unless you want Ghostface to end up like Leatherface, i'd suggest dropping the whole hooked survivors shouldn't reveal argument.
Leatherface can't be balanced when his ability to camp a hook is the strongest of any killer. If Ghostface could have a free Insidious to prevent BT when standing in front of the hook, you'd see a lot of calls to action, and you know what happened to Legion...
-
couldn't get the Not_Queen one (not truly a DBD related question but ok) or The Clown lore one (who is he again?)
-
I much prefer the quieter music, i don't need it blaring in my ears for me to know/care that a "scary" killer is trying to kill me.
When the music is so loud that its hard to think, there's an issue.

Eac doesn't care about wiggle and struggle macro. I'm using it and many fogwhisperes aswell. No need to be afraid, especially not if you use the software which came with your mouse and keyboard
regardless of EAC, if you read the EULA, its against that.

There will be no difference between unranked and ranked in this game as people in all different skill brackets are in undeserved ranks due to niche, uncontrollable variables.
-
ummm, you get shards pretty often. Dont know what other people are trying to say, if you really enjoyed this game, and played it often enough to be able to consider PURCHASING characters, then you more than likely have the shards to do so
-
meanwhile, all the survivors that still have flashlight macro
-
The changes are nice, but i still think Object will just be run all the time to troll him.
rendering him unable to do the main thing Behaviour set out for him to do, scare people and get the drop on them.
At least partial immunity would be great for some uncertainty
-
Ghostface and Wraith, to become the true spooky boi

From this thread we can see that stealth perks need some tuning to be more useful. they're not as toxic or powerful as some other perks, so why not buff them?
-
"you see what the problem is? it's Objective."
-
Who?
-
they said they didnt wanna give her Vile Purge any debuff's because "it would be too much like The Doctor"
that being said, i disagree wholeheartedly,
-
if they did, everyone would dc. there would be no data from the ptb. it would ship to live. people would dc live. the killer would be changed.
-
we need to get A LOT of things for David.
-
..
-
if you expand the Peanits quote, the 80% is actually under extremely false pretenses and is actually much lower than that.
-
someone didnt watch the livestream.
-
the perk doesn't change anything. now the fast killer's are even faster. Spirit being 115+ will make her near perfect.
-
It would be if they gave you a token to bring one perk back with you at tier 1.
-
Why would having your camera on him for 1 second disable his power? some people have their camera on Myers and have 0 CLUE as to where he is because he might not actually be in plain sight!
And for a stealth killer, losing your tokens that actually make you stealthy if the obsession for whatever reason dies is rather silly. It's terror radius within chase, its not that big of a deal in most scenario's.
-
After the changes to DS, you'd think the detractors of the perk would be done hating on it. apparently, they'd rather it be thrown into the old Deja Vu tier rather than be a viable perk to disrupt tunneling behaviour.
-
honestly a DBD movie showing Endgame Collapse at the climax would be really thrilling to watch
-
Everyone says they want a survivor with their licensed killer, but who do you see playing Quentin or Tapp? They easily become forgotten unless their perk yields significant value. the only reason people played Laurie is because she is the DS Queen and is thus a face of toxicity. Wanna know how many times i saw Laurie after the DS change? One.
It would be great to have 3 new survivor perks, but to spend resources on an easily forgotten character is a waste.
-
I enjoy looping as survivor, its thrilling and fun to use tools to my advantage. Now, i do not use perks that assist in a chase (Lithe / BL ), so i would not be aware of the sheer amount of strength certain loops have, but if they were created in a way that would be healthier, i wouldn't mind that.
-
Someone else missed a Healing Skillcheck on me. i was downed, hooked, taken off the hook and then decided to run away and heal myself with a medkit. I was healing myself for ~4 seconds with no progress at all, by that time, the killer had noticed me through Nurse's and downed me again.
-
If you're not having fun, just play another game! CIV 5 is pretty good so i've heard...
-
the music needs to be tuned when other sounds are being played within your vicinity.
If the hatch is open near you, the music goes quieter. This along with other important sounds.
-
i think
-
I dont want to play a certain character just because their perks are stronger for it. We already have a meta, we dont need to have a further reinforced meta by forcing killers and survivor's to play certain character's.
If i want to play daddy David, i want to play daddy David. I do not want to play Bill, although he's cool, just for a better Borrowed Time.

Some of y'all cosmetics be fat, and ugly, and unattractive, but that is ok. Just be who you are. We out here livin' lavish with our cosmetics and DLC. So stop blaming killers, stop blaming survivors, and stop blaming Behaviour for all of your problems.

50% 1800 Mouse DPI

Spirit is a better killer than Plague. She's also a rather scary killer as well, which makes for a more thrilling environment for survivors.
Plague can't cut it in the higher tiers but she's not as difficult to play
-
Here's a bonus, unrelated tip for this thread, Dying Light is actually a good perk on Plague as the survivor has 0 reason to heal during the match unless you're slugging for some odd reason. Obviously Mori's would make it more viable, but you get the gist.
-
Honestly, this idea is actually pretty great. Makes complete sense as well.

Agreed. Freddy needs more buffs.

i believe macro's were against the new EULA they implemented a month or two ago

Just make him Kano. It's what we all deserve.
-
what exactly am i looking at?
-
Put a minifridge in your room and place your PS4 in there. Overheat problem solved! we smart. 🧐
-
Hey...why not both?
-
Legion's power was meant to circumvent pallets altogether, guess not anymore.

Is it possible that it may have simply been some sort of bug? Did you receive a prompt when you first arrived at the Hatch?
no, i arrived before the hatch had opened, the survivor arrived a moment before it actually opened and the waiting started then.

I think the Plague's problems are a microcosm of the balance process. It seems like the devs really rely too much on low and mid level play regarding balance. Rank 12-15 survivors cleanse right away, full stop. Rank 8-10...maybe one or two might. Beyond that, forget about it. I'm not saying I'm an amazing player, but those of us at purple and red ranks every reset would really like more killer viability and variety.
you're fully correct on this.
On Rank Resets, survivor's dont even wait until they're broken to cleanse, the moment i mark them with Vile and leave to find other survivor's, theyve already corrupted a fountain.
Meanwhile in higher ranks, they're using walls to maximum efficiency to dodge Vile Purge, and they never cleanse whilst also having multiple perks to keep them alive (aka they didn't take self-care)

There are no such things as Hatch Stand-Offs. They are extinct.
Apparently there is a way to close the hatch just as the Survivor is trying to jump in -- I believe this is a ping-based latency thing more than an actual intention.
Regardless, you were not supposed to win that. Survivor got their first, he gets out.
you say that, but i literally was at the hatch first. The survivor arrived just as the hatch opened, and i was unable to close it. as i moved away to shut the hatch, i received no prompt to close it. So i am unsure what you are trying to say.
-
I think they actually are working as intended, it is just that the ping along with the shoddy killer lunge animations make it feel like hits that hit, shouldn't.
Yeah, i know, it feels like BS, but when playing killer most hits feel fair and that they registered properly
-
Great pun btw.
I think it depends on whether you think prestiging in general is worth it. I play mostly survivor, but have all perks on the survivor's that i play so when i do put points into killer, i have no worries in doing so. I have Freddy Prestige 3 using mostly points i gained as survivor.
I think wait and save bloodpoints until PTB for Freddy comes out, then you can make a firm decision as to whether not he seems worth continuing to farm for.
-
You can change your title as well, and i agree, the button add-ons suck in particular. There is no reason to stab someone twice unless of course you're running Frank's and even then it is so inefficient that you'll never feel as though you're getting anything out of it. Especially when they reduced the speed of vaulting.
