I've started playing Resident Evil 8: Village. It's really good. I recommend that and part 7 too.
Other games I have enjoyed over the last year:
Stranded Deep
The Forest
Dying Light
Far Cry 5
Murder House
My Friend Pedro
Sleeping Dogs
RE 7 I absolutely adored, and it's by far my personal favourite in the series, I definitely have to try 8 out despite having watched a ton of it.
The rest of them however, I've not played at all and many of them I havent heard about so I'll have to look up about them.
Thanks for the recommendations though ^^

Imagine having friends smh
The only time I do swf is with a streamer and I dont use coms anyways.
-
Hate Davids but I love the rest of them.

it's half a joke thread and half serious because he scares the actual [sheesh] out of me every time he tiers up and it just had an actual disastrous gameplay effect, it does not need to be this ear-wrenching but it still is for some reason
the other global notifications like oni's blood meter aren't even within the same galaxy in intrusiveness
They should really tone it down to be similar to Oni or Myers, maybe even just a more simplistic sound that's quieter aslong as it gets changed.
-
Although I dont mind anything from his base kit and dont think he needs a nerf, that tier up noise needs to change bc I physically can't use headphones while facing him due to such.
-
As far as I'm aware, this is a legitimate strategy as you will eventually die from your RBT, similar to slugging on the ground for 4 minutes.
-
Maybe now is a good time to quit...
-
This will definitely reduce the amount I play dbd, and I may consider quitting the game due to such.
-
Glad to see the return of this with one of the better members of the community ^^
-
Glad to see this making a return and I'm excited to see these future interviews ^^
-
The only map I hate on both sides regardless of what killer/perks I use.
-
If they had some amazing effect then sure. But neither of the current Boon totem perks would be used if they could be permanently removed from the trial.
-
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise then dude! Enjoy playing Spirit ^^
-
Yknow after the complaining yesterday I'm glad we have got just above 1k bp. Fairly funny imo.
-
Fun wise, it's by far the most fun for both sides.
Strength wise, only on M1 killers who have no traversability. No point in using it on killers that attack with their M2 and if a killer has traversability then Ruin tends to be better.
-
Trickster with Doc as a close second.
-
Which was the easiest to get?
Which was the most fun to get?
Was there any adepts that were easier/harder than you expected?

Or they could give us a code for 1 million and nobody would complain. Probably.
I think people would still find a way to complain about it.
-
Yknow maybe we shouldn't have bp codes anymore with how some people act about them...
-
Swf is fine. Most swf are casuals messing around and playing for fun, and almost everytime I watch gameplay when someone says swf are op they make loads of mistakes.
-
It's a beginners guide though...are you seriously gonna compare it to high level gameplay...?
-
In very specific instances it can cause you to jump, but laughing follows rather than being scared.
-
Killer: “Do bones” isn’t realistic to say considering solo queue exists. Additionally, gen rushing is an extremely rare occurrence.
Survivor: You’re not entitled to the killer not camping/slugging/tunneling, they can play how they want.
-
For killer, Noed, there's very little I can do to counter it as a solo queue player.
For survivor, Dead Hard, as to me it's the strongest survivor perk in the game due to it's insane flexibility.
-
I think it works well on killers and just needs a small few tweaks (such as amount of hooks and game time) but the fact that each survivor is considered a different match works surprisingly well.
As for survivor, I hate it. You can play an amazing game, loop the killer for 4 or 5 gens, and then you get struck by noed and get camped. Logistically you should have your MMR raised. You died but you're the reason your team won. For some reason however, chase time isnt taken into account meaning even if you play your A game but die, you lose MMR rather than gaining any.
-
For the average player, it's a mostly balanced game.
If you're below average, it is without a doubt killer sided.
And if you're a high above average player, its survivor sided.
-
I don't necessarily main them, but for the past month I've had a particularl interest in Huntress. This came as a suprise to me because I'm a console player.
-
Lol, no

There was a Q&A recently where they answered the most asked questions!
They decided to ignore any of them related to hacking, which was in the top 5 for what people wanted to be asked (as it had the 5th most upvotes).
-
Yes, give me my Pop and my BBQ stacks.
-
Additionally don't go and ignore the popular questions. Cheaters was a common topic asked yet they didnt mention a word about it.
-
Looking upwards shouldve been enough...maybe turn around too in future...?
-
In my completely unbiased opinion, Hillbilly.
Also I wouldn't call Hag underated, many put her in the top 5 killers.
-
Another thing to add to the list of rubbish dbd related things that have occurred within the last 48 hours.
-
Survivors definitely need a lot more to track for sbm. Things such as chase time and time spent on objectives, aswell as number of times hooked should be taken into account. Time spent alive should also be taken into consideration to demote players suiciding on hook.
As for killers, see how many times each survivor has been hooked and duration of the match along with what we already have, kills. Maybe also take into account how many gens remain at the end of the trial? That's all that would be needed for killer.
-
Wendigo from Until Dawn.
-
No for survivor, there’s much more to it than just escaping.
Yes to killer as despite the system being odd it seems to work.
-
So where is this trash killer you were talking about in the title?
-
Thanks for this as always dude ^^

why it's a perfectly balanced perk
it would only be needing a rework if it was stronger or was less coutnerable
If this game was literally swf only I'd agree.
If Noed had conditions for it to activate (such as get x amount of hooks) I'd agree.
But as a solo queue player, its unlikely to do all 5 totems. Additionally, majority of the people that use to perk tend to be bad at the game, and often when it comes into play it feels like a killer didn't deserve it.
-
Rework it.
-
Trickster is by far my favourite character lore wise.

I would prefer if they would improve the gameplay instead of adding 1 million different colored flags
The cosmetic team would work on the flags, so it wouldn't effect improving gameplay whatsoever.

Oh no lol, plenty of people were toxic when the pride charm came out. I remember comments on dbd's instagram of people saying they were going to tunnel/facecamp anyone that used the charm. I don't know if they actually did this or just said it to annoy people. But yeah people still manage to be toxic, even over a charm.
I'm gonna guess they did it to annoy people, as in my time since I've had the charm, I've seen a ######### ton of support, while only one person being toxic brought it up, with me using the "gay charm" (their words not mine) not even being the main part of their rant.
A lot of Instagram is also extremely homophobic, which I realised over the summer when the european football/soccer tournament was on as there were some pride movements related to such, so I wouldnt be suprised if these were people who are either from less accepting countries or simply go from post to post looking for ones relating to pride only to troll.
Regardless, I think the in game community itself is great, regardless of how it appears on Social Media platforms.
-
It did a while back on Xbox, three day trial iirc.

I would love to rock that. I was very suprised how kindly the community was to me anytime i mentioned being trans, i'd enjoy toting the flag on my characters. I think the pride flag in of itself works, but you wouldn't see me complaining if they added a few more. It'd also be cool to add national flags, i think the community would have fun rocking pride of all aspects.
Its quite ironic how the DBD community is both one of the most toxic communities in gaming while also being one of the most accepting when it comes to the LGBTQ+ community.
-
Instead of averaging the groups MMR, it should take the MMR of the highest ranked player and use that for all survivors.
-
Yeh, with that and a small bit of luck you can consistently find the box.

It was about Deathslinger nerfs, too clumsy and I hate doing cheap zoning.
and I really hate Pin Head, but that is mainly because I really don't like RNG killers in general.
Haven’t tried him yet as I’m on console, but I’m not a huge fan of his nerfs.
As for Pin Head, I like him after consistently being able to find his box.

- A killer being fun to play and fun to play against is more important than strength but they should have an equal balance. A great example of this is Blight who is all three.
Yeah, but they often forget about part "fun to play" ...
I think its been awhile since a killer wasnt fun to play as, probably Twins imo.
