Yeah I think she's above Nurse honestly. It's quite obvious. Just take a look at Tryhard beads or the Wakizashi Saya or Yakuyoke Amulet? They make her stronger than a Nurse with 5 blinks. And don't even get me started on the situation when you combine them...

It ignores Exhaustion, guarantees an escape (it's 5 seconds of SB, which gives a 30-meter head start), and oh yeah, heals you. If killers had a similar perk, it'd have been nerfed to hell already.
@Orion NOED because you can instadown them, go faster so it's harder to loop you and you can turn a game around, just like Adrenaline. They both haven't been nerfed because both are way too crutch and needed. I personally think both need to be gone honestly. But you're not getting one nerfed without the other. :3
@ me if u respond :)
-
LOL. If that's the case, then NOED will have to go. Let them target that ######### and I'll return to survivor again. But also add a secondary objective to make it fun or even without NOED, there's almost no point of returning. <3

can't be bothered.

@Poweas LMAO I just saw what you posted. XD
@fluffybunny I'm not even joking, I was completely lost in that wall of text. If you wrote that 6 months ago I woulda been able to read it all but I'm so tired nowadays that TL;DR is my lifesaver XD.

@Poweas I didn't get your point, sorry: would you remove the hindered status when you stop running?
About old perks to rework or buff, I'd avoid to mention them here, otherwise it will become an unreadable list of two hundreds elements. XD I opened a specific thread about PGTW: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/46299/pop-goes-the-weasel-buff
@Entità I would remove it. And ok about the PGTW rework, I'll favourite this post so if I ever think of an idea, I'll straight away post :)
-
That's ######### scary.
-
I used to. Unless the killer was a dick, I'd help them get a 1k. Although once, one got a 4k because my teammates didn't leave when I pointed at them to... Joy of solo btw.

Yes, thats holding the game hostage (unless you bodyblock after hooking them in the basement)
Yeah I mean after hooking @Master

I'm not salty, I just find it incredibly embarrassing when those toxic brats fall like flies because they suck.
Oh ok.
-
It's a strange thing, but when I used to play survivor I found chases fun, but also they got boring if you're getting tunnelled since your instadown. I still think secondary objectives are needed.
-
The same thing happens to me when I'm phasing as Spirit it sucks.
-
Aren't you the salty one if you're making a post about it? I could be wrong but it sounds like you're the salty one. @ me if you respond btw.

That's the point. Wait do you mean they wont hear it in the first place?

If they are hooked down there then no, its not bannable, it does become bannable when you lock in survivors on their feet.
Wait legit? So I can just sit there and block them in the basement while they're hooked?
-
I'd nerf his lunge a little but I personally think he deserves no nerfs.
-
I'd like a perk for killer myself, but it's a rework of one. Do you mind adding it? Pop goes the weasel is a token based system up to a maximum of 3/4/5. That way it becomes super reliable and good on every killer.
-
@Entità I'd remove the cooldown when your hindered but also, reduce the speed to 2/3/4 so it can hard counter NOEDS speed buff. Just a suggestion.
-
Cruel jailer sounds kind of broken but Fast Run is a little weak, I agree with everything else though. 😊
-
Omg that's so cool, maybe this game was inspired by Lazytown.
-
Myers isn't OP you potato, git gud.
-
Thank god you both had TL;DR, I would not have been able to understand...

No, I'm not a pussy, Nurse isn't that bad to face.

It's not my mouse, though. It's only a few months old.
Have you ever smashed it? Or put your finger on with considerable force? Little things like that break stuff. @Orion

@Peanits said:
It may just be your mouse. I've had a few nice go on me like that. If you press the button down and move your finger around a bit and notice it cancelling your charge, your mouse button is probably kicking the bucket.
It would probably be a good idea to test it out in another game first just to be sure, that way you'll know if it's just DBD or not. You might also be able to test it out on your desktop by holding the button and moving the mouse around for a while. If it keeps bringing up the context menu in different places, that means your mouse is detecting multiple clicks.
Thanks a lot, it's my mouse. I probably should have seen it being my mouse since it is 2 years old and originally belonged to my old crappy computer. I'm going to go buy a newer one soon ty.
-
Yes. I would love it. There'd be more fun playing solo.

@Poweas I disagree. I think generators are already at the maximum tolerable limit (you yourself said that playing survivor is boring because you basically just hold M1), and if you want high numbers, it should affect something else, like vaulting or healing.
Yeah true, secondary objective FTW! But yeah maybe if it affects healing or move speed actually by 2%/3%/4%
-
Just gens really @Orion . Healing or Vaulting would be so bad if it applied to all.
-
@Orion why are you not as appreciated as you should be? This is a smart idea. For dying light maybe it could be 9% when the obsession is injured, 15% when they're dying state and 20% when they're on hook. It's probably a little ez for killer but it could be tweaked.

No Mither+Self-Care=GG EZ. For the killer, that is.
Yeah lol. I'm thinking of something more along the lines of No mither, Resilience, This is not happening and Balanced landing. It's a little harsh with the gens but I mean I got no Dead hard, so Mike or Spirit will down me quickly since they will sneak up better.

Tell me about it. The Entity apparently wants me to level up other survivors. I've been receiving multiple survivor-specific trials (escape as Nea or Dwight or whatever). It's not hard, mind you (after all, it is survivor), but it's annoying to be unable to use the build I spent so much time acquiring on Jake.
Yeah, I just don't enjoy survivor anymore since holding m1 or getting tunneled for a momentum changing chase (in my favour). Don't get me wrong, I completely understand why the killers tunnel me because they cant do anything else. But it's so boring to have no variety as survivor, right now I'm levelling Claudette to hopefully get some kind of No mither build. Just something to have fun.

@Poweas Indeed, only once. And I was blinking a lot that trial, trying to complete a daily.
@Orion you're lucky then, for me it's just ruining my games. Strangely, as survivor I can repair gens just fine maybe im being forced to change sides 😜

@Poweas I've only experienced it once so far, but then I don't usually play the Nurse. I think I played her three times in the last 50+ trials as killer.
So it only autoblinked you once? For me it happens like 18 times per game.
-
@Orion and @KillermainBTWm8 does it happen like 6 times every game? In my situation, it's happening 16-18 times and is seriously getting on my nerves. I could have chases done in seconds but this drags it out.
-
I agree. Let everyone see the error of their mistakes though. I'm very interested to see how this'll play out.

@Poweas I'd say disagreeing to make yourself feel better should make you feel worse, since you're already acknowledging the fact that it should be an exploit in every way that matters except by literally saying so. And no, it has not "always" been part of the normal gameplay. Like I said, it used to be considered an exploit.
It's always been a part of my normal gameplay.
-
@Orion said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/366155#Comment_366155
@Poweas You can't agree because it'd mean you were exploiting this whole time or what?
@Orion no, not because of that but it would make me feel morally corrupt if I did. I can't see it as an exploit. Keep in mind, I'm not as experienced as you, I joined in July 2017 so looping was deemed normal by then, I'd probably agree with you if I was as experienced but I'm simply not. Looping is a part of my normal gameplay for both sides, it always has been.
-
@Orion said:

Healing, as in the concept, is already good enough. It gives you more room to make mistakes. What needs to happen is that being injured needs to have more drawbacks.
Omg I just had an amazing idea. What if it slowed your repairing speed by 15%, but the change to Self care is reverted, and Sloppy butcher becomes 33%? So Sloppy butcher makes Self care take 31.92 seconds. That way they have to waste time.
-
@Orion said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/366145#Comment_366145
I'm not expecting survivors to stand still, but you can't tell me looping isn't an exploit (or rather, shouldn't be considered one) when it's capable of partially limiting the main thing that's meant to cut down the chase time to manageable levels - the killer's speed.
Yeah. Let's agree to disagree, I was a survivor main not too long ago and all I've ever done is looped so I can't agree with you on it being an explot, good day.
-
@Orion said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/366119#Comment_366119
@Poweas Yes, I do. It's exploiting two things: the different hitboxes that killers and survivors have (look at any running event, or just think that a circle with a smaller radius will necessarily have a smaller perimeter) and the different accelerations (killers take longer to reach full speed after a sharp turn, whereas survivors barely slow down). The result is that looping takes away the killer's speed advantage.
Looping was considered an exploit by the devs way back when the game launched, but since that's all survivors knew how to do, the devs eventually embraced it and tried to lessen its effects. Obviously, that doesn't work, because any survivor with half a brain and decent map knowledge can figure out optimal paths that will make chasing them a losing move for the killer, which is absurd, IMO.
It's true that looping was not intended but I don't think it's much of an exploit because you can't just expect survivors to stand still. I don't think I can see eye to eye with you on this subject. I mean it is absurd that one survivor can completely ruin a killers game by looping and you have to fear them. Actually... Nah I can't see it as an exploit. They just need to fix a few things about it. One thing that can kill looping is buffing Brutal Strength to 20/25/30. Gives it a viable tier 1 and a strong tier 3.
-
OMG FLAMINGKITTY???
TEACH ME YOUR WAYS TO COUNTER FREDDY.

Don't #########, us killers wanted a nerf to healing speed and now it's bit us in the arse. If Self Care gets a buff or its changes are reverted, then MAYBE it might kill Adrenaline.

They will even nerf it when only 1 or 2 survivors are injured
Wow #########. You dont know how fast people are popping gens when I'm Spirit. I can literallt catch a person in the 1st 30 seconds and a gen will definitely pop. God that sucks, they didn't buff a fix.
-
Wait they wont buff Thanatophobia? ######### that was my only hope against gens.

How come?
I don't know much people from the LGBT community because they either don't feel comfortable telling me or they just don't want to tell me because they think I might judge them? So it's nice and different for someone to actually be so open. I'm a muslim but honestly, unlike some muslims, I couldn't care less if your LGBT or anything else. I can't judge you. Thanks for telling me it's a nice change.
