Removing Legion seems incredibly unnecessary. I don't like every gen popping left and right but that doesn't mean survivors should be neutered. Legion has good map pressure, but at the end of the day they're M1s

Being a Pig main is so unserious. I played against two Thalitas, a Yun-Jin, and a Feng Min on Glenvale. Killed the Thalitas, then three of us ran around doing all sorts of things. I served them drinks, we gambled (I lost and crashed out), and we watched the sun. I love this game

That's actually an exceptional question Count…
Saw is a rather unique franchise, it does have some Pig jumps scares, but Jigsaw (and later Amanda) are not overpowered monsters hunting people down and killing them. They are actually rather physically weak and frail, and are more about outsmarting and predicting human behaviour.
As such they themselves are rarely on screen, and the focus is more on the traps the victims are placed in, designed to make people face their own selfish actions which are used as the basis for a trial. The general forumula is the trial is often a deadly puzzle that asks them to give up something or making a choice, where embracing the pain and/or personal costs for those selfish deeds gives a chance of survival, and failure to comply results in their death (with character subplots in between).
The films are quite gruesome at times, so depending on how you feel about extreme torture, maiming and gore, you may or may not appreciate it... but the series of films are quite good. They continue to mostly make sense, and they keep the spirit and idea well realised, and are entertaining throughout. I would suggest:
- SAW 1-6
- SAW X
I would avoid these however... they lost the core idea of the franchise and the traps are often ridiculous and make no sense:
- SAW 3D (7)
- Jigsaw
- Spiral: From the Book of SAW
I have a special personal ire for Jigsaw, because that really pushed the limit of how stupid the whole thing can be.
I think that's some of the gruesome beauty of SAW: these are human beings with weaknesses like any other, but know how to exploit those very same weaknesses in others. They break them down to nearly nothing, and the victims must build themselves back up or fall apart.

Just had a deep, heartfelt connection with an Ace Visconti. He tried to connect with me at the beginning and I let him be, all the while hunting his friends. At the end, I was just having fun and tried to pacify them. He stayed with me until the very end 😢

I've always believed that Our Lady is one of the best killers to learn the fundamentals of DBD on.
She relies quite heavily on sound M1 knowledge, but her RBT slowdown used at a basic level buys you the time you need to really practice your m1 gameplay.
Never be embarrassed at 3e or 4e games. Pig is a labour of love, canonically you're merely giving survivors a perceived chance to save themselves... rather than trying to kill them as fast as possible... if your kill everyone, who is gonna share the tales? 😏
True that, brother. I've been trying to let myself just let it go, despite the teabags at the gate. Achieve inner peace and all that (imagine Amanda doing yoga in her free time). Funnily enough, I got into a game where the survivors tried quite literally every toxic trick in the book against me, failed pretty hard, and then I got 2 head pops and a sacrifice almost one after another. Last guy escaped because of his map offering, but it was worth.

Experimenting with other killers to give Mandy a rest and to spare me the recent embarrassments of 3-4 escapes at Prestige 4.
Springtrap- Solid killer with good stats and map management. Very fun to play, but currently makes you feel like you're on a wall of Buzz Lightyears. Sniped and downed a teabagger; made me smile.
Plague- Man, puking on people sure is fun. Absolutely got cooked first game, board wiped the second.
Knight- Love dark fantasy. Complex af at first, but I got a hang of it after four escapes first round.
Chucky- 3rd Person killer is weird, but it works. A lot like our Piglet 🐽 with his stealth attack. Hard to control, but fried a lobby first game and made a Sable rage. This will likely never happen again.
Playing Pig has really taught me how to try and make a lot of a little, and it does translate into some other killers. Amanda will always be on top, though 👑🐷🔪

I usually allow the last survivor to and/or those who have bested me in a fair match. I will admit, however, I can get pretty bloodthirsty 😂🐷🔪

I don't really watch streams, but I've been filing through various "tips 'n tricks" type videos from multiple sources. One guy I've been looking into is DrussNBubba, the so-called "#1 Pig Main," and some of his strategies.

I've been on hiatus from DBD for about 1-2 years and just re-downloaded this week. I got back into playing Amanda (previously an okay Sadako main) and, after watching/reading guides and actually play testing, I've been doing really well. It's good to know I'm not the only Pig main in the world. All hail the Oink Queen!
