No he can only put 4 survivors into deep wound/injured state with one use of his power and after that they are all one shots.
I mained Legion for a LONG time. Survivors can just hold W to outrun him or even stay on separate corners of the map and do generators which is already the most optimal way for survivors to play.
And he is just an M1 killer. It doesn't matter how much you injure and slow the game down. If the killer can't down survivors quickly they are not a good killer.

So the problem with this is that Blight is a very high skill killer you're right, but theres no reason for him to be. Legion can do what he does better. And, from a former killer main turned survivor to a killer main, the survivor side of the game is easier than any killer. I never understood why people feel like a killer HAS to be hard to play when i really think the opposite needs to be true. Most survivors don't play killer because its too hard, leading to a lot of entitled ######### because they only see half the game.
Does Legion move at 9.2 m/s and can he actually down people with his power?
-
Yeah, indoor maps suck for most mobility-based killers.
-
Ahh, nothing is better than constructive criticism.
-
A good friend of mine actually suggested that upon cleansing a dull totem while Retribution is up, the survivor who cleansed the totem would have their position revealed for a moment.
And upon cleansing this or any other Hex while Retribution is up, all survivors would suffer from the oblivious status effect for 30 seconds on top of getting their aura revealed.

Blight is absolutely one of, if not the most fun killer for me. Love playing as and against him. He is extremely hard to play properly but when you get the hang of it you'll have a blast with him

If you dodge you most likely have to at least get to the hook which also costs you time. I had that scenario now 3 times and never could do anything, even after dodging
I'm not saying it's easy or even consistent. I agree that facecamping docs are a pain in the butt but what I'm saying is unhooking in this situation is definitely possible albeit quite difficult.
-
Yes! The art team should immediately drop whatever they are doing and start fixing bugs.

Timing and dodging doesn't really work. If he misses you once, he is up fast enough to grab you, and also he just has a 1s charge time while unhooking takes 1.2 seconds, so he can easily just interrupt you again. So the only counter to this crap is swarm unhooking? Which gives the killer possibly like multiple survivors on madness 3 for free?
I think this needs some tweaking
You're not taking into account that his shock takes an extra second to take effect. He has a 1 second charge time and an additional second of detonation delay before the shock hits you. So if you dodge, you can technically manage to unhook.
-
I'm hoping for a sick chase music.

What's wrong with prioritizing players with lower ping? Isn't this how it is in other PvP games?

His movement speed increase is Rat Liver being incorporated in his base kit to improve his Zoning capabilities.
And the Shred cancel is the little annoying thing when you press the attack button too early you cancel your shred and lose the chase. Similar QoL thing was done to Bubba in the recent rework.

Being able to tap and send survivors to the cage should be a thing. Saves 33% more time even though it's like 1 second, it makes a huge difference in chase. There are cases where you accidentally press space as well but still you tap space and pick them up and there have been no issues so far with that.
There is no baiting survivors by holding LCtrl. No animation happens while PH holds LCtrl. Might as well let you tap LCtrl. Much less clunky.
While you are at it, remove hitbox of the person going to the cage. More often, I'm forced to go sideways before I go front because the guy going to the cage is blocking me.
Thank you so much. I'm glad someone agrees with me. The collision thing didn't even cross my mind when I was writing the post but when you mention it does actually seem like a pretty nasty thing. Especially if you cage someone in a narrow hallway or in a doorway.

@Raven014 said:
I think it is so that they can bait survivors. His punishment of the damned setup looks like you are sending someone to a cage anyway, so it is decent for mindgames if you play it right.
I don't agree with you on that point. These two actions have two very distinct animations, so you can't really bait by caging against semi-compitent survivors. And even if you could bait, what would you gain out of that? I mean, they can't prevent you caging their teammate anyways so what's the point?

The cooldown is literally longer than Legion's Frenzy stun, which is longer than a pallet stun, so you're objectively wrong there.
His ranged attack is honestly the easiest thing to avoid. The only time it'll hit you is if he guesses that you're gonna vault or pull down a pallet.
Legion's Frenzy stun is 4 seconds.
Pyramid Head's Punishment Of The Damned cooldown is 2.75 seconds

I think Demo is a really fun killer. He might have the worst addons in the game, but his base abilities are mostly reasonably good enough. But I think he deserves a little change that not only improves one of his ultra rare addons, but also makes him a bit more enjoyable.
When traversing, you can't turn the camera. It would be nice if they could let you do that so you can decide which direction you want to look when you're done traversing. This change would also make "Leprose Richen" (that ultra rare addon I was talking about earlier) much more useful than it is at the moment.
I also feel like adding both the Rat Liver and the Rat Tail common add-ons as base kit would be super nice and we will finally be able to use other add-ons and experiment with different combinations.

I'm going to go with "No" as his facial cosmetic is his mask, and currently there are only 3 slots for cosmetic: Head/Face, Body and Weapon.
Shroud is included in Body, so the hood that comes with the rest of the cape is the one you're stuck with.
Those tassels are also one of the few visual/audio queues that Ghostface is nearby since he doesn't have Mask Echo with his breathing, unlike me and Mikey.
I just don't like the feeling that I can pay money to buy myself an advantage over other Ghostface players. I feel like adding a free cosmetic without the straps would solve this issue.

I'm thinking more about adding a free body cosmetic, which is identical to the default shroud but without the straps.
Also, there are cosmetics without them and he still emits the sound when he moves, so I don't think this will be a problem.

So how is comparing a buggy game to having flashbacks of being in the Vietnam war remotely acceptable?
"Oh no, my game looks funny"
And
"I cant sleep because noises remind me of watching my friends die as we fought a losing war for a country that hated us for it, and have mental issues or physical disabilities from it".
Are two DRASTICALLY different things.
Comparing game issues to being in a ######### war is distasteful and offensive to those who did serve, and belittles what they ACTUALLY go through.
But yeah, my game is broken, I guess I know what it's like to be in war. 🤷♀️
I'm so sorry. I did not know that people could get offended by this. I don't know much about The Vietnam War cuz I grew up in Russia and I didn't realize how terrible it might have been for those who actually fought in the war. Once again, I'm terribly sorry if I offended someone.

FOV has not been touched. Do you have any screenshots showing what you saw before and after?
I think I'm just dumb. I looked at a couple of screenshots and the FoV was not changed, I just haven't played for a while. Anyway, what's up with Legion's vaults and ultra high ping. Frenzy vaults were also broken in the 3.7.0 PTB. Also, why can't I turn Anti-Aliasing off anymore? Is this intended?

I'm a kind person. I always strive to help people so I do as they wish. If they want to die, so be it.

I find Ghostface to be extremely satisfying to play as. The feeling when you stalk someone and oneshot them without them even noticing you is so nice. You constantly jumpscare people and you see the panic in their movement. This is pure gold for me

I am indeed refering to the viewmodel fov and how close the killer's hands/weapons are to the camera. This has nothing to do with actual FOV

Except we actually don't know if they will even follow through it like their promise that after the Nurse "rework" they would do Doc, but instead went to nerf Spirit after survivors complained.
There were reasons for both the Spirit's and Nurse's nerfs. For the Doctor I feel like they would buff him in many ways but remove the 3 gen strat which noone ever liked anyway.
-
Also, Ash's sweater is great.

I have been rocking both Legion sweaters all day and will probably keep them on for a good week or two, I ablosutely love both of them. As for survivor, I really liked Bill's and Steve's sweaters.

People have different opinions. With every update someone gets upset, and people in general are like that. They would much rather give feedback about what they think is bad for the game instead of talking about what is good. I'm not talking about everyone, just the majority.

"Hitting a survivor who is already afflicted with deep wounds will significantly shorten The Legion's fatuige"
This encourages tunnel and not spreading hits so i propose this:
Hitting a survivor who is already afflicted with deep wounds will significantly shorten The Legion's fatigue for each survivor put in deep wounds by this feral frenzy.
I have actually proposed a simular thing in my Legion Rework suggestion post
You can look at it if you are interested

These sound pretty reasonable, although I wouldn't want to see mending considered as a healing action. That sounds like a Nurse's Calling nightmare.
I'll send this over to the design team to make sure they see it.

Speed is ok, 5.2 or 5.28 isn't tragically. With the missing penalty I even expected the increase to 5.2 would lead to more misses as it is harder to control -> easier to dodge.
Fatigue will not be reduced. You pretty much revert him in many points to old Legion. That would mean 110% ms as well. As long as he is 115% ms the fatigue will stay at 4s. It is about the distance the survivor shall get to not get insta downed. The old Legion with double fatigue reduction was nearly OP.
I wouldn't bring back the ability to activate the power before it is full. But I would remove the depletion on regular M1 attacks. I suggested the power drain on missed Frenzy attacks as well in anothzer thread. I said like 10% on normal swings, up to 25% on lunges. But numbers are adjustable.
Shortem fatigue on double hits: as above. The fatigue is something critical, I wouldn't touch it. Maybe add "time to mend is reduced by 25%" which allows one less skillcheck fail on mending, for example. I like the skillcheck part as well, but I wouldn't reset the timer. Adding the madness effect to be unable to repair etc I also sugggested in another thread.
Addons seem fine. Still missing something "gamechanging" in a way of a different playstyle. But hard to invent something like this.
@Lentoro Also my opinion. It would just avoid survivors finishing gens bleeding, knowing that one missed skillcheck might down them. Which would be redundant if you add the Madness restrictions to Bleedout
Thanks for the feedback :) I mostly agree with your opinion, however I don't think that reducing his fatigue to 3 seconds would do much outside of making Legion a little more fun to play. And since I reworked his cooldown addons his fatigue won't be anything ridiculous.

@UncannyLuck said:
Missing them would remove a portion of the timer and reset progress. The latter bit is what would make it lethal. It's basically madness 3 but will eventually down you. Actually that's exactly what it is
Makes sense. I guess it would give birth to 3 gen Legion with impossible skillchecks. So, yeah, you're right. Bad idea

Maybe the skill check one, but it's too easy to apply DW and it's up too often for it to be so lethal. If it's going to be a lethal power, then they'd need to nerf its uptime.
Turning the game into 'mending the game' wouldn't be any fun for survivors, which is why the first set of changes shouldn't be around. Legion already has amazing unshakable tracking in FF post stab so they don't need NC buffs for them.
They don't need to be hard skillcheks. And missing them would only remove a small portion of the timer. I don't feel like that would make Frenzy a lethal power.

I actually liked the changes. He is now faster and vaults quicker. Sloppy is now an addon and I never used STBFL on him since I found it to be quite useless. I mean you always get the first hit with Frenzy so you only get the benifits from STBFL when you down someone which doesn't really help unless you are trying to slug
