FWIW, we have acknowledged the issues on consoles and nobody believes that the people who are dealing with this issue are "entitled whiners" so please move along to another thread.

We already announced that Rank Rewards will come in at the same time as Skill Based Matchmaking is put into the game, as of right now that's not ready to make it's appearance, and is in the testing phase. When we have more information on when this is ready to be implemented into the game, we will communicate this.

https://account.bhvr.com the information that you require is all here on that website. However, right now the ability to link accounts is down for maintenance.

You will only "lose" things on your account when unlinking - and this is because progress etc is retained on the Behaviour account.

@GoodBoyKaru I said I'd update, I do believe that the crowns have now been sent to those that had it unlocked on Frank when it was bugged - so they should now have it on Julie as well.

Please be aware, this is only for those who got the Crown when it was bugged.

When sending in videos to Support, the easiest way to do it is to upload to YouTube and then send the YouTube link in. That way you don't need to download any extra software etc.

Anyone that's still having trouble getting a Crown on a non licenced character - please upload your after game logs to this thread so we can take a look at what's happening. Thank you.

You can get your logs here:

1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run".

2. Type this in the "Run" prompt: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs

3. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file.

Shards were capped at 9k, if you are not getting them now it means that you've already collected the 9k.

As of right now, no there's no need to do that...the system should send the crowns out to everyone that earned them. But I don't have a date on when this will be completed by, when I do have that information I will let you know, if after that point you don't have the crown - then contact Support.

As I confirmed above, if you already have Frank's crown, you will be unable to unlock the crown for Julie in game...so we are handling this manually and adding them to your accounts. For right now, you need to do nothing - if that changes, I will update.

Hi, there was a bug initially where only the Crown for Frank was given out...that bug has now been fixed which is why your sister has been able to get both crowns. However, those that obtained the crown whilst the bug was in place can no longer obtain the crown by playing as Legion - so what we're doing is unlocking the crown for Julie for those that obtained the crown on Frank whilst it was bugged. This is a manual process however, so may take our team a little bit of time to grant it to those who earned it. So please bare with us, you will get the crown.

I don't think that will work I'm afraid.

What I have heard is that people who only got the one crown will have the one for Julie unlocked for them - they don't have to do anything, we will do it on our end...that's not fully confirmed yet, so hang tight I'm afraid, but you will get both crowns!
