Ah a no slowdown and no add-on Legion gamer. I respect the flex. Definitely a solid player for sure. Also good to see that you don't respect pallets because I've noticed that many Legions respect pallets more than their own parents (Ha get it? Cause they're edgy, rebellious teens? Heh. Sorry.)

Recorded this immediately after reading the post lol. Conveniently, the game crashes for the first time in months at the end when the recording stops... So yeah, that's all I got lol
Wow that was 5 gens in 4 minutes. I feel bad for that dude. That bush juke was hilarious though because it actually worked but he ended up getting you anyways lol.

Console Nurse can be quite difficult. Controller plus limited FPS. 😰
I can see the growth between two years ago and your more recent video. Your blinks and predictions are very good. It does seems difficult to hit survivors that get close to you though. I can barely see them half the time in the video. One reason why it's much harder on console than PC I would assume.
It's some good Nurse play, I like that you are avoiding a lot of pitfalls and bad habits I see other Nurse main make. 👍️
Oh yea it was a ######### when I first started out. At the time I had started learning her; the controller sensitivity hadn't been adjusted to what it is now. The maximum sensitivity was only half of what it can be now. At the very least the recharge system wasn't in place yet so her power wasn't as restrictive. Not sure if it'd be harder to learn her as a new player now but I'd wager so. As for the FPS I've been a console peasant all my life so I'm pretty much used to it😅
I ran shadowborn a lot though during that time which helped immensly with keeping track of my surroundings. Tried to stop running it and for a while I did get away from it but damn it's addicting cause I'm back on it. Old habits never truly die I guess.

I probably have 500+ videos on my channel. I'm a potato machine, both as survivor and killer, at times -- as I said in a video explaining my channel, if you're looking for God-tier level gameplay ... it isn't the channel for you. I play to have fun, first and foremost, and I've been trying to get better along the way.
Not my most recent killer video, but arguably one of my best rounds I played as my main, The Pig:
And my most recent survivor video -- a match against a Nurse on Lery's with an exciting/nailbiting ending:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3t-qqbMiotE&t=3s&ab_channel=GeriatricGaming
And for comparison, my most recently uploaded killer round:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iou2W4_wmD0&list=UUODC_RYe0z8yDnIFlmW-TmA&ab_channel=GeriatricGaming
I actually have a series on my channel entitled "What went wrong?", in which I end up with less than stellar results and I try to analyze where I made crucial mistakes that cost me a win. Anyone who wants to view those and harshly critique my mistakes are welcome to do so. 😉
Pretty solid pig gameplay👍. Like the commentary as well. Also head pops. Ya love to see em. Very satisfying. Lot of the community really sleeps on Pig. She's a very solid killer when you use her right. Wish more people would realize that. Nurse match though was super long. Sick you were able to make it out at the end.

Not my best game but most recent one I uploaded. The recharge system takes away a lot from her chases. Having to float around waiting for blinks to come back.
Here's one from about three years ago for contrast.
Hehe Nurse gameplay. I love to see it. Obviously very experienced even 3 years ago so you've definitely been playing her a LONG time. On top of that confident enough to not feel the need to run any slowdown or even add-ons for that matter. I usually just run double recharge since it almost gives the feeling of old base Nurse back. The one salty dude in the comments of your old video is gold as well. Back when everyone hated playing against her and wanted more killer diversity in red ranks. Oh how times have changed.
I don't suppose you'd mind taking a look at your console brethren's Nurse main gameplay? Would greatly appreciate it.
https://youtu.be/oscmeaMP3nsThis one is my most recent one that isn't total rainbow ranks. It's like 7 months old but still relevant enough.
https://youtu.be/h7_GWln84dQAnd for some comparison this one is from nearly 2 years ago.

I tried to put up the playlist link, hope it works. Stopped adding content like almost a year ago, May again someday.
So I watched a few matches of survivor and I was able to gather that you're more on the chill/casual side even with your friends. I respect it. What makes it even more apparent is that you had a healthy upload mix of other games as well which is good cause playing too much Dbd only will really take a toll on you. But yea I saw some clear improvement from your couple year old videos to your most recent ones of about 7 months. I'm sure there's been even more improvement since then as well but yea man thanks for the vids.👌

I have no idea how to put a video into this forum with my old ass phone, and have no computer. Would it be lazy/allowed to point ya towards my twitch vods or my youtube?
I tend to be a cautious surv, and am a pretty terrible killer.
You can just drop a youtube link, hit enter, and it should come up in video format. But if that doesn't work then I could just as easily copy the link and watch the video on YouTube anyways.

One of my oldest matches I can recall was as Claudette on Father Campbell's chapel. I'm not sure if it was my first match, but it was definitely around there. I remember crouching around the top of the chapel most of the match whilst completely ignoring the objective because I was too scared of being found lol. I'm pretty sure the killer was clown but my mind is too blurry.

They deserve every carpet in their house to have one of those weird stains that got hard and nobody knows how it got there or how to get rid of it.
They deserve for every piece of clothing that they own to have a loose thread that only unravels the cloth even more when they try to pull it out so they're forced to use a pair of scissors to cut it off but for some reason they can't find one even though they swear they just saw some the other day.

They deserve for their roll of toilet paper to be empty when they go to the bathroom and for their pillow to be warm on both sides when they try to flip it over.

Agreed. It's really not useless. Last time ds got changed they said the same thing. Trust me you'll still see it in every game about a week from now when everyone chills out and realizes it's not the end of the perk.

You make a good point, I'd like to offer a counterpoint as to why I think Cannibal is better:
Billy can't do anything about most loops, he can't even get the pallet down quickly - whereas a good cannibal player can force survivors into a lose-lose situation at loops. They either drop the pallet instantly and waste it or they keep running and go down.
Billy does have the mobility but getting from place to place doesn't mean much if you can't down people in a timely manner.
Billy can also force pallets down in the same way as well but it's more a matter of him being a bit closer to the survivor than Bubba. Bubba can start his chainsaw earlier than him yes but Billy isn't slower so he can (depending on the loop) whip around the corner with a good curve and down them or force them out of position. There's a lot of crazy stuff you can do with Billy's saw after you get the hang of him.
The way I'd put it best is that at their skill ceilings, which is what I based the tier list on, Billy would win over Bubba. Sadly a good skillbilly is extremely hard to come by these days so I can understand your reasoning for Bubba being stronger.

Surprised and happy to see Pig so highly ranked
Honestly I don't understand why so many people consider her low tier. She has built in slowdown and while her stealth isn't as great as the other killers it's still very useful when used right. The common argument for the head traps is that they are completely luck based and the survivor can get them off first try, but even still it's something that most killers don't have. That extra 30 seconds of time that it forces a survivor to not be on gens can be huge and you get 4 of them.

Hey, great list
What makes you think that Billy is better than Cannibal in their current state?
Billy still has high mobility along with an instadown. He also has a little anti loop potential if you can learn how to curve his chainsaw well. For leatherface his mobility still isn't all that great but his instadown is definitely more lenient at loops. Overall I feel that Billy wins out over the fact that his map pressure is just far greater than Bubba's even with the overheat. If you use Billy's saw efficiently then the overheat shouldn't be much of an issue.

Nearly had a stroke trying to read this post. Just try to use more periods please.
Anyways doing something like making posts like that doesn't make you a better person than those other people. In fact it makes you worse.

Eh for the most part I don't really care who I play against or what they bring. Sometimes I will dodge a lobby if I see too many defaults because I don't like slaughtering a bunch of newcomers but that's pretty much it.

I used to be that way. I used to throw on an ebony mori and tunnel after losing a match and being taunted by the survivors. That was pretty long ago though. I've matured greatly since then. I don't even return bm to someone who bms me cause it's just whatever. If I lose sure I might feel a bit salty but I move on.
Point is It's not the next group of players fault whatever happened to you in the previous match. As for the people who bm you they just want to get reaction out of you. Sure you can bm back but that just shows you let them get to you and I've learned I'm better than that. Just have fun and ignore them.

They went from being my absolute favorite maps to being some of my most hated outdoor ones. Literal trash now. I mean it's literally a junkyard.

Was I supposed to start with shards or something then..? For instance, my friend said he started with 1m bp but I started at 0. I'm at about 5k shards right now.
You don't buy characters with bloodpoints and you don't start with anything unless there is some sort of event going on. Also you need to be player level 46 not character level. Everytime you level up your player level you gain iridescent shards. By the time you are player level 46 you should have a little over 9k shards which is enough for your first character.
-
A quick Google search tells me that you should have 9k shards (assuming you haven't spent any yet) when you hit level 46 which is enough to buy your first free character.

Yep without a doubt. ######### that bug.

Every time I encounter one of Nurse's bugs I die inside a little more.

The only good change that was done was the Ormond rework. Everything else SUCKS. I was really pissed off to see my favorite realms (Autohaven and Macmillan) ruined. Also liked crotus prenn but not so much anymore. The Game was ok but now it's garbo. Badham was always terrible. Lerys too. Yamaoka estate is borderline bearable like it always was
Seriously ######### breakable walls. The only good thing that came from them was nerfing the preschool by blocking two of the entrances, but the thing is that completely defeats the whole purpose of them. To be broken.
At this point the only maps left that I still like besides new Ormond are the Coldwin Farm maps. I'm sure that raises some eyebrows but if you haven't figured it out by now I'm just really biased towards the og realms. Not sure why but that's how it is for me. That's why I was happy we didn't get a new map this chapter.

Survivors usually won't expect both sides of the shack window to be trapped. Almost guarantees a down.
Damn that's actually pretty smart. Why didn't I think of that?
-
@OniWantsYourMacaroni said:
Yeah, that is the really obnoxious part about BT.
Maybe a survivor with BT could lose collision so he won't be able to bodyblock anymore?
In return you could make BT always trigger if the killer is in a 24 or 32 meter radius of the unhook.
This. Imo this is the best way to change the perk. Survivors won't be able to bodyblock you from the rescuer to force you to waste a hit and killers like Freddy and stealth killers won't have natural immunity to bt or be able to just hide their terror radius to prevent it from activating.
-
Well I can't really say from a survivor perspective cause I don't play survivor a whole lot these days, but as a killer I give hatch to the last person a majority of the time with my most played killers being Nurse, Ghostface, and Trapper. I also will TRY to not tunnel and only kind of camp in endgame.
-
Dude you think that's bad? You forgot all about dull bracelet and white nit comb. They literally give you 100% bonus bloodpoints for blink attacks. Shits just as op as bbq.
-
My cousin got me into it back in 2018. I was way into Overwatch at the time but then Dbd had become my main game shortly after he introduced me to it. I really enjoyed killer so I considered myself a killer main and my cousin enjoyed survivors more so he was a survivor main. Every time I'd go to visit him we'd play Dbd all day and we met some cool people and had a lot of fun.
Eventually I bought myself a ps4 and Dbd for the ps4 just so I could play with him and all the friends we made(and for the ps4 exclusives I couldn't have on Xbox). These days he's not really into the game anymore and neither do most of the people we'd met so we kinda just stopped playing together.
I ended up sticking with the game cause I put a lot of time and money into it like learning how to play Nurse(which is another story), perfecting my mindgames, figuring out the ins and outs of loops, buying cool skins for all my favorite characters, and keeping up with my collection of all the killers. It's been one hell of a ride and grind let me just say but yea sorry for the whole ass auto biography lol.

Yea but you gotta time it right.

None. Tired of new maps and map reworks. Haven't gotten a good map in a really long time so I don't trust Bhvr to make a decent one any time soon.
-
Yea you have to think about how in game interactions will work with it. You don't respect pallets and the survivor gets the stun and sprints bursts away for 4 seconds so you have to drop the chase. You respect the pallet and the survivor gets to loop it even longer.
-
You could turn off crossplay.
