I do run Kindred on all of my survivors since I do feel it’s immensely useful for solo survivors (which I am).
-
Definitely. Getting good on Huntress and landing long distance hatchets is some of the most satisfying gameplay in DBD imo.
-
I use Kindred on all my survivors so I never really have to guess, but otherwise I figure waving hands means they’re being camped.
-
I enjoy looping more than hiding as it feels more interactive and fun rather than hiding from the killer’s sights.
-
Kindred hands down. I have it on all of my survivors giving me three other perks to make builds off of.
-
I just got out of a game going against a Wraith in Preschool and noticed he was uncloaking super slow. Thought it was just some weird add-on but it could be this.
-
One thing I found helped me when I went for this challenge was to keep track of everyone and know which survivors are on death hook. Don’t actively go for the basement every single time you go to hook someone or else they know you’re trying to basement hook everyone and it’ll make them play far from the basement. Just do it when you know they’re on death hook.
As others have said: Agitation and Iron Grasp are huge helpers in getting this to work.
-
As people have stated, Trapper and Myers. Though shirtless skins would be nice.
And for girls we have Spirit.
-
David, Nancy, Jane, Meg, Adam would prooobably be my top 5.
-
Wraith and Nurse
David and Jane
because of the artwork that came out with their duo costume sets.
-
Kindred for survivor. The information it provides is so incredibly useful for a solo survivor like myself.
BBQ for killer. You already get a lot of BPs as Killer and getting double by hooking everyone makes it absolutely wonderful!

I'll just add for consideration's sake, the only reason I didn't recommend We'll Make It with Autodidact was because Autodidact works best when you get lots of skill checks, and the faster the heal is, the less likely you are to get a lot of skill checks, so the two kind of step on each other's toes a bit. It's okay if you still want to use it, just something to take into account.
You bring up a good point. Funny thing is I was trying to see if there was a perk that increased the likelihood of triggering skill checks and thought there was none, completely forgetting that Spine Chill does that. So yeah I think I’ll go with Autodidact/Empathy/Spine Chill.
Thanks!
-
Thanks for the advice guys. I think ultimately I’m going with:
Autodidact/Empathy/We’ll Make It
Second Wind/Off The Record/Dead Hard
Any Means Necessary/Window of Opportunity/Lithe
Now I gotta grind BPs!

It’s a little sad that Clown doesn’t get any love. I actually find him to be an enjoyable Killer to play as but when I play survivor I almost never go against him.
-
I struggled the most with Hag’s.
-
Just entitlement. They experienced the game back when there was 2x bloodpoints and now they don’t want to accept anything less, even though 3 weeks of 1.5 bloodpoints would actually make them gain more bloodpoints in the long run.
Human beings are strange creatures.
-
I do find Freddy to be boring to play against, yes.
I think he actually makes the top spot of the Killer I’d rather not go up against, next to Trapper and Plague.
-
Survivors: David King, Jane, Meg, Nea, Dwight
Killers: Huntress, Wraith, Shape, Doctor, Legion
-
Nurse then Hag.
PS4.
-
Fixated + Sprint Burst
Get to walk fairly quickly everywhere and save your SB for when the Killer gets close.
Quick & Quiet + Head On as well.
-
Object of Obsession for me. It’s a perk that I believe doesn’t belong in this game.
DS doesn’t bother me too much since I go out of my way to actually avoid it, but it can be annoying if it’s done during EGC when I want to get at least one more kill and they DS to escape.
Adrenaline is annoying on cocky survivors.
So I would say OoO and then Adrenaline and then DS. All the other perks like Unbreakable, Dead Hard, Head On, etc doesn’t bother me at all.
-
I agree but only if the Killer has already closed it. It’s unfair for the Killer to go through the entire map, find the hatch first and close it, only for the survivor to just walk up to it without a care in the world, open it with key and escape.
I’ve had it happen to me with a Jane who literally stood still behind me after I closed the hatch, stare at me as if saying “lol ok” and then just open it in front of me.
-
Wraith would be my choice. A lot of people put him near the bottom of tier lists but I think he can be played really effectively with the right use of add-ons and perks.
-
I love the ideas you gave for Plague. That’d be really neat and as you said she’d be a cool support Killer.
-
I’d love a Huntress statue. I’m interested in getting the Wraith one too.
-
As others have stated above, a mimic type of killer is probably one of my most wanted. It’d be so dope to work on a generator with another survivor only for them to transform out of nowhere into this hideous monster and grab you from the gen.
-
Survivor: Kindred. I play solo survivor and this is the perfect aura reading perk for me.
Killer: BBQ. Bloodpoints and aura reading after a hook so I know what to do right after. Runner up would be Whispers. I just love the information it provides, and on certain killers I feel naked without it.
-
Most: Doctor, Billy, Spirit
Least: Nurse
-
Monto and Otz were the first ones I started watching when I first started getting into the game, still watch them whenever they upload a new video.
Puppers and ScottJund came in shortly after, similarly I still watch all their content as they get released.
Recently I got into watching Umbra (which is shocking since I main Huntress and only now started watching her, the stuff she does with Huntress and Nurse are insane), and also Elix9 on Twitch. I don’t play Hag but the way Elix plays Hag is like art.
-
What if you make it deactivate once two other survivors have been hooked after you’ve been unhooked? I’ve seen people counter argue one other survivor getting hooked before DS deactivating but surely if the Killer has hooked two other people (even if it’s within a minute), it’s safe to say he’s not tunneling you anymore.
-
David and Kate.
Runner ups would be Dwight and Jane.
-
Agitation + Iron Grasp
Keep track of which survs are on death hook, only hook them in the basement if they’re on death hook. If you actively try to go out of your way to always get a downed survivor to the basement they know what you’re trying to go for and will run away from the basement.
-
Removed or reworked. It’s a perk that’s sole purpose is to give a boost to SWF teams when SWF is already strong enough as it is.
-
Myers or Frank can get it.
-
Yes I do on my David King.
I use WGLF on him so I generally play altruistic when I play him, and I just slap on We’ll Make It so that I can heal them quickly since I’m already unhooking them.
-
I picked Play as Killer, picked Huntress.
Loaded into game, found one person almost instantly, downed them and hooked them in basement since it was nearby.
Literally all 3 other survivors came down to the basement to try and rescue their teammate. I downed every single one of them and hooked them all next to each other.
Game lasted like 2 minutes.
-
David’s butt NEEDS to be thiccer
plz BHVR
-
Survivor: The Gate Jumper
Doing gens? Yeah, alright. Have fun with that! *proceeds to climb over gate*
Killer: The Pallet Ignorer
If you could vault over pallets why can’t I? Would save me so much time.
-
I’ll agree with Peanits and say Deerstalker. It’s helped out a ton when survivors like to be ballsy and play close to one another. I down one, go after another that’s nearby, down them, and I’m easily able to locate the first downed survivor. It also helps that I’m horrible at finding bodies on the ground in certain maps..
I’ll also go ahead and say We’ll Make It. I love this perk and I’m currently using it on my David (my main) in conjunction with WGLF to go for safe hook rescues and quick heals. I also love that it stays active for an additional 90 seconds, making you a great healer that can counter Thana/Sloppy quite well.
-
Usually a drinkable yogurt or a small bag of almonds.
-
Killers: NOED
Survivors: Either DS or OoO
-
I mostly just want The Game to get the same visual treatment as Lery’s. It would look so much nicer.
-
Myers and Ghostface.
-
These are the real questions that need to be asked.
-
I disagree. Keys are incredibly strong and killers should know when a survivor brings a key. Plus it’s already hard enough to distinguish the key in a survivor’s hands.
-
How many times crouch is used at Exit Gates.
-
Trapper, Wraith, Nurse, Huntress, Doctor, Legion, Plague
-
I believe it’s taking a hit near an injured survivor (such as in a chase) and taking a hit when the Killer is carrying a survivor to a hook.
-
I love the main theme, both Killer and Survivor side.
-
I actually played Nurse for the first time yesterday.
The first game was god awful on Lery’s, but the second game I was really proud of. I blinked towards a generator that I heard was being worked on right at the start of the match and immediately grabbed a Claudette off of it. I started landing my blinks more compared to the first game and ended up 4king that game and getting the Adept Nurse trophy.
I can see the fatigue being an issue with some people and probably the reason a lot of people drop her though, but I get why it’s there (or else there’d be nothing stopping her from wrecking absolutely everything).
