The cabin from The Evil Dead II (which was huge if you saw the movie). It would fit well in the red forest so it wouldn't even need a new realm.

@SamuraiPipotchi - I was worried they would revert the much better pipping system to the "everyone deserves to be rank 1" system before it. They made the right choice. Survivors needed a bit of help because you shouldn't be dipipping for running a killer around 5 gens. A little tweak here and there is all that is required.
Make pipping difficult but fair.

Throw in a few new maps next quarter and I'll happily skip getting a new killer and survivor. Maps should be much easier to create then balance 6 new perks against every other perk, every survivor and every killer.
Pop a tree there, a T wall over here. There we are - a new map. Easy, time for lunch.

I think the survivor pip changes were probably needed because the designated runner shouldn't depip for doing their job and not doing gens. Just like a gen-jockey shouldn't be punished because David is camping hooks getting every save.

@Mushwin - People complained about the Halloween event because some people would collect their goo and then delibereately get themselved killed. But I never saw people do it, I would love to have something back like that as a secondary objective.

Nobody likes playing against the same killer five times in a row. If they nerf Hillbilly then there will be some variety at high ranks. But to compensate, killers need a general buff that can apply to all of them so they can all be viable.

Yes be grateful you aren't on console, you lose all your points for the entire game even if you were a step away from the exit.

If Hillbilly was released today he would be a 110% speed killer. There would be a killer outrage if they nerfed him or his best addons now but if they were brave enough to do so it would be much easier to raise the bar of all killers at the same time.
Red rank players shouldn't have to play Hillbilly every game.

I want to be able to save my favourite builds. Everyone got Flashlights? Switch to my anti-Flashlight build. Got a sabotage hook daily? Switch to my Sabo build. Facing SWF? Switch to Sweaty build.

I'll miss the weekly streams. Even short streams where you can acknowledge bugs or balance issues and let us know if they are being worked on or not would be so useful.
Stuff like this as examples so we don't feel left in the dark:
Freddy - We have no plans to change him
Mettle of Man - It's staying but we are targetting reducing its effectiveness in the next patch
NoEd - We are deleting it from the game but you might have to wait a few months.

I only use Technician for my drunk build. This is disappointing though I had no idea.

When I play as the Spirit. If I get a quick hook, I stand as close to them as I can get, looking into their face for several seconds, then spirit walk away. It's a great way to make the first survivor think I am a camper. Sometimes you get a quick DC of it.
Best to punish campers and help your team by refusing to DC.

In the Hallowed Blight a nice piggy patiently waited for me to fill up my vial before putting me on my final hook which I thought was very kind.

If PC survivors lost all their bloodpoints when killers disconnected there would be uproar.
They should have the same rules on all formats.

Some streamers are good enough to end games within a few minutes - by slugging. Tru3 doesn't do this often. I think this is why people call him average.
But as a killer I don't want to slug, as a survivor I don't want to be slugged, and watching a YouTube or Twitch stream, I don't want to watch slugging. It's boring for everyone.
Tru3 a good entertainer and takes the effort to put his content onto YouTube, for if you can't be bothered to wait 30 minutes for him to get a game.
But I still don't know what a Pallay is.

I hope they haven't changed it because I've avoided Nurse's adept trophy hoping to some day get better. If I now need an ACTUAL merciless victory for it I'll never get it.
But then since I will never get "Where Did They Go?" either, it probably doesn't matter.

@TheSavageLycan - Sarah Michelle Gellar Buffy though not the new politically correct one. I'm already worried we are going to have a robot Chucky to follow the non-Robert Englund Freddy. It also invites the natural choice of a Vampire as a new killer. That could be cool.

@Grim - I agree with you, but not at the cost of everyone who plays a lots pipping nearly every game - which was the point of making the change.
I'm glad that I haven't got to red ranks this month, I am not that good and was out of my depth last month. This month I never feel out of my comfort zone and aren't stomping anyone. I feel that the ranking system is working really well at the mid ranks because you can have 3 kills and a hatch escape but not necessarily rank up. In the old system you could 1-hook kill 4 people and not rank up, and that was fair.
The ranking system feels like it would be punishing red rank hilly billys that want to be rank 1 the most - Those that use chainsaw - hook - BBQ - repeat tactics. I can live with that.

It is not inconceivable that there is old code left in there and a bug calling the old code instead of the new. People seem convinced that autoaim exists despite the devs assurance that they removed it.

The new pipping system is meant to put you were you belong, so that you are playing against equal opponents. If you pip after every reasonably good game we will be back at the situation where anyone who plays a lot will naturally gain red rank.
Consider black pip the new normal, play for bloodpoints not pips and if bhvr have done their sums right, we will all be playing at ranks were we should get good balanced games against equally skilled opponents.
(I'm barely convincing myself now)

A merciless victory is a double pip
But for any "Merciless victory" acheivements, you just need it to give you "Nobody Escaped" at the end. It doesn't have to be an actual double-pip merciless victory.
Why don't they just change the descriptions to avoid confusion?

Jeff's exclusive content was almost identical to the default one too. It just had a different intensity of colour.

@PinkEricka - After the December patch, standard PS4/XBox1 players were complaining that their framerate had dropped again while the PS4 Pro/XBox1X players were celebrating improved frame rates and far fewer pauses (Bloodlust etc). PS4 Pro has a boost mode to improve framerates on non-optimised games and works well on DBD.
"Rubbish graphics on/off" should be at least be a selectable option for standard PS4 players.

It concerns me the amount of people who are coming on here to say they are abandoning the game. I hope the devs are reading.

Have they changed it? I got Adept Freddy after 2 DCs and 2 suicides. Unless things have changed it was just poor wording for the acheivements. It should have read Achieve "No one escaped" with whoever, not Acheive a Merciless Victory with whoever.
