Sometimes while you are grabbing, the animation changes and you do a normal hit instead.

Crashes and infinite loading screens only affect PC players so I'm not sure how important it is to the devs.

@Madjura - They have made ranking harder so it is no longer true that rank is meaningless. If you do not lose pips from disconnecting then it makes deliberately depipping for easier games more difficult and strengthening the ranking system.
DCing should leave your pip where it would have been if the game ended naturally at that point.

I find it astonishing that I can get 4 survivor DCs if I play Legion without using any exploits or overpowered addons, but people don't DC against ruin+instasaw slugging hillbillies.
I'm sure that a 5 minute timeout for a DC and/or a small deduction of bloodpoints would not be difficult to implement and would alleviate most of the habitual DCing.

It used to be sprint to cancel but they removed that because it activated sprint burst.
But if you cancel the heal because the killer is on his way, you probably want that sprint burst. If the killer isn't on his way, it doesn't matter that you activated sprint burst.

I've a feeling that whatever gets announced for Freddy will be met with a similar reaction to the changes to Legion.

@No1TheLarch - I've not seen anyone DC without an obvious reason for it. i.e. Survivors are downed, hooked, I'm Legion or I've brought a Mori.
Mainly play on console though and stability seems to be better.

If ping is the reason for the unreliability of the perk, I'd love to see an increase in the range of effect to compensate. It's such a fun perk, it is a shame not to use it.

The difference is Freddy is getting a complete overhaul. Legion is simply getting a few nerfs to put him at the bottom of the killer viability list.
However, I'm sure once the Freddy rework is released, he will regain his place back at the bottom again.

I'd rather see them lose bloodpoints than pips. Many people consider losing pips to be a GOOD thing. Nobody wants to lose bloodpoints.

It would be cool if it would change the music based on the character you had selected at the start of the game. Like how Freddy laughs when you load up if you played him last.
I'd become a clown main if I had that. I really want hos music back.

After lots of games as the Plague I finally managed to get 4 kills taking advantage of an easier games from rank reset and yes everyone is right. No Adept trophy. I didn't manage to double-pip as the last survivor was one-hooked.
I guess I should have tried to get the nurse one when it was achievable. I hope its a bug because you don't need to double-pip for the survivor trophy but double-pipping a killer with poor perks like Plague even after rank reset is asking too much.

@Bbbrian2013 - I HOPE that its going to be fixing exploits, moonwalking and franks mixtape. Anything more and it will be a shame to lose out on a killer that is very different. I don't want them to punish missed hits because I think that is part of the "fun" element.

@Kilmeran - I'm of the opposite view. I'm wanting to put my time into both before they ruin them both. So I can get some more enjoyment out of them. I like playing the underdog. A 4K with Freddy is so much more satisfying with the "cheat mode" killers.

Please don't mess this up devs. Frank's mixtape is awful but I like playing against Legion. They are a different style and a nice variation from all the Hillybillys.

I don't think there is anything wrong with green ranks having to face red ranks occasionally. Personally I like it. I'd rather occasionally face top ranked players than they be forced to depip to get a game. It's good after getting stomped to see the end screen and realise you were just given a lesson by a better player.
If a red rank player can't find a game within a certain period of time the system is supposed to look further afield - Whether that is location or rank. As long as rank 15-20s don't have to face red rank then it won't scare off new players.

@PiiFree - Or get the survivors to lift you up and pop you on a hook. I don't know who would get the points for that though.

@Peasant - I cannot change your mind. However, I encourange everyone to use a Lery's map offering for a fun Spies from the Shadows game! There are crows all over that map and is probably the reason why they nerfed the perk. Crows go off constantly.
Anybody who hasn't tried this combination, please try it. Survivors will think you're a hacker.

Considerable increases the chances of NoEd not spawning at all when the gates are open

Insta-heals have been poisoned and will have the opposite effect, survivors will lose a health state instead of gaining one.

@OrionsFury4789 - I had no idea you could use an old PS4 controller. I went out and bought an XBox controller (which also feels unnatural). Now I feel dumb!

Two tips :
Pointing means either "Go over there" or "definitely don't go over there".
Wiggling on the hook means either "Come and rescue me" or "Definitely don't come and rescue me".

@OrionsFury4789 - Controller or mouse and keyboard? I didn't realise how difficult transitioning over to WASD SHIFT and CONTROL would be. It feels so unnatural switching between crouch and run compared to the familar DualShock 4.

Ultra Rare: Hatch will never open, even with a key
Very Rare: Hatch will never open without a key
Rare: Two extra gens must be completed for the hatch to open
Common: One extra gen must be completed for the hatch to open

@yeet - When the TEAM gets downed in the first minute of the match I am left picking up the pieces.
But I don't mind too much. It's the lack of variety of killers at the top level that highlights the problem with HillBilly for me. Too many Hillybillies, not enough Clowns, Pigs, Freddies, Leatherfaces, Trappers, PS4 Nurses etc.

The first implementation of the new matchmaking was the best for me. Ping times were no worse (PS4, Europe). When they made it regional the queue times suffered immensely.
I'd love to know what the stats are on this. Who exactly was getting these terrible pings? PC owners? US players? Did other European console owners have a positive experience with the "original new matchmaking"?

It is not against the rules. If they wanted to encourage the killer to put you on the hook and then not rescue you, that is their choice as long as they didn't actually work with the killer. That survivor was an ass but no rule has been broken.
You probably just annoyed them in some trivial way.
