It's the best, this game is very vicious and frustrating at the same time, now I plan to give myself some time and come back for the fifth anniversary.
-
I also want to see it, something tells me that the Twins episode is a clear indication that it will come this year or the next. As with Billy and Bubba.
-
Jason is the first of all I want to see, following him after Nemesis or Mr. X / Chucky / Pinhead and Alien.
-
I definitely hope it's Jason, with him, the most famous slasher team (Freddy, Michael, Leatherface and Ghostface) will be completed with just Jason, I will feel that the game is definitely complete.

Yea I understand what you mean, I’m just spit balling here, I’d be happy with any licensed killer tbh, as long as it’s not like the leprechaun or something.
Yes, the truth is that the Twins chapter should have been a license in the first place, I mean 2 originals and 2 licenses per year and in the end there was no confirmation, I just hope that in June, they bring a new map once and for all.
-
Springtrap on the fifth anniversary? I hope that doesn't happen. That position must be taken by someone more famous than him. I'm not against him coming, just that the position is taken by a character like Nemesis or Mr. X / Chucky / Pinhead.
-
Who?
-
Super design, I thought it would be a type of Hacker Stalker but in the end it is a type of Singer with a touch of gay.
-
Very good this kind of Joker from Suicide Squad Korean version.

I don't think it's OP, I think Jason's power is due a lot to his regeneration and immortality, but special abilities for the game, it should be to destroy instant palettes and not be stunned when entering that state, it would have a duration of 60 seconds and when finished, it would be stunned or slowed down to regain its senses, basically it is similar to the power of Oni, but the difference is that it does not leave you vulnerable, but you are immune to stun and you go through the pallets without being stunned, basically as shown in This video, for something reminds me a lot of Rage Mode, in fact it is as if I was angry.

Also as a secondary skill it could be these 2 options, but not being stunned by pallets and going through them and breaking them instantly, sounds very unique for a licensed killer like Jason.

Also now that I think about it, I imagine that if you add Jason, it will be the copy of Myers, I mean, you start undetectable at level 1, at level 2 your radius of terror is reduced, and at level 3, you do not leave anyone vulnerable, You just destroy pallets, breakable doors, windows maybe and leave a deep wound or you can grab a wounded or healthy survivor but if you fail, you are stunned.

Just the thought of a killer being able to break pallets instantly and vault windows quicker seems op imo but idk what do you think?

I really like the concept and even more so when it comes to Jason and Tommy, the Anger meter reminds me a lot of Rage Mode, and seeing that in DBD, I would like to see it reflected in Jason, who can break paddles, breakable objects when enters that state, and that he also had a teleportation ability or an ability to enter Undetectable, something very characteristic. But knowing DbD, if they succeed, it will be the 3rd killer stalker.

I do not understand why almost everyone does not want it, the more licensed characters, the better for everyone and especially for the Dead by Daylight team, the more earnings, the better things are going for them.
-
A Trapper origin movie, delving into his lore, what his life was like in the mines and Archie MacMillan's deranged mentality and seeing how he killed the workers and people who approached the MacMillan Estate, a post-credit scene is to see how The entity tortures him to kill him and make way for a Dead by Daylight 2016 style movie.
-
He has never been able to play killer in low ranges, but after a while you get used to a lot and learn to overcome the movements that people make, believe me that in red ranges, I as the main killer, it is pure probability to know the movements of A survivor, I have seen a lot that killers in low ranks, they try to make a mental game, but in the end the plan does not work out and the survivor keeps running, after a while you get used to knowing what the survivor will do and it will be one more game normal ... and yes, the problem of toxic swf, is something that I do not tolerate like you in low ranges, in fact, I prefer to play in high ranges and lower myself a little to their level, as to avoid a lot of toxics and It made playing a little easier, I say.
-
Closed maps take the worst of breakable doors. I imagine if they rework Lery or Hawkins, it would be tedious to play there, Midwich should stay the same, the same goes for Dead Saloon.
-
Sometimes I wonder why the developers don't invite them to be future survivors.

With bubba this is my build and about 2 perks that can be very beneficial especially in Sluggear.
-Tinkerer: The good thing is that you have information on who is in a generator, you can go and attack them stealthily with the chainsaw.
-Pop Goes the Weasel: To protect generators and you take 25% progress.
-Bamboozle: It can be very easy for you to attack them and not use a window, for example Shack.
-Corrupt intervention: An anti-generator calms the game at the beginning and you can catch the first 2 with bubba maybe.
2 PERKS.
- Infectious Fright: Once you catch one with a chainsaw, if there is someone, feel free to go for it, build pressure.
-Knock Out: Once you knock them down, if there is someone within 16 meters they will see the survivor's aura, if they are far no one will see it. This pairs really well with Infectious Fright.

Friday the 13th chapter, but I have one that I desperately want. A Star Wars chapter, with Darth Vader as killer and Han Solo as Survivor...
-
I was able to leave a long time ago when I was dealing with toxic swf when I was first starting out at low ranks, but as @Yords says, it's a drug to have to play Dead by Daylight, it's addictive even if I hate it, like I quit smoking weed and can't stop. And if I left, it would be pathetic to have to play TF2 again and your FK2 or Slender servers are dead. Currently I do not have any entertaining games and the rest like GTA V, PUBG, Gmod, etc. I have them uninstalled.

-
Yes.
-
Wonderful job.
-
I don't think they will release a new map until the anniversary, damn it, when will they finish graphically updating the old maps ?? !!

For me the licenses are what makes this game special. I mean, Laurie strode and ash vs. The demogorgon? Nothing else like it
I even dare to say that if it weren't for the licenses, Dead by Daylight would be different and even somewhat boring, they would also not have many people who are already part of the community and their source of income would be somewhat painful.

no I don't
Saw fits in DBD because its a slasher flick,
Demogorgon fits in DBD because in the series it was already the minion of a shadow monster so how is the entity different?
Silent hill was a stupid premise to begin with, because traffic cone head is just the protagonists own guilt and self loathing made manifest, but hey its still beholden to some higher darkness albeit the darkness in the protagonist's head, so it fits in DBD.
From a hive building behaviourally insectiod alien race, what is its motivation to hook survivors in service of the entity? It makes no sense and doesn't fit themtaically in what DBD has crafted.
Yes you could horse shoe it in but it would feel forced, just by the very nature of how in depth they have built up the xenomorph in terms of backstory.
You are welcome to disagree but do better than that.
The tradition and hypothesis of its gameplay does not prevent a Xenomorph, a ghost or a doll from entering the game just because people think about their qualities and are not suitable to enter this game just because it is their point of view. It has more to do with agreements and permits in the commercial area.

How envious that Fortnite is the second best Super Smash Bros and that now Alien joins them and not DbD. They give us a simple K-Poper as a reward.
-
Pizza time.
-
It disappoints me on the one hand, but after all, they are "guests coming to a house" in the case of license killers. But the original chapters are more fun with respect to their playability and in the case of licensed chapters it is nothing more than playing your favorite movie or video game character.

Its the break it, we got a Kpop idol while fortnite gets a horror icon (Ripley and the Xenomorph). How embarrassing.
What envy that this chapter does not have a license and even more so not to have a Xenomorph and above all that the survivor is a k-poper on the one hand is tedious, I don't even like that genre of music.

There's words hidden in the spectrometer of the song...I didn't believe the one most people are sharing so I did it myself, there's the result of the back half of the trailer, the first half has crazy but not scream. They've outdone themselves this time...
Now it is theorized that also, the cassette of the song stops at the second 03:19, possibly, on March 19, chapter 19 comes out? My disbelief but the PTB will surely be next week or am I wrong.

I agree that the killer is probably some obsessed stan; perhaps murdered the star/idol and is now masquerading as them.
But who knows if the Survivor has anything to do with the rest of that though. Chances are the survivor will just be dumb rich orphan #3.
It makes perfect sense that the killer is a web stalker of some famous star. And the survivor is one of them.
-
The last 2 chapters were great, a little less the Twins chapter because of the amount of errors and bugs that even were in a hurry to launch the chapter and in the end everything was delayed. I just hope that this episode 19 is fun and addictive, despite the leak of its survivor and a bit of the killer, it may be a famous k-poper with a lot of popularity and a celebrity stalker who has always studied and murdered harassed to celibrities in order to commit his brutal act.

I 'member long time ago, Shack wasn't too difficult to deal with, just do one or two red glow mindgames and they will be close enough to hit if they don't drop god pallet.
But since they sped up Medium vaults as well as making it possible to fast vault the window while Standing STILL (ugh this makes me irrationally angry) it feels like it's nearly impossible to force the pallet drop without the survivor vaulting the window 3 times as an M1 killer, since you can't hit them if they hesitate in the middle anymore, and the fast vault gives them another loop.
I don't usually play M1 killer's anymore but have recently picked a few of them up again. Any tips would be appreciated for helping old dogs learn new tricks.
In the shack there is not much to do, you can jump the window and look to the opposite side, stay still for 2 seconds and wait for the survivor to come to you, but if he is smart he will go to the pallet or wait at the window. The only thing that would be effective is to use Bamboozle to block the window and force him to throw a pallet, another trick would be to go to one side, entering the shack, but at the same time returning and going the other side, then you can hide the red light or wait, but the most convenient thing is to remove that pallet as soon as possible.

For Myers the best thing you can do is let him not see you, because if someone new to rank 20 who does not know how Myers' power works, they will be lost. If it is a Myers with Mirror from EW1 the best is to run, because in EW1 it is very slow, to be brief, Myers starts a game weak and ends up being powerful.
For Ghostface the best thing you can do is look at him and cancel the power, but if he marks you, the best thing is to run and make a mental game of whether to throw a pallet or not, the same for Myers in EW3 because I feel that most of Rookie killers have a lot of respect for pallets.
For Bubba, if he does not know how to click on the load numbers of his power, it will be easy to play against him, but if he knows how to play, it is best to run and if he is almost 2 meters from you, it is better to throw a pallet or make him a mental game of whether to throw or not, a pallet, if it hits you, it is best not to expose yourself much and even more as a team. It is certainly next to impossible to get away from a Bubba Camper.
With them 3 you already give yourself an example of how to play or not, let Myers not see you, ######### the power to Ghostface if he is stalking someone else or yourself and with Bubba, if he is a camper, the best thing is to do Gens, in 2 complete stages of hooks will already have 3-4 Gens finished, so you can escape, but there will always be casualties. Although my main advice, if you play against medium or basic killers, it is best to learn to loope and never take your eyes off him, because in a chase, it will always be a mental game.

Lmao.

They already confirmed that the next chapter is original.

As a joke as it is, his power can be force, knocking breakable objects down with force, strangling survivors in midair or throwing his lightsaber.

This guy, who made this thread absolutely doesn't know anything about this genre of movies. Chucky is small, but he is taller and bigger than Victor. When I'm using Victor i have no problem seeing over windows and pallets, from survivor perspective it's not hard to spot either.
I agree, it's obviously the same guys hinting that Trapper is Jason and they do not know in depth, the slasher genre of the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and the new millennium...

bullets. In the movies, he has almost died from bullets at the end of the movies. He comes back to life though, but then gets hit with a stick, but comes back to life and gets hit with a piper, then comes back to life and is stabbed nonstop, and then comes back to life and burns. So, maybe nothing, cus he is immortal? 🤔
This is due to a statement by John Carpenter, Myers is a human and at the same time he is a supernatural being, like a force of nature, an evil force that is around. He is pure evil as Loomis says, that's why Michael is immortal, as they say in the movies "You can't kill the bogeyman."

Myers weakness is no map mobility, and power that requires survivors to give it to him
What does this mean for the survivor
Kill can't get anywhere fast so you can pressure multiple spaced gens without them being able to do much
But also it means that your team (usually dependent on addons) having 1 or more weak members means that myers can get his power and snowball really early
counter is to play smart and spaced as a team to prevent snowball and take advantage of his lack of mobility + standard looping because he can't avoid looping with his power
Its weakness in the game is that it is too slow at the beginning, especially the lunge of the weapon. A speed of 105% may be their biggest disadvantage or that they hide from it. Even if you put the tombstone of Judith you will be even slower than normal.
-
@QwQw said:
He doesn't have any. He's evil incarnate.
Maybe, but he must have a weakness that can only be stopped "momentarily" like when he is shot and pretends to be dead to surprise his victim, that is clearly seen in Halloween 2, although yes, he does not have any weakness that is strong, already that his immortility gives him a distinct advantage.
-
@DontNerf said:
This is not a horror game more horror themed.
Sorry, but the licensed chapters are not linked to the genre of terror? and then why are they in this game? I think what you said doesn't make any sense, it's an asymmetrical survival horror game.
