Weskers terro radius
why does wesker has to have 40 meters terror radius when he has no solid mobility, his both dashes give him 21 meters of mobility (7 first one and 14 second dash) and he suffers huge cooldown after using then and then is on 11 seconds cooldown for both of them (5,5 one dash cooldown time).
Compare him to nurse she has two blinks and they when used both have maximum range of 32 meters, she can ignore entire walls and loops with them and has 32 meters tr (fact is she is slow so she kinda has only her blinks as her ability to damage survivors and move around the map but this doesnt justify why wesekr has 40 meters tr). Some can argue that wesker infection is instadown when is survivor fully infected but how offten that happens and how many other killers have instadown that can be used more often while having 32 meters standard terror radius, this doesnt make sence to me.
Now in live only killers which have 40 meters terror radius are wesker, billy, blight, ghoul, krasue head form, mayers evil incarnate mode so lets break them up.
Wesker has only two dashes which covers 21 meters range and are as good as mobility in same use on chucky his slice and dice dash, which is most of times used in chase.
Blight has one of best mobilities, he can cover entire map and his only weakness are indoor maps like larrys, hawkins which kinda nerf his mobility but overall his big 40 meters terror radius is justified.
Ghoul has same distance in mobility as blight (maybe little shorter but easier to use and not so much map dependent), with two leaps he can cower some distance but his time to shine is when he is enranged which ghoul is most of the time and can cower more than half of the map (little shorte distance or same as blights) so his big tr is justified.
Billy has more limited turn rate when using his saw and after the 1 second in which he can turn normaly his turn rate is limited but in straight line (almost straight) he can travel on open maps across them faster then ghoul or blight and his only counter to his mobility are indoor maps and maps with lots of random objects like nostromo (alien map), overall his 40 meters terror radius is justified do to his insane mobility and ability to instadown on every chainsaw hit.
Krasue has in m1 form standart 32 meters terror radius but in head form she has big 40 meters one, she gets her head flyght which has very good mobility (bigger than spirits whole phase range I believe) and is deadly as blight in it so her 40 meters terror radius is justified.
Mayers has none terror radius (further just tr) and in pursuer mode he has 24 meters tr but in evil incarnate mode (evil within 3 reworked) he gets 40 meters tr but all he gets in it is slaughtering strike which is quite weak at the moment and has big slowdown and then same speed as m1 attack speed for like 1,5 seconds, he gets ability to grab and mori or mori survivors on the graound when they are on dead hook but than can do many other killers like sadako can kill you without hooking, pyramidhead can give you short mori and every killer can mori you on ground when they have mori offering equiped so he has no mobility or insane leathality as billy, krasue or blight and on top of that his evil withing last only 40 seconds so its not justified for him to suffer 40 meters tr.
So what are your thoughts on this?
Thank you for reading it to the end.

My best guess is that yes, he may only be able to cover that relatively small distance, but he also does so pretty quickly.
Should this logic apply to Nurse? Absolutely, but logic and Nurse should never in the same sentence.
It can be quick but he still covers it slower than billy or blight and even he has faster speed up on samller distance he has huge cooldown which make this unusable as valid mobility compare to killers like vecna.
Nurse is diffrent, she needs rework because nerf her too hard and she becomes super hard to unplayable, buff her (because she has lower kill rate) and she will be busted even more so rework is the best option.
Tell what you find on his kit as the reason that justify his big terror radius, as you mentioned he cowers small distance very fast but many other killers can do this too, he has no crazy mobility or strong instadown or fast follow up after hitting you with his power (maybe if he throws you on the edge of the map and injures you but then what killer cant down you fast when you are on the edge of the map).
Im not saying his mobility is better than Billys or Blights, but he can still get from point A to point B very quickly even if its just a shorter distance.
But 40 meters is not justified by killer getting from point A to point B in short time when its only 21 meters so why he has same terror radius is mystery for me.
I've always understood the larger terror radius to not be about map mobility, but rather to be about how quickly they could travel from the edge of their terror radius to right on top of you.
If they do that quickly enough with a regular terror radius size, it doesn't give the survivor much time to react and try to avoid getting hit. If you recall, this was the big problem with post-buff Hillbilly- that's an extreme example, but it's a good idea of what the risk is if killers aren't given a terror radius that accounts for their jumpscare ability, effectively.
While Wesker's map mobility isn't that good, his ability to get from the edge of where his terror radius would be (especially with Monitor & Abuse, which does need to be considered for these discussions) to really close to the survivor very quickly is quite potent.
The real questions are why this applies to Myers, who has no mobility of any kind, and why it doesn't apply to Nurse. For the former I suspect it's for thematic reasons, the latter… no clue.
Devs are doing same as in 2018 they fear they would overbuff mayers so they make him worse than he should be but at the same time they release killer they intend to be on ghouls level and buff him (krasue) which is something I cant understand even now.
