Personally I play "nice" most games anyways. Sometimes I let the rest go, but most of the time I just let the last one go because usually I want to have some semblance of a normal match.
Funny story- I just played a match a few hours ago where someone DCed early. I carried on the match as usual and got the remaining 3 on death hook before killing any of them. When it was down to one I let him go and it happened to be someone from 2 years ago who I let get the left4dead trophy. It was a nice little reunion where they thanked me again.

Ooh good idea. Character portraits would be much more useful to find out who was who without needing to pull up the menu.

It's fun to make predictions on which areas survivors will run through and make you feel big brain when you catch them.
Playing against him though the chase can end before it even begins and the only fun part about playing survivor is being chased imo.

You had to hook each person at least one to mori them.
Oh you don't know? There was a time where moris would straight up let you kill a survivor the first time you downed them. No hooks needed.

The other day I played against a swf running for the people and soul guard. Quite the combo especially with dead hard in the mix. The got some cheeky revives in my face. I should've realised sooner that what I should've done was go for the one using ftp, but I was a bit too dumbfounded. Anyways with a couple of friends you can relive those times.
What sucks about ftp is when you use it in solo q it takes the survivor a hot minute to realize what you did because they just don't expect it and it can result in them pretty much going right back down.

Sadly it got neutered into basically useless instead of fixing the core problem.
It was the fault of bad map design rather than the perk itself. Mostly Haddonfield ofc, but with it and other maps being updated I don't see why it shouldn't be able to make a comeback in the future.

Speaking of old insta heals though I accidentally syringed myself to full from the dying state once. Iirc I was playing against a doctor and syringed right as he was downing me and I got to speed boost away at full health lol.

Fair enough. I still recall that summer event with the cocktail gens and grill hooks. I was still relatively new to the game at the time, but that one is the most memorable for me. Probably because it was my first event. Dunno why they never brought it back.

As for Dbd I personally think swfs are more "engaging" to play against than solos as a killer. Yeah they'll have the advantage of comms, but the majority of swfs really don't utilize their advantages to their full extent. Basically in short not all swfs are unbeatable. Most are also very predictable in that they are very altruistic; you can use this knowledge to your advantage if need be. Sometimes they'll even subtly dick around with you throughout the match which can be funny and refreshing. Not all swfs are mega tryhards and are just looking to have fun. And no that doesn't always mean in the sense of trying to bully the killer. Those are called bully squads.

Favorite album? That's tough. I have a bunch, but Three Cheers by Mcr has been one of my favorites the longest so I'll go with that.

Would be cool. At the end of the day though I don't really care. Could be a homeless dude with a fork for all I care. I really wish we could just take a break from new content and just focus on game health as Dbd is really not in any position for expansions over bug fixes and optimization and such. Why make the grind even worse as well?

I always do even if it's just a brown bp add-on. There's really no reason not to. In fact it's more of a waste of bp to not bring them. I asked the same question here some time back and many people didn't even understand the question then either. Just use a cheap bp add-on lol.

Stbfl is actually very good on clown imo. You want to use flask of bleach with it and after you've built a bunch of stacks you can greatly minimize the distance that the survivors get when you hit them. Even still...idk what Bhvr was thinking nerfing the add-on. Just why?

You'd typically run it with old yakuyoke amulet which was basically 3 yellow add-ons in one purple. Some used mdr, but amulet was way better imo. Extra power speed, duration, and recovery iirc. Then your info perks. Stuff like discordance or whispers. Since spirit only has a 24m tr you'd walk to a gen until whispers lights up, phase over to it, "feel" around because you use to have collision, and yoink a poor unsuspecting survivor off. That should give you an idea.

I personally just don't find her fun enough to play on a regular basis. Not even before the nerf. She's fine on occasion to spice things up, but I have my preferences. I do think she's still a strong killer as well, but just more add-on dependant than before. Oh and there's the added depth of needing to play around the survivors being able to hear where you are. I don't mind it personally, but you can probably see why others do after you didn't have to in the first place.

Honestly the problem is sony is still making their controllers cheaply af. Thought we'd be getting more quality with new gen but that isn't the case. My headphone jack just straight up stopped working for no reason. It's also starting to get stick drift as well. I don't know why as I'm not even rough with my controllers. Hasn't even been 6 months since I got mine either.

I've mained her on console for well over 3 years and I don't really think she needs buffs.
What console Dbd itself needs is frame drop fixes on old gen and more customizable controller options moreso for ranged killers rather than Nurse.
Edit: And let us disable the ######### "aim dressing"

When "the mere mention" happens every goddamn day, yes it gets really annoying. In case you haven't noticed, they just recently added a new chapter. A week hadn't even passed and the FNAF threads started showing up again.
It's always some straight up nonsense as well. For real, one of the devs could take a selfie on the toilet and these people would find a way to link it back to FNAF.
The fans will always be there asking for their favorite franchises. People still constantly ask for Jason even though he literally can't be added for obvious reasons. While I do agree that some of the fans reach really hard, again it's just a small minority of the community. There's no reason to deny it from being added just because of some loud stupid individuals thus killing it for everyone else who's more...rational.
Now if people wanted to argue why they really don't think it'd fit Dbd because of it's theme I'd say that'd be better, but we still have Trickster lol. That being said I kinda like Trickster. He's grown on me.

I do believe that is just a small, albeit loud, minority of the community. Most are adults by now and would just be happy to see a childhood horror game of theirs make it into a game they play on a regular basis today.

Alright then I guess I'll start face camping my first hook to death every mat- kidding.
If someone does something like dc and I start to farm just point at a hook and tell me to kill you. Idk about others, but I'll know what you mean if you do it while on death hook.
