Did you redeem it? I am happy for you. At least someone is happy π
No I didnt lol, Im on Steam

Huh, well would you look at that

Not sure if theres an error in translation here, however Visceral is the new rarity whereas Ultra Rare is the older one. With that in mind, it should theoretically still be possible

Because the main reason for the PTB is to identify major bugs that crash the game, then to get the community sentiment on changes. Pushing a patch which can potentially crash the game to consoles is simply not going to be what happens, especially when console verification takes days and in order for everyone to be at parity. PC updates would have to wait for console verifications so that they all match what the server is expecting, which is yet another reason why PTB will always be PC only.
What Im mainly referring to is testing out the smaller things such as perk, killer, or map changes. These can be put into the game at the same time a major patch is launched and then made into a temporary modifier later down the line.

- Increased gen regression from 20% to 100%

I personally just think Lightborn is a terribly designed perk. A perk that counters flashlights is fine, but it shouldnt COMPLETELY negate them.
Just bring back OG Lightborn without the dimmed vision. Problem solved.
-
My guess is because the killer dcing doesnt actually count as an escape, so it doesnt count towards achievements, challenges or quests.

It can be quick but he still covers it slower than billy or blight and even he has faster speed up on samller distance he has huge cooldown which make this unusable as valid mobility compare to killers like vecna.
Nurse is diffrent, she needs rework because nerf her too hard and she becomes super hard to unplayable, buff her (because she has lower kill rate) and she will be busted even more so rework is the best option.
Tell what you find on his kit as the reason that justify his big terror radius, as you mentioned he cowers small distance very fast but many other killers can do this too, he has no crazy mobility or strong instadown or fast follow up after hitting you with his power (maybe if he throws you on the edge of the map and injures you but then what killer cant down you fast when you are on the edge of the map).
Im not saying his mobility is better than Billys or Blights, but he can still get from point A to point B very quickly even if its just a shorter distance.
-
My best guess is that yes, he may only be able to cover that relatively small distance, but he also does so pretty quickly.
Should this logic apply to Nurse? Absolutely, but logic and Nurse should never in the same sentence.

As a Trickster main as well I like it, but I don't think its worthy as a "main" skin for the battlepass.

yes indeed they'll have to add restrictions to balance the game.
but what exactly makes you say that's unappealing?
dbd tourneys with restrictions still go on. if anything restrictions may make the game a lot more fun. chaos shuffle iirc was fun because of the mix-up.
and even then it will still not appeal to everyone and that's perfectly fine. it's a separate queue. but there's a sizeable part of the community who like or don't mind stuff like this. i mean just go look at some of these 'perkless' winstreaks etc. tryhards challenge themselves just to have fun. also, the strongest killers in the game are f2p.
lastly, they can make it so that every perk is unlocked in this game mode like kyf. although i think that many veteran players already have much or everything unlocked anyway.
The problem with it having restrictions, is now people who want to sweat arent going to go in ranked, theyre gonna go into casual so theyre able to run the strongest things with no limits.
Doing this is simply gonna push the casual players away since no matter what gamemode they chose, theyre kinda cooked.
For those who like ranked and the comp scene, they have their outlets. But I dont think it deserves an official spot in the game

okay but is that difference important today
fact is today this game is a lot more competitive because players made it so and bhvr clearly sees and even acknowledges it.
Even then lets say it does get a ranked mode. When were talking about the absolute strongest items and perks survivors can bring compared to killers, there arent nearly as many options for killers to be able to keep up. Some no restrictions tourneys showcase this where someone will try using an odd pick like Doctor and they dont really stand a chance.
So now you may be thinking: "well we can add restrictions!". And thats how you make the gamemode VERY unappealing since you are now limited even moreso as to what you can bring to be able to stand a chance. Not to mention that some of the strongest things in this game are locked behind a paywall which cant really be said for any competitive title out there.
-
The difference between DbD and games like League that have a ranked queue already, is that the game was built around the idea of being a competitive title.

They are literally collabing with anime stuff wdym no
"Anime" as a genre isnt as black and white as it seems. What most animes share is similar art styles, but not all of them share similar stories and themes. Its basically just as dumb to say all live action movies are the same simply because theyre live action.
Now for Puss in Boots, it isnt a genre. Its a specific movie meant for children. Does that mean its a bad movie or that adults cant like it? Of course not. My zooted self ######### loved that movie (despite not remembering anything about it lol)

Thats stronger than original background player which was 150% speed fot 10 seconds but this I dont see any reasonable explenation behind this post than just troll and people overreacting
OG Background Player was 150% for a 4 seconds burst but with 40s Exhaustion
then it was buffed for 200% with 5 seconds burst, 40s Exhaustion
and now its back down to 150% with 5 seconds burst, but with 20s Exhaustion
The 10 seconds you might be referring to is the activation window when the killer picks someone up

ok now were getting a little silly wit it

That aint no medium buff thats a MAJOR buff
its fine as is

NoED is at its strongest when someone is being camped. If the totem happens to be rigjy next to the hook then theres little survivors can do to save them. All this does is completely remove that counter, and the downside doesnt really matter when youre sitting by the hook.
Gonna be a no from me dawg

yeah, but you need to apply these skills correctly in 1v4.
getting 2 min chase at the cost of running killer through every active gen and dropping half of the map aint going to do that
Im aware of that, but Im sure many can agree that knowing how to properly run tiles is probably the hardest thing to learn, and being able to simply focus on that and learn 1 thing at a time is better than trying to do everything at once.
-
A good way to improve in chases is 1v1s.
Having nothing else to focus on really helps. And if ya dont have anyone I wouldnt mind :)

Emotes Id be fine with as long as theyre character specific and showcase the characters personality more.
Custom mori's I think would be absolutely fire as well since not only have they shown they can be pretty creative, but once more it can showcase the characters personality a bit more

I don't know if your comparison makes sense, Chucky had a 18s but he had stealthy and a very long dash along with scamper.
So 18 second cooldown for a long dash, stealth and a scamper. Ok. Lets compare that to Krasue
-No cooldown
-4.8m/s
-Can vault/scamper (1.6 seconds, Chuckys was 1.4 at the time)
-Her attack from head form still has insane distance and can hit over small obstacles
-Can use headlong flight (7m/s) to catch up from the lost distance after getting a hit, only a 1.35 second exit time and can be immediately be followed up with an attack (only has a wind up of .2 seconds)
-3.2 seconds hit cooldown and miss cooldown is 3 seconds, while Chuckys is 3 and 2.25, big win! Only to then realize that again... she moves at 4.8 and doesnt have to wait 18 seconds to be able to do it again
So youre right, there is no point in comparing the 2 when 1 is objectively better than the other.

If it have a cooldown, would be horrible, as the vaulting time is already pretty high. And her dash attack don't have a small cooldown, it's 3.2s, which is the highest cooldown in the game along with Victor.
Im not talking about an attack cooldown, im talking about how she can stay in head form with no repercussions while Chucky had an 18 second cooldown to go into hidey ho.
That 3.2 second cooldown is also minimal when taking into consideration literally every other aspect of the attack and she can make up the distance lost with head long flight AND the being 4.8m/s in head form.
