    Discordance, you get information of survivors who are rushing generators and it doesn't need a requirement to function unlike Surveillance.

    Discordance will go well with the Plague's perk that blocks generators for two minutes. Surveillance goes well with Pop Goes The Weasel, which itself goes well with Hex: Devour Hope. Different perks for different playstyles.
