As someone with a passing interest in the franchise, (as in, I played it a bit and liked it but never finished any of the games) I wonder... is this a franchise people would enjoy if it came to dbd?
i'll try to get results

yeah the all-seeing blood im fine with going on but his basekit is now in a perfect spot

Its a good perk nowhere near op or a problem.

I have a bad feeling about this.
oh boy...

Every one who happens to main a top tier killer.
oh. good to know

@GeneralV said:
Precisely. People like this are merely one of many examples. If the auto-ban system ends up working the same way people think it will, then I would say 95% of the playerbase is going to get banned.
question is who draws the short straw and by that I mean who gets banned first
-
yeah thats why I thought he was balanced we've got people crying for him to buffed and we've got people crying for him to be nerfed

Play a match of solo survivor and you will realize just how formidable and overpowered the killer is. Survivors stand no chance against killers running a multitude of regression perks that allow them to exert map pressure effortlessly. Many killers have powers that make pallets and windows worthless, broken add-ons that amplify their powers by astronomical proportions.
When the killer has such a ridiculous advantage, why should they still be allowed to exploit camping/tunneling/slugging? The killer makes the game incredibly difficult for survivors as is, they should not be able to prevent us from playing the game even more. Camping/tunneling/slugging are unfair tactics, very unsportsmanlike and worthy of punishment.
I've played solo survivor and yeah thats not true

They’ve been hyping up this update for a month now and when it finally launches, almost no one can play it without crashes. My brother and I only played the new map twice before it got disabled. I don’t understand how Behaviour can be this incompetent after running this game for 5 years. I’m sure all the newbies that bought this game because of the resident evil dlc don’t have a good first impression either. I guess Behaviour just didn’t care.
ngl I've been able to play it without issue aside from the pallet bug. I'm just wondering why im not getting ######### over but you are

blast mine is fine at the moment it just buys a little more time for survivors

This is why I'm frightened of the auto-ban system. I don't know the portion of reports that come in from these kinds of people, but I would guess that it's extremely significant judging by how many people seem to think this behavior is in fact ban-worthy. People who camp/tunnel/use unfun strategies that are within the rules are going to get reported to high hell, and if anything, the system is going to galvanize these reporters on the belief that they'll have better chances at removing the players they don't like.
I just don't see how this could possibly go right.
Im expecting to get banned for simply playing certain killers
-
I can't believe what I'm reading right now.

Broken or not i should not loose a match and be punished because a stupid AI rng blocks me from opening any of the exits.
you can lead it away they're slow as ######### so if you lead it away its not going to be a problem.

you jumped into the zombie thats your problem buddy. You jumped into that mess you need to jump yourself out

well franklins isn't going to help you anymore

I just noticed that the character info pages for all three new characters are like, a single paragraph.
On top of that, its not even creative. Jill goes into a drafty room and then gets narnia'd, Leon literally has the same backstory as Nancy and Steve (Checked out a lab, got fogged), and Nemesis just blinked after fighting Jill.
Even Executioner and Cheryl had multiple paragraphs and SOME amount of effort.
My Sophmore year English teacher would be so disappointed in you, Devs. You make me sad.
steve nancy and demo had like no lore either so licensing back stories might be a tad bit complicated

Name 1 person who put him in A tier who isn't a BHVR sponsored streamer like Otz.
every tier list I've seen has had him in a tier. I don't really look at tier lists all that much so I'd say about 10

How can he be the same tier as Pyramid head when he's obviously worse than him xD
if pyramids in a tier nemesis is in b
-
I only leave people to bleed out on accident. Like I'll knock someone down see a survivor 2 feet away go after them then lose track of the survivor I downed
-
people are putting him in b to low a tier idk what your talking about

It won't destroy items anymore, it just drains the charges of the item.
It's ok against every item except for keys (keys don't require any charges to open hatch).
oh. ######### me

No. That is abusing perk.
BT & DS are here for stop tunnel and camp. But this survivors using them for bodyblock. And again survivors abusing some perks and when they got nerfs, keep saying "that nerfed unfairly."
oh true true. I do think bt is in a good sport rn however
-
go after em. I don't like camping either but if I see you b-lining for a hooked survivor im going to chase you
-
Haddonfield.
-
the final option for losing the killer is the last resort of lead him to your teamates.
-
another thing I would do is if you do a gen and the killer is near you don't run because that will make it easier for him to find you. if he's near you when you finish a gen try to get behind something.

@Habaneropeppah said:
Wow, so many terrific responses. I really appreciate it. Here are some things I have already done:
- Changed my expectation from entirely ditching the killer to distracting the killer to buy time.
- Considering the perks that I have access to, which will help me be more aware of where the killer is, or to help me be more elusive.
- Become more active in getting gens or helping teammates when they take a fall or hook from the killer.
- Watch YouTube videos of how good survivors work, and what the game looks like from the killers perspective.
Some things I havent done yet:
- Play as the killer. Its till pretty intimidating to consider playing this role honestly. I could probably get a couple survivors, but I really don't think I could try to prevent them from doing all the gens and escaping.
- Voice chat while playing. I feel like I am so panick'd and focus on doing skill checks or avoiding the killer, that its super hard for me to have useful communication while I am playing.
ok these are good things.
-
Yeah. IDk first one to go down dc get hooked in the basement dc. going against spirit dc

And camping and slugging them is, too. This crap isn't fun. You know, fun? The thing that gets brought up any time a Survivor wants something nerfed?
Killers want it, too. Intentionally blocking the Killer is boring and absolutely ruins immersion, which ruins my fun. So to counter it i'll tunnel and camp any team that looks the least bit coordinated. Fair?
fair
