Feng already has flowing long straight hair though. It's the Geek Chic hair.

I mean I like the ideas but maybe we could spread that debuff around idk... dying light is another difficult perk.... maybe it shouldn't be obsession based because the perk does bring out the ass in most players...hmmm true but I wan't the main focus of it to still center around the obsession so maybe the effects for the obsession remain the same but the effects on the others are weakened? Like for idea 2 it only goes up 1%/2%/3% for all other survivors but for the obsession it still goes up 3%/4%/5%?

@LCGaster said:
I like how the perk is right now, it's not viable in many killers but it works wonders on my main man Wraith, and giving the obsession more skill checks is a disadvantage if the survivor is goodwell the skill checks thing could be removed but I just think the movement speed boost is spent too quick.
-
@Captain_Spaulding said:
But even with yours the stacks get used up too quickly and giving them more skill checks usually only mean more BP for them. People don't usually miss skill checks anymore unless they're like 25 hours total of gameplay or your running huntress lullaby. I'm merely a rank 12 survivor and I basically never miss a skill check unless it's because the killer is right there or lullaby has like 3-4 stacks on it.It would be just to annoy them c: thats why you're playing with them hehe and its meant to compliment his kit in general of not tunneling the obsession so you get your stacks, focus everyone else, and save the best for last

I disagree that Lithe needs a buff. Its a very balanced exhaustion perk in its present form. Survivor vaulting just recently got buffed with a sped up slow vault animation and the retention of momentum when vaulting. Speeding up vaulting even more would not be good for balance. I understand the reasoning as a means to mitigate bullshit hits but that has more to do with latency which is going to be addressed with dedicated servers this summer.Idk Ive been hit really weirdly with green ping plus the new sped up fault is not really noticeable

Another idea could be that it triggers when in a certain radius of the heartbeat/hunt music but not necessarily in a chase. I notice the chase requirement can be really finnicky.Hmm idk that can be quite irritating when trying to be sneaky maybe a certain time after a chase ends like within 5 or 3 seconds C:

@Captain_Spaulding said:
True but right now it's way to underpowered of a perk. It's one of the perks that they're scared to touch because balancing it is way too tough and I can't blame them for it.I mean I like my little idea c:
-
@Captain_Spaulding said:
The only change I would give it is that the stacks only get used up by hitting the obsession only. That's really the only change that's needed and it becomes a lot more viable like save the best for last.I feel at that point it becomes problematic because you have a 130% Leatherface/huntress/hag/legion (in frenzy) idk I just feel like that is waaay to powerful

@DelsKibara said:
Having an increased vault speed for Lithe would actually make it much more useful.
Would definitely help against those bullshit hits through windows.It always works as killer but never as survivor ;-;

Maybe. It would need to be tested.True it can be added in the PTB then removed unlike some other games that keep things in their PTB and game no matter what cough cough overwatch cough cough

Personally i love Dying Light as it is now it's just not for Michael, but thats ok!Yes you do have to tunnel but if you get it early like the person ducks the game or gives up it's super spicy.
There are many perks that work for other killers better than they do the person who they belong too.
Case in point M&A or Iron Maiden.
I was more referring to it being counter active to his other perks which require you to keep the survivor alive and by having it this way it makes it so the obsession is weak when it comes to repairing, cleansing, healing etc! Idk just an idea I wanted to throw out since everytime I use it only effects me at the last gen ;-;

Is this bait?
So where to start
1. gg ez is the term used by every egocentric players its never one side if your telling me you never met a survivor who also went gg ez then i want your survivours.Ds kinda promotes killers to hunt other targets that arent carrying it. Which often results in a killer targeting the person off the hook instead of going after the obssesion. If you take a ds regardless of whether or not your behind i question your legitimacy as a killer player. Slugging ds and dribbling is the best solution right now.
Console players are still new to the advanced mechanics a survivour can use to survive. So mechanics like camping and tunneling will not be as important. Camping and tunneling mind you are tools in a killers kit. You dont need em for every game but if players are trying to rush hooks or are making bad saves you need to punish that misplay by downing the unhooked or force them to bodyblock.
My advice dont ever listen to a killer main or survivour main listen to the players who play both. They will give you the fairest assesment of the game and its problems.
I flipped sides because I couldn't handle the sheer amount of camping on survivor my most recent id say 400 hours are all on killer just because survivor became so unfun to play its like I couldn't loop, vault, pallet stun or anything so I juts gave up and said oh well imma main killer now

The reward would be the prestige option including all cosmetic outfits instead of just the default onesTaelance said:@Jake_Parks_prince said:
so why not make it and I know it’d take time but it’d be time well spent since it’d give people a reason too A. Buy cosmetics and B. To grind on the gameso your idea is adding infinite prestige. I mean it takes quite a lot of bloodpoints to get P3 with all perks on Killers as it is. Why just keep on removing the perks and adding the perks needed. If there is no reward for continuing to prestige, then what is the point in going past 3 as it is. No reward, no point.

It really isn’t at all cheating I don’t even see how SWF is considered cheating in any way shape or form the fact you think it is baffles meRaizinz said:So is cheating the system by using external communications. Just because survivors come up with some arbitrary rules as to what makes the game toxic or not based upon how they want to experience their games does not mean that it's right and is obviously one-sided.

good for you. I'd rather wait another minute and get a team full of morons with no communication. Kind of seems like common sense to me.

Do you not think there is at least an issue with the number of pallets that spawn into the map? In my experience, it feels like I chew through at least 30 of the damn things and have to spend ages hunting survivors. I'm bearly able to maintain rank 5 so maybe map pressure is just something I haven't mastered yet. My main killer is the clown, if that matters.Its not the number its how close they are but don't worry the clown is an amazing loop ender soon enough you'll have no problems chewing through survivors

Oh and punishing the hooked survivor for a poor play by a team mate is rude BTW

It's almost impossible to not hit someone when you're using Feral Frenzy, so guaranteeing a down like that is not a good idea.

this diffthere is a HUGE difference between "Deep Wound" and "Mangled".
this difference would be, that "Mangled" is a great effect, that really helps slowing down the game, while "Deep Wound" has little to no effect AT ALL to the game.
its such a bad effect, i dont get why people want to see it more often...
Lol what?
Mangled adds 4 seconds to a heal at a time of their choosing.
Deep wounds forces them to spend 16 seconds mending within 20 seconds of being hit/breaking chase. Then on top of that they need to do a heal afterwards.
DW is far more powerful than mangled.
EXACTLY! Sloppy is also dependent on med-kits while DW isn't as well.
-
I’m not that surprised that someone suggested this because it seems like a lot of Survivors are trying to have more perks and add-ons involve the Deep Wound effect because of how weak it is and are trying to remove things like Mangled because they want every game to end with an easy escape.
Im a flex main mostly killer rank 2 killer and rank 4 survivor soooo. And deep wound essentially can slow the game down more then sloppy butcher since A. you have to wait 10 seconds before you can start your 16 second heal. Sloppy butcher only adds 4 seconds to the heal timer if they even want to heal that is. I think you're confusing what im saying though so let me explain. Mangled add ons on things like the huntresses hatchets don't work very well since ive played as and against a huntress using mangled add-ons because its a timer that only lasts 2 minutes and thats once again if they even decide to heal because for some reason im noticing a lot of survivors not healing anymore? Also I want deep wound buffs I.E. it can go down during chases but only to a max of 50% that way after chase a survivor only has up to 5 seconds to find a safe spot and mend.

its such a bad effect, i dont get why people want to see it more often...because you can literally use a perk for mangled so add-ons that have it for however many seconds are useless when you have a perk that doesn't have to be made teach able do it for free forever. It doesn't even stack which adds to it being useless on add-ons. Plus deep wound DOES slow the game down quite a bit and is deadly if used right.
I use the mangled addon for billy and it remains forever therefore it saves me a perk slot. No need to change it.
you fail to realize it gets taken away when hooking someone and is also an add on.

by using the add ons, you can clear one perk slot any use sthg different then.
i dont see a problem with having an additional perk to choose.also by "if used right" you mean turning around and follow the blood until they bleed out, right?
yeah that strategy is BS. you can literally hunt them down with M1, which takes less long, or if it lasts longer, it gets rid of many palltes that could turn the table later on.@Mister_xD said:

It only works if you have lost the survivor in the chase but at least with deep wound it'll take an extra 10 seconds compared to an extra 5.

reward not camping killers instead.gosh, is it so hard to think of something else but a punishment for killers??
ffs camping got nerfed INTO THE GROUND!
the only reason why killers camp is because the survivors make it worth it. do the gens, have 3 or 4 dont in the time the killer camps one and he will at max get a 2k, which would eigther force him to blackpip ir to depip, while you pip, due to good lightbringer and unbroken scores.I mean ive gotten a 4k with one gen left in rank 2 I hate to say this but why are ypu punishing survivors for doing the objective?
im not punishing you for doing your objective.
not at all. by camping i just encourage you to do it instead of going for altruistic plays.
camping usually means, that the person who gets camped failed at their own objective: staying alive. by that they allowed me to gain one step in my objective, which is: sacrifice you.
with other words, camping just lets you feel the consequences of f*cking up, while getting saved and healed make the whole hook meaingless in the first place.
i know its no fun, but that goes for both sides. the killer also has no fun while camping.
besides that, i just wanted to point out that camping has been nerfed multiple times to a point where it doesnt take a lot to beat a camper, forcing him to depip.and again, the fact that you got a 4k with camping on rank 2 only shows, that survivors still dont understand how to beat a camper.
maybe I should've mentioned this. I didn't camp at all for the 4k. Also I remember the best time I was face camped was against peek-a-boo Myers in the hospital. He just came from behind a wall and pulled me off a gen no way to know he was there at all. So in cases like that how is that punishing a survivor for doing bad? I don't play survivor often anymore because all most people do is face camp and tunnel.
well... if you didnt get the 4k with camping, then why did you bring it up in the first place?
however, a jumpscare myers in one of the very few things that would actually fall under the "had no other chance" list. that would also occure to a doctor who spawned so close to you, that you literally scream as soon as the round started.
however, you can prevent these scenarios.
usually, when i play survivor i just always expect a myers popping out of nowhere, so im always on the look out, until im proven wrong and its not a myers.
and once you've spotted the killer, its all about the chase. you can escape a chase, its not impossible, but when you go down, that means you failed twice in the chase, which results in your hook.
and i still stick with what i said earlier: camping only shows you the consequence of fcking up. getting rescued renders the whole part of you fcking up the first time meaningless, as there is no consequence at all.How does it render the whole consequence meaningless? You only have two more hooks and how was I supposed to see a Myers behind a wall? If I don't get enough time to react to a no terror radius killer why do I get punished for something beyond my control? And I brought up the kills to say just outplay and counter play survivors learn what each one does, how they do it, and when to strike.
-
So make it useless when its easy to counter? Gotcha
-
i love this

I play on PS4 and the killers I encounter majority will face camp or just go for the same survivor till they're dead then repeat.I also play on PS4 and play both Survivor and Killer. As Survivor I rarely ever encounter face camping Killers and when ever I do I love it because they waste more than 2 minutes on a single Survivor while I do Gens. As Killer I never camp unless all of the other Survivors are bumrushing the Hooks literally every time I turn my head. They are coming to me, I'm not going to go looking and give them free unhooks.
Tunneling is a legit strategy since removing the first Survivor has the largest impact on the game. Sure its annoying but better Survivor play makes it harder to tunnel down one player and its really on the whole team to stop this from happening to the best of their ability.
Yes you get to do the objective and pip while the guy on the hook has to depip and sit there.
