situation is the same but also different for me, as i had already purchased every single cats and Dogs cosmetic way before Jeff's and Felix's were released today. so considering i had already bought those outfits i should have gotten those charms by default.

Yes, an update was pushed a little while ago on our side. So those who have met requirements for the Easter Egg - will receive the charm. I'm not saying what those requirements are. You will need to restart teh game if you've had it open for more than an hour or so.

The Cursed Video Tape Charm itself is missing on the Killers side 🤪 it was already set on one of the killers but when i decided to move the charms around it wasnt in the list XD Still pickable on survivor side tho

Then how come people that haven't played since December are logging in and getting it? Is it so hard to believe that this is bugged? I mean this is DBD we're talking about. I've literally tried everything on this forum and nothing has worked. I got on my brother's ps4 (he hasn't played since nemesis came out.) And when I loaded it up he got the secret video and the charm and no of course he doesn't own the ringu dlc. I've been playing nearly almost every day since then... it's bugged dude. I believe the secret video plays randomly but I also believe that it simply doesn't work for quite a bit of people. It's like the shards they gave out for Bubba, not everyone got those so they had to redo it.
agreed, like i accept the fact that it was supposed to be random.... sure. that makes sense. but it shouldnt be BAD RNG where if you didnt get it the first few times u wont get it for the rest of the month. like literally in the first week i logged in and out like 20 times a day so over 100 times total just in hope it would activate after it said initialization complete.

I just checked too and nothing. But I've got two different email chains going on where they're looking into it. It seems like they had trouble finding my DLC purchased through the store, so I'm sure they're still working out why Playstation is having so much difficulty. Hopefully we hear something back soon!

Wondering why none of you guys are acknowledging and talking about how getting the cursed tape easter egg intro and wrathful well charm is bugged for a lot of people especially on playstation including myself. how a huge amount of us havent been able to get it for a week now since patch dropped and the RNG for triggering the intro is extremely bad even if its supposed to be random. And also wondering why we keep getting copy past cookie cutter responses when we go into specifics.

i actually made two request this was the first one, i made 2nd one like yesterday or saturday giving more full description....like a damn essay about it.... and after sending it i went to the email where it confirmed i send and told me to add anything to to the emailll i add both links here and the one in the bug section

Gave them a long description of what's going with the charm being bugged... How we know what the Easter egg is and the ppl who got it literally don't know how it triggered... And THIS is what I got

Yeah hopefully, I would feel a lot better knowing it wasn’t limit and some kind of clue…because I have done everything I can think of.
its gotten to the point that ive deleted DBD from my ps4 just to reinstall it again to see if that would do anything..... still loading and most likely wont. but we'll see

The problem with this charm is if it is you do something that's the trigger and after 7 days you get the charm no one knows EXACTLY what they did 7 days ago to unlock the charm. Just look through the comments here - everyone here has had a different experience for getting the charm.
Some that received it have had the DLC since day 1 but then there are others that just got the DLC or don't even have the DLC that also received it. You also have others who got the DLC immediately and still don't have the charm.
Some have been condemned mori'd to get charm, others have never even reached match condemned but got charm. Then there are those that were condemned mori'd but didn't get a charm.
The problem with this is it's not like the gnome charm where you'd instantly know whatever you did gave you the charm. As far as we know first you trigger something and then wait 7 days to see if it even worked.
Maybe it's bugged, maybe it's working as intended - we have no idea because it's a guessing game for the trigger and it's a week waiting game to see.
oh no agree definitely trying to make sense of what to do is so much worse than the Gnome charm event

They should have put out a code and called it a day if it was gonna be this big of a headache. You got our money for the chapter so give us the charm.. I'm not buying that there is a secret way to unlock this since people who have not bought the chapter or played the week during got it on Tuesday or the following days
yeah i agree,,,,,hell even as friggin annoying the codes grabs from fog whisperers were especially when trying to get it for console... at least we knew HOW to get them... I despise this whole making a charm event a secret crap.... they did this last time for the Gnome charm and im sure alot of ppl were wondering ######### is going on. BHVR. PLEASE START BEING MORE TRANSPARENT.

if the easter egg is the intro we already know.... what we dont koow is what triggers when its completely random. hell one of my psn friends just got the charm yesterday and they only logged in once ever since the bugfix patch dropped.... and while they have the dlc they havent touched Yoichi nor Sadako.

If that's the case BHVR must not know the requirements because it would have unlocked for most people on Tuesday. I'm feeling like it's a bug and we may get left out.. For real.... all we know is that we need to watch the sencond intro but it doesnt make sense that it starts for a few people after the patch uupdate first thing and it doesnt for the rest of the people. if its RNG why would u make something that barely happens.

I've tried pretty much everything that I've heard about. It's been 7 days since I bought Yoichi, I AFK'd on the start screen, I restarted my game like 10 times, I watched the opening cutscene all the way through, I got adept Yoichi, I escaped with a tape, everything and still no charm or alternate video.
same did all of that, including Adept Onryo/Sadako and still got nothing XP

not often really unless i think ur in red rank....they only target and tunnel and camp either the survivors who are black, OR streamers who are black irl, they also smack and chainsaw them on the hook as well. and THEN they say racist crap to them in post game chat

they would go only after the survivors that are Black, or if they know the actual person playing Any survivor is Black irl, usually the TTVs, and while wearing the mask only go Straight after them and them only while letting everyone else go willingly, along with face camping at the hook, beating them with the sledge, and chainsawing them on hook... AND the usual racist remarks in player chat and/or Person stream. 🤷♂️
