I had to upload to YouTube and put the link into my comment/post

I already use agitation quite often, but I have thought about how useful a perk for picking up/dropping survivors faster would be as well. I'd definitely give it a shot

I tend to use fire up over Lightborn because it usually means the survivor messes up the timing anyway, but about Agitation: it comes in so much more handy than Corrupt Intervention or Ruin ever would.
I'll have to give fire up a try sometime, just gotta unlock it first lol

honestly, seeing survivors sabotage makes me happy (except when it's on Ormond and I'm already annoyed). The survivor usually ends up dying for it and I get two slugs out of one. From there, I can usually get all the survivors down at once.
Some people are just too hungry for that sick sabo or flashlight save. I've started using lightborn and agitation to bait the flashlight saves and hit people trying to sabo and those two perks have been more valuable than any perks considered meta lol

Nice
The only time I've teabagged was to get a camping wraith to chase me so someone else could get the save. I'd say it's warranted lol
-
I like finding respectable players like Otz. I've learned a lot by watching him play and even turned into more the type of player to say "good dead hard" or something like that, just complimenting opponents when they make a good play even though they can't hear me lol. In a way, he's just changed my outlook on the game and made it a lot more enjoyable
On the other hand, I cringe at anyone who advertises being toxic

Dwight would have to agree, I think
-
Maybe someone like Leah from Pyewacket? That'd be cool
-
I don't even know where to begin lol... Can't really pick just one, so Whispers, Agitation, Lightborn, and here's why:
Whispers saves time in the beginning so even if it's on but nobody's working on a gen nearby, I know to come back to those gens in a little bit. Also helps find the last survivor super easily.
Agitation because I can plan out hooks a little better and get another hit when someone goes for that sick flashlight save (lol)
Lightborn because it's easier to bait that sick flashlight save and turn your camera like you don't actually have the perk. Most of the time, survivors continue trying to blind me during the whole trial. Paired with Agitation you even get a chance to run them down if they're a little further away, and that 10 second aura reading has allowed me to get one hit while carrying someone to a hook, then knowing exactly where to go to down the person after getting the hook.
-
I started playing Ghostface today and made it a goal to just get jumpscares (after a Ghostface almost made me sh*t myself) and I'm having an absolute BLAST with that. It's a different way of playing this game for sure
-
As survivor, I was a useless Dwight who died on MacMillan Estate. As killer, I was a proxy-camping trapper who got a 4k on Haddonfield
-
I'm about 50/50 after I know it's there. Usually gets me the first time, and sometimes games get intense enough for me to forget it's even there lol

I imagine something along the lines of the village section of Resident Evil 4
This or something like the village areas from The Evil Within

Because 9 times out of 10, they get a little too cocky because they pulled off a good play, and let the ego boost go to their head. It's pretty cute when they realise the second they screwed up. It's even better when you're Ghostface and you can return the favor!
Or Pig. Just return the favor in slow motion π
-
Oddly enough, Pig was the only killer I was able to pick up and win games pretty consistently from the start. Of course that's just anecdotal evidence which doesn't count for much at all... But yeah, I'm cool with buffing one of my mains if that's what the devs wanna do lol
-
That's nice. I love connecting to other players positively, it's always more satisfying than winning the match. Back when the hills were bugged I'd always help survivors out of it and run away. When the hooks were bugged, I once had a survivor stop wiggling when it wouldn't let me hook them; but at that point I kinda felt bad actually hooking them π
-
I've had a few occurrences while playing pig where I picked someone up, had a flashlight in my face and looked like I was blinded, but didn't drop the survivor. I always assumed they just didn't quite get the blind, but maybe it is a bug if it's giving you the points..? Never had it happen while playing any other killer though
-
Thanks everyone. I feel like I already knew what the general answer would be, but I admit I was a bit overwhelmed from a few games prior to posting this and posted mostly out of frustration lol. I've found it's much easier to handle if I switch back to my beloved Billy every few matches
-
Territorial Imperative would probably become meta for a while if they implemented this lol. I'm all for it

Bonus points if the Englund skin is like Ash so I can hear him call the Survivors the B word in the lobby!
I'm laughing too hard at this idea: "Claudette, welcome in... #########"
-
I like Whispers with Monitor and Abuse. If Whispers is off I'm not crouching around the entire map for no reason trying to sneak up on gens. Monitor and Abuse lets me wait a little bit longer to crouch as I get closer to a gen before they'll hear my TR. Tinkerer is good too, when it goes off you're undetectable so if you wanna sneak up on them you won't have to crouch and lose even more time on a gen that's almost done

I think Trapper and Oni could use some more skins. Most of them are very basic, and they have very few available.
IΒ΄d like a WWE skin series, both of them would be prime candidates for some sick wrestling skins.
An Undertaker skin for Deathslinger maybe? Mankind mask for Trapper would be sweet too. But I'm just thinking old school wwf lol

Okay I have to focus on my own government failing to feed starving children focusing on the intricacies of another country's system ain't it chief.

OMG it's almost like there are other countries in the world!! :0
True. I guess all my foreign friends have conditioned me to them always paying attention to our little sh*tshow over here lol. Send help, we need it
-
It's killing me how many people aren't getting it lol
-
Devotion 1 level 98-99 I think..? Also, while we're on the topic, is there any benefit to being higher devotion?
-
That's not at all controversial lol
-
The controller has never really been an issue for me (Xbox here) but this auto aim trash has been the absolute worst thing that could happen to my experience as killer

now i angy >:(

lol, the best part is that even thought they can see you coming to them, they still stay there until they get hit. I literally stop and stare at them for a good 5 seconds before attacking to let them think about what just occurred. It is shocking how often it happens.
Same π my favorite is when I see someone slowly enter a locker in the distance and just going up and sitting next to it for a second. Maybe place a trap outside of it if I'm playing trapper... Sometimes I'll just meme with survivors if it seems like they're new
-
I'm pretty aware I'd say. I've spotted survivors across the map and seen crows in the distance. It's not uncommon that I'm going "######### are you doing Feng? I can see you" as she crouches behind a tree lol
-
I'm usually off busting pallets or something
-
Ormond would be pretty cool. I think if the devs do it right, they could make Ormond one of the coolest maps in the game actually. In my opinion, one of the best additions they could make to the map is to just make it darker - maybe it's just me, but the map seems super bright compared to other maps and not just because it's covered in white snow. It feels like it's just a cloudy day rather than night. Living in Minnesota, I'm used to it being dark like 15-16 hours out of the 24 hour day in the winter lol
-
I would agree the game needs some kind of boost right now; however, before that happens I think they need to fix issues that are causing them to lose players at such a rapid pace. To be completely honest, I'm pretty content playing this game as it is right now and don't see many issues but a lot of people aren't and if they keep going down the path they're on, bhvr (and toxic portions of the community) might kill dbd unfortunately. I don't know much about FNAF but I think if they're going to try to get that crowd on board with dbd they need to have a product that makes people want to keep playing first, otherwise they'll lose the majority of the FNAF crowd pretty quick

That would be cool. My first year working in a haunted house my room was a makeshift butcher shop in a garage, where guests had to crawl through a car to get out. It was always fun getting those people who run to get away and grabbing them by the ankles as they're just about through lol
-
Noooo I love when survivors do this actually. They gain no distance and my vision is back once the pallet is broken. Makes for a much faster hit in my experience
-
Could've been a mishap too. We've got a switch across the room from the TV that controls all outlets in the room for some reason and has the main light switch next to it in our new apartment. I was playing one time and my wife flipped the wrong switch and just shut everything down on me... It happens lol

Pennywise...while it would be cool...I think he might be a little to powerful for the enitity to control, but who knows, Lore can fix that I guess.
Chucky. I always thought he could work, you would have Chucky walking around as the doll, BUT his human self would appear as a partly see through ghost that makese his "height" appear similar to other killers so you can still see him over things. He would have to drag surv's instead of picking them up, and the entity would have to lower the hook for hooking, then raise it up again (think hook on a rope, the main structure doesnt move). Well...that the only way I could see him working.
According to IT: Chapter Two all the entity would have to do is talk some mad sh*t and Pennywise would crumble π
-
I think Self Care is still a good perk depending on a person's playstyle. I've noticed I tend to survive far less matches since I stopped using it (almost always play solo). I wouldn't mind if it got buffed to like 75% healing speed, maybe it'd be a more accepted perk then.

I'm not Otzdarva. But I'm also not Not Otzdarva... Do with this info what you wish

Right, Oct 30-31 and Nov 1 would imply 2750 for all 3 days, but the "total of 5500" on their news section obviously means there was some mistake, Either way 2750 clearly isn't 5500 and I'm not alone in wondering where the other half is. Thanks to everyone for chiming in, I was starting to wonder if I'd blacked out for a day or something.
I guess I didn't even look in the news section. Either way, I try not to judge bhvr too hard cause I have no idea what goes into making a game run smooth, but this one just seems like it should be so simple..
-
I honestly thought the 2750 was gonna be a three day thing. It says Oct. 30th-Nov. 1st (30th, 31st, 1st = 3 days). But their ad shows the 30th and the 1st on the 500 shard days as well... I dunno, just a little confusing to me
-
Yeah, it's gotten so much worse. I used to be able to react when survivors would 360, now I whiff it three or four times before I land the hit thanks to this stupid mechanic
-
I would say yes. Though I definitely see DS and UB paired in green and purple ranks more than ruin, undying, and/or tinkerer personally
-
Strategy with trapper. It's been really difficult, but it's so satisfying when you're able to set a trap and push someone into it
-
I'd die for a Tucker and Dale vs. Evil chapter π

The only time I'll 1st hook mori is a Blendette with a key because I know as soon as the hatch spawns they'll disappear into the bushes like they do and go Hatch hunting. Lately though I prefer Franklin's over moris to deal with key users because Franklin's also counters flashies and gives some free downs for the people that are super intent on not losing their item.
Speaking of countering flashlights, I have been having a blast throwing lightborn and agitation in my build. Bait them into going for a flashlight save and you've pretty much got a free hit. The best part? Most of the time (in my experience so far) people don't learn the first time and keep trying it over and over as long as you sell it well enough
-
I dunno, I've had some really good matches on Midwich with Trapper of all killers. It's not as easy to get to the second floor as it is on The Game like you said, but it's really not too difficult in my opinion. Midwich is honestly probably my favorite map right now, even as someone who mostly plays killer
