It is absolutely a nerf. Your head would have to be screwed on backwards to think of it as anything but a nerf. It went from infinite range to under 100 meters. That's a nerf. Any tangible number is less than infinite, and as such, it was nerfed.
If it was like 150 meters, then it would still be functionally infinite because that covers basically the entirety of even the big maps. 96 meters does not. You will find yourself, only occasionally but infinitely more than previously, in situations where discordance doesn't pop because you're too far away.
On a killer like Trapper that might not be a big deal since you might not walk your slow ass down there to begin with even if it did pop, but on high mobility killers they'll be denied info on distant gens.
So, again, it's a nerf. Stop trying to pretend it's not. A nerf doesn't mean something is rendered unusable or broken, it just means it is less than it was before. And discordance objectively is less than it was.
In over half the maps the 96m covers everything. And even in the largest maps the only way for the 96m to not cover everything is if you litterally go face a corner of the map and even then it's close.
The only way discordance is less then before is if you actively try to make it less then before. There is no reason for a killer to ever be 96m away from the gens they're trying to defend. In normal gameplay terms it has not been nerfed.
I swear the devs are just trying to troll people who don't do math. Why they didn't just say infinite when it in all normal scenario's it bassicly is infinite is beyond me.

Yeah after maining og Freddy for a long time I was pretty bummed when i returned after a break and he was competilly different.
His power was completly abusable by survivors though. I remember downing someone at the exit gates and not being able to pick them up because awake survivors started healing him and they healed them faster then i could put them to sleep.
Another instance where 4 survivors where on a generator and i couldn't stop them cause they kept getting a skillcheck in the 7 seconds it took to put them to sleep. They finished the gen without me being able to stop it.
It was insanly lucky on their side ofcourse to be getting constant skillchecks but not enough to lose all their progress but still. Stuff like that happened

Using my Small Game to find totems can take soooo long sometimes, but I can't give up once I hear it go off...sorry team.

I remember spending a good 2 minutes searching for a totem hidden in bushes in yamaoaka map. Still managed to escape and twarth a Noed. If i had givin up we all would have died.
Never give up.
To OP spreading damage as killer. Sometimes getting someone out of the game asap is the better strategy but god i just want to see all survivors injured

I refuse to call it a nerf cause it really isn't.
But i do agree that for people who kept it at tier 1 it can take a painfully long time before they can fully level it again. Especially if they don't have all the perks yet and have to rely on rng.

i frequently play for a few hours at a time and i don't get super frustrated with the game. I mean i guess it's because there's always the next game and it will be different.
I mean yeah everyone is different.
I've seen people work in retail during sales and not get frustrated. Real nerves of steel on those people

Biggest reason is people that keep playing after bad matches.
They build up all the frustration untill it ends up exploding.
When you play only a couple of matches a day you rarely get angry

Watching a couple or guides on how to run tiles helped a lot.
But honestly the biggest leap of improvement I had was meaning og Freddy and later Legion.
When you are reliant on m1 downs you will get good at the game and it helps with almost all the killers.
Maining a m1 killer will make you a lot better in the long run even if you switch later to the stronger killers

That’s not true. I’ve had more bloodwebs with three-four party streamers/cakes/pudding than webs with three to four iridescents. Actually I may never have had a web with three or four iridescents.
It's not how many irridecents you get necessarily but how often it would be a party streamer.
If party streamers were iri then every iri would be a 1/4 chance to be a party streamer. And with one iri guaranteed to spawn every 50+ bloodweb you'd have a streamer roughly 1/4 bloodwebs at the minimun
As oppose to now where you might get 4 green addons a bloodweb but between all the map offerings and other green addons there's like a 1/28 chance for it to be a streamer iirc

I usually only bring them when i have a dailly and then I also bring devour hope and just use the mori as backup.
I would bring mori's and using them on death hook only more if i wasen't such a doofus and actually remembered who is on deathhook

i don’t rage quit. I used the first few for reasonable dcs such as bugs or inability to play the game. But add a few internet problems to top it off and this is where you find yourself. It’s kinda messed up and quite an excessive penalty. I just want to play the game.
But you can't with internet troubles. I had to give up on this game for a couple of months because internet troubles too.
It sucks but that's the nature of multiplayer games

I can't comprehend how people think Legion is the worst when killers like Plague and Myers are in the game.
Legion injures everybody faster then Plague and has stall+info to boot. The 1 minute ranged damage that globally warns survivors and takes walking time to activate does not make up for it.
And Myers spends most of the match standing still to bassicly achieve the same thing Legion has. A one shot. Without the benifits of stall+info+grunts and blood from injured.
Legion is very simple. If you are good at chasing they are decent. Nowhere near top tier but you can beat all but the toughest survivors.
If you're bad at chases you'll do terribly as Legion. Someone saying Legion is the worst killer is a big sign they are not as good at the game then they think they are. Atleast as far as m1 chasing goes

Better perks overal and playing him will make you better at other killers too as you still have to m1 people from time to time.

When I went to find the pic it took me to a facebook page that said this image was infact inspired my samnation video. So my story was inspired by a photo that was inspired by samnation. I hope nobody thinks I stole someone elses creation. 😨 I was just trying to give back story to the picture.
