Nah. This would make some killers way too strong.

And why is it out of control? Because killers can barely get 1 hook if they don't tunnel. I would say im decent at killing and ive noticed that in this boon economy and every fight having at least 1 person with prove thyself gens fly fast.
Sure there are killers that tunnel and facecamp for fun but a lot of us do it because we simply don't have time to count the hooks fairly. We need to get 1 out of the game fast because it gives us the best chance of winning.
I'd say call of brine and corrupt should become basekit for killers. The basic kick does absolutely nothing and if you dont slow down those 3 gens at the beginning your match is over under 7 minutes.
I've been watching streamers and they still manage to get hooks without tunneling. Not everyone is a god survivor that can loop the killer forever. I rarely tunnel myself. Those perks basekit would make some killers way too strong. They shouldn't be basekit.

I disagree. Survivors have 30 perks, when you take into account everything voice comms can do.
Survivors need jack squat basekit, but will get it anyways, so Killers should get something.
Tunneling and camping is out of control. BT base-kit needs to happen. Not everyone plays using voice comms.

Why? Why should Survivors get a basekit perk, but not Killers?
Survivors need it more.

None imo

ow is it even possible to get 6 hook campers in a row???
i've played 4 matches today 3 of them has been against a nemesis 2 of them has been hookcamping. the game before that was against a pyramid head hookcamping...
around a week ago i got hook camped 6 games in a row??
4 weeks ago i hadnt faced a hook camper in like a month or 2 but now its like 6 out of 7 matches just pure hook camping and yet the killers that doesnt hook camp complain "yOu RuN mEtA pErKs" which ive stopped doing but honestly DS is a must at this point
its so boring because i find killer overwhelming due to ######### perks like CoH making it 3 time harder to perform well one some killers and then im like ooh fine i will play some survivor... and the killer is just an hook camper that says GGEZ NOOBS from russia playing nemesis :p
Something as simple as removing the skillchecks or bringing back the old stuggle would help 200x more it would make it so you can sit on your phone or something instead of sitting and doing skillchecks for 60 seconds...(i dont want to suicide so the killer gets even more value from it)
Tunneling and camping is out of control at the moment. They are looking into fixes for face camping but who knows how long a fix might take.

It’s not unpopular she is massively overrated there are so many cooler survivors and people love to play with her for some reason
Because she's awesome and cute :) Feng is best girl
-
I don't think its survivor sided unless you have four good SWF players talking to each other. Most of the time killers lose because of mistakes that they make.
-
Corrupt is one of my favorite killer perks, but I don't think it's necessary. I played as Sadako last night without the perk and I still won most of my games. It's definitely very helpful though.

so ridiculous, survivors shouldn’t ever be spawning on hex totems.
Agreed. A lot of totem locations are ridiculous.

Yui must die!!

I almost always let one or 2 escape... I feel bad if I don't. That is not going to happen if they are toxic though. Play nice and so will I.

They reduced the number of hooks about 4 updates ago because survivors kept complaining about wiggle doing "nothing" even though it is only in the game to stop you going to the basement every time. They also probably did it in preparation for the wiggle buffs and boil over buff because somehow survivors need 30 second chances every game.
Really? I didn't know this. That explains a lot. Lol
-
I'm going to assume you're not being serious. If you are... 😐

@MilManson said:
Solo queue shouldn't have MMR.
If you get downed first you might as well ######### on hook and go next because you'll probably either get hook farmed or spend the entire game injured.
That's what I do, die fast on hook and go next if in solo queue.
That is ridiculous. I'm not gonna pretend I haven't killed myself on hook, but I don't do it every game. Sometimes you get good teammates, sometimes you don't. Just hang in there because you might end up winning.
-
It usually only happens when survivors don't know what they are doing, or they aren't paying attention.
-
She's very weak. I'm still enjoying playing as her, but she seriously needs some buffs.
-
Huntress. I've had the game since launch on console (recently switched to PC) and she is still only level 3, I think? I hate her. 😅
-
BBQ, Corrupt, PGTW, Call of Brine. These perks are pretty good on her.

I am of the same thought. I would much rather deal with DH than SB. DH players play much more greedy that they will often go down faster than a SB player.
Agreed. It's usually easier to catch a DH player than someone using SB.

Sprint burst is fifty times less frustrating to deal with though. You can see when someone has it and it forces survivors to walk from place to place.
The counterplay? Follow the surv for a few seconds longer. Big deal. It's not nearly on the level of having to bait out twenty dead hards in a match.
We shall see. I think we'll see a ton of complaining about SB. It's still stronger imo

Personally i disagree and this is how i look at it tho, i can't stand to slowly walk around the map to safe SB.
Especially as someone who loves being chased as much as possible.
SB to me only gives a little distance which as dead hard can easily baited out, if someone is walking then you know the have SB and you don't attack and just chase them.
With DH it can basically take a granted down away because of the iframes and create distance at the same time.
I personally have had more downs take away from me and longer chases as killer when someone had DH than survivors who had SB.
Survivors with SB (and this is my observation) are relying to much on that perk and think killers will leave them when the sprint away, the most of them usually are pretty bad at looping and will go down pretty fast.
SB is much easier to use than DH. It can even save you from getting injured and you can usually make it to a pallet/loop before the killer catches up. Of course, bad players are gonna go down faster. SB can also be 99d so you don't always have to walk. Imagine 4 good players using it. Yeah, I'll take DH.

Sprint Burst. I'd rather see 4 DHs in my game than 4 SBs. If DH gets nerfed so hard it becomes non meta and everyone changes to SB, killers will realize how easy they've got it now.
I've said this same thing a lot on here. SB is stronger and killers will realize that when DH gets nerfed. It's just that way more people use DH and SB is less common. Killers have it easier with DH.
-
Very weak but fun
-
Billy could use a few tweaks to make him feel less clunky, but I feel like he is mostly fine. Nurse is busted when played by a good player that knows how to use her.

Jealous about upvotes?? No. Why on earth would I care about that? It was a weird comment and wasn't on topic. Thought it was obvious why I commented on it... Lol

I mean literally, like it's order of magnitude better than old days yet it's still in very bad state, I find it funny how ridiculous this game is.
Agreed! It's much better than it used to be, but it still has so many problems. It's frustrating to play on both sides a lot of the time.

The fact game is in a very bad state and yet it's still better than ever is something I find really funny.
I'm not sure what you mean?
-
Don't really like Dowsey so I'm going to skip the video. Yeah, I think this game needs a lot of work... buff weak killers, buff soloQ, fix super strong loops, nerf busted addons, perks, etc. The list goes on and on. This game is in a very bad state right now
-
Maybe Trapper or Legion. Not sure.
-
Most people that complain really dislike his addons (well, at least one of them). His base kit is fine.

What's the proof that shows nurse is holding strong perks back? because statistically nurse is NEVER been a strong killer, no way she can holds the perks back.

Im actually boggled at how this team managed to lose, like were they memeaing, cuz they had all the tools to destroy a sadako yet somehow they got 4ked, like how is that even posible.
They were playing very sweaty. I was able to pull off some good mind games at loops and used my TVs to pressure the gens. Only one gen was remaining when I killed the last guy. POP and Call of Brine really saved me that game.
Edit- If they just held W, I used the TVs to shorten the distance. That game lasted a long time.
-
DH is fine. I'd rather go against DH users than SB.
-
Yeah, I can usually get a lot of points with her. She is awesome 😄
-
It is what it is. Nurse needs a rework.

Yep! I've used both.

I feel like i am going against cheaters when i see posts like this.
I have tried to use the tv's offensively in a chase and the survivors always hear it and run the opposite direction.
Nobody gets caught out by manifestation now that they know what the lullaby sounds like. The only gen grabs i have managed to get are from plaything or tinkerer.
Tv cooldown is to long and survivors turn the tv's off if they are smart since the condemned offers no threat.
Agreed. I've had survivors run around turning my TVs off because it's not threatening enough. I was unable to teleport and felt helpless. TVs need a shorter cooldown and condemned needs to be buffed somehow.

and I haven't seen this “new” secondary intro both times I booted the game so HOW DO YOU GET IT????
I'm not sure. I didn't have it earlier, but I got it tonight when I logged in. Maybe it's random?
-
I just logged in and got the charm.
-
I haven't received the charm yet and I got the characters on the first day as well.
-
I don't think she's really good if you're against good players. They will turn off the TVs (forcing you to walk everywhere), loop you for eternity, etc. With that being said, I'm still having fun with her.
-
Idk... I don't really like that member. Way too annoying.

its a cool addon ye but I dont know if that is important enough to be in base kit. I think her "demanifest" is okey enough atm, I think she needs more adjustments on the condemned since it basicly does nothing without addons.
Agreed. Survivors can just turn off your TVs and work on gens without worrying about the condemned mechanic. It's just too weak right now. I love Sadako but she's just not that good.

@Prosac said:
from my experience survivors are toxic more often
This is kind of a silly comment. OP was talking about players being toxic with the new killer and was asking why that might be. He wasn't asking which side does it more... 🤦♂️
-
Not really. It's just a game. I don't care what anyone I play against thinks. If I do good, then great! If I do terrible, then whatever. I just move on to the next game.
