window and a pallet setup he really struggles on without Bamboozle.

- Ken You Break LoS?
- Ken You Play Injured?
Appreciate you! <3

He’s one of the easiest killers to loop in the game.
He’s only unloopable on farm maps with huge dead zones.
I literally don’t understand how you can’t loop him. I can play 10 matches against him and loop him for 60-90 second every single time without fail except for those maps.Maybe be useful and put some tips on how to counter him, since your super skilled I'd like to know.
He’s one of the easiest killers to loop in the game. How so?

His non-existent cooldowns are very problematic
His entire kit is problematic, I don't want them to gut him, but rather make him balanced, why are killers like Skull Merchant or Ghostface in their current state while Ghoul is extremely strong in every aspect.
-
I've had my main (Spirit) nerfed plenty of times, including her add-ons, recently with the stronger additions of newer killers she's not a powerful as she used to be, plus before she had tons of bugs. Ghoul requires no skill to master, and he still even after the nerfs he can: Traverse the map with ease, insta-cancel still for some reason, have a base 4.6 MPS, easy first-injuries on survivors, and also still have strong add-ons.
I honestly could care less if he feels "bad" to play, even still afterwards he's a top 3 killer, I'd say he's still too strong, especially on certain maps that are small and open (Haddonfield), yeah good luck getting out of that.
My advice? Just deal with it, anyone who complains while playing Ghoul has no right, due to how extremely powerful the killer is.
-
You lost me at the Huntress and Wesker placements.

@Bodark said:
I purposely downgraded my internet because I got tired of being punished for having good ping. Can’t tell you how many times I swung through a pallet and get stunned on the same side as a survivor and they walked away Scott free.
After discharging my internet I actually get the got that I deserved now. And I save $29 a month!
Pure example on why VPN’s should be bannable.
-
The person taking the hit doesn’t even gain the haste effect so just go after the body blocker? Plus NOED exists too, the perk is fine and I also don’t get all the attention towards it.

Ok, but when will we get anti genrush and anti swf?
Completely unrelated but go on?
-
Skull Merchant was able to hold games hostage for an hour straight, The Ghoul is simply really powerful, they are not the same by any means.
-
He's literally a worse version of Wesker that can't even down with his power at all, if you know how to loop well, and path correctly he is literally just an m1 killer at times.
It's day one, learn to counter him.
-
Making it work with Endurance hits and reducing the exhaustion to 20 seconds will make it much more viable.

Increased Pick Up Speed and Increased Hooking Speed.
Solely as a concept, running this with Agitation means I spend less time transporting Survivors to hooks and more time in chase. Keep in mind, slowdown will 100% be better if you want to win, but entirely from a QOL perspective, I will be using these perks.
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3894739#Comment_3894739
Idk how the values will fully translate into gameplay just yet, but fundamentally as a concept, I like the idea. It wont be a meta pick, but I like using QOL perks just to make the game feel smoother.
Plus it nerfs Flashbang and Flashlight saves.
-
It's basically Old Chucky but she has an unlimited turn rate.
I feel like she could receive a buff to her chase kit in a different way rather than going in this route.
-
Depends on the killer.
If they don't BM me, then I won't, but if they do, I will.
-
Snug deserves some love, poor thing is a buggy mess, breaks my heart. 💔
-
As a Taurie main myself I can proudly welcome a Bald Amanda!! Bald women are badass so say less, and I hope they never patch this bug. 👉🐽
-
Keep it’s base at 25%, but for every survivor alive you gain an extra 12.5% speed bonus to opening gates, simple change.
Your suggestion is unnecessary because at the end of the day it’s an endgame perk and you may not get to use the perk at all often.
-
Theres is no “stacking endurance” happening because you can’t even do it.
