No issues here.

The good news is they take data in from modifiers to see how well they do to see if it would make for a good feature down the road. :)
That’s likely what is happening. 🤓 -
The sphere could move a little faster for sure.

There would be no reason to spawn any guard but carnifex.
Disagree. You can’t keep spamming it either. It would have to have a cooldown

I’m excited to try this when I get home hahaha

What new game mode? Did I miss something? 🤔

@Assembled18 said:
They said they're gonna add more killers in this mode and improve & add anything based on feedbacks. So you people have to wait and let them test this mode first.

They can't even be bothered to fix the fact you can stun him while he's in his power. I doubt they'll even come around implementing this.
Most killers can be stunned while in power.

I was under the impression that if the gamemode didn't recieve enough support during its innitial run, it would be discontinued. If that's not the case then it's a relieve to hear that
I dont think there will be an issue with it not receiving the support it needs.
The community as a whole is really excited about this. Now that we have it, we will support. It’s okay it is starting off small. That’s the smart thing to do. Less mess, less bugs. Add little by little -
4ks are fun. Tunneling is also efficient sometimes and worth perusing. Killers have challenges that require 4ks. HOWEVER. Do I understand your frustration? 100% I get tunneled out all the time hahahaa. OTR and DS are my new staples.

I am aware that the killers are getting "teamwork powers" instead of perks, but I haven't heard the part about adding more killers. Are you sure?
Yes. We are sure. They will

I certainly enjoyed it 🥰

Play a killer who's not Blight or Nurse against a lobby with one or more DS in it and then tell me it's trash. A well-timed DS can, like a well-timed Dead Hard, completely derail a killer's momentum and deprive them of much-needed pressure… unless they're Blight or Nurse, in which case it might as well not work at all. Even the old 3 second stun was really good against killers with low mobility, especially if you went down in the right place.
You make a good point. Admittedly I was just frustrated when I wrote this post. I was tunneled out by a blight on autohaven.
I am sorry.

You can simply let the skill check go (similar to not even attempting hitting a struggle skill check) and it wont consume your DS, meaning you can save it for your 2nd hook
ohhhhh got it! Thank you
-
@justadreampallet said:
the reason is it’s a free second chance. The killer won chase and now you get one more chance to escape. It would be like if a survivor got a gen done but the killer was able to regress it back to 50 with one tap
So is off the record and I don’t have to hit a skill check for that, right? I get it twice at least
-
@[Deleted User] said:
You only get 1 use, but many don't know that you can save it if you don't attempt to hit the skill check the 1st time.
What do you mean?

Patch 7.0.0:

The wording of 'need more options at their disposal right now' kinda allows us to assume, yes, it was a temporary fix.
Point and case. Thank you my friend. 🙏🏼

They never said it was going to be reverted, people just assumed it would be because of the reason it was buffed.
I think they did actually. I’ll see if I can find the source.

From the devlog:
- [CHANGE] Reduced stun duration to 4 seconds (was 5 seconds).
Dev
note: Our last update increased the stun duration to 5 seconds. This
was a little too effective, so we have fine tuned the stun duration to 4
seconds instead.DS was "a little too effective"? You mean, when I stun a Nurse with DS, and she downs me again in less than 3 seconds after the stun is over? :)
Seriously though, DS doesn't need a number tweaking. It needs to disable killers' powers buttons. By default, those are M2 and CTRL. Disable those for X seconds when hit by DS, just like killers can't use their powers while carrying a survivor.
The devs already said they will never do that as killer powers should never be affected by a perk.
- [CHANGE] Reduced stun duration to 4 seconds (was 5 seconds).

Still absolutely weird Deja Vu's buff was never reverted like intend. It was only meant to exist as a temporary solution until Regress Events came in.
It shouldn’t be able to stack with other dejavú and same with resilience stacking. It’s too much in my opinion

@Blueberry said:
Now that we have the 3 gen limiter all those kick perks can just be reverted to their previous forms. The nerfs are no longer necessary since we can't hold 3 gens anymore.

unplayable? No….horrible map for survivors yes….it was also horrible for killers not too long ago. Doesn’t make it right though. They need to balance it out.

@vBlossom_ said:
hardly anyone complains about Deadlock
That's false, this perk gives value for nothing and incentivises camping / tunneling.
So do most survivor perks. You get value for doing nothing. Camping and tunneling are also strategies. So that’s not a valid reason.

You don't even need to be at high mmr to suffer with him. When i was begginer player, i usually didn't know when to charge my chainsaw, can't use tokens properly, always miss timing for m2, bump literally into everything and was afraid of windows like fire. Now, when i'm at least not bad with Bubba, every good looper can waste at least 2 minutes in chase not even with good rng. And one bump literally can cost you a game.
And i believe, majority of community adore to go against Bubba (me included), because of how easy he is to go against.
So we know for sure that OP has never played as Bubba, and hardly has even an average skill level on survivors.facts 💯 the OP was a joke in my opinion.

@Blueberry said:
This is a people thing, not a killer thing.
"Too many killers complain that the game is unfair but they don't work to
improve their game by watching tutorials or run the perks needed to
balance their weaknesses. Sometimes you are the main cause of your own
demise during a match."You could just as easily take this entire statement and replace "killers" with "survivors".
It's just human nature to be this way, not specifically one side.

Sables map is beyond massive….aliens map is beyond massive. Singularity’s map is fairly large. Hawkins was reinstated, also very large with an upstairs too….

I think you're giving Behaviour too much credit. It looks like another case of them looking at a spreadsheet and deciding that because something is used a lot, it must be broken and in need of a nerf. We know from the time they tried to nerf Billy's Engravings that Behaviour doesn't seem to put much more thought into things beyond what numbers in a column say.
Agreed. They literally said, those perks are used in over 40% of loadouts, that’s why we nerfed them. They should have in return buff some of the more useless regression perks.

he doesnt he just spams m2 the whole time and holds chainsaw then he stops it and you cant do bs cuz he is just gonna keep going around then he just kills you instantly and when you would want to go inside a locker he didnt use his chainsaw then he just picks you up
Yeah I am a firm believer now you never played him in a decent mmr.
You have to have really good control over his chains swings to not hit the most tiniest of objects that cause a 5 second tantrum if you make the smallest of mistakes. Not to mention the invisible objects that you hit that seem to be all over the game.

I hate that you don't feel any value from thana until you get all of them. Even as legion it sucks and you can bet your boots that atleast one guy helps religiously after every hit
yeah I agree. You get a hit. 2% for thana…. Dejavú…6% oh they have resilience too? 9%…
Still absolutely weird Deja Vu's buff was never reverted like intend. It was only meant to exist as a temporary solution until Regress Events came in. -

I would say both overcharge and CoB can be reverted, when 3-gen feature basically limits their maximum use. They are just useless right now, even with reverted values, I wouldn't consider them good.

I'm fine with that as well, but a lot of people lose their minds when you suggest even moderate buffs to bad regression perks.
Cob and OC need their OG values back.
Just not when used together. Surge could use a small buff, eruption too due to the 8 regression events. Oppression needs to be 60 seconds.
I lowkey wish thana was 2.5 % or 3% but I am not sure if that is too much.
-
Legion is fine. Dredge needs some QOL.

@Kyle123 said:
he doesnt deserve a buff
he just spams m2 and he gets it pretty quickly back and got 3 uses thats unfair and then he just uses bamzoole so survivors cant escape from him which is totally unfair then he just chases you so you gotta drop every pallet
then he camps the hook and once the person rescues the other one they both get downed cuz he is just a camper
make his chainsaw last longer but also he should be slower using it cuz its unfair how much op he is and he is boring he is just a copy of hillbilly that is just for looping,tunneling and camping he takes 0 skill to use
hillbilly takes skill to play so remove bubba from existenceHe takes 0 skill to use… yeah….you've never played him in decent mmr….
-
Or what if they just put it back to normal like it use to be. It didn’t need the nerf to begin with.

Agreed! Victor should count for obvious reasons. That crap head is scary 🤣

This is so far from the truth. It’s easier than ever to shut her down. I went against her yesterday, by myself turned off 4 TVs. She wasn’t able to get but 1 condemn stack on my friends.
I cleansed whatever I got easily without worry, nothing she can do about it either since I can do it right in her face with the fastest killer interaction in the game

What TV? She's teleporting all over the map????
Dude…. It’s a 16 meter blast radius. You don’t get 5 stacks in that short amount of time from her teleporting all around the map. It’s because you didn’t turn the tv off near you.😅😅
Behavior practically holds your hand now to tell YOU that you are getting condemned by showing a visual static 16 meter aura around the tv. If that’s not enough you get to see the TVs aura in white showing you which one is condemning you. If that’s not enough you get a directional audio sound of the tv that tells you which direction it’s in.
It’s not like the TVs have legs and walk around the map chasing survivors condemning you. At this point it’s your fault.

No, as:
- base gen time was increased to 90 seconds,
- gen tapping is no more,
- base gen kick (even with pop) takes -5%. So pop took -5% and then -30% of what's left.
Dejavú needs to lose the 6%. It was a temporary solution until the 3 gen system got put into place. That would help a little bit so they can’t stack multiple dejavús, on top of resilience’s etc
At least give pop 60 seconds instead of 45.
I gotta find the survivor, chase them, injury them, chase more, down, find a hook, walk to a hook, finally then walk my fat butt to a Gen and hope it has a decent amount of progress.(Below is credited to the individual who wrote this)
I really think people underestimate how long it takes killers to do anything. Do you know how long it takes to hook a survivor?2.7 wipe animation
3 second pickup animation
~10 seconds to walk to a scourge hook (a little more than half the bar, sometimes more sometimes less, but scourge hooks are harder to get to sometimes)
1.5 second hook animation
2.7 + 3 + 10 + 1.5 + 11 = 28.2 seconds.Let that sink in.

If it weren’t already clear, the 700th round of gen defense nerfs makes it pretty clear: people don’t understand why killers run gen defense. The base speed of the game is nearly impossible for killer to win against good survivor groups. Nerfing these perks only further incentivizes camping and tunneling, which I guarantee will get worse after this update.
I feel ya. Personally, Dejavú needs to lose the 6%. It was a temporary solution until the 3 gen system got put into place. That would help a little bit so they can’t stack multiple dejavús, on top of resilience’s etc… COB and OC need a buff back to OG values but get diminished when used together.

”Also I have been getting camped by victor…but despite being ontop of me the meter doesn’t go u”
This is a bug, they know and they are working to fix it.
The anti FACE camp won’t likely be increased. It’s for face camping. If it’s not going very fast it means a teammate is too close by. -
singularity needs QOL for sure without a doubt. I’ve taken a lot of time to play him and he’s frustrating. I have videos to show that.

That’s a good idea too hahaha
-
This game isn’t nearly as toxic in my opinion as some other games I’ve seen. The worst you’ll get is tea bagged at the gate or hit on hook 😅🤣
I just laugh at it while cursing at them and then I get a snack. Life is good 🤣🤣
