What do you mean why? It was added to give killers 60 seconds of one hit downs when cleansed. It's just a perk. Not everything they add is in response to something. There's nothing they need to do for totems except improve spots and maybe change when survivors are notified that the killer is running Lullaby.

I can almost 100% guarantee that this perk was added in response to totems being cleansed quickly and easily.

  • "Totems are meant to be high risk high reward. They have been and continue to improve totem spots. Haunted Grounds was not added as a counter."

Then why was it added to the game. People were complaining about Ruin being found to quickly along with other hex perks and instead of just fixing hexes and making them stronger, they added Haunted Grounds. Now, they've ignored Totems except for changing some totem spots to be a bit better.

  • Sorry I didn't mean to say that shack was an infinite just that that seems like Bamboozle's main purposes is to block that window.

  • I like the idea of this but I have another idea to change it.

When escaping from a hook, the hook breaks and you see the killers aura for 6/8/10 seconds. You also leave no scratch marks for 6/8/10 seconds.

This makes this perk something that can be used for a quick escape and prevent tunneling. You can escape, know where the killer is, and evade quickly. Thoughts?

  • Plague needs love. She has many problems but she also isn't weak enough that she needs a complete rework or huge buffs. She is likely to be forgotten.

I have noticed three main problems with the Plague.

    1. Her chase potential is very low in vile purge once the survivor becomes broken. At that point, she is a simple killer with very little. While this isn't that big of a deal normally, she is very tall removing potential for mind games.
    2. Being sick doesn't do anything to hurt survivors. It doesn't slow you down doing generators and it doesn't slow your movement speed. If a Plague leaves you, you have no need to go cleanse sickness. This needs a change. I think that the sicker you are, the slower your action speeds should be. This helps to motivate cleansing.
    3. Plague has little snowball potential. While some may disagree as corrupt can easily down many people, the fountains fully heal survivors. This takes away at least 16 seconds of healing to full and allows survivors to immediately get on generators. She struggles to snowball because of this.

I really want Plague to be better. She had me so excited but in the end has too many flaws for me to try to play her. And this is coming from someone who has been playing as new Legion consecutively for two weeks.

  • This perk is complete garbage at the moment. It seems like the type of perk that they came up with last minute because Ghostface needs 3 perks. The terror radius requirement needs to be removed in order for the perk to be somewhat useful as then you could track survivors nearby and try to mindgame them. As it stands the perk is useless on all killers except maybe Myers.

  • Honestly Dance with Me should just be given a buff overall.

Reduce the cooldown to 30-40 seconds at all tiers and make the scratch marks disappear for 3/4/5 seconds based on the tier. This would make it somewhat useful at tier 3 without Lithe.

  • Legion has the same problem that Nurse has in which pallets and windows have little impact in chases which results in survivors having few options. Pallets/windows are the defenses that survivors were given and because Legion ignores these defenses, they are broken. Also, Legion is probably the only killer that if they want to down you can down you without using any thought/skill. You can just moonwalk.

    Huntress already has iridescent heads.

Yeah but they said that the add on format is being changed and each killer will have two ultra rares

  • Discordance early game but Surveillance for the rest of the match.

  • It's okay if you are using a Doctor with a giant terror radius or Distressing but it isn't very strong. I agree with the lingering 15 second effect (similar to Leader), but Overwhelming Presence is the true trash perk that involves your terror radius.

  • Is NOED unfun? Yes. But does it have an easy counter? Yes.

    1. Legion - ignoring all chase mechanics is down right insulting, constant mending is incredibly boring, and the ability to easily track survivors prevents most stealth mechanics in the game - this is the only killer that everything about them is completely wrong
    2. Doctor - the Legion before Legion to me. Removes stealth mechanics in the game which makes many survivor perks less impactful. Most doctors also shock you so many times that it gets annoying. Also snapping out of it isn't the most fun (but no way comparable to mending)
    3. Leatherface - while he is pretty weak all things considered, the constant revving of the chainsaw and trying to hit you is much less fun than Hillbilly's, his ability is also quite bland
    4. Freddy - he is pretty weak and that seems to also be a consistent detriment in the fun factor of playing against certain killers, being forced to fail skill checks isn't fun or inventive gameplay that involves you sitting at gens or healing and just waiting
    5. Nurse - while I play on console so she isn't an issue, ignoring mechanics of chase can make her quite unfun if played correctly
  • Make Thanataphobia and Dying Light apply to everything in the match including doors and totems.

Make Autodidact like it was in the PTB for the spirit so it feels worthwhile.

Have some way that killers know what each hex totem they have is so they aren't guessing.

These are ideas that just came to mind quickly.

Yup, anyone that can down survivors need a rework. Nurse, Legion, Hillbilly. Why not? It's not like survivor isn't easy enough as it is. Entitled brats the lot of ya.

Yep, we are definitely entitled. We are entitled to fun gameplay that has actual counter play and takes some skill. I want killers to be buffed. There were many improvements for killers in 2018, but with the release of the Legion, killers got more nerfs and survivors had to deal with a poorly designed killer. The Legion's release was a loss for everyone involved.

  • Yes, they do need a complete rework. I don't want a weak killer ever, but I also don't want a killer that breaks the mechanics of the game. The devs never should've released Legion in their current state and should of just started over. It would've been better for the game as a whole.

  • Legion needs a complete rework, because of right now they hurt the game the most. This buff will make the Legion a complete disaster.
