legion, stab in the arm, leg and stomach seems like it would be less lethal than most the regular hits in the game tbh. I mean the stomach wound looks pretty bad but it wouldnt be as instantaneous as it is in game.
The lethal part of it is the attack where Legion drags the knife through the chest into the stomach. Yes, it does start as a stab to the chest.
-
I think the first for me was Darkness Among Us, which I do not regret.
Legion's one of my favourite Killers to play and Jeff is my all-time favourite Survivor.
-
Wraith ain't really low tier any more, but if he counts, him and Legion.
Also Blight because I play console -
I'm gonna be honest, Darkness Among Us.

Clock Tower (please)

your the one who said ghostface is better "in every way"
Ghostface's exposing is better, he only needs to get one person exposed (and Myers pretty much also only gets one person exposed at a time), Ghostface can indiviually 99 people and Myers has to waste his whole power just to instadown one person.
Giant lunge is traded off for the lack of a lunge in T1 and also isn't useful in general.
Everything else that you can argue is too nitpicky.

his exposing is worse, ghostface can only get one person exposed, and that one person is exposed for limited time, michael can down anyone within a limit of 60 seconds, plus mega lunge, plus actual good add ons
It takes a long as hell time for Myers to expose everyone for effectively the same benefit of one instadown against good Survivors.

Honestly... I love every idea here. The only one I'm skeptical about is Borrowed Time. The rest seem like reasonable changes.

Yeah, I will complain about things that ruin the lore.
The entity was stated to be afraid of light and even mere light sources are hurtful to it, so they are for the killers who are imbued with Entity's power.
That's the reason all maps are set in the night.
Creating a map set in the day means saying huge ######### you to all previous entries of the lore about the entity. "It was afraid of light and it literally destroys it", whoops, not anymore.
I'm not even talking about the fact that killer will calmly walk under the sun, but get their eyes burnt when survivors shine with their flashlights, which beam won't be even noticeable.
This is the Entity's realm. Why the hell would it make something that can hurt it directly?
It's most likely a fake sun, this can also be applied to Dead Dawg's sun.

The things people will complain about...

I still want him to be called Joe, but yes, #SaveAlex.

Wow
Dead hard is Least favourite? why?
And favourite is Coup De Grace on killer? Can you shrare your experience, why Coup De Grace is favourite? u have choise a bbq and agitation ,maybe hex ruin, but coup de grace?
I despise Dead Hard due to the fact that it feels too easy to use for too much of a reward. And going against it where the Survivor presses E and wastes like 10 more seconds in a chase is just annoying. And when they use it stupidly it's even more frustrating because it means they don't know how to use it in the abusive way and it's a facepalm situation.
Coup might just be because of this one time when I was playing Twins on Swamp (BTW I don't really know how to hardcore camp with Twins and can't land Pounces easily with Victor so I wasn't doing very well). It was T1 Coup and I was looping this Yui iirc. She Dead Harded through the pallet but Coup let me lunge through the pallet and still down her.
Granted, she did DS me immediately afterwards (this was like a few days before 4.6.0), but it was still insanely satisfying to shut down Dead Hard.
The reason I choose it over Ruin or BBQ is because I just like that one situation. Ruin or BBQ have never done that similar thing to me, even though they're far stronger. The dopamine rush I got was just insane. I really want to try Coup De Grace on someone like Myers or Legion.
Close second place for favourite Killer Perk is Save The Best For Last, which is actually a good perk.
-
Favourite:
Survivor - Second Wind
Killer - Coup De Grace
Least Favourite:
Survivor - Dead Hard
Killer - Rancor
-
It's a tossup between three different Killers. Spirit, Freddy and Pyramid Head.
Pyramid Head and Spirit are due to a lack of interactivity with their power and Freddy is because on console, going into the dream freezes the game tremendously.
-
I main Jeff. I play him constantly. Sound very rarely matters and rarely is the deciding factor to my death. Except for against Spirits, where... I mean I'm dead no matter who I play since I don't run Iron Will and even then a lot of Spirits run Stridor.
-
I want it to affect her Lullaby in some way. I don't know exactly what it could be, but perhaps two effects:
- Your Lullaby is now the same distance as your Terror Radius.
- When Undetectable, your Lullaby is silent as well.
This gives her more perk synergy.
-
I require that Jeff cosmetic in my life.
-
It's kinda sad that there's so many Killers that are just pretty unfun to go against for me. And the ones that I do enjoy going against a lot are, of course, really uncommon to see.
-
Second Wind, We'll Make It, Aftercare and Lithe.
Love this build too much and I somewhat have an addiction to it.
-
I'd like to see a Clown or Legion movie. Though Legion's might be a bit simple and it might be bias because I main Legion.
-
A virtuosic Killer, perhaps?

She is the same speed as any other character, and the recovery speed is the same for any other character that has a movement power like, Legion, Nurse, or Oni.
Butt-hurt survivors always get snippy when people point out the obvious. If a Spirit is trying to fool you between a pallet or window, you have time to know if she is charging to phase. Any other time, you can hear her phasing. If you don't like it, get better. All people do is complain about Spirit. Its about predicting where surviors will run, or herding them-which all killers do.
I clearly have Spirit as my main, and I don't run Stridor. I don't get the fuss, any killer can use this perk, and unless a survivor is running Iron Will they make noise regardless-you don't need Stridor to hear them.
Lastly, she's not insanely fast in phase. She is the normal speed of a running survivor. And, there are addons that actually decrease her speed, such as the amulet.
She moves at 7.04 m/s in phase (176%), has half a second after cancelling to keep that boost, and the full power has to recover in 15 seconds. She could cancel it after phasing for about two and then get it back almost immediately to catch up after the hit or do it again on the next loop. She also has zero stun or repercussion for messing up her phase, unlike Legion, Nurse or Oni.
No, you really don't have time to know she's phasing. On most loops, while you're sitting there staring at the slightly brighter shards from across a pallet/window, she's already zoomed around and will get the hit (or hell, even a grab in some cases) immediately.
"If you don't like it, get better" against the Killer that has no viable options against her. Literally every option you could try has some form of counterplay for the Spirit but every option the Spirit has has zero counterplay.
Amulet's speed decrease is 15%, AKA 0.6 m/s. So, instead of being 7.04, she's 6.44. That's still really fast, faster than any exhaustion perk (and longer duration), especially since the phasing duration is increased by over 50%.

They have nerfed her speed in phase (and her addons- with the exception of mother-daughter ring) AND, not to mention there is a tell that she is phasing-she literally lights up it starts at the glass on her right foot.
Still incredibly fast, especially since her power recovers and recharges insanely fast.
Ah yes, the classic "just look at the shards" argument. It's so insanely miniscule you basically have to be conjoined with the Spirit in order to see a difference. And if you're spending time staring at the shards, she's probably able to run across the pallet during phase, because of her insane speed during phase along with the post-phase boost, and just instantly hit you anyways.
-
Honestly, I want her to have a completely overhauled power. Phasing's just a really boring power.
Something completely different is what I'd prefer, but if she can't get that, I'd be fine with just a semi-rework that keeps some of her strength while making her tougher to play and giving her counterplay.
-
I think it's fine. Very strong perk and actually fitting of the Hex, unlike a certain other resource-blocking Hex perk...

That sounds fun, I’ll try it! Why not throwing in PWYF as well instead of Sloppy? With Wraith you can easily build that up, specially with his new movement speed addons.
I'm not a massive fan of PWYF in general, but go for it if you want! It could work well on Wraith.
The reason I said Sloppy is to counteract Dying Light's buff to the obsession.
-
I used to use this a lot on Ghostface but I feel like it would work even better on Wraith.
Ignore The Obsession:
-Rancor
-Save The Best For Last
-Dying Light
-A Perk Of Your Choice (I'd recommend Sloppy Butcher personally)
This works just how you imagine. You don't care about the obsession at all, Mori them at endgame and have 6 stacks and major slowdown to just demolish people with.
-
I was thinking Starstruck would be really good with BBQ and Chili, Agitation and Devour Hope, since the speed boost from Devour Hope could let you catch up to those who were exposed, who are also probably outside of the 40-meter range of BBQ and Chili's deadzone because they held W away from where you were.
On someone like Deathslinger or Clown, this could be very strong, especially since you then get far enough away that you can get a token for Devour Hope.
-
Hey, so I know we've just met and we're trying to get away from a murderous monster right now, but since you're here because I just pulled you off of that hook, can I get your number? I'd like to see you all the time.
-
My top 3 are probably Descend Beyond, Spark Of Madness and Darkness Among Us. Somewhat controversial, but I truly believe it.
Descend Beyond: Good Killer and a decent Survivor. No map but no map is better than a ######### map (looking at you Halloween, Nightmare On Elm Street, Stranger Things, SAW, etc).
Spark Of Madness: Decent Killer (one of the best in terms of design and lore imo) and a great Survivor. Possibly the best indoor map too, though indoor maps generally aren't great.
Darkness Among Us: The best Survivor in the game's history (seriously, I would give a limb for Jeff to get good archives if I could), one of my main Killers, and a map that's unique in terms of visuals and it's somewhat balanced.
-
I believe they confirmed that it is the 30th of March.
-
Literally every bad perk is loved by me in some capacity.
Meta in DBD is boring as sin.
-
Head On.
Hate this perk irrationally.
It's not even good, it's just the most annoying thing ever.
-
Either a bug or a blatant case of hacking.
-
Some kind of elemental Killer. That's it. Fire, water, I don't care about specifics. I just want an element Killer.
-
Ah, I get it.
I'll be a No Mither Jeff main.
Spirit mains will love me.
-
Trapper - Yellow Bag basekit. That's it.
Wraith - Maybe make Bone Clapper basekit?
Hillbilly - I don't think he really needs changes but I kinda like the idea of one pallet being dashed through.
Nurse - Just fix her millions of bugs or buff some of her addons. A lot of them suck.
Myers - Make him 110% in T1. He just needs to be better with his early game to balance out his decent power burst. Alternatively, give him mini Enduring and mini Brutal Strength with T3.
Hag - This is a bit of an outlandish change, but make her 115% with about 7 total traps.
Doctor - Maybe give him a Static Field for a short time after using Static Blast as sort of a lingering effect for about 10 seconds after, perhaps? Could be interesting.
Huntress - For each hatchet she's missing, her movement speed increases by 1%.
Bubba - Perhaps give him a faster recharge time on his charges? Or decrease the amount of stun he gets from using multiple charges, not by a massive amount, just a bit faster recovery?
Freddy - He should get some kind of penalty to his snares. Too easy to use. Perhaps give him a slow while placing snares, similarly to old Clown? Maybe not as much of a slow as old Clown but like make him 75% while placing the snare.
Pig - Let Ambush Vault pallets and continue the rush for 0.8 seconds afterwards.
Clown - Both types of bottle have their own separate reserves. You reload both at the same time at the same duration as now but you get 4 of each kind normally.
Spirit - While phasing, Scratch Marks are invisible.
Legion - Decrease his Frenzy cooldown to 3 seconds.
Plague - Perhaps give her a faster charge speed on Vile Purge for each Fully Sick Survivor, to let her get a bit more snowball without Corrupt Purge.
Ghostface - Decrease Night Shroud's cooldown to 20 seconds. Rework the addons to compensate.
Oni - Perhaps give him a smaller Terror Radius until he gets that first hit, to make him have slightly easier early game.
Deathslinger - I really don't know how to change him without making him OP or useless. Maybe make his Terror Radius louder?
Pyramid Head - Remove the ability to negate the cooldown after leaving Rites Of Judgement by instantly M1'ing. It's tech but it makes him insanely unfun to play against.
Blight - Doesn't really need any changes, in my opinion. Maybe a nerf to Alchemist's Ring? Like, it only gives back one or two charges instead of all of them?
Twins - Give Victor a Terror Radius. Those grunts are silent and it just leads to really frustrating scenarios on maps like Badham where you just can't see him at all.
-
Wraith will be way better than Ghostface.
Ghostface honestly kind of sucks.

Half of the killer roaster already has antiloop mechanics to avoid a stun. You're rarely going to stun a Nurse, Spirit, Hag, Pyramid Head, Doctor, Billy, Oni in Blood Fury, Freddy with Snares, Plague on Corrupt Purge, Bubba, Huntress or Deathslinger. The other half of the roaster may be susceptible to it but pallet stuns are already incredibly unreliable with these servers and you can obtain a more reliable effect just doing a dumb tech Lithe.
It's going to be as useful as Head On...
To expand upon this, the Killers that don't have anti-loop mechanics will probably still lose quite a bit of distance even without Smash Hit.
Smash Hit is an advantage pusher against loopable Killers, but useless against any other Killers or even just Killers that respect pallets.

He couldn't open lockers while Main Event was active on the PTB. He also couldn't pick up survivors or kick pallets. He was stuck in Main Event until the duration was up. So the automatic knife throwing isn't changing anything.
Now you can at least cancel the power at any time which means he's no longer stuck in Main Event until the duration is up.
I mean that's still bad because you're pretty much forcing him to manually cancel his Main Event by pressing one button and jumping in a locker.
-
I don't know how throwing blades works since I can't play PTB, but if it auto throws the blades during Main Event and you can't open lockers while throwing blades, it seems that the best counterplay could be to just jump in a locker, PTB Twins style.
This seems like a bad change.
Not losing ammo during Main Event is barely a buff.
-
I don't think this is even close to the best chapter. Oni's great and all, but...
The map is dull, all of the perks are trash and Yui's never interested me as a character.
-
I think level 27 and I'm not getting any farther because I'm sick of DBD.
My favourite was probably Tome V because of NSS Legion. Even if I really would've loved to see the mask animate, it's still a good cosmetic.
-
Scissorman from Clock Tower.
-
The Character Arc:
-Urban Evasion
-Lightweight
-Decisive Strike
-Head On
The first two are about being scared and trying to hide and the second half are about confronting the Killer.
-
Jeff would not only survive, he'd kill the Killer before anything could happen and anyone else could die.
Granted, he'd probably go to jail for it, but he'd still win in my book.
Okay, but being serious, probably Yui. She's been in a fight before and would probably try everything she could to live while also being wary as to not get jumped by a Killer.

Leprechaun, The Scissorman or a flame-based Killer.

Never cared about Decisive Strike.
Still don't.
I've always loved Second Wind.
While the 4.5.0 change was nice it ultimately didn't change enough about the perk in my opinion.
