Nothing in the patch notes mentions that the spirit has been changed (there's one change that allows her to use her power while blind), so it wouldn't appear to be intentional. It could just be a bug. If anyone has a clip of the sound you're talking about, I will pass it on to the team.

No, originally her phasing was directional and heard within her terror raidus. Now you can hear her when she starts phasing. She's actually worse now.

Well that damn sound in addition to rhe chase music makes it so damn distracting and discombobulating when trying to get Survivors...doubly so if they run Iron Will, which was just on the shrine.
I sincerely hope this is a bug and gets fixed..because that would explain why Survivors scattered far more often than usual, not to mention me losing them because ######### me if I can hear footsteps or grass being dusturbed anymore while phasing.
God I'm actually annoyed. I loved everything about Spirit and now I'm disgusted by that shadownerf.

She was like this when DLC first released, then because it made her so predictable they omit the sound in terror radius. I'd like to believe that is a bug, and they did not nerf her without telling the community what is gonna happen. Sounds seem like problematic anyways, that must be unintentional.
If it isn't, I won't touch killer again until she's compensated.

Overreacting or reacting accordingly because this affects all Spirit players in a negative way? I wont say low tier, but they seriously need to revert this if intended.
She's as good as Leatherface but even his saw is silent. I'm hoping this was a bug.

The only thing that needs adjustment with her are the Waterlogged Shoe and Severed Hand, but I don't even use them because her other addons are great.

Spirit. Trying to predict her is exhilarating and playing her is the best. She's by far my most favourite character in dbd.

@artist me too, I love his goofy face when he misses you at a window. But yeah I know that one rewards ######### gameplay but the other rewards good gameplay. But tbf, with the sheer speed gens be popping now, can you really blame the devs for not nerfing it? They probably will once they've sorted out genrushing. I had a Spirit game earlier, I had everyone hooked before a gen was completed, non stop chasing and my chases were no more than 14 seconds, and I patrolled the gens, yet they ploughed through the gens and I was powerless to stop it. I got a 2 man when that'd have been a 4 man if there wasn't 3 toolboxes.
Just saying, I never touch NOED, ever but sometimes, games like that, make me seriously consider why I don't.
I always have problems with genrushing as Spirit, the survivors plough through them, no matter how much I hit, no matter how short my chases are. I mean I had everyone injured at the start.
Just be patient, once they've fixed genrushing, they'll certainly nerf NOED.

For Hope, the 4% is great and let it activate for 60 seconds after a generator is complete and it activates for 120 after exit gates <3

I'd add the opposite to Predator. Because that would be Dwight tier on Spirit.

@artist If you're seriously trying to get me into an argument where I'll show bias to one side then it's not going to work. I might main killer, but I dgaf about being biased to it. I want NOED gone and frankly, I don't care about Adrenaline going or not. I personally want it to stay but my opinion isn't important since I use Adrenaline myself and I never touched NOED (unless it's nurse behind gates).
But i'll warn you, since I learnt it the hard way, if you want one side gone, then the killers will certainly argue for NOED. I personally don't care about either of them. I don't even think anyone should ######### about them but you do you I guess.

They both are endgame, both crutches, they both sometimes boost people higher then they should be (noed more often) and they're both hated.

@MineAntoiya it's not that, it's just that I see so much of these threads, for us to convice them otherwise, going around (I don't know if it's by the same guy, but probably not) that I can't take them seriously anymore. Especially when they're comparing Pig and Freddy. Like #########?
Although, Freddy isn't nearly as bad as everyone says, he's definitely worse than Pig.
