I am pretty sure they are the same reward, just worded differently. So it's a one time login bonus of 1m, not two.

Hit 10 survivor(s) within 30 seconds of them being revealed by an aura reading ability.
Scratched Mirror Myers has a field day with this one. I got it in one match as Clown with the cigar box add-on, and Awakened Awareness, Lethal Pursuer, Nowhere to Hide for aura reading.
Down 5 survivors affected by a status effect that you inflicted.
Plague might be the one for this, just get someone Broken and down them. Ghostface should equally have no trouble with this one. Or just run noed.
Hook 2 different survivors with 60 seconds. Do this 5 times.
Definitely best on instadown killers, like Bubba.

Awesome! The drizzle is finally becoming a proper rain of blood points.

I love the math but where does it say that the blood shot eye increases BP gain by 50%? I double checked the offering and no where does it say it increases the blood point gain. the only mention of 50% is 50% extra speed when doing event actions.
This was also mentioned in the livestream. Not the exact percentage (as far as I know), but that the offering would increase the BP gain even more. The fact that it's not mentioned in the description might be an oversight.
It would've been nice if the BP bonus had started at 150% rather than 50, and gone up to, say, 500% or something. Now that's how you make "blood points rain down upon your players"!

Is it just a head piece for Knight? Something I really dislike is single piece cosmetics for killers because they never really go well with anything else.
The Knight helm seems to be an exception here. I paired it with his Wasteland Collection body and sword in this screenshot. I have also seen gamers run it with the Halloween body and prestige body.

Me staring at BHVR until they give us the mass of bloodpoints we were promised

This is the offering you're looking for. It will send you to the Withered Isle realm to which both Garden of Joy and Greenville Square belong.
-
Only if the Killer is already descending into basement. Once they've passed the long staircase and are on the left-hand turn deeper into basement, they should hear the ongoing invocation. The sound cue when it's finished can be heard map-wide.
-
I believe a copy/hallucination emits a white aura when you are close by, which is visible through objects as well. So if you can find any obstacle to put in between yourself and the clone, you should be able to tell real from fake. It might also show up through your own body.

Good job!

Domrebel is a design studio in Canada. It's a licensed collab I think.
This. Original characters can also receive licensed cosmetics. A few other examples are the bunny suits for Legion (Silent Hill collection) and the cosmetics belonging to the Artists From The Fog collection. In these cases, the outfits do not receive a Shard price 4 weeks after release but can only be bought with Auric Cells.

If you got the spikes for the first time after kicking the gen, that does not mean it's blocked from then on. It acts as a warning that the gen is about to reach the 8 regression events (usually this starts at 4). You kicked the gen 3 times, got maybe 1 Pain Res proc on it, so your kick would have been the 5th regression event, at most the 6th if both hit that gen. That should have allowed for at least one other kick. Without a video, however, it's difficult to judge exactly what happened.
-
It should still work. Did the killer have Lightborn equipped? If yes, they don't get blinded, only stunned.
-
Not a bug. As stated above, now that the Stranger Things perks are back to being teachables, you have to own and Prestige the characters to 1 in order to continue leveling up their perks or unlock them on other characters.
-
And how many matches did you play for these stats, versus the many thousands, if not tens of thousands of matches played every day worldwide? Surely you don't think your own bubble is even remotely representative?
-
This badge is the reward for completing Level 2 of the current tome.
-
Xenomorph is a lot of fun in this mode. You're giving survivors an extra tool to detect you, but I think that adds to the tension. Especially when you destroy the turret with the survivor still being at a tile, not knowing from where you will strike.
-
Did you let go of the generator in order to apply Blast Mine? You can't put it on anymore while sitting on and actively working on the generator like before. It also plays a distinct animation when you put it on a gen.
-
To add to the comment above, Machine Learning also plays a distinct sound cue when you apply it to a generator. You need to charge the perk first by kicking any gen (no sound cue), then you can apply it (sound cue). If you happen to kick another gen, Machine Learning transfers to that one, also with the sound cue.
-
By itself, the green map only has a range of 8 meters which is not much. Were you using any range extension add-ons together with the Red Twine?
Was it tracking other items correctly or nothing at all? You might also have been suffering from the Blindness status effect.

Well, that's why it is called a challenge. Not a walk in the park.
-
Currently at 9 out of 30, and the fact that I never bring/use flashlights (only for the occasional tome challenge) is starting to show ... I mess up more blinds than I land :P.
Well, by the end of it I too will be a master flashlight blinder. Hopefully...
-
From the patch notes: "Number of regressions per Generator is indicated by increasing VFX after 3 or more regression events."
So essentially they act as a warning, telling you that you're approaching the limit of 8 regression events on that generator. Once you've hit that mark, the spikes will block the gen permantely (for you).

I've had a few hillbilly matches today and I can't tell you how unbelievably broken this killer feels now. The only thing they are all doing is endless chainsaw spams. I also had one injure me after breaking a pallet. Since when has that been a thing? I just don't understand the thought process that goes into these changes.
Hillbilly's LoPro Chains add-on (Purple/Very Rare) allows him to continue his chainsaw sprint after breaking a pallet or wall. However, if he hits a Survivor within 5 seconds of doing so he only deals 1 health state of damage, so a healthy Survivor will only be injured, not downed. This add-on has been in the game since patch 4.1.0 and originally did not have the 5-second timer. This was added later in patch 4.1.1. So at least 4 to 5 years ago.

The campfire is hot, but not as hot as shirtless Jonah.

Yeah that's a bummer, I was hoping for some kickass killer cosmetics in the theme of Year of the Dragon. And to further expand the hoard of items on my mains :(.
Next year, hopefully.
-
They're not gone, you just reached page 2 of her cosmetic library. If you go back to page 1 you should find the pieces you're looking for.
-
Same, my UI Scale setting is set to 100% as well which never was an issue, until now.
-
I'd like to add that my UI Scale setting is at 100%
-
If you just got out of a match, it's not unlikely to run into the same player again in the next one. Since there is no killer repeat prevention, this is just bad luck and not a bug.

Can confirm, here's an example of mine!

All my survivors have the Broken Mill charm from Rift 14, no exceptions. As a Dutch person I can't afford NOT to run this charm now, can I? :P
Aside from that one, I run many different charms on my survivors and especially on my mains I switch them around from time to time, often in accordance with seasonal events. Right now, my two survivor mains have the following charms:
CLAUDETTE: Broken Mill (Rift 14), Jonah Vasquez Figurine (Rift 12), Incubated Plant (Rift 16)
JONAH: Broken Mill (Rift 14), Science Girl Issue #1 (Rift 12), Pub Dartboard (Rift 11)
Both my mains have a charm referencing the other!
On Killer I try to use charms that fit them the most, and I'm sad I've missed a couple of rifts (like the Plague one). I have everything from Rift 9 onwards, so killers like Trickster, Ghostface, Skull Merchant and Twins have appropriately decorated hooks.
My killer main is Artist and I have 3 cosmetic loadouts preset for her, each with 2 recurring charms and a unique crow charm that fits the outfit.
1) Fascinating Assemblage dress + Anniversary mask -> Pentimento charm (Prestige reward), Crow in Disguise (Twisted Masquerade), Cyber Feather (Rift 16)
2) Robe of Reprisal dress + Inky Gaze head -> Pentimento charm (Prestige reward), Creepy Crow (Rift 17), Cyber Feather (Rift 16)
3) Wistful Grief dress + False Crown head -> Pentimento charm (Prestige reward), Undead Crow (Rift 13), Cyber Feather (Rift 16)
During the last Bone Chill, I had the frosty dress + weapon and the frosty eyes equipped, and ran the Wormy Wreath as the corresponding charm.

Unfortunately, I don't think they will punished. Even the ones who abused locker bug exploit didn't get punished as I know, so I don't think that kind of behaviors will be considered punishable.
They really need to do something for hook spawns.
For the record, the flashlight+locker glitch was definitely punished, as long as any reports made in-game were backed up through a support ticket with video evidence.
Bringing a killer to to the high ground while running Boil Over is just taking a perk's intended effect to the extreme, but falls within normal gameplay and is not an exploit, however annoying it may be. Sometimes survivors run Boon: Exponential instead and set it up in a good spot. It is what it is.

The Headcase cosmetics for Ace are now part of the DLC bundle he's in (Maddening Darkness), at least according to the wiki:
https://deadbydaylight.fandom.com/wiki/Maddening_Darkness_Pack
All the stuff for the OG 4 and Nea have likely also been incorporated into the Gold Edition, meaning that buying the game now will get you these outfits. I am not sure this is the case though, and would really love an official statement on this.
Anyone who had purchased the Bloodstained Sack, 80's Suitcase and Headcase prior to their removal will still have these cosmetics in their respective character's inventories.

There was a bug on the PTB that caused the new anti 3-gen mechanic to not work properly. That should have been addressed now.
As to which of the 3 scenarios is true: the first one. Every gen from the start of the match can only be damaged 8 times by means of a 'regression event' (anything that takes away 2,5% or more progress instantly).
-
The PTB takes data from the live server from about 2 weeks in the past. Any progress you made in live since then is therefore not visible. At the same time, any progress made in the PTB itself won't transfer back to live, since it's an old save anyway. Once the PTB closes or you switch back to live normally, everything will be back the way it was.

1.Is Sadako still undetectable in her ability or did she get her small terrorradius back?
2.How long will the Tv cooldowns be?
3.Do the tapes only deactivate TVs and remove condemned, when putting them in a TV? (Passive condemned, when holding one?)
I believe these things are explained in the Dev update on the first page of this thread.
- When The Onryo teleports, Survivors within 16m of a powered TV will receive a stack of Condemned.
- The teleport cooldown has been removed, allowing her to teleport more frequently.
- When a Survivor is hooked, their current Condemned progress becomes locked in, preventing it from being removed.
Cursed Tapes
We’ve also reviewed the way Cursed Tapes work to bring back some of their fondly remembered behaviour.
- Cursed Tapes no longer protect Survivors from gaining Condemned.
- Cursed Tapes are no longer destroyed or inflict Condemned when a Survivor is hit.
- Cursed Tapes can only be deposited in the further TV from where they were picked up.
-
I also wonder if you'll still be able to kick a gen for Nowhere To Hide (or Oppression) even when the gen has reached its 8 regression event limit. Does the generator interaction remain active without any further regression, or will the killer not be able to interact with it at all anymore?
-
I'm curious to see the new 'regression events' in action, though I usually don't play PTBs (mostly I just watch content creators and then have a go at it myself when the updates come to live).
Perhaps STBFL should only lose tokens when the Obsession takes a hit from either an M1 or an M2, not by losing a health state by any means. Otherwise they can also cause the killer to lose stacks from simply using Plot Twist in a corner, which is completely out of the killer's control.
-
It is important to note that a 'gen regression event' as mentioned in the dev update, only applies to actions that instantly take 2.5% of a gen or more. So a normal kick, or Pain Resonance, or Surge.
Ruin does not do that, it just causes the gen to regress from whatever point it is on. Therefore it cannot be spammed to quickly make the generator immune to further regression events.
-
STBFL: "2 tokens are lost when the Obsession loses a health state by any means (was basic attacks)."
Me, the obsession: *Goes to a corner for a nice Plot Twist* ...

There is no survivor I actively avoid playing. Whenever there is a tome challenge or daily for any of them, I get that done no problem. Or when I just feel like playing a non-Main character (so anyone other than Jonah, Claudette and to some degree, Cage) I pick whoever I fancy at that moment. It helps if I have some interesting cosmetics for them as well. All my survivors are P3 or above so I can count on full loadouts on all of them.
Now, as to killer: I think Hag is the one I play the least, and I even go so far as to delete her dailies. I suppose that means I actively avoid her. Knight's power-daily is just too complicated to get so I avoid that one too, but I would play him if it was a 'chase for x seconds' daily for example. Same for other killers, if the daily for them is manageable I'll go for it, but I probably won't pick the killer just because I feel like it. Except Artist, my main.
-
Remember Me
Yes, you read that right.
I was playing Artist, the survivors sent me to RPD. My build consisted of Overcharge, Remember Me, Thrilling Tremors and Sloppy Butcher and I managed to get a 4K. The end game chat went as follows:
[Surv1, who brought the offering]: "Poop perkbuilt dude"
[Surv2]: "what a ###### perkbuilding"
[Surv2]: "36 sec for gate you moron"
[Surv1]: "noob"
[Me]: "I mean, it worked"
[Me]: "ggwp"
[Surv2]: "dude and you killers cry about deadhard"
[Surv2]: "Are you serious"
[Surv2]: "This is completely unfair #### ### #### should i do"

My guess is that the Zarina didn't mend in time and that her Deep Wound bar was already neary depleted. It does not run out when you're running, but her slowing down/dropping the pallet here may have caused the timer to run out, putting her in the dying state.
-
That's not a bug.
The Stranger Things perks are no longer common but have been made teachables again. In order to unlock these perks, you have to prestige Nancy and Steve just like you would any other survivor. If you already owned the perks, you can not upgrade them as long as the corresponding character is not at Prestige 1.
So, get Nancy and Steve to Prestige 1 each, then you can continue leveling up your other characters.
