Is Killer Prestige Supposed To Be Visible Before End of Match?
So sometimes when I die, as I just did, I can see the Killer Prestige level on the scoreboard even though the match is still going on.
Usually their perks and Prestige are hidden until the match is completely finished.
What are Survivors supposed to see in this situation?

I think you are supposed to see the prestige even match is still going. I have always seen it whether match is still on or not. You don't really do much with that information like yeah you can say to your friends oh it's P100 blight that's why I died.
It's incredibly Rare. It's usually blank (P0) until the match ends.
as far as I remember it's normal to see it like this. But it's dbd in the end, maybe it's bugged since 5 patches xD
Perks and addons are hidden because swfs exists. Prestige has no bearing on the match so there is no need to hide it.
The killer's prestige level has always shown up for me even with the match still ongoing. Perhaps you went against a few killers in a row who simply hadn't prestiged that particular character yet.
As others stated, it has no bearing on the match or matchmaking at all so it makes little sense to have that information hidden until the match is over.
So it could just be a bug, or perhaps a new A/B test of some sort.
This is how I have always seen it. Maybe you play lot agains't P0 killers as maybe then it doesn't show anything?
I'm only seeing it like this since Crossplay has been disabled on Nintendo Switch. Maybe it's a bug with my platform. We are behind a patch so I'll keep my eye on it.
