I'm pretty sure the Streetwise is the AOE effect from another survivor. It's just not little like it is now.

Multiple times Mandy came to a topic like this and said that they HAVE TO keep some cosmetics linked because of the agreements with the license holders.
If people choose not to believe them is not their problem

People already had to pay for the entire set. Why would the owners of a certain license (who already got money from people purchasing the sets) care if people were able to break the sets?
maybe becouse thier character were show with different bodys and facess then they are in original game

Except from the fact they genuinely were not linked cosmetics for the first hour of the release and the backlash was so huge BHVR had to break their own EULA to offer refunds to people that wanted them but do go off Katie

Actually, the Jill and Leon cosmetics were not sets to begin with, so no, nobody "knew" it would happen in the first hour of the chapter being released.

I know most killers don’t comprehend the idea of a game being fun for ALL players. They only care about that 4K. Survivors are sick of being placed in one sick fest match after another. I know I am.

I think this time it worked. I was rank 3 and now I'm rank 5 as I should for the reset day.
(Last time I was lucky because I was rank 4 and only went back to rank 6 or 7.)
