Unless this screenshot was taken when all gens were completed. The anti-facecamp bar disappears in end game :).

You mean we should play lobby simulator? A game where a single character costs more than a full chapter in DBD? A character you're not even guaranteed to play?
No thanks, I have better things to do :). -
You can hold down Shift to prevent someone from healing you, move a bit and shake wildly to indicate you dont want to have them help you.
But yeah, it needs something like a blue buff icon in the bottom right corner. -
The Chaos Shuffle modifier is available in the live version of the game (Not the PTB). You don't have to do anything special, just go to the menu where you normally select Play Killer / Play Survivor etc and you'll find a seperate button to go to the Chaos Shuffle queue.

9/10 games I have played today has been nothing but tunnel, tunnel, tunnel, and pain res + pop and one or two lockdown perks
Trying to do any of the tome challenges has been an impossible task. I'm sick of this sweating for 4K's all the time, as if the killer player's life was on the line. Seriously, relax and try to have fun instead.
I just needed to vent some frustration around the BP event, which is the time where the sweat is turned up to 11.Oh no, the killer is trying to get their objective done! They are called "Killer", not "Let-Aliver" for a reason. Also, if that is the Killer player's definition of having fun and a good time, who am I to judge?
In situations like these I try to buy as much time as I can for my team, if I fail at a daily or a challenge there's always another game after to get it done. -

you are aware the difference between Ruthless and Merciless is quite literally meaningless, right?
You have already won the match if you get a 3k, get over it
Unless you're doing adept.

They do stack, which is part of the reason why they got nerfed. In the old '3-gen meta', with Overcharge and Call Of Brine both being at 200%, you could have a gen regress at 400% if nobody stopped it in time, making this combination insanely strong.
However, even after the nerfs they still stack, but the effects are of course not as strong as before. -
I found the source of the mystery Rift fragments: the Prologue and Epilogue nodes in Level 2 of the current tome also have a reward attached to them xD.

It's incredibly Rare. It's usually blank (P0) until the match ends.
The killer's prestige level has always shown up for me even with the match still ongoing. Perhaps you went against a few killers in a row who simply hadn't prestiged that particular character yet.
As others stated, it has no bearing on the match or matchmaking at all so it makes little sense to have that information hidden until the match is over.
So it could just be a bug, or perhaps a new A/B test of some sort. -
I also seem to have received some Rift fragments when I loaded in. I don't know if I am just seeing things or whether this was intended …
-
Because it's not just a shop, it just shows all cosmetics that exist for that character. You can toggle several filters to display or hide them, but ultimately it is also meant as a full overview of what exists for each character.

iirc they stated that single/two piece outfits from the older rifts will not be added to the store whatsoever, same goes with green or lower rarity outfits. So some of these are confirmed to not be added!
This.
Confirmed in the Reddit AMA of September 7, 2023:
Q: Will you bring back old cosmetics for newer players? There’s a few I’d really enjoy that aren’t in store anymoreA: Event-limited Outfits will come back every year for new players to obtain, same for Very Rare and above Rift Outfits, however Legacy Outfits will not be returning. -Rose

Singularity being able to hear pods getting disabled map-wide was a bug, and this was fixed in patch 7.7.0:
So what you've been experiencing is intended.

no I don’t think there is currently any roadmap for next updates.
The next one should be revealed in June with the anniversary stream!
these ones should be the current ones and we got pretty much everything on it I think? (distressing, this is not happening and genetic limits didn’t get any changes yet right?)Of the three roadmaps, the one showing upcoming live updates is outdated. The most recent one is from March 2024:
Three perks have been removed.

I hope it's not prior release charms. I have a lot of hours in this game and have spent a lot of money on it too (way too much to admit) and I love having a charm that is rare from a rift or one that was only able to be obtained from a code. Charms are so small that I don't think they give a big amount of FOMO for new players. I don't have the first few couple of rift charms and it's cool to see them on someone else's hook because it shows how seasoned of a player they are. I hope they don't take this away by allowing people to buy them now :/
It is prior release charms. For example, in the current bundle you will find a bear trap charm from the first Rift, and it was originally in the Premium track:

Yeah the site is currently not displaying screenshots correctly, they all get squeezed into portrait mode. If you click on them you should see them normally.

But they brought back Nea's Counterculture outfit which was only rare :/
Do you happen to know when they added that cosmetic to store? Was that before or after the above-mentioned AMA?
Ultimately it's up to BHVR to decide and it's possible, of course, that they walk back on earlier decisions. We can only hope, for I too am missing this Claudette cosmetic (along with the single head piece, the skirt, etc). -
I agree, but sadly it's not likely to ever return to the store. In their Reddit AMA of September 7, it was confirmed that only Very Rare and above Rift cosmetics will eventually return to store. And Claudette's Montreal Chill outfit is unfortunately of lower rarity than that.
It is why Rift cosmetics are now always Very Rare, so there is a guarantee they will come back eventually.
Link to the AMA:Vikram - Sr Product Manager Q: Does hitting "thumbs up" on player who was good to play with do anything? Do you actively use the data at the moment? I'd love to believe that sending positive feedback has positive effects. A: It is monitored tough there is presently no direct incidence. That said all data is good data for… -
Don't worry, they are aware!

That's not necessarily a bug, just a poor wording of the challenge.
"Hit a Survivor with your weapon" means a basic attack or M1. The same happens when you're playing Legion and hitting Survivors in Feral Frenzy. These are power hits too and won't progress the challenge.
Nurse's blink attacks were changed to count as special attacks / M2 a while ago. -

I’m really excited for the new update because of the shop rework and I can’t really find an answer anywhere.
According to the April roadmap, the update should go live on April 23rd, as that is also the day the new Rift/Tome opens. Normally the update drops a day before a new Rift/Tome, but recently it was confirmed that they will now do both on the same day.
However, considering the enormous backlash surrounding the Twins rework, there might be some delay or not all content may make it to live on that date. -

In a past Q&A/Reddit AMA, it was confirmed that all Very Rare and above Rift cosmetics (excluding Deep Rift) will eventually be added to the in-game store.
You might have noticed that, for a while now, all cosmetics in the Rift have been at least Very Rare. We haven't had a green/Rare cosmetic for a long time. I actually don't remember when we last had one in a Rift.
It was also confirmed that cosmetics from Amazon Prime drops will eventually find their way to the store as well. Although we don't know when or in what frequency. Dwight's Valentine skin was added 2 months ago, for example, but that one originally came after the two Artist cosmetics, both of which have not been added yet.
These Artist cosmetics are green/Rare rarity, but I am not sure if the same policy applies here (that only Very Rare and above are added to store). -
This was true for the Lights Out mode as well. It's not necessarily a bug since you are still playing a public match of DBD. But in the next mid chapter update, depipping will be removed entirely so this will not be a thing for much longer.
-
Yeah, the shirts are currently gone from all survivors. Yesterday I tried unfollowing and re-following DBD on Steam, which for a moment seemed to fix the issue. I got the shirts back upon launching the game.
But when I closed the game and came back later, they were gone again. -

to be fair, that one killer addon is disabled outside of the Halloween events while survivor item event addons are not so it is possible this map might get disabled because it does have some event exclusive function I think?
The event has now ended, and it looks like Bloodsense Maps are still available for use!
-
And they're gone again. Issue is NOT resolved!

Update, I just unfollowed DBD on Steam and re-followed, then booted up the game. This restored the shirts to all relevant character's inventories.

PTB's only come out for "major" updates. IE new killer, new survivor, new map.
BHVR usually gives info when an upcoming PTB is released, once they have new major content to show.
Currently (I think) there is no PTB release date yet.
Mid-chapters also have PTBs, even though they don't necessarily contain new content. In the upcoming Mid-chapter patch there will be some major updates to The Twins for example, and these will first be put to the test.
We might get the PTB on April 2nd, but as always it's better to wait for an official announcement. -
Can confirm, it's missing :(
-
I think that it's intentional, so that you don't have to complete every challenge in order to get all the goodies. And I hope they'll continue with this trend going forward.
Plus, any leftover trinkets are converted into Bloodpoints by the end of the event, so it's a win-win!
-
Without any recording or screenshots it's difficult to know what exactly happened.
There are plenty of perks that can suppress scratch marks. Are you sure that nobody in your matches brought any of the following perks?
- Babysitter (unhooked survivor leaves no scratch marks for 8 seconds)
- Boon: Shadow Step (survivors in its aura leave no scratch marks, effect lingers for a few seconds after leaving boon range)
- Dance With Me (after fast vaulting a window or out of a locker, you leave no scratch marks for 3 seconds)
- Deception (after using it you leave no scratch marks or pools of blood for 3 seconds)
- Distortion (once triggered, suppresses scratch marks for 10 seconds)
- Lightweight (scratch marks disappear 5 seconds faster and are much harder to track)
- Low Profile (suppresses scratch marks for 90 seconds)
- Lucky Break (injured survivor leaves no scratch marks for 60 seconds. Timer stops when healthy and can be recharged)
- Parental Guidance (stunning the killer suppresses scratch marks for 7 seconds)
- Self-Preservation (suppresses scratch marks for 10 seconds)
- Teamwork: Collective Stealth (suppresses scratch marks when close to teammate who healed you or until one of you loses a health state)
Note, the above perks also have other effects (for example, suppressing pools of blood, grunts of pain etc) but I only listed the part concering scratch marks.

I wish you would have shown his build at the end... it's hard to tell.
He clearly have Lightweight, he could have stop running and crouching in the blood circle so you couldn't hear him...
OP literally wrote "He had Off the record, hope, Lithe and Deja Vu" in the first line of their post :P.
-
I went against a bunch of Sabo/Boil Over enjoyers a while ago, and managed to slug all 4 to death. In end game chat they wrote in Czech and I simply asked 'English please?' to which they responded that I am an 'illiterate #########' (also in Czech, I learned that after using a translator xD).
-
The blood disappearing faster was most likely due to the active Blood Zone, which has that effect. Steve could have used that to his advantage to throw you off.
What I find strange, though, is that the scratch marks stop at the door leading outside (0:22), with no clear trail leading anywhere outside. The perk Hope gave him 7% haste, since all gens were completed, which can explain the distance he got on you. Off The Record was no longer in play, since it deactivates completely when the gates are powered.
He might have stopped at the door, and walk back inside. Though the scratch marks were so fresh you probably would have heard his grunts.
It's a bit strange.
-
So far, any event item has always remained available for use after their associated event ended. We can still use Lunar New Year toolboxes, Masquerade flashlights and Bone Chill party starters, after all.
Only the offerings are disabled until next year, the exception being anniversary cakes.
-
It could be a bug, though do note that the Sable has Off The Record!
This perk has various effects, one of them being that it protects the survivor from any aura reading abilities for 80 seconds after being unhooked. Even when the Endurance effect has been used up or cancelled prematurily (due to a conspicuous action), the aura read blocking should still work for the entire duration. Was this Sable unhooked within 80 seconds of the moment you recorded here?
Distortion specifically states in its perk description that it does not work while in the Dying State, but Off The Record does not have this condition. It's likely that the Sable was still under its effect.
-
This might be intentional, since Pyramid Head's cages work differently from hooks. Being rescued from a cage does not trigger any associated perks, since they are a special prop and different from hooks.
Also, in the off chance that the killer was using the perk Terminus, this counters Adrenaline by applying the Broken status effect to all injured survivors, until one of the exit gates are opened.
-
So far, there is no known way to obtain it as it is not a reward in the current Blood Moon event.
All we can do is wait!
-
That is not a bug. Myers has an add-on called "Fragrant Tuft of Hair", which gives him infinite Tier 3 at the cost of taking 200% longer to reach that.
It helps to check a killer's perks and add-ons after a match, if something happened you don't understand :).

I wish the probability of finding event offerings in the blood web, would go down to the minimum percentage. I’m still getting a lot of event offerings in the killer blood webs, and the event offerings are so terrible that I’d never use them event if I could.
I'm actually glad that they're still available and spawning in decent frequency. We might not be able to use them now, but we can still stock up for next year :). And by then I'm sure its effects have been reworked.
